My favorite burger chain! Fresh beef that is not frozen. Fresh and crunchy vegetables. The fries are crispy and the spices that are on every table go perfectly with them! The milkshakes are also highly recommended, you can taste the delicious ice cream! The staff at this branch is particularly nice and accommodating! You felt like you were in a restaurant. I can only recommend this place to anyone who wants a fresh, good and cheap burger.

BARELY enough sauce to cover the breading on the boneless bites. Upon contacting the store we were told that we were wrong and that she did the order herself........ Step one in customer service is DONT tell the customer that theyre wrong, especially when a pic proves otherwise! The wings for a second person have the wrong sauce on them as well...

Great great great!!! We were impressed with everything, food, employees and the fact they all said goodbye as we left. We stopped going in Langley city, subpar food and was not happy with some of the employee interactions. Will definately be our go to when we go to the theatre!

Its a decent Fatburger location. Staff are super friendly, food is solid. They have a couple good vegetarian options if you have people like that. Its a bit pricier then standard fast food burgers, but they are better burgers. Overall, would come back.

We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in and were made to feel welcome! The service was both friendly and quick. The food was tasty with fresh ingredients especially the burgers which tasted homemade! We had the CB burger with fries and a drink. Loved the 80 s pop music playing in the background it was just the right volume too so you could easily talk. My husband and I are long haul truck drivers, so we travel a lot. We are often in the Langley area and will definitely be visiting this place again.

Adeeb, one of the workers there, provided exceptional assistance by helping me narrow down my choices of burger. His guidance made the experience even more enjoyable. Fantastic Burgers. The staff is always friendly and I was surprised by the number of customers the staff know by name. You know you are doing something right when customers are coming enough for the staff to know them by name.

Just ordered 3 meals to go $55, and found one of the burgers to have mold on bottom of bun. By this time, one of the burgers was already eaten and never checked. Very disappointed that no one checks for mold.

The food here is always good. the restaurant was a mess. i went in with my two little kids they went and sat at the booth style table that had garbage on the table. An employee was sitting on a chair next to the table on his phone and didnt bother to clean it. I paid for our meal and cleaned the table myself as the seated employee watched. customer service is not a priority here, better experiences in Vancouver locations.

Came here for lunch while working and was extremely impressed with the service. Have not had an atmosphere like this at a restaurant in a very long time. There was an extremely welcoming lady who was checking on customers and wiping tables! (I believe she was Filipino) She was constantly smiling and greeting everyone as they come in and as they leave. Her amazing service was to all customers, not just me I noticed. She should get a big raise! Will be coming back here again next time I m in the area.

Great place to get a good meal and a satisfying experience. The servers are super friendly at this location and enjoy what they are doing. The owner is there making sure that everything is made to perfection and served with a smile. Place is kept neat and clean with ample space to sit comfortably to dine in. Well made burgers and generous helping of fries too.

I absolutely adore the staff at this location. Ive always walked in and have been greeted with big smiles and great attitudes. Theres a general friendliness that I really appreciate here. The food was really good and is always made properly to what you order. I will say the food is priced a bit high in my opinion but a good place to stop by as a treat. When I visited last with my boyfriend, our only negative comment was that the music was pretty loud in the lobby and more so in the bathrooms. It didnt take away from our meals and our conversation.

I love coming here as the chicken tenders are some of the best you can buy. But this location is extra special as the last 10+ times I ve been here the staff have always been super nice and friendly always smiling and cheerful. Its refreshing coming here, and feeling the warmth and love.

I think if youre in the mood for a burger and fries, your money is best spent here - and not other fast food joints even if they save you a buck or two. Sure, it takes a little longer - BUT ITS FRESH. And that makes a world of difference.

Amazing Service from the second we walked in (2 adults and toddler). I shamed my whole family by spilling Diet Coke all over myself (my fault) and they were so helpful at not making me feel like a giant loser that I appeared to be. They cleaned up the mess immediately, refilled my drink and helped us switch tables. If I was to dump an entire fountain drink on myself again, this is the place I want to do it. They even have a toy chest for toddlers that helped entertain my son. Because of this exceptional service, I will be back the next time we crave burgers. The food was tasty and great portion sizes as well! Dont be scared off by the price. Parking: Spots out front in an empty lot. Kid-friendliness: There is a childrens toy chest that my toddler got to choose a toy out of. He loved searching through the treasure chest to pick his perfect toy!

Always a great experience getting a meal here

We bought the staff lunch from here today. We had many orders and every one was spot on! Not only did they label the burger packaging with names but they also personalized the label! Burgers and Poutine was amazing! Thank you to all staff at FatBurger!

This Fatburger branch is my go to location! Whenever I visit with my friends or family the customer service is top notch and we are greeted with smiles from the moment we enter! The food preparation is quick and efficient and always has great presentation. The management team is lovely and often checks in with customers about their experience when visiting. Highly recommend! Yhey said they serve HALAL MEAT,when we asked for proof or certificate of Halal. They said they dont have certificate and they dont know the source of the meat. They serve PORK but they say its Halal. The Manger hide on the back as she said she was calling the owner( she was laying and owner is off and Dont answer phone) ITS AWFUL RESTAURANT WITH NO HALA L MEAT. DONT GO THERE FOR WHOEVER IS INTERESTED.

Look at this folks... The kids meal clearly states it feeds up to and including kids of age 12. Now look how small the fries they gave. What the heck is this? Those fries will barely feed a 3 year old. I understand inflation is high, and businesses need to cut costs. But why are they ripping off on kids meals? Kids need to eat. Im quite disappointed by this. Head office will be getting an email from me about this cheap tactic by Fatburger.

Only draw back is no lemonade fountain here, but they make up for it with awesome staff and an all around great experience! Went to this location for the first time, it was by far the best experience we ve received. Restaurant was clean, staff and service were *incredible*.. friendly and personal! And the food was so fresh and yummy, even after taking it home!!! They are doing it right and will be coming back!

The person who greeted us at the door was so friendly and made us feel very welcome by letting us know to ask any questions we had and making eye contact. There werent any name tags but they had short black hair, some ear piercings, and a tattoo on their arm, I was very happy with this. The place was also kept very clean and tidy and the staff seemed to be having a great time which was awesome to see.

Walked in Friday Dec 9 around 1:30pm and was met by a fantastic employee who was great. My order was wrong (not the employee who took the orders fault as she told the other staff what I had ordered) but it was rectified immediately. Many places lack great staff, you are lucky to have such positive outgoing person in your employ.

PSA: Beware of misleading combo price! the $3.5 combo deal on menu, although it saids applies to any burger or sandwich, it is not in practice. It is only usable for the budget sections! Actual combo price for a normal burger is $6! The contents of the deal are the same (fries & drink) but they didnt show the true price in normal burger sections, misleading you into thinking its $3.5!!! The food is top notch though, so Im buying from the budget section from now on.
