Le Luxor, C'est un restaurant pas comme les autres, avec une cave à vin d'exception et une sélection de plats pour le délice des yeux et de la bouche.
Honestly the worst dinning experience I’ve ever had, it took 2 hours for the food to arrive, it is way too overpriced, our reserved room was given to someone else and on top of that our waters were never refilled. This is not was it used to be.
Way overpriced for what you get. Expecting a very good seafood meal for 63$. Instead i got a few small pieces with mediocre packaged feel rice.
Came for the first time and ordered a fancy seafood platter that cost over $60! The “platter” came with teeny tiny scallops, small shrimps and just as small scampis that were all breaded and served with rice that tasted like instant rice. We were flabbergasted and after explaining our case, the manager/boss insisted that the prices charged are justified. We had waited almost an hour to be served and could not return the plates. Still can’t believe a small town restaurant had the gall to charge such prices while serving sub-par food. Definitely our first and LAST time here. Extremely disappointed. The only pleasant part was the embarrassed waitress who fought for a small discount for us.
I’ve been a few times and it’s just ordinary and casual, nothing outstanding. First time, I had their seafood pasta and it was not great ; a whole pack of spaghetti with tiny seafood pieces and white cream sauce. Second time, I had their breakfast menu which was pretty average. Third time for breakfast again, i had their salmon omelette and that was probably the one i liked the most, but again, ordinary. Their potatoes are good tho! Service was good and hygienic and clean eating room.
I don't know if the pelure here was better than Stratos because I haven't been to Stratos in while! But it was a good filling meal. One day I may venture back here for their specialty, which is definitely beef.
Food's good, service is slow but ok. My burger had only lots of oignons, cheese and lettuce, but have been adjusted eventually... Way too pricy for quality anyway. Would choose another place to spend my hard earned money next time.
Enjoyed my lunch whilr passing Victoriaville. Staff are kind and caring
Very lovely restaurant in Victoriaville. Always have a great meal here. The service is impeccable. The food very delicious.
Its over for us; we went last year on a Sunday evening, almost no one and extremely long service; after entering, we were told that they had run out of bread. The food at this time was OK. We returned this year on a Friday evening in December; its full; we had reservations; we waited 15 minutes before the waiter came to take our orders; no glass of water; we order everything at once: beer, starter and main course. Then, we wait; the beer came quickly, but the rest... phew; 30 minutes to receive the starter: dry snails because they were overcooked; another 60 minutes wait for the main course; undercooked ground beef in butter; error in my order: chicken skewer instead of breast... (I decide to keep it because weve been here for 1h30); the least I could have done was to make a small credit on my invoice for the order error... nope; Cold strawberry dessert, although we asked for hot. The servers are nice and in good faith, but definitely lack experience and there is definitely something disorganized in the kitchen... and what can we say about the leatherette of the banquettes that have been in tatters for quite a while already... too bad, a so-called nosedive institution...
correct service Decent kitchen Correct meal Non-existent atmosphere Outdated decor (tile in the ladies toilet to be changed..There is water damage A restaurant that is aging poorly...sorry
Very expensive, unqualified quality cuisine, rather poor service.
The cooking of the steak was accurate, but it was way too expensive: $44 for a steak and fries naked on the plate, the small cut of sauce with a skin on top and the lukewarm mayo. Our server was overwhelmed, but very professional nonetheless. (he seemed to be short of service staff) Group of 20 with reservation: 3.5 hours for a service.
My filet mignon was excellent, cooked to perfection. The plates are well presented and plentiful. The service is friendly and fast. I recommend
This is the first time Ive tried this restaurant and it will be the last. We were placed at a table. It took a good 20 minutes before a waitress with no joy of living who looked at us with her tired eyes came to serve us and ask us our choice on the menu. She left so quickly when we said our main meals that I didnt I didnt even have time to ask for a drink because she didnt offer us anything. 15 minutes later she comes back with our fondue parmesan starter and the fondue falls on the table. She doesnt offer us change, I take it straight from the table... She fills our glasses with water and spills it everywhere, she doesnt apologize... Another good 20 min after finishing our starter the main meal arrives. The quality of pasta carbonara is questionable. I get a cream pastry soup with imitation bacon. No love or generosity in this dish. Pasta with a sauce wrap from the store is much better... I look around at everyone looking exasperated at waiting so long. No one came to see us when we finished. We therefore decided to go and get the addition at the checkout so as not to wait another 20 minutes. In short, it was a dinner that will remain etched in our memory, but for the wrong reasons. Good luck Kid-friendliness: Not really suitable for children. They dont want to serve a childrens menu if the parents dont eat a main meal on the menu.
never again Price too high for the quality of the food!!! Avoid if you have children too long service even though it was 4:45 p.m. on a Saturday and the restaurant was empty Note that I have been a waiter for 20 years, it is not my type of complaining except in extreme cases like this
More white and red wine of our choice, more cod, half cooked hamburger, skewer of ridiculous mini scallops, fettuccine made with mini shrimp, bubbly steak burnt underneath well hidden and it took 2 hours to be served!!!!
