Not open 24/7 for dine in. Just drive through.. Please fix ur information and do not lie to people who are walking in the cold and might be homeless to get a coffee. That is sad 😔, I was freezing and just wanted to warm up because it said you were open. I have worked as a chef for ten years and if my customers are cold I would warm them up. This lady tonight just wanted me to freeze I guess. Said that's what management wants me to do. (WasagaBeach located beside Walmart)
Wait too long to get serve cash was fast but food wait too long they out all effort on drive through but ignore food deliver to client like us inside I order one coffee an two bit omelet coffee ready no time But omelet have to ask two times For it and because I complain they make it other people before me still waiting not fair management head office. My wife and I patronize this store several times a week. The outdoor patio has signs clearly posted " no smoking", " no bikes allowed on patio". There is a group of people everyday ignoring these signs impacting the health and safety of paying customers. They even go as far as moving a table from the patio to under the trees! I have never observed any Tim Hortons management personnel attempting to address this concern! Loyal Tim Hortons paying customers should be able to use the patio without cigarette smoke in their face, or trying to avoid getting hit by a bicycle or motorized scooter
The person taking orders didn't know how to enter them into the system, while the supervisor, Jennifer, was sitting in the guest area, shouting instructions from there. This was disruptive to other guests. Muskan, who was very kind, stepped in to help the person with the order entry while the supervisor continued to shout from her seat. There were flies hovering over the pastries and donuts. It was the worst experience—so bad that I had to throw away my coffee and food. I've never encountered such an unhygienic Tim Hortons in my life.
Never will come back because of the rude indian lady yesterday Aug 13.around 1:10 am. She shld tell im sorry but instead try to be boastful and dont want to give her name and told me to ypu can call the manager tomorrow with arrogance. You shld keep your staff costumer friendly. Short staffed on Canada day. No balance between drive thru and in store. While waiting had to ask one of staff to make a simple ice coffee. No food. Waiting a while. I am sure they were trying their best with who was working. Management????
Go through drive thru yesterday just after lunch to have a late lunch.. order two wraps with sauce on the side so It is possible to share part of the wraps with the pups. The person on drive through literally couldn’t speak English above a fifth grader level, after waiting 10 minutes finally get to the window the guy at the window knew what he was doing very friendly and spoke very well. After driving ten minutes back and about to eat the wraps.. taking a bite of the wrap instantly tasting the amazing chipotle sauce.. unable to share with the pups now. Looking into the bag they gave two side orders of chipotle sauce while still putting it into both wraps… it was ordered sauce on the side no sauce in the wraps… only purchasing this as a small snack that the meat etc could be shared with the pups with me.. phoned back got Paula she was very apologetic told me if you came back come into the store not drive thru she would fix their mistake… which was great except for those wraps tasted very odd/off(eaten enough of these wraps at enough Tims to notice diff taste) and upon getting back to eat them and dip them into the sauce.. took the lid off of the sauce and the smell was horrendous(how many times chipotle sauce has been ordered at multiple other Tim’s and never experienced this) just wow. The single picture sauce is the horrendous smelling one… won’t even try it. Just totally a shady experience never experienced at another Tim’s before. The epic tim Hortons over by dollarama for example there is a picture of three sauces two are from the Tim’s by dollarama one has the lid still on while the other one from there is lid off, the horrendous one is there beside on the bottom of picture with the lid off which again is also the single picture. It smells sooooooooo bad yikes …..lol.

10 mins before being Acknowledged and served, short staff, staff yelling at me for no reason saying Im rude for the tone of voice telling me that they are short staffed and was going to have to wait. The lady behind me asked for her coffee and get help in the front after waiting for 20 mins she was the one talking, I was just waiting for my order.

