The new Better Chef burger just seems to be some kind of curry sauce. Got one for free in a promotion and it made everything in the bag smell/taste like curry. I have nothing against Indian styled burgers (they are good), but if that's what I was in the mood for I'd order Tandoori Express. I used to reffer to Cheff on call as the Canadian burger place when I'd introduce to my friends, i suppose times change with demand. Effort is made in the presentation, even with delivery. And keeping gravy separate from poutine fries and cheese curds is a great way to prevent over soggy fries. Good job guys. Over all food is okay. Tho not quite how I remembered it.
I really enjoy their burgers, but the delivery service needs serious improvement. Each time I ordered, it took over an hour, leaving the burgers cold by the time they arrived. On a few occasions, the burgers were even overcooked. They definitely need to work on their delivery system to match the quality of their food
Very cute spot! Great service and very yummy food. My Dad and I got the Big Willy and the Club sandwich and we both had half of each. Both were great! Only lost a star because of the high prices 😬
Staff were friendly,, It took too long to prepare my order which I am okay with given how busy they’re I had the spicy burger maybe its my luck or idk what happend opposite to the reviews I read, it taste like garbage. the chicken had a bad taste and smell like dirt, not spicy at all and the bread was too dry with burn taste in it, I wasn’t able to eat it although I was super hungry, it tasted so bad and I felt I will be sick if I forced myself to eat it, fries was ok nothing special. The small meal doesn’t worth 22$ and for that taste I wouldn’t eat it for free

Chef on Call has one of the best burger in KW area. I've been to this burger spot four times now, and it's always great. The curly fries and onion rings are tasty. I always get the mushroom melt burger, and it's really good. The burger is big enough for one person. The burgers are halal here.
If I could give Chef On Call 6/5 stars, I would. Shoutout to Gabe because the service was incredible, I was very impressed! He’s super personable and easy to talk to :) Luckily, their food is also amazing- you can really taste the difference in the quality of their ingredients. The chicken is moist and perfectly crispy, and not over cooked like other places we’ve had. We got a chicken and veggie burger and it was so flavourful and filling. Also love that most of their sauces are made in house. My favourite was the garlic mayo *chef’s kiss* Excited to come back again!

I love the food here, however, I ordered two items; the value meal smash burger and a small poutine, and it took them 45 minutes to make. When I approached the lady about this, she did not acknowledge my concerns and I still had to wait after I brought this to her attention. Big thumbs DOWN

Perfectly timed. ... I called ahead and said I would be in town for 5:15 for a VR experience around the corner. Which might I add was awesome!!! CnTL V! Amazingly delicious smash burgers, no rott gutt my son loved it. The special sauce was amazing. NOT TO MENTION... THEE Lonnnnngest curly fry we had ever seen! My partner and I order out once per week as a treat, and most weeks, its Chef on Call. The fries are the best in town, everything weve eaten here is fantastic, my partner swears by their poutine, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They also employ their own drivers for delivery, so no worries about cold food or long wait times. On top of that, their loyalty reward program is very nice and they send out specials and promotions nearly weekly. Cannot recommend them enough!

When I used to live at Accomod8u the food was alright, not the best but not the worst. Honestly, the reason why it is 4 stars is because you can get it at night when everything is closed.

Enjoyed a delicious, filling meal at Chef on Call. Truly one of the best shawarma meats Ive had in the KW area, which is rare as more and more of these places pop up. The owner of the store has a touching story and a kind soul. Would recommend this place for that alone. We had the Chicken Shawarma Platter and the Chicken on Rice with extra Salad.

Went in to grab a quick bite, ordered the regular burger. Had to wait 30+ minutes for the one burger to come. When I had gotten the burger it was messy due to the amount of sauce they put and was cold too. Definitely did not expect to receive that level of food and wasn t happy with it.

Chef on Call is my go-to for great takeout. I just placed my 11th order. Im vegetarian so cant comment on the meat, but everything Ive had has been a generous serving size and delicious. The onion rings are sooo good -and my cat agrees. And dont pass up on a shake!