Excellent lunch, perfect service
Good but made expensive,
One of our worst experiences... 1h30 after our arrival we still had no drinks. Employees walk around empty-handed. Several errors in the orders, not to mention that one person still did not have their plate after 2 hours... for a brunch... the worst part of all that was that the owners raised their voice at us when we told them about it. our comments at the time of the invoice, using unprofessional language.
Terrible from terrible Bad experiences happen...but with the one we had, its impossible for me to leave it without comment. Here, point by point, are the reasons that made our experience quite disappointing: Context: we had reserved a room for my grandmothers birthday at 10:30 a.m. There were two large tables and there were 5 of us on a small table next to each other. 1. After 1.5 hours of waiting, we still did not have water and coffee at the table. There were two young servers for the group but both seemed new to the restaurant business. They went back and forth to bring one drink at a time or even came back empty-handed. 2. After all this waiting, I decided to get up and go to one of the two servers to tell him that we would like to order drinks and food. We had a toddler at our table who was really starting to get hungry. I am told that yes, they will come. 3. Several minutes passed and still without news from the waiters, I got up and picked up the coffee flint that was lying on the counter. I started serving our table. 4. Once the waiters came back into the room, they started going around the two large tables ignoring the fact that we had mentioned having a small hungry child at our table..So we started writing on a Lets top our meal choices to speed up the process when they come to see us. They said they would rush to serve the meals to our table as a priority, which they did. 5. At 1 p.m., we were forced to leave because we had other obligations. Note that my grandparents still had not received their plates, we were all discouraged for them. When we went to pay at the counter, there was a queue of people in front of the cash register and there was no one to answer them. The owners wife came and started charging people. In turn, we expressed our disappointment while remaining respectful. We understand that labor is difficult to find and having worked in catering (my sister and I), we know that there are days when it is more difficult to provide A1 service. The owners wife laughed in our faces and responded in an extremely cavalier manner, she was very arrogant. To top it all off, we had the luxury (pun intended) of having the owner come up to us and insult us for sharing our disappointment with his wife. They told us that they didnt have time to train new employees and that if we were thirsty, we just had to ask (see point #2) In short, the service experience we received was disappointing but the lack of respect and professionalism from the owner and his wife was totally unacceptable. We will never set foot in this establishment again and I strongly suggest that you encourage any other restaurant in the area.
Very nice restaurant. Good table service. Very nice server. Prices are high for what is served. The meat appears to be of quality. But. In Quebec, at the height of the fresh fruit and vegetable season, the sides are very disappointing. I would have received the same ones on the bland side in the middle of winter. Good pieces of veal served with bland and limp boiled carrots. Commercial pepper sauce. The all-dressed potato is forgotten. Wagyu burger. The kitchen served me a charred dumpling. Hard, pungent and downright disgusting. Served with a green salad with very ordinary grated carrot. Positive point, the fries are good. Lots of improvement to be made for the price paid.
The service does not live up to the bill. 20 minutes before the waitress approached our table with a tired attitude, she seemed like she didnt feel like being there. Surprise only, 2 choices of white wine. Im stunned. The waitress leaves our table because I tell her its not possible, she leaves without taking an order. 10 minutes later another cheerful waitress arrives. Still only 2 choices of white wine, despite a menu with an interesting and quite expensive main course. She takes our order. The plate arrives 45 minutes later. Its only good...not anything to justify the price. Its been a long time since I went there. Its going to be okay. No need to go back. The price is way too high for the quality of the service and the food.
Excessive price for the value/quality! The spaghetti sauce is spicy (in my opinion its not supposed to be!) As is the pizza sauce! Take note that not everyone likes/can eat spicy food, in any case I dont recommend it for those on a small budget
Great food. Great waitress.
