So happy to have found really good nihari in Waterloo. Not only was the food delicious, but Aryans and Vrushtis service was top notch! Weve only been in town for 3 days and have already eaten here twice. Plenty of available parking.

Came with my family to enjoy a nice dinner and couldn t have chosen a better spot. The service was polite, friendly, and quick (servers were Aryan and Vrushti) and the food came out warm. I particularly recommend the nihari! Overall great experience and will definitely come again.

Been to this place a few times now and the food has been consistent, I like how the curry here isnt watered down like other restaurants Ive been to, definitely worth a visit

Pure and authentic Pakistani food. Tried many items from the menu. Chicken and goat Karahi were too good, Waterloo was lacking such taste. Chicken biryani was good. Reshami Handi was served in clay pot which enhanced the flavour and aroma. Garlic and Butter naans were made fresh in clay oven like back home. All BBQ items were excellent especially Chicken seekh kebab and chicken tikka. Lahori fish and Lahori Chana were made to perfection. We were a group of 12 guests and service was excellent. Owners Faisal was present at the time and he took extra care to make sure best quality food is served. To top it all we had Randi sheer and karak tea. All in all best food we had in Waterloo. I highly recommend the restaurant for parties and day to day events as well. Vegetarian options: Lahori Chana, daal makhni etc Parking: Plenty . Kid-friendliness: Served fries without even asking for the kids

What else I can expect from my own community? No one mentioned the Take out deals available and when I realised then was told that my order has already been placed and it cant be amended... LIKE SERIOUSLY.!!! the DISGUSTING part is that whatever I ordered was already the part of that Take Out deal. Shame on the management.

Being Executive Chef of Octagon Steak and Seafood Restaurant, I am reviewing Karai point Waterloo. Here I have to say. Everything in this place five Star from me. Food and the service the best of the best. I came with my Daughter. We had Lamb karai and Garlic Naan. Karak Chai was very nice. I will come again when I come to Waterloo.

Good food, good service. The karahi paneer and biryani is my go to. The food is spicy by default, make sure to ask for mild if youre not comfortable with spice.

I really love the Kababs here!!! It s the best I like the flavours of the Karahi, just unfortunately I found it to be too oily, but I know you can request for less oily. I will do that next time. Overall, I really enjoy coming here.

Booked a large corporate event. Staff was extremely helpful and the event worked out great. Large space available, and we had a private corner for conversations and a separate buffet. Food was excellent, service was great, and all at a very reasonable price. Prior to booking, I received great support from the team in customizing menu, arrival times, and event details.

Last night we got a delivery for a chicken Karhai, kabobs and naan. The meat in the karhai was terrible and it was all bones no meat at all. It was fully legs absolutely without no meat. I threw it all away because it was extremely bad. It was extremely overpriced and it was served very poorly

We hosted a large dinner here and the service was exceptional. We preordered our dinner, the wait staff did a great job bringing it out quickly as per my instruction. The food was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend the chicken bihari boti and boneless chicken white meat karahi. We really enjoyed the naan and chai as well. The owner and staff checked in with us multiple times which we appreciated so much. Thank you for an amazing dinner, our guests really enjoyed and it made hosting a breeze!

The franchise owner was so nice and having a family vibe all over. She was, in fact, serving the customers herself. The food wise, all the waiters and whoever takes the order should ask the customers how wud they like the food be served, mild, med-mild or spicy. Usually, the tablet they take the orders should have this tickmark. My opinion. Because everyone has different taste and that way you can cater to all various taste.

Everything we tried here from the vegetarian options was disgusting, honestly speaking. They gave like 4 miniature version of spring rolls for 7 dollars, and to make things worse I think they were store bought spring rolls. Veg Biryani was as bland as it could have, again it was just rice with frozen veggies. Paneer karahi, which should technically be their signature dish was lacking any depth of flavours.

I love this place and have been a regular customer of Karahi Point. Really love their fish starter (Lahori fried fish). Today, I tried Chicken karahi white curry and garlic Naan. Loved it....Thank you for making it so delicious

The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. However, the service could have been better. No one came by to check if we needed anything, so we had to call the staff over every time we needed something. A little more attentiveness would have made the experience perfect.

We love their food. Their keema is the best. We order from karahi point on a regular basis as i love that they don t tone down their dishes. Their food is spicy (not all dishes) and not for beginners.

Karahi Point is the best place in Waterloo Region to eat pure taste of Pakistan and India. Turkish Naan is the best at this place. Chicken and Mutton, Beef tikka are top of the class. Family owned business with all family members working in the business and every customer is being treated like a family member.

I enjoyed my dinner at Karahi Point in Waterloo. It was the first time I ve had authentic Pakistani cuisine and found it to be delicious. The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making great recommendations. I highly recommend it and would absolutely visit again!

We visited for the 2nd time in the past year, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it was just as disappointing as the first visit. We ordered Chicken Karahi, but it had a strange smell, indicating that either the chicken was undercooked or the meat was of poor quality. The kebabs were also dry and lacked flavor. The service was also below par, with no one checking on us during the meal. Given the consistent issues over two visits, I am unlikely to return.

Recently dined at Karahi Point Waterloo Restaurant and I can t recommend it highly enough. The service was truly exceptional, timely and friendly. The Karahi was almost close to the famous Karachi Karahi taste, very delicious and tomatoey. The chicken tikka biryani was bursting with flavour and spicy. Overall, the food was absolutely delicious. The modern ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience, creating a stylish and comfortable setting. The Interior was immaculate, reflecting their commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail.

