Went there last night. Very dirty! Food on floor in the kitchen area. Floor sticky where the drinks are and counter was very dirty. It was not busy so not sure why they wouldnt clean up. The girl who was taking the order needs customer service training. Very sad that she would laugh at a customer who was trying to give his order but you could tell he had autism or he was deaf. The server was laughing thinking it was funny.

Whopper Wednesday

This Burger King is right beside the laundromat so normally we decide that we re gonna go over and get food but most of the time we pull up to the drive-through even though we re the only customers they pull us and we re waiting about 20 minutes or more for our food! It is Really annoying I try to avoid coming here if possible but when I m super hungry, I will come here cause the food is quite good, but they really need to work on their service times

So glad I found you hidden at the Petro near the new arena build. Fries - meh. Nice to have this in the east end of Wasaga. Whoop Whoop. C est bon, c est bon. Parking: In the parking lot with a gas station. Spots out front are only a few. Can be tricky in and out with gas people in and out. Best to drive through. A bouclé times asked to park out front and it s a bit of a pain to park in the designated spot. Think there are two.

They dont have personal enough it took too long to get my food and its supposed to be fast food.

There was no lineup yet I still had to wait over 10 minutes in the front. I did not mind the wait but when I got home and started eating the food I was very disappointed . I live less than 5 mins away. The fries tasted old and not properly cooked. The whoppers all had way too much salt and spice on them very overpowering and nothing like a normal whopper . I really enjoy going to the Burger King in Barrie but I will not be back to this one . I also got a caramel sundae with extra caramel which did not have extra caramel . My kids aren t very picky eaters and always with the kids meals from the Barrie location even after driving 35 mins home .

Terribly slow, one customer ahead of me , his order all wrong. I ordered 2 coffees... took 15 minutes, the coffee is awful, so bad we dumped them .

Not sure about the service because we got delivery but the quality of the food is terrible. Chicken nuggets, chicken fries, mozzarella sticks shouldn t even be sold at this restaurant or any restaurant for that matter. The burger and fries were ok but the rest was terrible. Definitely won t go back.

After being told in the drive thru they would be with shortly I continued to wait another 4 minutes. There was no one in the drive thru and minimal customers inside the restaurant. And yet they still managed to miss an entire burger from my order. Cannot say I will be back.

What a wonderful experience the food was on point this chunky young man with curly black hair was the one who prepared this masterpiece I believe he is referred to as the grill master in the streets of Wasga

This location has, by far, the juiciest burgers. BK is my favourite burger joint but the new Wasaga Beach location has had the best burgers and a welcoming atmosphere.

Went in for a whopper meal. Placed my order took a while for it to be ready. While waiting noticed how dirty the place was. Paper & food on the floor. Went to a seat, table had dries ketchup on it with pieces of meat on the table. Looked like table hasnt been cleaned all day. For a brand new location place looked like a dump. Wont be going back.

Got food here a few times. Its hit or miss. Ive gotten stale buns, the mozza sticks and poppers taste off, sourdough for melts was a weird soggy. Sometimes patties sit for a while and are dry and lukewarm. Fries were good though.

Service was slow ..onion rings were cold...member of staff even spilled a few onion rings from the container on the floor but did not add more. Tables were dirty and the store was not even busy. A VERY POOR Burger King. Not recommended.

Went in the restaurant last night to grab the whoppers and watched the chick in the back jump off a ladder and start making them without washing her hands...no gloves. Not even a hair net.(disgusting). The store itself is gross...understandable that theres food dropped on the floor but omg the piles of food and garbage piled in the middle of the kitchen is unsanitary and thats just the start. I would not go there again and Im a local and will share my experience with anyone who asks. I will wait til the main street restaurant to open again. Sad that a new business is so disgusting and staff dont follow rules

Its not busy at 840pm. So why was I served a cold burger, which doesnt even have everything I specifically asked for on it? People pay money for you to make their food fresh. This happens too often, its why I now sit in your parking lot to inspect my food to make sure it is what I ordered.

Went on the 9th October 2023 at around 3pm. The staff at this time were really great. Weird as there were only 2 people working. Understaffed as usual. But they work so hard. Its a shame big companies are so tight and obviously save money on staff. But they were very friendly and helpful even though it was really busy. Burger king are very lucky. Thanks alot buddy you were awesome!

Dont know about them. Never got actually served when I walked in. Waited for cs to ask me and she keeps walking back and forth and not approaching counter each time I go in. This is the 4th time. Never again. Cant wait till Wendys opens.

been to Wasaga for vacation, and my search for a great restaurant didnt yield any results. However, I stumbled upon Burger King. I decided to try the Bacon King and some nuggets, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. Not only was the food fantastic, but the team working there was incredibly friendly and kind.