A very quiet restaurant for groups and families. No matter what you take, it s delicious but quite expensive. The plate I took was a chicken skewer, the plate was quite generous but the portion of chicken needs to be reviewed. My daughter had the beef skewer and it was the same result.
Usually, when I am not satisfied with an establishment, I refrain from making any comments. This time, however, my experience was so poor that I have to share it. We went to lunch for Mothers Day on Sunday morning. Lets do it in point forms, it will be simpler: - 1:30 wait to receive our 4 meals - 30min wait just to get the menus - waffles instead of French toast - no bananas in banana waffles - eggshell in eggs - cooking LIMITED food - balsamic vinegar instead of chocolate (!!!!!!!!!) - discount promised by the server for the French toast mistake but was not put on the bill And Im not talking about the toilets... Never again. The Luxor is no longer what it used to be.
A beautiful place where you can find original dishes. I have too many favorites: steaks, potato skins, wines, desserts, pasta, skewers, breakfast casserole, etc.
If you are not in a hurry and want to meet someone, well after more than 2 hours of waiting to get our meal you will surely know everything about the person. And for the price the plates are really tough what can I say about the service the waiter practically didnt come to see if we wanted anything else to drink after 2 hours of waiting we had to get up and ask for other wine and water we were only 10 people and after having had our plates and we didnt see the plates paying $43 for a small piece of fish with 4.5 carrots and a little broccoli and especially mashed potatoes in a dish for dessert wow its really hard and they said its a 4 star phew its sure it was the first and last time were going to go to this restaurant
Purchase of tomahawk $135 at the counter to take away paying this amount to have expired meat its the last time!
Its a very nice restaurant & its been around for quite a long time & we were still a good group & everything went well!!! Vegetarian options: I think Well there must surely be some good dishes for Vegetarians!!! Dietary restrictions: I think Well there must be some Good little dishes for Dietary Restrictions!!! Parking: It is still quite easy to park & the parking lot is quite large!!! Kid-friendliness: The Establishment is Quite Well Adapted for Children & We can say that it is a Family Restaurant!!! Wheelchair accessibility: The Restaurant is still quite well accessible for wheelchairs!!!
service ok, food not hot enough
Very very disappointing for THE supposedly good restaurant in town. Except for my partners Steak, everything was disappointing. Wine choices: disastrous. Atmosphere, decor, boff; then I dont expect to hear Nickel back for a romantic dinner. Out of curiosity, Im going to give it a second chance as a take-out, but at first glance, I dont recommend it. Nice waitress, good location.
Very expensive for the quality and quantity. No good wine on the menu, strange for a restaurant whose owner prides himself on being a sommelier. I ordered 1lb of chicken wings which was overcooked and quite cold with normal fries. I will never go back there. My partner had the new wagu meat burger. The meatball was dry as if it had been cooked and recooked before serving.
$23 plus tax for an ordinary waffle, French toast with too much nutmeg, a very ordinary plate with plastic cups for syrup, its too much. Coffee is also served with small plastic milk cups, it is far from luxury. Despite everything, the crepe was good.
Food was cold no taste that all
Without a doubt our best take-out restaurant for pizza and poutine. Despite the inflation that everyone is experiencing, the pizza is topped with ingredients and above all nicely browned to our great happiness.
Very very good restaurant with impeccable service thank you very much especially on Christmas Eve wow and a beautiful decor really to recommend to everyone if you go to Victoriaville Parking: Lots of paid parking on the street but after closing the shops unlimited parking
Too expensive for what it is (in my opinion) Taste was fine but not outstanding Service a bit above average Atmosphere was so-so (the place is due for a relooking)
It looks like the restaurant is having difficulty returning to pre-pandemic service.
Very slow service, overpriced
Excellent service and excellent food.
The bubbly steak is unbelievably good
Very good a little expensive
It was excellent. The waitress who took care of us was great. I recommend. The veal liver was great. I cant wait to go back
First the hostess welcomes us without the slightest smile. The decor dates from the 90s. Really one of the worst restaurants in Victoriaville in terms of price and quality, they try to serve all kinds of dishes, and everything is very average. There were several of us, and none found their meal good, poor service to be polite, 30 mins before receiving the bottle of wine ordered and the waiter arrives grumbling and breaks the cork with a lemonade bowl broken in two, he comes back with the open bottle. The waiter brings our dishes with lots of errors, fish and chips overcooked, others undercooked. Really ridiculous, surprising that it remains open. Really avoid, several much better in Victoriaville.
