Never follows order details or notes. Same experience every time. Not happy, I used to like Wendys :(

Trying to get something to eat 30 min before there closed to learn this location does not accept cash only card so dont bother stopping here if your hungry youll be disappointed Im sure they will come up with any excuse to not serve anyone

Hard to get into. Bad location due to poor planning on behalf of the town of wasaga beach. Only seating is outside.

My burger was uncooked and was still pink in the middle. I was completely disgusted.

Went 2 weeks in a row and got half full fries and all small ones no normal fries asked for no ice in drink got ice and asked for no tomato on original chicken sandwich as it is a allergy and got tomatoes plus a pickle witch does not come on a chicken sandwich owners are not good always looking for the cheep way out don t care about the service you receive and definitely don t care to make your order right will never go back will go to McDonald s from now on at least they make the food hot and fully cooked don t waist your hard earned money the Wasaga beach Wendy s has awful service and they do not deserve your hard earned money food sucks

Chili while tasty was cold and served with saltine crackers I prefer a bun

Delicious food but served cold I had to heat it up at home...defeats the purpose of hot fast food. Employee also forgot the frosty I ordered and I had to remind him about it and then he checked and got it. Not focused in there at all.

I work nights shift. My lunch is around 2 am. So naturally the local wendys is the only place open and thank God. As a driver Im all over the province eating on the run. This particular wendys has not let me down since it opened. No matter morning lunch or 245am the food it well assembled tasty the orders are correct and the service is second to none. For a location that seems to be chronically short staffed the staff they do have are doing great. Especially that night crew. See you guys tomorrow. Parking: On-site 6 spots as no dine in

Anit is the frickin goat bro this dude is the most genuine guy I ve ever met and his food tastes amazing too. Next time I come up to Wasaga I better see him as manager or else I ll be disappointed.

We love going to this wendys for a great atmosphere and great food! This lovely female worker was so kind and filled our drink to the brim! she provied us with the condiments we needed without having to be asked and insured we enjoyed our food. the food was delicious and made fresh and she gave us 2 free frostys for my birthday! we love coming to wasaga for this wendys and it truly is an amazing staff and place to be! Dietary restrictions: I have a peanut allergy and the workers ensured me that there would be no peanuts in the facility where my food was being made. Kid-friendliness: I brought my little sister with me and they provided me and her with my birthday frosty. some restaurants discriminate and treat us with little respect because they think we are unfriendly teenagers. we were treated amazing and this wendys is verh inclusive of everyone

holy wow vansh and mani are th best duo in the world. Wow Just WOW at 3 fricking am in the morning these two provides us with the best service ever and gave us such amazing tasty food and i seriously honestly had such a fun time despite it being so late. They got the food in as fast as they could which was pretty fast and it was amazing. Thank you vansh for making my experience so much better honestly and thank you mani for the very very very tasty food. GIVE THESE TWO A RAISE IMMEDIATELY

Vansh and mani deserve a raise, they were working the night shift until 3am and gave several customers fast and great service and good tasting food. They were amazing!

The late night service is fast and reliable, always fresh and quick. The gentleman working the night shifts deserves a raise as I always see him working his hardest to provide for hungry customers. Every late night drive thru should take notes on the excellent service he provides night in and night out

Your food tastes like dirty fryer oil. Monday morning, Wednesday Night, busy, slow, summer, winter. It doesnt matter what time of day or year, yall aint cleaning your fryers properly and youre running old oil. It reflects in the quality of your food, its trash , buckets, step up your kitchen maintenance game.

Wendys is always delicious and Pari seems to be working everytime I go through. Shes always sweet and actually cares about providing good service. When shes had to park me, she is always apologetic and atleast I know Im getting the fresh of food. Weve had wrong orders before and the workers were quick to apologize and rectify the issue and sweeten it with a mini frosty thar we always appreciate. Doing a good job guys!

I dont mind this Wendys. I know ppl complain about there being no sit in, but it is the beach, you dont come to the beach to sit inside. The location is Key. I have to admit some form of criticism as at first the servance was horrible when they first opened. They have seem to have worked out their kinks, that goes for opening any new business. I honestly just love the menui for its vanilla coke and apple peacan salad, Please never get ride of those two things, The very pretty smiley women who severed me was very lovely. Give her a raise! If it wasnt for her I wouldnt be righting this review. She was very kind about refilling my Vanilla Coke, it is such a big treat to me so I always exercise my free refill. My folks own the Wine Making Business called Cheers, in the Strip mall just a couple driveways down, I grabbed my mom a coffee with the cinnamon deal, she loved it. And is a huge coffee connoisseur as she will drink it just black. And said the coffee is better then Tims. And just as good as McDonalds which she prefers over Tims anyday. Promote that coffee even more if it is that good! Cant see how that wouldnt be profitable.
