Everything is good its just i just called asking for delivery the girl on the ether end said they dont do delivery y the hell is it on the website

The service was great and the facility was very polite

Everything was terrible from the service I got to the lack of tomato s, lettuce, onions, pickles, and cheese did not receive on my sub after ordering online and then driving home only to find out they completely messed up my order. Bread was harder than a rock. Don t know how this franchise hasn t been investigated yet by subway corporate

If you go to a subway in Wasaga Beach, make sure you hit up this one instead of the River Rd one. They make sandwiches much neater and overall better.

This is the most disappointing Subway location I ve ever been to. They were almost entirely out of bread and only had whole wheat bread left, it was soggy, the lettuce was wilted, even the cookies were disappointing - they were rock hard. On top of the disappointing food the service was beyond slow. This whole experience was shameful.

The staff at this Subway actually cares about their customers. They take allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. Dietary restrictions: Just ask for what you want and the Subway team will be happy to help !

Got a cheesesteak sub. The lettuce they put on was chewy. Was pretty gross.

Its a Subway restaurant, its hard to say much negative about them, but this location was very clean, the food was good, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

There is one girl in there that has made my sandwich the last three times in a row and she knew how upset I was the second time because she is honestly the worst sandwich artist Ive ever met The third time she decided to throw everything together like she didnt give a s*** about any part of my service and she did it on purpose because of how upset I was the second time. Im at the point where I dont want to come here anymore because of how s***** this one employee is

Whoever gave this location any type of decent review definitely works at this location 4th time and same results. Everyone s 1 stars reviews are true . Spend 19 bucks to eat nothing but mustard . I won t say anything about the girl everyone is talking about because enough has been said . I Kinda want my money back .. and not just for my last experience but for all 4 . Especially since 50 percent of my 12 inch subs ends up in the trash Oh and thanks for the mustard on my chocolate chip cookies.. nice touch I might add

Bought a sub Tuesday, October, 17, at 6:15pm. The bread was hard as a brick. Made the sub totally inedible. Thanks for ripping me off $25. Last time you get my business. Hope your business fails.

Horrible location. Ordered a sandwich at 11:15. Bread was hard and dry! Most definitely not fresh made that morning. 15$ for a foot long Canadian. AND they now as for tips in a jar AND on the debit machine. Tip culture is OUT OF HAND

My husband + I both got food poisoning. I dont think they keep their food at the proper temperature, + sits out too long. Also, some breads are very dry. Surprised theyre still operating. Do you notice that the Owner only responds to certain Reviews, & doesnt address the ones who report food poisoning, missing items, poor service, cheap with toppings, dry bread, etc.? WE HAVENT BEEN BACK SINCE & WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Went here at 8am (the restaurant opened at 7am) thinking I would get a FRESH Bun this early in the morning, I ordered an assorted sub. As the lady cut the bread i could actually hear it and crumbs were falling off (anyone who eats Subway knows this does not happen when the buns are freash) so i politely asked for a different type, it was the same. I was in a hurry at this point so just paid and left. It was the worst sandwich i have ever paid for! Stail, hard and the meat was warm! I will never go to this location again!

I recently started to get my subs at this shop rather than the one closer to me because theyre so good!

Subs were just as expected.. they were fresh made well and fast. Fountain drinks only had a few options.

Tried it again after a bad experience a year ago at this location. Got to the counter and was cut off by 2 mobile orders for someone too lazy to come to the restaurant. So after waiting a while for those to be done, I got the finger-pinchings of what we call toppings. RIP Subway.

The girl working at this location has the personality of a sock. Complained when I asked her to wash her hands after picking her nose. This has to be the worst staffed subway I have ever been to. Word strongly recommend a new employee who actually smiles. Don t spend your money here if you don t have to. They couldn t give 2 f s

I dont know if the woman who served me is part manager but she seriously put the tiniest amount of toppings i asked and I kept saying more, more ok more please. It was frustrating and seriously the worst sub maker Ive ever experienced. There was no one beind us and she rushed us through like she was swamped. I will be going to the other location when I want subway.