Exceptional cuisine, impeccable service. Impressive variety of exquisite desert meals
I love this restaurant, they serve meals accessible to all budgets, from poutine to tomoak and what can I say about the impeccable service and their unique imported wines! Parking: They have their own outdoor parking lot with spaces for disabled people near the entrances. Kid-friendliness: Childrens menu with lots of choice. Can draw.
Seriously...no questions asked...the Luxor is theaaa place to eat well in Victoriaville...
The wine choices are a real joke. We have the choice between convenience store wine and overpriced imports around $70 for a village restaurant.
Very good service and very courteous staff.
I really liked this restaurant. But today it was a disappointing experience. I understand that the restaurant sector is experiencing difficulties in terms of labor shortages, however, many restaurants have adapted to this reality. We didnt have any water or bread. Our order was taken 1:00 hours after we arrived and we ate 2:00 hours later. The Bloody Caesars had no celery and were bland. The salad was soggy, the 3 pepper sauce had had time to form a soft crust on top. The fries were cold. Times change and so does the Luxor but not for the better.
Once upon a time... Yes, in the past, the Luxor was a reference in Victoriaville. However, for a family lunch this Sunday, the 14 year old children, the 45 year old parents, the 72 year old grandparents were all disappointed. - ok food - negative quality/price ratio - disappointing service Yes in the past, not anymore...
Website not up to date! Delivery on site until 9 p.m. but its not even 7:30 p.m. restaurant still closed. This is what happens too often with this restaurant. I will never order from you again!!! Stop blaming it on the pandemic, those days are over!! Long live the Stratos and Max Poutine from Victoriaville, they are reliable and simply find employees to stay open so possibly the working conditions are better!
We paid for a 9 oz Raymond steak plate, $70 medium rare & really very very cooked, there were 6 of us having the same plate, thats not what we had 10 years ago, were going to go to Daniel Lapointe instead ;)
Worst customer experience We were a group of 10 for a party. The waitress came to see us about once every half hour, the service was very very slow. When it came time to pay, the waitress forgot to ask us, so she took responsibility and put us (me and my girlfriend) on the same bill. Nothing serious so far. When me and my girlfriend arrive to pay, they say they made the mistake of putting us on the same one. When the employee arrives to separate her, my girlfriends invoice is generated in duplicate, and she becomes confused, thinks that someone in the group has not paid, asks us to pay this invoice, prevents us from leaving , gets nervous when I tell him that weve been waiting for 15 minutes to pay, the waitress runs away, the manager seemed angry with them. She asks us to call a woman in the group to come back and pay. All this time, the employee (around 50 years old) is completely confused, hostile, goes from one invoice to another: no control of the situation, no professionalism. Finally, she realizes that the bill is a duplicate of my girlfriends bill, and not someone elses bill. No excuses, just a its finally settled after having made a circus. I have never seen adult restaurant workers who are so inefficient and unprofessional. To avoid.
Truly a disappointment on all counts.
Friendly service and great selection of food.
We love the restaurant Morning, noon, evening!! Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful decor, good service! The food is always delicious and always the same standards! Thanks to Martin and Francine and your team! Nice work!
For us its the last time. Food, service, atmosphere. And what about the prices. Nothing else to add.
I would have liked more gluten free choices Vegetarian options: Very little choice
Good place
Correct but no more.
Too expensive for the quality of the food, we ordered a pork skewer and the other a beef skewer, 4 small pieces per skewer total bill $103 with one drink each
Shrimp overcooked and the rice not enough... Probably there were too many customers they didnt provide... But its the same price
Took on the menu a 20 shrimp and received 9 mushy shrimp. Explanations for the quantity: 20 is the size of the shrimp at $49.95 per plate. Very slow service and mixed well.
Very good, made a mistake on the sauce for the meal but provided a free cake... Very honest on the part of the waitress.
So there you must doubt it I say to myself that they called it Luxor its not an implication like everyone else they also have poutine I must admit that its not given but know very well tastefully decorated as well as the food is rather refined
Seriously, serving a plate of fish (golden) at $42 with sliced carrots and pieces of broccoli is not too expensive for the supposed restaurant quality, go out and change the menu and the cook presses it, polish your plate otherwise cut your prices. Relying too much on your aging clientele
We ate well and were well served. Really interesting choice of dessert and impeccable quality of service! The next time Im in the area, Ill definitely go back.
Very courteous service.
Very good. Varied menu. Good choice. Correct price
Good food
Second visit. Exceptional decor, services and cuisine.
