Only place open after midnight on a Saturday for a burger - 20 mins to wait for my burger ( no combo and cost was $12, burger taste great not worth $12 for just a burger and to wait 20 mins bcuz of drunk university students / orders is wrong in my opinion. Looks like a one man show - that employee is wonderful but where is his team?

Hey, just had a Aloo Tiki Burger today from the Waterloo store. It s so good and tasty. Never tried this type of burger in India as well. Must try for all the vegetarian!! Loved it!!

When we went to the burger factory for the first time randomly . There was a staff named Priyal. She was so good. While ordering aloo tikki masala burger, she treated us very nicely and when we ate burger, it was just amazing. We just loved it so much. We have never experienced this much good taste since we came to the Canada. Now, we are their regular costumers.

I recently tried the Aloo Tikki Masala Burger at Burger Factory, and I was seriously impressed! The aloo tikki was super crispy and had just the right amount of spice!I love Indian flavors, and this burger definitely didn t disappoint. It s like having your favorite food in burger form. Soooo, I came here and stood for ten minutes while the guy just didn t acknowledge me, I said excuse me, and he told me one second I m busy. He appeared to be making a single Uber order sandwich, but his screen was blank so maybe it was for himself? He then ignored me for another five minutes. I wanted to try the food but the guy working was kinda super rude. My girlfriends order from pennys chicken was cooked and served before this guy acknowledged me so I just left and got food somewhere else. The restaurant also looks very dirty, there s grease stains on the walls, food on the floor. The doors are all open, which is awesome in a town with a rat problem. I would ve given no stars if I could. Can t speak for the food cause I never got the chance to order. There are sit down restaurants in town that could have food to my table faster than this guy took to say hi. Reply to owner: I did not specify which day I was in the restaurant this weekend, so I don t know how you can confidently tell me there were no male workers at the time as I didn t specify it.

I recently had the misfortune of encountering the absolute worst customer service experience. After placing an order, I had to cancel it due to an unforeseen circumstance. To my utter disbelief, the restaurant charged me $56.48 for cancelling the order! This outrageous and unjustifiable fee is nothing short of a scam. The staff was incredibly rude when I called to address the issue, and they refused to provide any reasonable explanation for the charge. Its clear that they care more about ripping off their customers than providing decent service or food. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being extorted and treated with complete disrespect. I will never be setting foot in this establishment again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear as well. This restaurant deserves zero stars!

I personally do not like doing this as I like to support local business. I made a large order for delivery. We were very specific in what was ordered including notes. It seems that the staff had an issue with large orders. I received a phone call from the location. After a very difficult & long conversation trying to understand what was being said. She said I put items on your order you did not want, and to just pick it off (are you kidding me???) I then received a text that the order was on its way at 12:43pm. It is an 11min commute to where I was located. The Uber driver took over an hour to deliver. Everything was cold, item missing, fries like cardboard...everyone was disappointed. Sadly, none of us will be back!

I went to the location twice the same week to order the slammer burger. I went yesterday, and they said they didnt have the deal anymore. Unfortunately I wont be going back because it seems the branch is very lazy to get more bread.

As a professional mover, I travel a lot. I go all across Ontario to work. My go-to is always the humble burger. Burger Factory is literally 2 KM away from my home. It was my anniversary with my wife and I wanted something new so I ordered the Juicy Lucy combo. Imust say for start that it was incredible. The patty is definitely sirloin, at 5oz its not too big and not small. The key word is completely satisfying. The toppings were super fresh, the cheese was real and the fries were fresh cut. If you want to spoil yourself, get the poutine with real curds. One of Ontarios best burgers by far.

Late and incompetent service.

The food is alright but the service and management are poor. I was there today for the promotion which includes 4 slammer-sized burgers + 2 fries for $24.99. First, the only staff there was looking at her phone and did not pay attention if there s any customers. Second, she didn t know the promotion the store is advertising and asked me to show her. After that, she said there s no such promotion in the system so she started adding stuffs I didn t not order to make the amount close to 24.99. In addition, the staff did not allow me to customize the toppings for each burger which doesn t make sense cuz the store has a list of toppings for you to choose how would you like to build your burger. My first impression for this place is bad as I believe the store should make sure their employees are aware of the promotion going on right now and set it up in the system so customers are charged at the right amount.

I ordered the machine which was a double cheeseburger. The quality was great and the size even better! They have a diverse choice of sides for your combos aswell, I got the mac n cheese bites. Overall good experience.

I always order the crispy chicken combo and 9/10 times it is delicious. Sometimes the fries are a bit soggy but most of the time they re good. Really good service all employees are super nice.

