Che Roba! is hands down the best Italian Focaccia sandwich, espresso, gelato, and frozen food shop. Chef Luca is truly a master. Every time I order, I feel his love for the ingredients and the craft of cooking, which adds to the whole experience. If you re looking to enjoy a real taste of Italy, I highly recommend! Also they re super friendly!

Wanted to try this place, went tonight. Looking over all the sandwich options on the menu board when I come to a sign that read no substitutions For someone who has a lactose issue I thought they would be more accommodating. After I was told NO I walked out. If the sandwichs are not pre-made and everything is fresh I shake my head and wonder why I couldnt have gotten a sandwich minus cheese. I suggest to review all the sandwich options on the menu before going espically if your lactose issue as there are No Substutions. Lost my business!!

We stopped for lunch and were really pleasantly surprised by the fantastic (and huge!) focaccia sandwiches. Our daughter and son-in-law really enjoyed theirs as well and wisely also bought their tiramisu. Possibly the best we have ever eaten!

What stuff... We went to this little place with an Italian-Canadian cousin who wanted me to taste an Italian coffee at all costs, given that its difficult to find it in Canada.... What can I say, the place is welcoming, Antonella and Luca , the Italian owners are friendly and professional. Excellent coffee, cappuccinos and croissants like in Italy. Luca also prepares excellent focaccias with many refined Italian ingredients. We tasted four... one better than the other. Incidentally... The focaccias on the menu cannot be changed, and rightly so, the taste would certainly be affected. Thanks for taking us back to Italy :)

First time visiting here despite driving by several times. I am blown away at how delicious and fresh the focaccia sandwiches are. I also had a croissant which was also amazing. I highly recommend and will be back soon. Very high quality and fresh food.

Che Roba! They make the best focacia sandwiches--they bake their own bread & source their meats, truffles & oils directly from Italy. If youre used to grocery focacia (greasy and heavy on the belly), a authentic focacia is one that is soft inside and very lightly oiled. We restaurant hopped along Wasaga Beach and this shop by the side of the gas station (away from the actual beach) has by far the best on-the-go casual food. This isnt a Subway or McDonalds so enjoy the wait at their outdoor picnic grounds.

This place was amazing!! Wasn t sure as Wasaga is a tourist-y town and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, service and overall atmosphere of this place. Italian owners making delicious Italian sandwiches, gelato and coffee. I got the vegetariano and the gorgonzola cheese with the vegetables was FANTASTIC!! Would 10/10 recommend for folks visiting Wasaga (and locals as well) to stop in. There is a little bar to sit at inside as well as picnic tables outside. Thanks for the delicious lunch!!!

Adorable place, excellent service, at first glance I thought my sandwich didn t have enough meat on it, but honestly the ratio and flavour was bursting and it was delicious. Excellent quality! Loved the Fuoco was the best!

This was one of the best sandwiches weve had in as long as we can remember. We had the Mamma. It was amazingly tasty, bread so fresh. Service (wish I knew her name... Proprietor) is great, she is lovely. You take it to go or there are picnic tables. Definitely will be back. And will tell my neighbors.

We walked into Che Roba to ask about catering for a 100th birthday party for Nona. Luca and Antonella were very welcoming, explained how they would prepare the food in bite size pieces for casual eating between lunch and dinner. We ordered focaccia sandwiches, three or four varieties for about 25 people. We also ordered two of their lasagna. We had enough for everyone and some had seconds. The pasta is homemade with their own sauce. Everyone loved it even Nona. The focaccia was so light and tasty, baked fresh. She noticed that too, actually everyone did. There were no left overs and no one left hungry. We recommend Che Roba, Luca and Antonella and will definitely be back again. They also serve espresso and gelato, we can t wait to go back for gelato.

This place is AMAZING!!!!! Yesterday we had 2 of their focaccias.....fantastic, so fresh and delicious. Then for today at the beach we ate their meat lasagna...perfetto. Thank God theres finally good, Italian food in Wasaga

The only constructive criticism I can think of is that for the price, the bread is so fluffy and fresh that only one slice of prosciutto on the Che Roba sandwich made it fall short in terms of value. However, we will be back to try out the rest of the menu!

Delicious food with big portions!

Molto bene! The foccacia was so soft and delicious. I had the Fuoco and the onion jam was insane!! Nice outdoor seating and the lady at the front was super nice. Definitely visit if your in wasaga and want a nice Italian sandwich.