The manager is doing a good job as I was about to argue with the staff and she did it before I did. Other than that everyone else is just focused on working on drinks. I mean 3 people on drinks and literally our order was there for like 10 mins on the stand and I had to ask if this is my order and it s not even a rush hour. Best coffee in town. I am changing my review as I had such a bad experience yesterday. The woman working was so rude . She called me a liar when I said I ordered two cookies. She claimed I only ordered 1 and than looked at the receipt and seen there was 2 on there . She put a Boston cream donut on the bottom of a bag facing down with donuts and a cookie on top of it . The icing was all stuck to the bottom of the bag . I gave it back to show her and asked her to get another donut and not do the same thing . She was very rude and said she doesn t know if she has another one because they re baking . I asked her why she had such a bad attitude and she said it wasn t just about attitude . After some time she came back with another cookie and a Boston cream and the cookie had something on it . I am including photos, I was able to take whatever this was right off the cookie and was disgusted . I wasted almost $20 on donuts and cookies I did not eat because after the way she acted and what was on the cookie I didn t want to trust to eat any of them. I will not be going back.
Live close, I pass by this Tims location almost every day. Usually just use the drive thru. For the most part, the staff and service is very good. And I dont wait too long to get my food, even on busy times.
Just went through their drive thru and ordered sum breakfast sandwiches jus to park and see that theres hair in my food.
They seem to have 1 person working on drive through and the walkings! It took us 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee!!! Its not a busy weekend, its Wednesday night 9:30pm!
Service issues at this location...either not enough staff to handle the volume or they need better training. Busy at drive thru and inside, frequent long lineups. Bring your patience with you!!
drive through: they gave our drinks and we said thank you, they dont say anything back. then we drive off and the teenagers crossing in front of us to their car (they bought food inside) said to their friends they dont even say thank you. at least they are consistent in their lack of service.

So they now have frozen versions of classic coffees and lattes I used to like. I didnt know this when ordering a hot latte and receive a cup full of ice and coffee. Then tell me its my problem and I shouldve requested hot. You shouldve asked but no, its my fault and I had to pay again for the remake that wasnt even made right the second time. Unfortunately this has happened multiple times. If anyone wants a basic double double, heres your spot. Dont recommend otherwise.
The whole team only focuses on the drive thru. This location can get super busy, inside and out! But the Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dealing with it all, the best they can.
There was nothing wrong with the food or drink I had ordered. I used scan & pay at the drive thru, they said it didnt work and asked me to pay, I showed them my online banking to show that it had gone through. Later, when I opened my online banking, it now shows 2 more payments. So, my order came out to be $10.56 and now it shows I have paid 3 times. So over 30 dollars for one coffee and one wrap.

This is my go to Tims while working and I love everything about my visits! The staff make me feel like family, my order is always perfect and piping hot as it should be. No matter how busy the line looks you are never sitting in it for more than five minutes
Honestly so fed up. I drive from one side of the town to the other to get a coffee I say my order they don t tell me a price at all. Pay for my order get all the way home on the other side of town take a sip of my coffee one tast like it s been sitting there for hours on top was the whole wrong coffee that I didn t even ask for.

Ordered some Tim Bit s today. The chocolate ones tasted fishy, and I specifically asked for no plain ones. They said no problem, but alas, received plain Tim bits. Drive-thru Staff were friendly and quick.

Just moved up here and i come here everyday and everytime I come it s either my coffee has grounds in it or it s not the right one or it s old today I get donuts and there definitely not fresh so now im getting day old donuts rethinking about not going to this location anymore

Its a decent place. The coffee tastes lile any other Tim Hortons. Service representatives are kind. The place is untidy at times (dont even get me started on their washroom) but doesnt hamper us from spending 10-15 minutes there..
One of the best timmys weve gone to. Service was quick, and our coffee was mixed well. Our drinks were hot, and our donuts were fresh. We were grabbing a late night coffee, and they were nice not to kick us out. The drive thru is 24 hours, but the dining in is open until 11pm.
Not impressed with Tim Hortons. This location was unkempt, disorganized, the server was not listening or even receptive to people in the store unless you had pre-ordered. The ladies washroom was filthy, there was toilet paper on the floor, the dryer did not work properly and the faucet needed to be fixed. I will not be giving any further business to Tim Hortons again. It was awful!
We were in an accident at the intersection in front of the Tim Hortons heading to Owen Sound from French River. Our car was totaled and we were traveling that evening with our daughter as well as our family dog. It was 5 pm on a Friday night our car was towed away and we were all left on the street to find our own way home with the closest person we knew who could help us 2 hours away. It was snowing and cold and we were very shaken by the accident and losing our car. We decided to go to the Tim Hortons as they had a foyer so we could get warm and try to figure out what we were going to do. There was no where we could go with our dog and we came up empty to get a rental car. All we could do was sit it out just inside the Tim Hortons on River Road in hopes they would allow us to wait there for our ride. To our surprise they not only allowed us to wait there out of the weather but offered us a table kind of tucked in a corner and out of the way of customers as well as water for our dog and coffee or tea on the house for us. The ladies when not busy came over reassuring us and talking to us about our terrible ordeal in trying to comfort us. I cant say enough of how grateful we all were to be treated with such care and kindness from these amazing employees at this Tim Hortons. Thank you, thankyou so much for your kindness and hospitality.

Drive through, 6 vehicles... Took 35 minutes before we got to the order speaker. Another 10 minutes before they would take our order 45 minutes until we got to the window... Ordered two drinks took an extra 10 minutes at the window. 55 minutes later were enjoying our beverage.

