Great pizza hut and friendly staff

Pizza Hut changed their stuffed crust recipe and the new cheese is awful. We only ever ordered for the stuffed crust, and at $5 additional charge it should be good. For the past few years, it WAS good. Tonight we ordered for the first time in a while and the stuffed crust cheese was disgusting. Granular and mushy, not stringy like it used to be. I called to ask to if they changed the recipe and the lady was trying to not answer the question and mumbled something about inventory from the back and then proceeded to say sorry, bye and hang up. No reason to order Pizza Hut anymore when their main selling feature has been changed, presumably to cut costs with inferior cheese in the stuffed crust.

I just had a pizza delivered from Pizza Hut and also med wings. They told me 40 mins but my order was here around 30 mins. I ordered a medium deluxe on half and just pepperoni on the other half and 8 med wings. This was the best pizza I have had in a long time and the wings were awesome. I will never order from any place else from now on Thank you

We had over a couple hundred dollar order months ago, we were given expired coupons ...we went to use them today . The lady I explained everything too, said no. We wouldve paid but how unreal and rude this Indian lady was... Never again pizza hut!! They had no new 2024 coupons said it wouldnt be a problem...it lost u a customer of 25 years. Whats our country coming to. We lost customer service, we lost respect, weve lost our food industry to people who dont care anymore

Absolutely the worst pizza I ve ever had. I have ordered from the Wasaga Beach location 3 times now. I always ask for my pizza to be well done with extra cheese. I always end up getting raw pizza that s not cooked with hardly no cheese at all. I usually don t leave bad reviews, but I just had to this time. I ll never order from Pizza Hut again.

The nicest restaurant experience in Wasaga Beach! Diksha is a very gracious hostess. She always treats me super special and is always wearing a smile! They are now offering free personal pizza to homeless folks. If you know a homeless person or someone who needs something to eat, please visit them!

This has become our local go to after trying other local spots and being disappointed. This Pizza Hut provides a solid and consistent pizza, always tasty. Their wings are good also. They always have promos that help wallet wise, and do have a program to feed the homeless which is admirable. A+

Rakesh was very quick to greet me when I opened the door & he was very understanding when I was using a coupon for a 50% of for large pizza. Jerin did a wonderful job at making the pizza and it tasted delicious. All in all in Service was great Food was great Time to make was great I would definitely recommend anyone who likes pizza to eat at this specific Pizza Hut.

Dang, we did a walk in special, two pizzas, it was phenomenal!! We tried both crusts, the deep dish and the hand crafted. Only thing I would say is some slices were missing the sausage but even without, the slice held its own.

After a negative experience at another restaurant nearby, I decided to stop into this location as I had a gift card. Upon entering the building I was immediately greeted and other customers were checked on before serving me. Service was exceptional, I walked in unsure of what I wanted and the gentleman working the front was more than happy to guide me into my purchase. Very informative, delivered with a positive attitude and professionalism. He also gave assurances in the event there are any issues in regards with orders. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

I went here this evening with my family, Food was very good, but cleanliness level of the store was very bad not hygiene at all.Moreover,there is very less space for sitting, no more chairs, restrooms were so bad there was no toilet papers

We went there today around 10. I called the store to confirm if they have the space for dine in and we ordered on call as well for dine in. The pizza was good and the brownie too, but when we went there they have 4 small tables and only 5 chairs. Like seriously! No one eats pizza alone. At least everyone comes in pairs so they must have minimal 8 chairs. Secondly, one of the table was looking cleaned but I think they didn t used a clean cloth because the surface was sticky of the table. Even the floor was messy as well, the washroom wasn t clean too. Very Disappointed.

This is a location we frequent on most weekends. Always Great food and service!!

When first opened was amazing. They had many local delivering they needed about 6 drivers hired.. now they got rid of all the locals and there is only 1 great driver a local who has been there since they opened he is the only 1 left the rest are all international students and they will NOT hire anyone else. Many many customers will not order for delivery anymore as they are extremely upset on the fact that they will not hire any locals to bring them food.. customers enjoy being able to a have conversation quickly at there door that they can fluently understand. Thankfully they still have that delivery driver named Chris i believe, I know me and the neighbors across the street are much happier to see him pull up in our driveway with our orders knowing he is local and dont have to struggle with another International student. ( the students have the nerve to ask me ) you give me tip please they dont even put a proper sentence together when rudely asking for a tip.. START hiring locals from wasaga beach area so us customers our happy and continue to order because many customers are not pleased that pizzahut in wasaga beach are purposely boycotting English speaking locals and only hiring international students.. something needs to change.

No locals drivers. And nobody is speaking English so we do not understand anything. They have 1 local driver and he has been there since the day the opened we are very happy with him delivering but Ive had 5 of my family members apply and they will only hire Indian students..

Parking: Wasaga Beach Food

I would give zero stars if I could. There are spiders crawling around everywhere in this place. And if you look up, there are cobwebs everywhere. Be careful what you eat, you could have a crispy critter baked in your pizza pie. It s horrendous. The food and health agency seriously needs to perform and inspection here. Utterly dirty everywhere. Hygiene is too important at a restaurant so I will not be eating or ordering takeout here ever again. And the ladies are all rude and impolite if you tell them something is wrong. There s a little young lady who makes the pizza and she come out barking on the attack like a rabid dog. She needs manners and customer service skills taught to her. Rabid dog.

All the staff are very professional. I found this store my go-to place for eating my favorite Canadian pizza. This store is serving pizza from heart and I really love their pizzas. Their customer handling method is amazing and I recommend everyone to give a hit for once.

HEADS UP PPL IN WASAGABEACH do not go to PIZZAHUT . I just was there to pick up nd it wasnt ready so I was leaning on the counter and I could see the cook dance ( his reflection in there warming oven) then watched him rub his hand all in his hair nd walked over DID NOT WAAH HIS HANDS and start making someones pizza now iv found hair in my food from there before nd brushed it off this has been twice now but brushed it of he does not wear a hair net nor was the other girl there only the one lady was nd she waa cleaning the tables so thats backwards.... When I told her it was oooo ok no its not ok . Then I asked for the owners information and got nothing but a hard time until I said I will call the health department and post this online. Then the short girl there finally gave me the number for him . Iv never been so Disgusted and only offered to remake my food really 50 dollar order this place with the new owners and stuff this is gross .
