Food is great but the dine in seating areas need maintenance.

Ordered 2 of the hot honey chicken sandwiches and it was honestly really gross. the chicken thigh that they used was full of untrimmed fat and it honestly made me want to vomit. If the fatty part of the chicken thigh was removed, it wouldn t have been so bad. overall not the greatest. Also, the food quality seems to be inconsistent. My friend told me this place was really good, but when me and him went and got food he told me it was significantly worst the second time. PLEASE trim off all the fat before you fry the chicken.

I ordered two of the hot honey chicken sandwiches and let me tell you there was nothing right on my order. first of all I open the box and boom theres only one piece of chicken and no sign of bun or anything LOL. I asked for mild spicy and tell me why this thing was the hottest thing I ever touched? I got a side of a come back sauce and got the chipotle instead lol I wanna know how you mess things up that bad?

Warren made me a perfect burger, it was flavourful and light weight, it didn t have that greasy taste or smell. Thank you!

Best Chicken Ever Liveth! No regrets... Food

Ive gotta say the food here was delicious and I did enjoy it! However, even with a burger, fries, and a drink, I felt like I wasnt filled up, it was as if Ive ate a snack. Not sure what the reason behind that is, but I think the quantity of the burger could be larger to accommodate for this. I am not a large person, by any means, so if someone with a larger appetite came here theyd be left unsatisfied.

Got the GOAT burger, Its alright, could be better but not bad by any means. Definitely could use some more flavor, felt like it needed some salt. Definitely good quality meat and loaded. Just didnt have much of a flavor

The absolute best tasting Burgers in Waterloo hands-down. Everybody should learn on how to sell consistent bangers.

I was in the area so I decided to try a new restaurant and this one had the highest reviews so I gave it a try. I deeply regret it. First of all, it took them 30 minutes to make me 5 wings, coleslaw (which was probably premade), and deep fried pickles. The store wasnt even busy - the workers were simply moving at slug speed. However, I would have looked past the excessive time needed to make the simple meal if the food was good. Spoiler alert: it was not. The wings were undercooked and drenched in oil - you couldnt even taste the flavour, all you could taste was oil. The deep fried pickles were dry and tasteless, and the breading was extremely thin. The coleslaw was decent, but it isnt too difficult to make a descent coleslaw. I spent $20 on the meal that was worth $5. I would never go again.

Juicy Birds is a must-visit destination for all fried chicken lovers in wateroo! The food was absolutely delicious and my kid loved it. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure that we were happy. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, with a warm and welcoming ambiance that made for a pleasant dining experience.

The food was very bad such a waste of money the chicken smelled old even my kids couldnt eat I told the guy who was working there he just said sorry but u should check before serving it was late night may be they had just left over chicken honestly I dont give reviews to anyone but I spent 43 bucks I waste because I throw the food in front of the person who was working there ....they should apologize if somebody got sick what you will do nothing just say sorry I had little kids they were going to ate that old and uncooked chicken

It was the last order of the day so they clearly rushed it, the fries were soggy, chicken had the breading fall off instantly, and they did not put pickles into the order, oil is also smells stale. The dipping sauce and base taste of the chicken are decent though

This was my second dine in experience here and they were amazing on both occasions! The food was delicious: the chicken was tender, crispy, and flavourful! The coleslaw was fresh with just the right amount of sweetness! Would definitely suggest this place if you re in the mood for a spicy crunchy fried chicken meal!

Juicy birds is hands down the best spot in town for a fried chicken sandwich. The flavor is incredible juicy, spicy, and always fresh.

Got to the restaurant, ordered our food and got it within 12ish minutes. The chicken was seasoned amazingly and very moist. The fries were also very well seasoned. We got a nashville seasoned hot honey sandwich in white meat,man it was firee!!,The spice level definitely had good kick to it. We went at an off time around 2 so there was no line in case that affected the review.

Solid Nashville sandwich, and the name must come from the juicy meat. Its a deboned chicken leg instead of the standard breast, which makes for a way more flavourful bite. Fries were proper too. If youre a seasoned eater of spicy sandwiches, you might want to go for the Burnin spice level. A combo with fries and drink came out to $15 + tax. Sidenote, but important: sad to see Coke products still here. Need to do better.

Juicy Birds is a surprisingly nice spot tucked just out of sight. Nashville chicken is always fantastic. My only issue is that the food is a little over priced. Ill be back to try some of the other menu items.

I had mixed feelings about this restaurant. The service was friendly. GOAT sandwich was tasty, but unfortunately, other items fell short. The food was overpriced for the quality and greasy. The hot honey was much too sweet, and the mozzarella sticks had a very unappealing texture and cheese was not stringy. I hope they can improve on these dishes, as the GOAT shows some potential.

Everything was really good !!

I was expecting a great chicken sandwich and it was mediocre at best. The size of it was about the same size as the bun, and they dont use large buns. The flavour was meh, but what really turned me off was that the chicken was pink in some places so I didnt finish it. I never got sick but was nervous about it for the rest of the day. And the fries were limp and barely warm; how the heck do you wait 15 minutes for a sandwich and they give you fries that have been sitting under a warmer for who knows how long. My companion got some thigh pieces which were better, but came with a white sauce that had no flavour. They didnt eat 90% of their fries which were basically cold after 5 min. Overall a hugely disappointing experience. Gave it 2 stars because the staff member was friendly.

Visited Juicy Birds today, was looking at the menu and couldn t decide on what to choose, asked the person working their he suggested me to try the GOAT or the Tandoori sandwich, I chose to try the GOAT sandwich and it tasted really amazing and I also took the Chicken Bites those were also very flavourful.
