Came here for lunch on a cold winter day with the missus, I ordered Hot and Sour Soup, she went with the Combo 1. Waiting time was as expected, the food however was very good, I loved the H&S soup and the portion sizes were large, so you're definitely getting your money's worth. The staff were friendly, attentive and always looking to help. Bill came to under 30$.(25.99) I would highly recommend dining in, and when I'm in the area the will be the first place I'll thinking about coming back to. (Out of the blue while I'm writing this, waitress came over with complimentary slice of cake). This place is awesome👌
We had dinner at this place. Very good experience. Good service, fast and accurate. Food was really good. We had soup, black pepper beef and fried rice. Food was really good. Good portion. Also had a mango dessert, very yummy. Very friendly service. Thank you. Will go back again
I must admit I was disappointed even for Wasaga. The people who run the place are great but the kitchen has to step up it's game. More like 2.5 stars and I probably won't go back until I hear they've gotten better. But I should say that I ate my fair share and no hard feelings. Oh ya I had the all you can eat buffet which makes a difference.
Just ordered it for our Thanksgiving dinner and we were looking forward to it herd great reviews but we we’re definitely disappointed, it was barely warm had to reheat it and we only live 5 min away, the “chicken balls” tiny and soggy no crisp to them at all we ordered spare rib and got battered grizzle no meat in it! The low main was just grease flavoured with rubbery chicken and the rice was bland over cooked with rubbery beef the only enjoyable part was the egg roll it was crispy and was the only thing that didn’t need reheated
Made a reservation for 9 people for a birthday celebration. We all had the buffet and it was excellent. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back. We all had a great time. Thank you so much 🙏.
It’s was our first time this year for dinner as we are a sessional family. We learned that it’s under new management as of February. It use to be called the Bamboo Terrace Wasaga Beach. Leanne did such amazing service on all levels with a big smile. Finally the food Served was fresh and done just perfect in every way at a reasonable price for two. I understand there’s a buffet offered as well. That’s our next dinner night out. Again thank you 😊 Paul and Antoinette

High ceilings, good start. Food was ready quick. Did a pickup and delivery and waited for the feedback...... 🧨💥 They LOVED it. They will have to do a lot to keep this pace up. The amount of meat they gave was mind blowing.🤯

We were very happy with everything!!! Hot wok buffet catered a party for me on the weekend and we couldn t be more pleased with them. Customer service was excellent and the food was delicious. I highly recommend hot wok buffet and I will definitely use them in the future for other parties. Food
We were 5 people, arrived a little early for buffet. They brought it out right away! Hot & fresh! I saw walk in order with fast turn around & lots of pick up. Obviously a popular place for good reason. Vegetarian options: Options available Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly! Wheelchair accessibility: Parking, curb ramps, tables a good height.
Went for a late Sunday afternoon dinner. The buffet was just starting, so everything was fresh and hot. The buffet has about 18 different items, including soups and salads. Typical dishes, chicken fried rice. Beef w/ broccoli, beef w/ mushrooms, egg rolls, chow mein, noodles. Crispy chicken wings, salt & pepper shrimp, chicken balls, sweet & sour sauce. Everything looked good and was very tasty. Also had a selection of desserts, melons and ice cream. Reasonably priced. Will definitely go again.
Did not receive what we had ordered! When we called to ask about it, they gave us an excuse as to what they had gave us instead of free gift of food! They did not supply us with receipt so we could see they had given us the 10% off, which they had not. After calling back I was then told I was not actually given any gift after spending over the amount I needed to as I used a debit card. So they lied to me 3x before explaining I needed to use cash only to get the free item. There website to order should not let you add the item until you know you are only paying cash. It s false advertising. Will not be back.

The old lady or waitress keep on pushing you on the buffet, its like she wants you to leave, bringing you bill early putting it on the table . Not nice, very bad experience
its yummy food but that white old lady is not so friendly. on a buffet she keep on coming to your table checking, and in the middle of the dinner she brings you bill , seems like she is saying thats enough and time to leave. i really wanted to tell her to stop coming near us anymore snd let us enjoy, when we are done we pay and leave, verg disappointed

Stopped by for late lunch and ordered their daily specials. Ate General Tsos Chicken and Szechuan Beef, with fried rice with chicken. Portions of meat are big and very delicious. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best food in Wasaga!. You get quality and they do not hold back on portion sizes. You get exactly what you pay for and its great!. Also the guy who works the front desk is always on point with his customer service and kindness. They have the food ready so quick to and its not cold but nice and HOT, absolutely the way food should be. Thanks again for a great dinner!. Will not be going anywhere else chucks, Boston pizza is a hard NO!! Hot Wok!! All day everyday. Vegetarian options: Tons of veggies!! And all there stir frys are fantastic!.

This was by far the worst buffet food I ve ever had. Really expensive for what it is. Undercooked food, rotten salmon. Bad service, atmosphere was horrible. I don t know who gave this place 5 stars but they don t know food. I wouldn t feed my dog this stuff. Going to go home and relive it on the toilet soon probably.
The food was super bad salmon had a taste if it had been left out for days the wonton soup had no taste just dont go here I promise you its way to over priced for what it is
Keeping things plain and simple, have dined I for lunch twice within the past month + have highly recommended Hot Wok Buffett to friends, family, neighbours and coworkers. If you find anything to your disappointment, than you are obviously in the wrong establishment. Clean, friendly, welcoming environment and a true welcome addition to the beach. Will be enjoying their outdoor patio once it gets open for the season.

Had a fantastic meal here, as a vegetarian there weren t a lot of choices in the buffet, but when I asked for some chicken free rice the wonderful woman running everything quickly offered a few different options that she brought out fresh from the back. Absolutely lovely service! Will be back again!
Havent had FRESH, favourful and reasonably priced Chinese food like this (within the beach) for a long time! We recommend the yummy Shanghai Noodles, Egg Foo Young and Sesame Chicken!!!
Thoroughly enjoy our Buffet Dinner tonight! Was very impressed that they food was super hot and that they had a good selection of favorites, our server was pleasant and not over intrusive as some times it can be like at buffet places, definitely will be back and will order take out from here as well. Great addition to the Beach.

Food was excellent. All four dishes were tasty and had generous portions. The stand out was the curry chicken - nice heat but not over the top. If these standards are maintained this restaurant will be a go to establishment for a long to come!
If anyone liked bamboo terrace they will like this restaurant much better. Food is excellent and portions are very generous. We have been there twice now once with takeout and dine in and both were very good. We will be returning and highly recommend this to other people

We are patrons of Bamboo Terrace and we re sad to see them go BUT the new owners now call Hot Wok Buffet are lovely and the food is amazing! They have dim sum, the shrimp dumplings are very tender and stuffed with shrimp. The sweet vinegar sauce served with it is perfect. The small egg drop soup is huge and excellent. They have steamed dishes for anyone with special dietary needs and the portions are almost impossible to finish. Well done and welcome to Wasaga Beach! Vegetarian options: Lots of options. Dietary restrictions: Great steamed dishes.

Wasn t sure about this place. Took a gamble and omg food was GREAT best Chinese food I ve had in Wasaga. Happy it s good because I got so much leftovers to eat for 2 days
