I recently visited and I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. To start, the portion sizes were incredibly small. I ordered a burger (aloo tikki , and it was barely the size of a muffin, yet they charged $13 for it. This is quite overpriced for such a meager portion. The service was equally unsatisfactory. The girl at the counter, was very rude and unprofessional. She was on the phone the entire time, which made the interaction feel very impersonal and dismissive. It was clear that her conversation was more important to her than providing good customer service. To top it off, as I was about to leave, she rudely called out, Hey, you guys throw your plates in the bin. This is not the way to speak to customers. The entire experience felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional. Overall, this place is not what they claim to be. The food quality and service are poor. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. You won t regret it.

I was there just as other customer complained about Manjot same day and time. I can honestly say her service was excellent. She served us and everyone with a smile. Portion sizes were perfectly reasonable and you get a lot for the prices stated. Food was delicious too. I would know as I am a frequent customer. For anyone wondering yes this is a take out restaurant your expected to put your tray away it s just customary.

I would highly recommend this place to have amazingly incredible wraps and tea. The stuff is so pleasing, helpful that i asked them to see more places around the area as I am there for a few days.

Do not use your credit/debit card to buy anything from here; their online transaction system is inauthentic and theyll steal your card details too!

Very good food, staff is very nice, only issue is when paying they told me that the Debit machine only accepted tap as the insert wasn t reading and my card doesn t have tap. In the end the worker offered us e transfer but just made the whole process take a while.

I recently dined at your restaurant at midnight and unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience due to the behavior of one of your employees. Throughout our meal, the employee (wearing yellow t shirt) consistently exhibited arrogant behavior, making us uncomfortable by staring at us while we were talking and eating. Later we got super irritated and panic once when he turned the speaker sound sudden and it came out so loud and weird. And I am even suprised that he didnt even mind to express a sorry for scaring us with the unpleasant sound. So we immediatly left the shop since my friend got panic because of that terrible sound. Such conduct is unacceptable and destroyed what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and addresses it promptly to ensure a more pleasant atmosphere for all customers.

The food here is really good! I love the idea of Indian food in wraps, its just great! You definitely have to try their chicken tikka wrap as its just amazing. Their veg and non veg meals are really good too and prices are not bad at all. They have Masala tea here that tastes pretty good. The ambience is great and they have decent seating area. Pretty busy during the weekends though!

Took a takeout, the employee in red t shirt did not have the basic decency to pass the takeout towards my side of the counter. I literally had to usher a guy to make space for me to reach and take it. Music is way too uncomfortably loud most of the time. Kindly teach the employee basic table manners.

I went today for takeout and omg within a month their portion keeps getting smaller and smaller . For a basic street style chat , they stopped garnishing it with coriander and other chutney which they use to before. Very bad experience ill never go again

This restaurant is one of the best to have indian-style wraps and sabzi. We love their superbowl which is a mix of rice, salad and proteins (both veg/non-veg) so we re getting a complete set of nutrition at an affordable cost. Their chat items especially the samosa channa chaat and aloo-tikki chaat are so delicious and wraps/burgers are so filling. The quantity of every food is enough to share with friends and family and the quality of ingredients used are also fresh. The staffs are kind and helpful especially Rajal was so friendly and patient while serving the bowls and chaat items. They introduced naanwich- a sandwich-styled stuffed naan which looks yummy although we didn t try it yet. It s our go to place to have a healthy meal but also satisfying our taste buds at the same time.

Food overall was good. Very flavourful. The down side of this location when we came in is the music was blasting so loud. My wife and I sat down to eat and could barely hear each other. It sounded like we were at a concert. But overall, good food.

yesterday night i went to this location around 1:00am and my experience was quite disappointing . I used to be a regular customer and always come from Cambrigde for their poutine fries . last night their was a lady working and she has zero customer service and very rude . She was treating us very poorly . never coming back now .

Highly overpriced for the portion and quality of food served. Naan wrap was just a store bought naan mostly filled with rice. The tikki in aloo tikki burger was literally the size of a gulab jamun. Very disappointed!

The chicken tikka wrap and the potato curry rice bowl were both fresh, flavourful and filling! They have quite an array of options - looking for forward to returning and trying out some other items! Parking: Small parking lot behind the shops, entrance to parking on University Ave.

I expected more, however the food was not good at all. I ordered a SAMOSA BURGER and two pieces of Samosa. The chutney s were spilled in the baggage my whole food was spoiled and the green chutney was smelling really bad the samosa s were ok but the samosa burger was only like a kuchumber no taste of anything.

I wouldnt mind revisiting Twisted Indian Wraps, and here is why. There is a pretty good amount of food options, but unlike many other restaurants, the non-vegetarian options cannot be made vegetarian. We ordered Masala Fries, Mini Salad Bowl, Naanwich, Naanza, Mango Lassi, and the Aloo Tikki Chaat recommended by the service. The Masala Fries were a bit of a disappointment because in other restaurants, Masala Fries are filled with many seasonings/spices, sauces, and toppings, but these Masala Fries were plain French Fries with a bit of seasoning on top and served with packet ketchup. The Mini Salad Bowl was pretty good, and I am glad we ordered the mini size because it is very filling since they added a lot of protein (my protein choice was Saag), but the server said she would add Jalapeños, and did not. The Naanza was tasty, but the very scrumptious Naanwich was the favorite. I can see why we were recommended the Aloo Tikki Chaat because it was also delicious. The Mango Lassi, which I forgot to photograph, was average because it had an artificial, distant mango flavor, and more cream/milk flavor. The service is pretty friendly and quick. Since the restaurant is a bit similar to a salad bar type of place, we can go and see our food being prepared and customize it, so the food arrives quickly. The food prices and quantities are both good. The restaurant, cutlery, dishes, seats, tables, and restrooms are clean. I am very happy with the dietary restriction friendliness, as it includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free! It would be better if some dishes could have the meat removed, however. Overall, this is a fairly nice restaurant with a good variety of food! Vegetarian options: Good amount of vegetarian options, but there should be an option to remove meat. Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free items

Last night had a visit to Twisted Indian Wraps. The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly . The guys suggested me Saag Paneer Naanza and it was delicious. I am definitely going back and recommend my friends as well

Aloo tiki burger and samosa chaat were the best

I had a really good experience. First thing I liked is it was opened till 2AM, which is a rare thing in Kitchener Waterloo region. The samosas and tikki with chai werea delight in October weather. Even Kishan who served us was very welcoming and warm. I would like to visit you guys again to try more stuff.

One of the best places to visit if you like Indian food especially if you are a fan of masala tea. There are many places here Ive tried the masala tea but Twisted Indian has so far the best tea. Its become like a midnight or afternoon adda to go for some good tea and samosa combo. I like the idea of servicing Indian food in Mexican style. And also the level of spice is perfect as it comfortable for both..the Indians as well as local Canadia. Its not bland Its not too spicey ... just perfect. Me and my friends were lucky enough to visit the place on one perfect time where we were made to try new upcoming items like pakoda and crispy small vada which they had not launched yet but owner of the place was a good man who made us taste these amazing new items ... this place is really innovative as it comes up with something new every now and then. One of the most interesting things I had were naanza and naanwhich .. the name explains Its all. Visit it .. you have my word you wont be disappointed