Acceptable service ordinary food for my taste
We called to have it prepared. very short preparation time (15 min), excellent seafood pizza. French onions, not sure. I recommend it.
We went on Friday April 27 to the re staurant with good expectations, having received this recommendation. The menu at first glance is interesting and offers a good variety of choices. We had a reservation at 5:00 p.m. with mention that we had a show across the street at 8:00 p.m. with the assurance that we would be okay to eat. Our ambitions were good. It was from there that everything went wrong. We waited a good 15 to 20 minutes before someone came to us to ask us what we wanted for a drink. Not possible to have a Pina Colada, due to lack of drink to make said drink. We gave our order at 5:45 p.m. At 6:45 p.m., still nothing after calling out the waitress who hadn t come back to see us. She told us at this time that the chef suggested she drop the starters and just have the main meal (starters ordered: lobster bisque and shrimp cocktail. Meal 1: Sea platter $79. Meal 2: Filet 8oz mignon with extra garnished potato as there was no wagyu filet mignon). At the price of the main dishes, we chose to take only the starters. We didnt want to arrive with 15 minutes to eat plates of this price and not enjoy it. Lobster bisque starter and shrimp cocktail. There were lobster scales in the bisque and a small stone, a little bigger than the head of a needle, in the pile of lettuce accompanying the shrimp. For all his mishaps, which were reported to the service staff, nothing was offered to us to remedy the situation. Cold welcome, equally cold service and unfortunately, the food was not up to par either. $60 for all that is unfortunate.
Its okay for the food, but the service is average.
Very good restaurants courteous staff Good portions Jean-Yves and Chantal succulent
Love it, food is absolutely amazing
Good service and always a good meal
Excellent service, helpful and cheerful employees, hot and well presented food. Vegetarian options: Some interesting choices Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking at rear with ramp
I went to eat there after a certain absence (covid). The service was long, my dish burned and dry, the sugar tart worthy of a frozen tart from a big box store. Me who loved the food of this place so much; I no longer recognize this restaurant. It feels like eating in a cafeteria at a high cost!
We ordered around 7:30am and received our plates around 9:30am. There were several errors with our orders. I ordered the chicken skewer, it was burnt and the rice was really bad. On the other hand, the waitress was really nice.
Really disappointing, not able to make edible rice
Its been a long time since weve been there, I must say that our dinner on Saturday evening was very pleasant, excellent choice of menu, very competent waitress! Thanks to the whole team.
For a good meal and excellent service in an unusual atmosphere!
Good big
Last Saturday, September 10, 2022, I organized a party for my partner at the Luxor. We were 32 guests. I greatly appreciated the reassuring support of Mr. Garneau, owner and sommelier of the restaurant who guaranteed me impeccable service. And it was the case! The unlimited aperitif service, the excellent small aperitif bites, the table service worthy of mention, the generous and excellent dishes too (thanks to the chef and his team), the technical support for the slides and videos offered free of charge , etc. Really, I have nothing but congratulations and thanks to send to Mr. Garneaus entire team. Thank you and see you next time, I am a very satisfied customer. Denise Letarte
No service, excessive delay, a big disappointment
More than two hours of waiting. Overpriced and lukewarm plates. Slow and inefficient service. Cold and dry attitude.
Worst experience in a long time! Poor service, more than 2 hours of waiting! Our neighbors waited 45 minutes for their desert (2 people)! Server doesnt take the time to refill our glass! 2 toiletries out of 3 out of service In short, big disappointment! Especially since I spoke to the manager and that cal****** about us!!
Very expensive beer worms plate of seafood served with vegetables almost only green chilies the prices are very expensive finished for me
Quiet place near the bar, excellent food and impeccable service
Saturday October 22, 14 people for dinner. Disappointing, very ordinary service, more than an hour before we came to take orders, apart from drinks nothing is suggested while waiting (not even bread), we waited an hour more before being served . I ordered a skewer of beef fillet, 4 small pieces of meat served warm but overcooked for what I had asked for, served with a handful of dry salad, disappointing for the price. Im leaving 2 stars because for the most part it was good, not very good, but good. Considering the price of the meals it is too expensive for the quality/quantity
Quality/Price, minus 10. Barely presentable plates and totally ridiculous portions. Dont order online, please! In any case, we wont go to restaurants anymore.
Parking: Great for me Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Classy restaurant but slow service. Arrives at 7:30 p.m. and at. 9:15 p.m. still not served. The prices are too high. On average $25 for 3 strips or a poutine with 4 pieces of cheese. In short, I dont recommend it, sorry.