A little taste of Italy in Wasaga Beach! Tasty gelato, with the lemon flavour exploding in your mouth. The focaccia was tasty, incredibly light and a huge sandwich! This is going to be a regular spot for us.

This place is phenomenal. I stopped in to check it out and had a cappuccino while owners gave me a tour. Very friendly people. I bought a small bottle of their homemade tomato sauce. Best money I ve ever spent. Had spaghetti at home that night and was transported back to the best Italian restaurants in Toronto because of that sauce. I can t wait to try their sandwiches and gelato now.

I simply love this restaurant. The owners make you feel welcome immediately. The sandwiches are beyond amazing and the gelato, well...Im speechless. You wont regret checking this place out. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp to the door but the sill is high and might be tough to get over.

Called ahead after reviewing the menu online. Picked up two (huge) sandwiches, drinks and biscotti. Everything was delicious and clearly fresh. Obvious care for ingredients. Will definitely return! The closest Ive come to finding authentic Italian (homemade) food. You can tell they love what they do. Its a labour of love to make foccacia, pastries, gelato, and lasagna by scratch. Vegetarian options: The Caprese is my go-to, and im not a vegetarian. Its that good!

The food here is only of the highest quality. Amazing sandwiches and coffees. We gifted a panettone to my in laws. Tae kwon do master Maestro Chong approves! Best Panettone ever. Service is exceptional and we enjoy coming back.

This is a very cute little focaccia shop. The owners are extremely friendly and really take their time to explain things to their guests. The food overall is great, with one exception. Foccacia is excellent quality and clearly very fresh, while they do not sell it on its own they do sell it in a sandwich form. They top their sandwiches with fresh and authentic ingredients, the mozzarella is fantastic. The gelato bar is also lovely and has a great selection of flavours. The flavours were absolutely top notch and unique. (Apple pie for example). The lasagna was very disappointing. It was clearly not fresh and extremely dry. I could tell that at one time it was a beautiful lasagna but, you know when you make lasagna at home and go to microwave it the next day (that rubbery dry texture) well that s what I got. I would not order this item again nor recommend it. The restaurant should consider taking it off the menu as it diminishes the otherwise, amazing food they re putting out. With that said though, it s one badly executed dish where the rest of the menu is fantastic. I highly recommend a visit for a sandwich, a coffee and some gelato. A great new addition to Wasaga.

A chef with a passion for food. I ate delicious lasagne here today accompanied by a cappuccino. Sitting at a picnic table enjoying my lunch I could believe I was in Italy. As a personal chef in London, England I believe I m qualified to share my opinion with others. Honestly I could tell with every bite that the pasta was made with love, a great chef cooks from the heart and clearly Luca has this passion. He showed me a wonderful focaccia that just came out of the oven so I was torn with my decision of what to eat! I m so happy I chose the lasagne as I don t believe it could be bettered. A great eating spot in Wasaga Beach Che Robas focaccia is amazing. So fresh, airy, light but filling just like focaccia should be. They have a lot of different great focaccia sandwiches to please everyone. As for the gelato you cant beat it. Reminds me of my days growing up on College St in little Italy. The gelato and ingredients are so fresh and you can taste the different ingredients in each one. Weve tried all of them multiple times already. Actually, weve tried most of their menu and we keep going back. The owners and staff are warm, friendly and helpful.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The quality of ingredients and the freshness of this focaccia is outstanding! If your looking for an amazing lunch this is the place! I have a cottage nearby, and Have came here for foccacia a few times it is fresh and delicious. The ice cream is very good especially the pistachio.

#cherobawasaga for lunch with Natalie today, although our lunch date was crashed by Gerry and Pat, that didn t put a damper on things, in fact it made for a lot of laughs. The food was excellent! So much so I ordered more and brought it home to share with mom! Amazing focaccia sandwiches!! Fit the large size take out container!! Pictured is the Pero. I could not get over the size of them! Finished off with some delicious homemade gelato and cappuccinos! I m surprised I m able to type this after the food coma I went into once getting home. We got a sandwich (panini) and it was excellent! The ingredients and especially bread is fresh and made daily. Also got a single lasagna, delicious. You can tell an experienced/high profile chef made it. Portions are large too. We will be back. You ve got to meet them. Wasaga s got a gift and you need to try this gem!
