Every time I come here the man with the beard and tattoo behind the counter is HUSTLING and multi tasking in the most efficient of ways. Refilling items, grilling, toasting and serving with a smile. The pitas are always super and I think he is stellar and always appreciate the extra effort.
Toppings were plenty and the lovely young lady took very good care of me and my friend, very passionate about ensuring we had the greatest pita catered to our needs. I just wish I got her name.

Had a pita for the first time in a year, was excited for smoked meat. But man they put less than half the protein on these things that they used to. 90% veggies and 10% meat. Cheese and sauces seemed skimped on aswell, overall ends in many dry mouthfuls of lettuce and pita. Balance needs a re-tweak especially when prices are as high as they are.
The 3 pitas we received were great! Exactly how we had ordered through Uber Eats. Everything tasted fresh and we were pleasantly surprised with how juicy the chicken was compared to past experiences at other locations. 10/10 worth the money
I stop in pretty regularly to get a pita, and always have a good experience. Recently I stopped in and was served by a gentleman named Mike (I believe he said he was a roaming-manager or covering for someone), and the world needs more people like him. Extremely personable, made sure the pita’s were perfect, and genuinely seems to enjoy serving and interacting with people. Exceptional service - keep it up!

The food and service is amazing. I would recommend a small investment in noise dampening, as its hard to have a conversation. (PS - It sucks getting old :( - but I notice the crowd is a little more salt than pepper.

Great place for quick stop by on family day long weekend
From the minute I set foot in the door. I was greeted with an higher than usual level of customer service. The staff made recommendations that were beyond DELICIOUS. It was our first time at Pita Pit. The establishment was clean. The food was grilled fresh. The veggies were fresh. Toppings to the moon and back to chose from. Taste was 10/10. We will definitely be going back. Vegetarian options: The vegetable options were endless. Amazing. Dietary restrictions: I was able to add more lettuce which was great.

Delicious food
Stopped by for lunch today and Jared was in fire.2 people were working and the young woman working beside him took her break after my order was finished. 4 people flooded in the door minutes after she sat down. He had pitas in everyones hand before I had time to finish eating mine, the philly cheesesteak was great. Good food, fantastic service. Thanks Jared!

A healthy option instead of fast food.
The spicy Buffalo chicken is not spicy at all.
This place is normally great, but tonight I got the strawberry cheesecake frozen yogurt and there were bits of hard pieces in it, upon inspection (since it was literally not chewable) I m pretty sure it s plastic. And there was also long string pieces of plastic, definitely not hair. All of it seemed to be on the bottom. Waste of money and now I m concerned if I ingested any.
Every time we go to pita pit it has been the best experience! The food is great and the workers are great as well. My favorite employee that works at pita pit is Jared. He makes the experience even better!!
Family run franchised pita shop ... Their pitas are the best. Freshest toppings and of highest quality. Portion size is excellent... A very good value and high quality meal. Update: still doing a great job. I know they have been struggling to find steady staff, but the ones they have will not let you down. Dietary restrictions: Very attentive to our Gluten Free needs. I really like pita pit and this one in wasaga has lovely friendly staff but why are none of them wearing hair nets? There are a number with long hair leaning over all the pita toppings and fillings? And why are they using the same gloves to operate the cash machine to then go an make the sandwich and touch the food items? Food hygiene practices here need to be reviewed.

We have not eaten pita pit in years maybe, my friend ordered lunch for all of us from there and what a pleasant surprise! We ordered 4 mixed wraps and a rice bowl as a we shared . Our wraps were so rich , tasty and I particularly liked the souvlaki . I will order again for lunch

Walking into this location it s always a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The food is extremely good, always prepared and handled with the up most quality. And even during the peak busy summer season, let me just say, the store is WELL kept. You can tell the staff put in work to keep the store clean, and it s very noticeable in comparison to other restaurants in the beach. Very appreciative to have this quality of service. Always a great visit at this location.

Good amount of toppings vs. Other locations. BUT when did a can of pop and a regular chicken pita cost almost 18!!!! Absolutely insane.
Staff need to pay attention to an order instead of friends coming to visit. Wrong items put on the grill and into food. So frustrating. I didnt know mushrooms were the new green pepper. After spending almost $50 on 3 Pitas. Its very frustrating.
Preorder my order, I was told by the online website itd be ready in 20 mins. I showed up about 25 to 30 minutes later and was informed it wasnt ready yet as the machine was having issues and wasnt making noise to let the person know the order was placed. She did apologize and rushed my order, still kind of annoying as I was in a rush. Also ordered pita chips, once I tried one in my car the pits chips were not cooked like Ive had many times from other locations. I went in, told the worker that they werent and she started making more as there were no more. After waiting another 5 to 10 mins, the pita chips I recieved were warmed up from the grill, not chip like at all. Just warmed up. Ive never had them like this in all my experiences with any other pita pit. The lady was very apologetic to the inconveniences but still was really annoying to wait when I preordered and the pita chips were not good. Id suggest to step up your service during covid as thats why I preordered so I didnt have to wait with others in the store, and look into how the pita chips should be cooked as they seem to be very crispy at all the other locations Ive been to vs. What I got at this location. I will say the lady working was very sorry, and apologized often but didnt really help the fact of everything that went wrong with ordering online.

Cheaped out on the meat. I got a souvlaki burrito and there must have been three tiny squares of chicken in the entire thing. It was pretty much a Greek veggie burrito. Disappointing! Especially for my Dog who normally gets a few pieces of meat. I also asked for it toasted. It was not toasted. My friend ordered the Schwarma. Hers was not toasted as requested either and had next to no meat or condiments at all. Not a good location.
Wait was extremely long!!! Plus why does the staff have to ask me whats on the pita when they were told as it is on the menu ... and then forgot my veggies that were suspposed to be on the grill and still couldnt make it right!!! And this isnt the first time ...3 strikes this place is out!!!

Stingy on portions, even on large size!
Pita pit never disappoints in quality. Unlike subway, whos produce tastes of pesticides, pita pit always tastes clean and organic. Where this location fails to meet my standards is in their salads takeout container. Back in Sudbury, they use a compostable cardboard like material rather than a plastic container that although says its recyclable, many public locations dont have vines specifically for them, nor does the actually pita pit location itself. Further, at the Sudbury location, after they have put all the salad toppings Ive specified, they then without question double up what I had just ordered allowing for more evenly distribution and thus a better mixed and tasting salad which leaves you feeling Happy and satisfied. Being in a more central location, I expected this location to follow suit with the Eco friendly biodegradable containers, but i was wrong and am quite disappointed in this...

Good friendly staff and usually fast although they seem a bit annoyed if you order a gluten free wrap as it is very difficult to cut. Sometimes they rip and have to throw it out and get a new one. The gluten free wrap is also smaller and usually harder but cost more which is strange and disappointing. Not the stores fault itself but maybe a franchise decision. Oh and the online hours don t match the door hours so that is frustrating also.

Visiting for the first time. Not sure why the employees (at least the girl who served us) have an attitude. Kept asking us if we were ready to order without anyone else waiting and without trying to help explain the menu. Asked for double meat and even reminded her when I saw she took out one portion for the grill. Never got the double. The wraps and choice of toppings were fine but wont come back here.