I was disappointed with my BTL sub that I ordered from Uber eats and they literally put a strip of bacon in my sub... for almost $3 that s very chintzy and it was virtually raw.

Absolutely awful service. I recieved 3 very soggy breakfast sandwiches and the bread was old and falling apart. I was offered a credit. When i went to go get another sandwich with my husband rhe next day the bill came to over 40 dollars with drinks they did not honor the credit. All they had to do was apply the 14 dollar credit and I would pay the difference. They said no....so I walked out and left the food behind. UNREAL! Never going back again

HAIR IN MY SUB!

Standard subway, fine if you order in store but dont order from uber eats or subway app for pickup though. Theyre often understaffed for rushes and if youre unfortunate to hit one of these times theres a good chance items on your order will be wrong or missing. From double meat not being double meat to wrong drink to missing drink. Same with missed/wrong cookies which sometimes are hard and thicker from this location, just go in and order first hand so you can make sure its done right the first time.

Good variety of sandwiches, but too much sauce. Should be nutritious over a burger from Ms. Ps...u havent let us down, I just dont like a lot of sauce on my sub, thats all, all the rest is good..love ur subs.

My rating is for their newcrispy chicken, which was awful! It wasnt crispy, it was soggy, chewy and had the taste of previously frozen boxed chicken tenders. Very disappointed.

So yummy! Ordered sandwiches for a baby shower and they were ready on time and perfect for the occasion! A real hit!

Do not order online. Watch your order being made. I ordered a Chicken Bacon ranch with cheese and received a sandwich with just chicken. Incomplete sandwiches deserve incomplete ratings.

During a pandemic when masks are mandatory I just watched 8 customers walk in without masks over a 15 minute period on a busy weekend with plenty of out of town visitors! Disgusting!!!

Just watched someone order food at this store while not wearing a mask. He touched the fountain drink area, was sneezing...and it was enough for me to never order food here again. Id add the photos for proof but thats not possible apparently.

Food was standard. Place was clean. The sandwich artist I had was terrible. Try as I might, he could not understand me. It took so long to get through with my order. He forgot to include my daughters drink with her kids pack and I could not explain it to him so hed understand and I ended up being g forced to buy her a separate drink after I had already paid for my order and it cost me $3 more! The whole kids pack, drink included was only $5. I ordered the sub of the day and didnt get the sub of the day price. Attempted to explain this to him and had no luck, finally got fed up and just paid the regular price. I ended up being charged a total of $25 for 2 6 inch subs, a small fountain drink, a small chocolate milk and a bottle of water and a kids pack with no drink. Really upsetting. I was only passing through town and therefore, was not going to be able to go back in to see any manager or anything like that. Hopefully they see these and deal with the issue. I was there Sunday, Feb 10th 2019 at 3 PM. I wont be going back.

Coming from someone who works at subway in Niagara Falls, when I asked 3 times to put lettuce on the end, they couldn t understand that and put it on the entire sandwich so pretty much all I m eating is lettuce. The cookies are also NOT made fresh in the morning, like they are suppose to be doing, they are somewhat stale and crispy like they have been sitting overnight. Find elsewhere to eat

Subway always has a wide assortment of fresh bread toppings and sauces. Tried the Italian bmt for the first time, and I thought it was much better than the assorted. It helped that the guy making my order was a sandwich artist.

The portions were skimpy at best, the person ahead of us complained, put some ingredients on the sub! Im not on a diet. Lets just say that the pictures on the walls are false advertising, what you see is not always what you get.

My favorite place when I want a sub & thats often! Get what you want and lots of it.

Ordered an assorted sub and was told that it wasnt available because of hair and nail contamination. Purchased an Italian BMT and spent the whole time thinking I could be eating someones hair and nails. Ate 2 bites and wanted to puke. Threw it out and wont be eating at Subway ever again. Gross and grossly overpriced

Clean, modern Subway, however, staff skimped on meat, cheese and toppings; and when I ordered combo meals, they upsized my familys combos to the largest size without asking. Not impressed.
