I am adding to my previous review, below... Pizza heaven = the new tandoori chicken pizza !!! I changed the sauce to the Butter Chicken sauce and added hot peppers (these are fresh hot peppers and have the best taste) If you love Indian food and love pizza this is heaven ! SERIOUSLY good pizza. This Dominos staff always presents a fantastic pizza, a friendly voice on the phone and friendly delivery people. The toppings go all the way to the crust! Every order ! Dominos was never my first choice in the past but this location has changed my mind Great job

I had shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago and she is probably the first person I have had anywhere who asked if I would like help getting my order into my vehicle. Had a pizza on Saturday... 50% off...hardly any sausage pepperoni and ordered double cheese.. Seems they used 50% less ingredients... Extremely disappointed... Might try another pizza shop Got a reply from management to contact then but as of today... Nothing... So i guess they dont really care... Just optics...!!!! A week later and absolutely nothing from management about correcting problem.. Sent an email to corporate will see if they do anything... Nothing pisses a customer off more when you dont do anything... Update Ordered two pizzas tonight and manager credited me with one free one...after the issue of the other night.. Kudos to him and staff for correcting this...Glad to see this customer service...

Straight forward approach. After mixing up my order theyve called me in 5 minutes after pick up and gave me my order PLUS the money, Ive spent on it, PLUS apology for inconvenience.

This dominos in Wasaga beach just served me and my pregnant girlfriend raw pizza dough, this place is a joke and did nothing about it and when I called they hung up on me right away.

They cannot take an order correctly when picked up my order it was wrong call them to fix it nothing but excuses would not deliver the pizza to my home so I drove back and drop the pizza off and got my money very unprofessional people you need to get somebody who understands good English and customer service to answer your phones and handle your business

Your chef need to learn how to slice pizza nicely. Our pizza last night was sliced so badly that some slices were looking like 2 slices together and some slices looked like 1/3rd... the presentation of food is important. Just ask yourself if you would eat that nasty looking slices if those were given to you or your kids.

They gave me the wrong pizza and did nothing to help even though I explained that i pushed pineapple on the app not mushrooms. Not impressed at all

We usually order weekly or biweekly as our take out treat. Always get delivery and never been disappointed. The Wasaga location has specials to send a portion of proceeds to local schools or charities as well.

I ordered thin crust pizza over call and employee made regular hand toasted pizza and when I asked he told its think crust pizza if I want to order more crunchy they I have order cracker crust which not mentioned on their website.

Probably the best place to order from in town if you re ever hungry and don t feel like cooking. The pizza almost never feels fresh but the flavour and toppings compensate for the feeling of pizza coming out cold. It s the type of food that gets you into the party mood. They also have good deals and you can bring it to the beach in less than 5 minutes since it s close to beaches 5 and 4.

Who can complain about Dominoes!? This location is a winner. I always receive my food hot, ready, and delicious. I just wish it was located a little closer to Elmvale.

They deserve a Zero never ordering from them again!! There was driver Rude and disrespectful, I called the management to complain!! The manager took the word of the drive without knowing any of the circumstances! Good bye dominos Pizza Hut is in town now!

Never have had an experience like we did last night ordered a pizza 45 minutes later it arrived at which point it should be free it was full of green peppers and we always tell them no green peppers..finally at 730 after numerous calls about where is our pizza it arrived..I THINK THE PEOPLE IN THE STORE SHOULD GET More ORGANIZED AND TEACH THE PHONE PEOPLE EXACTLY HOW TO TAKE AN ORDER .. was very late to eat called at 450 and finally got our pizza at 730 ..WOW JUST SAYIN.

Ordered 2 pastas, chicken carbanara, CHICKEN is the key word, got only 2 pieces in one of them, also asked for extra sauce and bacon, no extra sauce was added. Also didnt get any plastic forks :(

Worst customer service ever! Ordered Pizza to our address in Tiny and gave cross street as reference. Employee put us on hold to confirm they deliver there and came back and confirmed they did. Driver went to incorrect city/address. Spoke with Store Manager Cheryl who insisted that we provided the wrong city in which we live and refused to deliver our pizza. We live 20 minutes from Dominos. Pretty sure I know my address..... Rude and ignorant. We wont ever be back!

I would of given you a 5 star review. But truth be told. I order an 8 peice of chicken bites and you only gave me 7. So now Im sad. And hungry. Id really like 1 more chicken bite to make this right. If you give me my chicken bite all give you that extra star. Let me know if we have a deal.

Tonight we ordered the special. Large 4 topping with wings. We asked the lady to tell the driver to call as we have dogs. They walked down into our walkway. Thankfully I stopped my dogs and shut the door so they didnt go jump onto the delivery guy. Not only did I call to tell them hey, we have dogs we asked u for being responsible dog owners.She laughed and hung up. We are regular customers that will never return nor order again. Now my husbands calling and she wont answer. Awful service and cold food

Always been a great location. Lady helped me use a cupon when app wasnt working. Fast friendly service and pizzas always taste very good. They say it takes 20 min and its always 18 minutes. Definitely recommend for the wasaga area. They have delivered to the arena in the past to help those located in elmvale, Orr lake etc. A++

Stopped delivering to my area after I have been getting delivery for the last 4 years from them. And the night I found out they werent delivering I actually starved no joke. No one else was delivering at that time and we didnt have Uber eats or Doordash. I was so upset to find this out. Come on dominos l U literally wont drive 10 minutes I tipped your guys good to.

Boo stopped delivering in my area. Thats not cool how can you deliver for years then just stop. Not a good look. Like Im not on the border either. So disappointing.

This Dominos location tastes like Dominos before they did a full revamp of their food and image. The sauce and ingredients just didnt taste good, as someone who always orders Dominos across Ontario, this was my worst experience with the Franchise.

Doesnt taste pizza. Ordered multiple pizzas with different toppings, they all taste the same!, only noticed the spice on sauce which is weird. Havent asked to add any spice. Pizza dough was awfully.

My experience was great. The young lady that took my order on the phone was very polite. I picked my food up 20 minutes later and it was ready and hot. The staff seemed to be having a pleasant evening because everyone was smiling. Also they were doing a fundraiser that was all over fb and thats the reason I ordered from there that evening Im happy I did.....the pizza was great.