I recently visited Tim Hortons café and I must say that I was highly impressed with the atmosphere and service. The team of employees here is exceptionally friendly and professional. I would like to give a special shoutout to two outstanding individuals, Olena and Irina, from the team. Both of them, hailing from Ukraine, provided me with excellent service. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, and always had a smile on their faces. They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was enjoyable. However, this is not to diminish the efforts of the other staff members who were equally attentive and friendly. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire Tim Hortons team for their hard work and excellent service. They create a welcoming environment for all customers. I highly recommend visiting Tim Hortons café to anyone in search of a great atmosphere, tasty food, and friendly staff. You wont be disappointed with your choice!

I am going at this location mostly everyday time.Honestly,dont like to give review but when we are paying to get right/fresh food we have to post these things.I dont think so my review will change anything in service.Most of days i visit this Tim but never receive good service at all.Firstly,i always said can you give me fresh food and all they start recognizing me and always saying that this person demanding fresh food.They told me its fresh fresh Is it wrong if you are paying then dont have right to eat fresh food.If i order hash brown that very hard seems like sitting from hours,bagels are never fresh in evening same very hard to eat,donuts,Tim-bits sometimes too much glazing or either always flies are on them.I know my comment is going to be ignored but so far done with worst location that always charging money or as usual serving expired,hard to eat and inedible products.Thanks for
So I go to use the womens washroom and its a total disaster.. There is no toilet paper so my husband asked the counter staff for toilet paper and the lady tells him to grab the brown napkins and use it for toilet paper... He refused and said thats not okay for a pregnant lady to use considering there is ink on the napkins .. Then another staff member came with toilet paper..completly unacceptable.
I come to this Tim Hortons every single morning without fail for the last 8 months And they have never once messed up my order. Very impressive compared to other Tim Hortons.

Drive thru I the slowest in town. Always huge line ups inside and out. Would rather drive the extra time and get fresh everything at the riverbend Tims where the staff is actually helpful,polite and not stuck up. Stonebridge Tims needs to teach the staff to try to have a personality when serving the guests. And learn to stir everything from the bottom of the cup...or try to stir in general.

My recent visit to Tim Hortons was marred by a disappointing experience. I ordered a specific item, but received the wrong one. To make matters worse, the managers behavior was quite poor, as they refused to acknowledge their mistake. This left me with a less than satisfactory impression of the establishment.
Slowest drive-through ever!
Ordered a medium hot chocolate & smokey honey bacon BELT. Get to window, get my hot chocolate and a english mcmuffin. Not what i paid for and not local so big inconvience after 10 mins of driving away.

Its the only Tim Hortons where Ive ever heard people honking their horns! The other two Tim Hortons in Wasaga Beach run like well oiled machines...this one seems like a training store...which is bizarre as its serving the busiest section of Wasaga Beach!

I understand that in Ontario that all Franchises are being bought up by East Indian people, but that doesnt mean that the customer has to bend to ways. This is a Canadian Company and all staff should speak and understand the language, not be told that they dont know their own order, also, when ordering at drive thru, when taking an order, you do not tell the customer and while struggling to understand a simple order.
The service is really bad at the location. They don t care about their customers. After making the wrong order. The guys was giving me $1. I used to go this location every day and they think $1 will make any difference. Customer only need good customer service if you can t provide that don t even try.

Something has changed. Must be new management. Wanted to sit outside yesterday and three tables has smokers although there are signs. Management used to go outside clean this up. Went inside and almost all the tables were used. One fellow sat at a table for four, not eating or drinking but charging and playing with his phone. He sat there for 15-20 minutes and then went to Walmart leaving his personal stuff on the table while his phone was charging. I guess he owns the table. Thats the second time Ive see that at this Tims. Where is management? The lady in charge a year ago would not have allowed this. Does not compare favourably to other Tims. Best to avoid.
This place food did not have bun buns eggs cheese rice wedges and no wraps This place is literally empty. It looks like they just moved in from a empty apartment. They should have more stock bcuz it is like right beside wasaga beach.

Its really disappointing the laziness that this store s employees are getting away with I understand being short staffed business are struggling but teach your employees standards and stick with them. I have been kind and given many chances but always get bad service and messed up food, forgetting the bacon on a turkey bacon .. and being too lazy to simply cut your bagels in half is one of the most reoccurring lazy habits your employees are getting away and it truly disgusted me that you can take money for terrible service and terrible messed up food and not do anything to change their habits. Do better or close your store if you can t implement standards and stick to them
