There was a new employee who did not know how to do anything and bad hygiene that made me worried for food safety. I ordered a plain croissant and he did not know how to heat it. He stood around just waiting for another employee to ask how to heat it and ask what machine does what. He picked his nose while waiting. Had visible black dirt under his fingernails when he handed me my croissant in the paper bag.

Door locked at 4:45 p.m. already seen very often 2 years ago but this is surely the departure caused by the treatment given to the oldest employee who is given only 2 days a week with 4 p.m. he cannot live and goes elsewhere. ..really well done Tim horton
This Tim Hortons is overflowing with insects and there were plenty of them on the donuts/muffins. Frankly, this is unacceptable. I suggest you go to the other Tim Hortons in Victoriaville. The chicken in my meal was served cold with a kind of ball of white chicken in my meal. I attached an image. Theres a bee in the middle of the donut, behind the counter.
I have often had difficulty being served in French, which should be the basis in Quebec and even more so in a regional town like Victo. This employer should ensure that its employees learn French and provide them with the time and tools to do so, with the goal that these newcomers integrate better and more easily into our society. You have a responsibility as an employer at this level.
Very slow service (25 minutes of waiting at the violent service (we were the only car)). Error in our order and dining room closed. Employees are not trained. Better supervision is necessary.

Located just outside the town of Victoriaville. The only problem is getting out of this place during rush hours. I didnt get any error there. But I often had donuts, dry donuts.