For a lunch that takes more than 1h30 I find it very long
It the perfect place to have a meal and relax
Rice was missing from the chicken plate
Pizza is half the size you order
Long
There werent enough employees waiting to get our food.
Remarkable experience. Unparalleled food. Restaurant with a wine cellar and a renowned sommelier. Boutique Le Lux where the best kitchen products and wine and spirits accessories are available for purchase. Well done.
At Luxor you are a KING!
It was a first experience... I liked it, the service and the food were very good! But I was so surprised by the decoration. I believe it is an old restaurant that has kept its soul. They told me that at one point this was the restaurant to go to. Thank you for this discovery
The Raymond steak as well as the filet mignon were so tender, wow!
Nice place, good service, I only tried the Fish and Chips which were good although slightly overcooked. Excellent tartar sauce.
very pleasant to have the line hung up on you to be told dsl ns has no cook what you are not in a restaurant where you will never again I will go eat at this restaurant it was my first and my last time in addition he answers me you must have got the wrong number and no I called the luxor and we will never go eat there again the bosses are pitiful like the employees of this place the customer is always right
Excellent food....liked it
Excellent food quality and good service. Fairly high price though
Excellent crepe, service no. 1!
Very bbnnnn
Excellent service and delicious food!!!!
Too slow service and ordinary food.
Very good dinner
Pleasant service with a few errors, but nothing major. However, the food is really too expensive for the quality. The veal was good, but the tomato sauce with the pasta made the meal really ordinary. Especially for $27 a plate. Basically, a totally normal meal for a price twice as expensive.
Calm but warm atmosphere. Excellent food. The cod exceeded my expectations. Very affordable for a small budget at lunchtime. Thanks for the experience.
Didnt stay there...lack of staff...crowd...usually affordable...
very disappointed with the service more table dhôte in short less attractive than in previous years
Service too slow
Very good restaurant basically. Well located in downtown Victoriaville, the food is excellent. My gratinated onion soup was excellent and my angus beef skewer was also succulent. I was served by a lady from the 803 team. I have a big downside for the service, she is not very helpful, she seemed in a bad mood,,, My only disappointment is the service, otherwise an excellent restaurant.
Excellent service from the staff and excellent meal
Very bad delivery experience: the prices displayed on their website are not up to date (25% more expensive than announced on the site!!) and I only received half of my order...
Very good restaurant, very good food
Very good service
Very good restaurant good service
For those who were there for Valentines Day yesterday....wash...reservation at 7am...they came to seat us at 7:45am...+1hrs 15..yes..1hrs 15 minutes wait at the table..and in addition meal not complete...trust me...my memory works very well...so more than 3 hours spend at this restaurant
Nice place and very good
35 minutes and no one came to see us.... Stand shoulder to shoulder with your neighbors....
Expensive and nothing sensational
Very well served
Good welcome and good choice of menu and I appreciate the good presentation of the plates and good taste. Welcoming and smiling staff.
Very disappointed with the Luxor which was already better in the past.
2.30 hours before having our order delivered...when I called the lady told me 1 hour.. This is a blatant lack of respect
Very expensive for a dinner costing over $80 where you only have the choice of two desserts. I am not sure about the two meter distance between tables if all the tables in place can be used..
Very good service and excellent food.
Outstanding service, excellent food every time, what more could you ask for, it s perfect
Exceptional service, by experienced ladies and exemplary professionalism! And what about the quality of the food! Delicious!
Good food and very good service.
Excellent, very good service
Beautiful location, very good food, beautiful presentation. Very courteous staff
Very long service. Eaten well
Good service..nice atmosphere..I really enjoyed it...
Always pleasant to frequent this restaurant. In Victoriaville, it s an institution.
Old, uncomfortable and dirty armchairs
Disappointing this evening...much too long to have our plates especially since the restaurant was not crowded. But thanks to the waiter, he was impeccable.
Very well eaten. Kind staff.
Wow!! Super good Skewer of filet mignon and scallops
We had a bad experience with delivery, we received our order 1h15 even though we were told 45-50 minutes....and the worst part was that the delivery man did not bring our complete order, either the fries with the pizza....and when he came back 35 minutes later with the fries, they were cold......we would have expected a slight compensation for this mistake, or a gift certificate for a next order...but nothing at all! We were only told that it is normal for errors during busy evenings.....
Always good and nice place with very good price
