Very friendly staff, quick service, food as requested and tasted great. I accidentally spilled my drink and the staff member who saw was quick to assure me it was ok, poured me a fresh drink, and told me to have a seat elsewhere and they’ll take care of it. I was a little embarrassed but his calm and friendly approach was much appreciated.
Place is very clean and well put together inside. Eat in the drive-through many many times, and just had my first dining experience. Great place, great food that’s consistent, and staff always seems friendly.

I ordered myself a hamburger combo, and had to say to the person making my sandwich to keep adding toppings until it was an acceptable amount. I don't mean excessive, I mean a REASONABLE, NORMAL AMOUNT ONE WOULD EXPECT ON THEIR SANDWICH. Four pieces of diced onion is not something that I would call "normal", yet here we are. Then, I asked for sauce, and the person added maybe a half of a squirt to the sandwich, thus repeating the problem. THEN, the person completely misheard me when I asked for HARV sauce, and gave me Frank's Red Hot, or whatever their equivalent is. I definitely will not be back to this establishment any time soon.
I love this location! Close to work. And can joke with staff. The new management has done an amazing job. TO ALL staff! You are all fantastic. Thank you for always putting a smile on face. :D
The new management at has done a fantastic job! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I was seated quickly. The food was delicious—the burgers were juicy and the fries were perfectly crispy. I can't wait to return and try more from the menu!

Went through the drive-thru on a Thursday night around 9. Service was friendly and polite, and the wait for my food was less than 5 minutes -- surprisingly quickly considering you could tell everything was made fresh to order. The poutine fries were crispy and hot, and my burger was perfect. 5 stars all around for the Harveys Wasaga Beach location, couldnt have made it better.

Great experience overall. The burgers are great and they are very nice. Very clean place.
I ordered a wrap and it came with 2 little pieces of chicken. I also asked for cheese to be added and they added less than a teaspoon of cheese to it.. I paid $1 extra for that.. and the floors were incredibly sticky.. wont be back.. absolutely disgusting.