We all tried one by one but came to the same conclusion. When raised to the management at the time of payment/feedback they said it was marinated in the morning. Which does not prove if the meat was good or bad. When talking to the owner s Son (Izyan), he himself admitted that the Bihari Kababs are not the greatest. According to him, he would not recommend Bihari Kababs. And I AGREE. Overall, a great experience with family except the Bihari Kababs. Stay Away from Bihari Kababs.

One of the best Mughlai/Pakistani food in Waterloo,canada

Only one item from our order was fine and the rest was not good, also don t order the malai chicken tikka masala they will just serve you white boneless chicken blank taste dipped in white cream and trust me it is the most awful cuisine I have ever had in Canada.

The food, the service and the atmosphere in this place was amazing! We enjoyed it a lot and hope to return again in the future as well. The ownership and management were very inviting. Totally recommend if youre looking for good authentic halal south asian cuisine and a laid back well organized service from the team.

Out of all the Karahi Points this is by far the best! In fact it is the best Pakistani food I ve had in Canada so far. The servers had great recommendations and were very welcoming. Food was served faster than expected. We had their Charsi Karahi and seekh kabab with naan. I can not recommend this place enough!

This was my second visit to Karahi Point, and once again, they did not disappoint! The chicken kababs were absolutely amazing juicy, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. But the star of the meal was definitely the chicken Charsi Karahi it felt like a dish from another world! Every bite was packed with authentic flavors that left us wanting more. To top it off, the lemon margarita was incredibly refreshing, balancing out the richness of the dishes, and the naan was soft, warm, and special in its own right. What makes Karahi Point even more of a must-visit is their hospitality. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. If you re in Waterloo, this is a must-go place for a perfect family meal!

Hello, We catered for 30 people and it was amazing. We got the bronze package $17.99. Chicken karahi and beef seekh kabab were mind blowing.. karahi was proper spicy karachi style and kabab were juicy and soft naan were soft so that was a big plus.. biryani was a okay but overall amazing food. Ras malai is outstanding.. highly recommended!

Good to have this new Pakistani restaurant in Waterloo region. Their hospitality was appreciative, food had authentic taste. Lamb Brain masala, Bbq and sesame seed naans were amazing and same was the reshmi handi. Bihari kababs however need some improvement. Wish them good luck for their business !

I was at Karahi point and I was just amazed at how good the food is and the atmosphere was so lovely . I was greeted by a wonderful hostess Aneesha, she was great, very knowledgeable and polite. She helped me choose my order as it was my first time. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and if I could give her 10 stars I would for the service. Highly recommend Krahi point in Waterloo.

We had halwa puri last weekend. Puri was more of a pathoora, it was good though, but not a puri. Chaney and aalu were good. I have big complaint with Halwa, too much oil, toooo much food color and suji was not cooked properly at all. Also I asked them for cardamom tea and bot simple tea, they gave us simple tea and when i told them there s no flavor of cardamom but they said we added. We trusted and paid for it but we were 4 and none of us agreed that they have put cardamom. We take tea 2 - 3 cups everyday with cardamom in it for many years and we know the flavor with just one sip. The ambiance is great, service is good. Halwa was a big turn off for me. I might visit again but would never order halwa.

We enjoyed their food, bit expensive though. Amount of chicken/meat in each item was a bit less than their competitors around Waterloo/Kitchener region. Service could be better, probably due to less number of employees than what they should have. Worth trying their signature dishes.

Karahi Point Waterloo serves the best chicken karahi in town! The flavors are perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice and richness. Their naans are equally amazing fluffy, soft, and unlike any other naan Ive had elsewhere. Whether youre craving authentic flavors or just want a satisfying meal, Karahi Point is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Ate at Karahi Point, Waterloo a few times & was satisfied. But had a bad experience Today. Both service & food. The food ( chicken charsi karahi & behari boti) were extremely Bad Test. Karahi was totally Uncooked.. Chicken It so hard. We left more than 90% of it! When we complained to the waitress they said we can again cooked those used chicken charsi karahi and then few minutes after come this karahi just garnished and we tested it should be more worse. and then we complain waitress she said we can discount on bill don t worry then immediately went on the kitchen and come back and defensive. she said we can t do anything she immediately turn out and said karahi was perfect cooked we checked already Either they dont know how to handle customer anymore or need more training.!Very disappointed :(

First time at the waterloo location when I was in the area for work, the meal and service exceeded my expectations. I was served by Aneesha and she was extremely pleasant, professional and attentive, thank you Aneesha for a great experience. I ordered the boneless dark meat karahi and an order of butter Naan, with a mango Lassi to drink. Portion size for value is incredibly good, my meal couldve easily fed 2 people. Plus now I have some leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Taste is nothing short of what youd expect from a place like this, extremely well seasoned and just real delicious, Ill be back for more next time Im in the area. Thank you Aneesha & KP waterloo team for a great meal and excellent service.

We always visit this branch but today it was worst experience we ever had. The girl with a pony tail at around 6.30pm on August 22nd made us feel like shes giving us a huge favor by serving us. We complained about smelly Beef Bihari, she said its normally like this. Oh come on....We know very well how Beef Bihari taste like. Its not the first time we ate Bihari. It doesnt smell even in your other branches as well. @Mr. Adil, we have visited all your branches in GTA, but it looks like someone else took over this franchise and doesnt know how to run the restaurant. The old staff was the best. After this experience, Im not sure if I would even visit any other KP branch or even recommend anyone to visit.
