Not sure if you have ever tried Pizzaville in Wasaga Beach. If not you are missing one of the best Pizzas, you will ever have. The service is great, the preparation and quality of the pizza is fabulous. In my opinion, this is the best pizza in Wasaga Beach. To the owners of this franchise. Keep up the great work and continue with the great quality.
When Pizzaville first opened in Wasaga Beach, we ordered several times and were extremely pleased with the pizzas we received. Sadly, we can no longer say the same. A month ago when we ordered one for timed pick up when we got it home (Less than a five minute drive) It was cold. It was almost as if it was made when we ordered it two hours before our pick up time. We just ordered one yesterday thinking we would try it again and while it was hot when we picked it up it was a soggy mess. We ordered the asiago chicken, and there was so much tomato sauce on it the crust was literally soaked. And I think we found about five pieces of chicken on the entire pizza. When we picked it up, we commented on our last experience of the pizza being cold and were told that they could not guarantee it would be hot with the timed delivery. We have never had this issue with other pizza locations in town, nor have we had this problem previously with Pizzaville. Quality and service has definitely deteriorated since they opened this location.
Amazing location! went to the Wasaga Beach Pizzavile location for the first time and couldn't ask for better service and food! I believe the guy who took our order name was Ahmad not sure! Amazing person and great energy. The food was served quick and it was great! Would recommend if you haven't been here yet
Paid $20 for a gluten free pizza with bacon as one of the toppings. It took a half hour to get my pizza, and there is 4 small pieces of bacon on it and hardly any cheese. The place is a zoo and is run very inefficiently. Watched them present 2 other screwed up pizzas to customers within 10 minutes while waiting for mine.
Best pizza in Wasaga beach . Beyond happy they opened this location .. Been dying for a fried panzo since I moved here .. 😂 This location doesn’t disappoint with toppings / cheese and anything else you order… 👏🏻👏🏻 Hands down best around ! If you want pizza in Wasaga beach don’t order anything else .
The pizza was not fully cooked. It was very dough-y. Very gross. I've never been to a Pizzaville before so this wasn't a great first impression of the food. The people there however were quite lovely.
First time at Wasaga Beach Pizzaville today. I so wanted to love it, but sadly it was Meh. The service was very good, price was reasonable but the garlic bread and pizza lacked flavour. My daughter and I both agreed that the garlic bread was a massive piece of bread with a layer of mozzarella/cheddar cheese similar to store bought. Pizza lacked sauce. A bit disappointing 😞. I do wish the business well, but not sure we'll return until the glitches are all worked out.
Please do not order the “mozzarella sticks” at pizzaville because you will be infinitely disappointed. The “sticks” were uncut, it was a hard and mostly burnt at the bottom bread loaf where they just sprinkled some cheese that was left at the back of the fridge. This is a sorry excuse for a “mozzarella stick” Just for reference if pizzaville is truly unaware; a mozzarella stick is defined as an elongated piece of battered or breaded mozzarella cheese stick. The “mozzarella stick” in question here had no battered or breaded mozzarella at all. this thing had zero cheese inside. slapping some cheese on the top does not make it a mozzarella stick. This is basically false advertisement and definitely needs to be fixed. If you want to serve bread with cheese on top that’s cool but damn, say that to begin with. don’t try pulling the wool over our eyes and trick us into thinking this is actually a mozzarella stick. Anyway aside from that if you’re planning to eat here the pizza isn’t great, the cheese is pretty stiff the wings are okay but everything else is pretty questionable. Try little ceasers a couple stores over and you’ll get the better bang for your buck.
Clean bright restaurant. Ordered party pizza twice, we wanted well done, it was excellent! Staff nice, had other times, no problem! Thx.
I believe in trying every business once to see how it is, but this place, I will never eat there again. I was there on Friday nov 1, stopped in to grab a three topping xl pizza and and Caesar salad. When order was done the gentleman behind the counter proceeded to bring the pizza and salad to me where I asked for a bag to put the salad and all sides into. When he was packing the clear salad container in bag I stopped him as I noticed the salad was black and slimmy, I told him it was rotten and asked for a new one he replied, ( i guess so,) then I watched him go to the back and grab a large bag of salad from the fridge and proceeded to dig through it with his bare hand looking for some good salad, I then just said forget the salad and give me my money back for it. I would like to note, that there was an older Indian gentleman in corner watching this and got up, came to counter and spoke in Indian to him but would not say anything to me, I do believe he was the owner of the establishment. worse thing is salad ranks up there as one of the most known for food poisoning and they didnt even care.
I ordered gluten free pizza delivery, with a Caesar salad because they even had gluten free dressing I rarely order pizza, and I ve some terrible experiences lately, so I was going to just never bother again - but I just moved, so I tried Pizzaville was not only very helpful and polite when I called, but this pizza is really really good excellent crust (a rarity for commercial gluten free pizza, tasty, good texture, and it must have decent nutritional value because I m full and only ate half what I usually do lots of nice fresh toppings, salad was likewise fresh, and big enough for two, or for a meal itself Puppy shared also quite approves Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free crust!

Weird experience. Ordered for delivery like we have before. The driver pulled up with someone else in the car eating. He was on his bluetooth ear piece the whole time my fiancé is trying to ask him about the price. He put dips on our vehicle and then he tried taking them when he was leaving? Just a weird experience. The pizza was pretty dark, not great.

Super disappointed with last nights order. Extremely underwhelming. Pizza was under cooked. Cheese to topping ratio was completely off. It just didnt taste great. Likely wont order again.

This PizzaVille location is by far the most amazing one! I highly recommend it. The food is amazing, the place is immaculately cleaned and the staff could not be nicer. Everyone is so welcoming and you can tell that the people working here really take pride in what they do to ensure their customer 100% satisfaction. Out of all pizza places this is the BEST! I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Not even worth 1 star! I ordered a simple large cheese pizza from wasaga location....pizza arrived raw on top burnt on bottom...no sauce but had tomato water on it and maybe like 5 crushed tomatoes on entire pizza! Called customer service and another pizza was sent...the owner hand delivered an even worse pizza which i didnt know was possible! Completely raw all the way through this time....if the owner saw a pizza that looked like this and thought it was acceptable he has a lot of learning to do! Not only is the pizza inedible and disgusting we could have gotten sick from it! I will NEVER order from them again!

I typically love pizzaville and was really excited to hear they were coming to town. Our food was not good though. It seems like they are just cooking frozen pizzas because mine was somehow raw and burnt at the same time. The toppings were running water like a frozen pizza does. I am pretty disappointed to say the least.
The pizza was raw, and tasted like cardboard. Honestly better off going to Walmart and buying a frozen pizza. Out of the already large number of pizza places wasaga has to offer, adding a pizza ville was a complete waste of time and money. Not worth it, whatsoever. Food

Just one slice and I am a convert to Pizzaville having never been in one before. Definitely our go to from now on in Wasaga Beach. Very very clean inside with friendly staff ( lots of smiles even though they seem to have been inundated from opening tis week.) Great seating area to enjoy a slice or two.
