The male staff was very rude when I was just trying to make sure that he got the order right. Worst customer service. This is not the behavior expected of somebody who is interacting with the customers. Spoiled my entire mood.

This has become one of my favourite (if not all time favourite) place to prder dinner here in Wasaga Beach. The staff are alwuas very friendly and personable. They actually seem like they like their jobs which really improves the atmosphere for the customers. The food is AMAZING and they haev some of the greatest and most personable work staff. Thank you for all your hard work and you will have a customer with me for life (or until one of us moves away lol

Ugh. I challenge you to try the food without any sauces. I ordered the chicken shawarma on the sticks. Driving home, the car was filled with the scent of ... it was not pleasant. Without sauce... the chicken smelled and tasted terrible. I dunno ... maybe properly clean and season your chicken. It also had the taste of sitting in really old oil/grease. Maybe you need to clean the bottom of that metal kebab spike. Or just dont let the meat come into contact with the oil/grease at the bottom. The sauces get the one star. But I am not going back.

This is the best Osmow s location ever! Curtis and his team are the absolute best. When I visit, it s about more than the meal. I ve been visiting this location for over 4 years and you can tell that this team gives it their all and I always leave after having an amazing interaction and I m always smiling. I literally drive across town and avoid going to the Collingwood location because this location is hands down, the best!

Curtis and the staff here are absolutely fantastic. I love coming here for lunch. They re guaranteed too put a smile on your face. Their service and food preparation always meet and exceeds my expectations

This used to be the best place to go for food.. the takeout containers used to be full and filling .. now with the new owners the portions you get it so small its sad... Like I get times are hard but when you spend 30$+ on food you expect to actually get a decent amount.. clearly new owners are cheap and dont care about customer satisfaction.

I purchased a large chicken shawarma wrap earlier today and I have to say that because of the one that was served to me I will NOT return. The sandwich tasted old, almost like it was already made and he just heated it in the flat grill. Horrible horrible sandwich

Very friendly service, Curtis and his co worker were very attentive. They took care of my order and were very helpful. It was nice chatting with these two. I got to know them much better. It s a nice feeling to be welcomed like that and treated like friends I ordered the chicken shawarma dinner with the Greek salad. I recommend this dinner, it was so delicious and very well cooked. The presentation was the exact same as the pictures on their posters for the store. I ve tried shawarma s from various locations but Osmow s was by far the best one I ve tasted. There wasn t any fat on the chicken, it was very appetizing and they used the right amount of seasoning. For these reasons and the service made me give this restaurant a 5 star rating. Keep up the good work guys!! EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER. 2nd time at this location and was told by a nice lady working there (on my 1st visit), that would be cheaper to buy the chicken with rice on the wrap then pay extra for the rice. So on my 2nd visit I asked for the chicken with the rice on a wrap and the manager with a very loud rude voice told me that he can t put a plastic box inside a wrap. Extremely rude! My 10 year old son asked how could a guy serving be so rude and insult a customer like that. Manager should learn some manners and how to respect a costumer AND watch his big mouth around young children. This location also doesn t follow heath safety rules as the guy wears artificial long nails without gloves touching food! The lady working was very nice and kind.

Used to have good experiences here. Second review in the last few months. I ask for no sumac and 80% of the time they add sumac. Usually get half/half but their fry machine was down. Something bad is happening to this restaurant.

I m usually not one to complain, but this is the third time in a row I ve received food from this location that was not eatable. The staff were friendly but there was so much onion inside my wrap the last 2 times that I couldn t taste anything but onions. Both times I had to throw out my shawarma after 2 bites. Even when I ordered the shawarma plate, the meat was very bland and tasteless. Maybe they try to hide the taste with onion? I m never ordering from this location again.

2023 update: Asked for extra garlic sauce on half and half chicken. Got regular amount of sauce. Chicken was dry and slightly over cooked. I would say there a below average Osmow s don t go their thinking you will be impressed. If your desperate for Osmow s then i would go. Disappointed. (Lady had made that one in the photos) if u get the dude your in good hands. He makes the best Chicken Shawarma out there!! Believe he works Thurs to Sun lady seems to make it ok now.

When I received my food, it smelled a little bit funny, but despite my better judgment, I decided to eat it anyway that was 100% a mistake I got food poisoning from this place ruined my trip. Had to go home early, I m a certified food handler, so I know what food poisoning feels like nothing against the service or any of the staff. There just wouldn t recommend this place to other people based off of this experience.

This is a good place for Shawarma bowl. Perfectly satisfied the hunger, after burning tons of energy by swimming at beautiful WASAGA beach. Love the staff, and atmosphere.

The chef, was being sarcastic and sounded offensive with his behaviour and the way he approached customers including me. Absolutely unacceptable and horrendous service. On top of that, we ordered 7 Shawarma on the Rocks and the rice tasted as rotten. Strong odour and sticky rice.

The guy with the pink nails seem to be super upset and rude, as an owner of a business, this kind of individual is toxic for profit as they represent the face of the company. The food wasnt good enough to look past the horrible staff. Had to watch just to make sure they didnt spit in my food. The washrooms are clean so if you need a pit stop its a good place to use the washrooms and keep on trucking, other than that avoid. Parking: Parking is easy, you dont have to pay.

This review was long pending, but never too late. :) The servers were fantastic and the shawarma was amazing. Loved their happy go lucky customer service, had fun with my friends and the extra sauce request was spot on. I forgot my backpack that contained all my cards and IDs on the side table, and we went back from halfway. They had kept it safely and returned as soon as I got there! 5 stars just for their service

I have been going to the restaurant for some time now, especially for my Monday Philly chicken special deal. I have visited the same today. I would like to specially mention a staff member there by the name Curtis (I apologize if I spelled the name wrong). He has great customer service skills and he creates a very friendly environment for the customers. However, the best thing about the experience is his signature question about the take out bag. I will leave it up to the store owner or the company to ask him that. If this review makes a little bit of a difference, I would like to advocate for him to be part of the marketing team for the company on a field level since he obtains the skills and understands customer service.

Hey everyone, I always buy wraps and poutine whenever I go to osmows because I am simply in love with the wraps here especially the mixed beef and lamb wrap as well as chicken poutine. Been jaded after trying other locations and was convinced by the manager Curtis his location would change my mind. To my surprise it did been returning 2 or 3 times a month ever since . Always greeted with a smile by either manager and staff food is plentiful and atmosphere amazing. Excellent job to Curtis and his team. Head or corporate office should seriously consider moving Curtis to a field position as he goes the extra mile always and truely knows what a good manager is.

Ive changed my opinion. Im almost certain the owner is responisble for the meat. Its made perfectly. The chicken no longer has cartilage in it. There are a lot of locations that are terribly managed. This is NOT one of those. Excellent!

Probably the second worst shawarma Ive ever had. Ive tried it 3 times now and its never good. Im not sure whats going on with the flavours here but the chicken is low quality and the garlic sauce tastes like mayo. I dont know how this company keeps growing and expanding. Good shawarma by comparison can be found in Ottawa or Montreal, for some reason its hard to find good shawarma in Ontario.
