McDonald's in Wasaga Beach

Absolutely outraged. It seems like it doesnt matter what new city you visit, theres always that mcdonalds who will hire any careless person. Im so tired of employees not double checking things. I ordered 2 meals. A family meal that consists of 2 burgers 2 fries 2 drinks and a happy meal on skip the dishes. No special requests. Got the food extremely late, my child was missing his happy meal toy and snack yogurt. My other son missing a drink. Everything was cold and saugy my daughter reheated her food in a microwave. This is outrageous. Managers and supervisors need to step it up. This is absolutely disgusting the way their employees behave and this was my first time in this city. Or town. Whatever this place is. I can assure you I wont ve coming back here.

Best McDonalds around. Staff are a great bunch ... Most diverse crew Ive ever seen, too. Great hiring! Service is always quick and never had an error with an order. Even during the busiest summer days/nights this crew delivers.

Generally pretty fast, orders are accurate most of the time (still check bags before leaving, as its habit from much less consistent locations) Fries were fresh Parking: Shopping plaza as well as smaller McDonalds specific spots. The girls are always so friendly to my husband and I. They always are smiling and wish us a good day. Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking, and they have the tables inside and outside.

Its sub human goo. If you havent eaten all day and youre stuck in the car, sometimes you just need greasy onions and pickle burgers. Itll do for that. The staff are actually incredible in my limited experience.

Just dont bother, apparently my fault for not saying egg when ordering a bagel blt. Who orders just blt at 5am? Where is this information available, seems silly that the only way to know what to say is after they screw up and tell you what you shouldve said? Joycelyn was rude and made me feel less than a valued customer. Her tone and demeanor was not professional, she should listen and not respond with frustration.

I got a big Mac and waited a long time the servers were not friendly a d there was no special sauce in my big Mac.

This McDonalds had good service and very polite staff. When looking for a table to eat at, we found every table dirty. I asked for a cloth to clean a table off and you would think the staff member would come out from behind the counter and clean the table for us.......she didnt......she handed me the cloth so I could clean it myself. The food was hot and presented well for us.

Yesterday my first order had a few missing items. We were missing 2 happy meals. 1 was a hamburger happy meal no pickles with fries and apple juice and 1 cheeseburger happy meal no pickles with fries and apple juice. 3 BBQ sauce were also missing and 2 sweet and sour sauce was also missing. No straws were packed either. I then had to reorder using Uber eats again to reorder my children s happy meals as they were upset their meals never came. Upon the second delivery, still NO straws and no one at McDonald s even noticed that there were all the missing items from the first delivery. I tried to contact McDonald s to speak to the manager on the floor but the phone just kept ringing and ringing. They never answer the phone as I ve tried to contact them a few times prior to yesterday. This shouldn t happen. On the Uber eats NO contact sticker on the delivery bag it was not properly filled out and it was left blank. It clearly has a section to be checked off once it was properly inspected which it clearly was not hence all the missing items and 2 separate deliveries for a family of four to finally eat their meals together. Parents ate cold food of course. Please get your things together if you are going to be providing delivery.

This is my regular location to go to and usually its good. Today not so much, fries were just a little under cooked, Big Mac was low on sauce and pickles. Quarter pounder with cheese was low on toppings too.

Terrible place. Food is cold. Place dirty. Bathroom mirror too cloudy and horrible. Worse place ever.

Food is greasy as every other, bad for your liver.

I was there for McHappy days. Actually went twice to the Collingwood store then the Wasaga Beach store. They both did a great job fundraising. The food never comes out as it looks in the pictures but that is normal.

Food is good and affordable as always. Staff went above and beyond to make my three yr old daughter and I smile on a tough morning.

This location used to be awful but fir the last 6 months at least I ve noticed a great improvement. Thank you for including extra sauce when people ask and not forgetting napkins.

Stopped in the drive thru and it was packed but they did a great job moving everyone through. I got my order quickly. Service was great, food was great and I wasn t in the drive thru for no more than maybe 10 minutes. Great job today guys.

Extremely busy location in Wasaga. I think it might be the only one. Although the McDonald s is located in a large plaza, the actual parking for this store is extremely limited - approximately 8 spots as the rest are reserved for the drive thru line. As a result, I find most people prefer the drive thru which gets extremely busy. This creates a big line throughout the plaza that can easily go back to the lights. In terms of the actual McDonald s, I walked in to get an Iced Coffee. Service was friendly. Order was correct.

Went in. Food was fast and hot, well prepared. However the cleanliness of the chairs, tables was not. Bathroom was definitely disgusting, no one had cleaned that for awhile.

Cute little McD. This is a very nice restaurant. Not as big as many others in bigger cities, but its still a lovely place. They have an outdoor seat to enjoy the good sunny weather. The staff are very friendly and would go out of their way to make your day extra special. I got extra oreo in my Mc flurry. You can enjoy the city of wasaga just by sitting outside this location as traffic is high around here. Parking is available for free. Kid-friendliness: Staff were nice to kids.

Here at 8pm, dinning room closed, I drive a truck too big for drive-thru for work, I have my toddler with me, now I cant give him the dinner I promised him after a hard days work, cause.....I dont why!? Im not standing in the middle of the parking lot with a toddler, cause your only constellation is to wait in line with the cars. Very unacceptable. There was even patrons in the storefront still. Stop letting children run businesses

Only issue is ...you need better chemicals for cleaning and some ventilation for the mildew caused by the beautiful running fountain...

Went here for a quick take out before hitting the beach. Unfortunately it was super busy because of the long weekend. We ordered some iced coffees and it took 15mins. Overall it was ok but probably wouldve been faster to go through the drive through.

WENT THERE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING FOR BREAKFAST THE FOOD WAS GOOD BUT NOBODY HAD CLEANED UP THE INSIDE SEATING VERY WELL THE NIGHT BEFORE THERE WERE ONIONS DRIED ON THE SEATING AND STICKY TABLES..THE PLACE NEEDS MORE ATTENTION TO CLEANING...TO BE FAIR WHILE I WAS EATING THERE WAS A LADY OUTSIDE CLEANING TABLES THERE. BUT THE WINDOWS WERE DIRTY AND AS I SAID TABLES AND SEATING..YES ITS A DIRTY FAST-FOOD JOINT BUT THAT EARLY IN THE MORNING AROUND 8 OR 9 IT SHOULD BE CLEAN

Its your typical McDonalds. Except, you can see some of the water if you eat outdoors. Its also right beside a busy road. Plus, McDonalds is kind of pricey.

Hit and miss on this place. Sometimes you go in there and theres garbage overflowing and flies and catch up and it just sits there every time she go in there. Theres less of that but its still out there to open once in a while. You got a rude person at the drive-thru , one times there are three in the morning. It isnt McDonalds fault but somebody in the drive-thru was trying to carjack me. They were chased off but its surprising cuz the neighborhood is pretty safe

Going to the one and only McDonald s in wasaga beach, ensures you never get the correct order. This place is unbelievable. I get that it s min wage workers but how in the Christ do they mess up my order or forget something every time!

Conveniently no one would answer the phones when I called 10 + times !! 50$ wasted on nasty food !! The owners need to start holding their employees accountable !!