Burger factory? More like burger flopery. Severely disappointed to be honest. I m a student at Laurier and wanted a sweet treat after doing work and I am really upset. I went with my friends as a reward and instead I was just disappointed. We got 3 funnel cakes all which were a thumbs down. The first one was supposed to be a caramel funnel cake and got fudge instead. The second one was an Oreo funnel cake which just had whole chunks of Oreos and nothing else just funnel cake and Oreo. Kinda expected like fudge or domain for the Oreos to stick on but that s okay my fault. Got a milkshake as well that was advertised to come with whip cream and did not. I asked about it and they said no. lol. There was no cutlery or napkins in the bag and I had to ask for them. Kinda upset about it. I will say the milkshake was good tho so that s good. Fair warning the funnel cake alone is 9.99 and toppings are all extra which is totally okay but advertised online differed. i won t be saving this place as my sweet treat place anymore. If I could give this place a 0 I would.

Amazing staff and great burgers but i wish the juicy lucy had actual amount of cheese in the patty. The amount of cheese didnt really fit the price as it was around 18 dollars just for the burger not even combo. Other than that no complains.

I had higher hopes for their Tuesday cheeseburger special, but it was just a very basic hamburger. Nothing wrong with it, but I wont seek it out, just not my style of burger, neither crispy edge smash nor pub style thick.

Horrible experience after waiting 15 mins this is what we got. Stale tenders and fries were overcooked.

The food was nice, especially the guy with specs knew how to make food tasty. Even customizing sauces as per instructions and following instructions to which veggies to keep or omit was upto mark. Some food items are bit pricy but then sometimes some offer also keeps running like utilities for price of one or so. And since after few many takeouts Im writing this review ; I can assure that its worth trying especially if there are deals. And if the same employee is there (the guy with specs) then for sure you will not regret as he knows what hes cooking. Its a tight place but in prime location, so would suggest takeout mostly.

Ordered the machine burger and chicken utility sandwich. Food complete slop, threw half of it away, burger was wet and soggy, wife couldn t stomach it to finish the chicken. Brutal, given how much they charged. Not worth it. Restaurants take no pride in the quality of food they produce these days, very disappointed.

Burger was amazing, staff was helpful and got food quickly. Fries were awful and and hella old, it was physically quite evident that they should not be served but I got em anyways. Probably a one time thing but still ruined my meal.

Had for the first time today after friend recommended it to me. Got the cheeseburger combo (which is buy one get 50% off the second right now). The burger was very good taste wise, mine was very messy but that s fine. The fries that went along with it were also good. They fill the takeout bag with lots of extra. Overall, good experience. A bit more on the pricey side but definitely higher quality ingredients than the average fast-food joint.

Very congested area to order food, however it was rather empty at 12:30am when we were there. Food was great, the Juicy Lucy tastes great and the poutine has the most amazing gravy. However, while waiting for out food, the employees decided to turn on their own music overtop of the sound system in the building itself, which could cause sensory issues for some. Otherwise, a good place for a burger and fries.

Food was soo freaking good. Although will take a while but it s worth the wait. 10/10

Takes forever to prepare the order. Always had to wait at least 15 mins over the given estimated time. Quality is good but service in this regard is always questionable.

Sure the food great.. but the staff at this location are not fit for the job.. took over 30 min for me to get a burger combo and I was the only person at the location they were standing around talking to each other and on their phones.

I ordered through Uber eats, the food quality and taste was not as expected at all. The fries and onion rings were so greasy.

ordered the funnel cake, they took 30 min for my order and the food looked nothing like the picture. in the picture there was some strawberry syrup and what looked like a bunch of other items, plus had to pay extra for ice cream. funnel cake didnt taste great either.

The burgers were extremely dry even after I lathered it ketchup and washed it down with sprite it still felt dry. Their funnel cakes were almost just as bad, they were dry, chewy and tasted awful. On top of all that when I went to pick up the order the hygiene was horrible it and it didn t look like they even cared about it either. The only half decent item was the steak utility sandwich because you could at least choose what you had on it. Definitely the last time I eat there

Best milkshake of my life!

I ordered a hamburger and two cheeseburgers and a tornado fries. Burgers were really good juicy, but the tornado fries had too much salt. We could not eat the fries, we throw in the bin. No body can eat with so much salt, and I was not able to take off.

Went in with my wife to enjoy a funnel cake. plaster over social media was a delicious looking funnel cake with lots of strawberry sauce and tower of soft ice cream. To our disappointment we get 3 small to go containers of hard ice cream that by the time we got it to our car to eat it as we didnt see any seating area was melted that costed just over 3 dollars and 1 small container of strawberry sauce that we paid also just over 3 dollars for aswell. If you plan to go for the funnel cake it would be worth just driving to niagara falls clifton hill as they serve what they advertise!

My boyfriend and I both came here to get milkshakes. I ordered the caramel milkshake while he ordered the strawberry. don t believe half the reviews here but pretty sure they re fake. Service was absolute garbage. When we got our shakes, we told the staff there is no whip cream despite there being photos on their board of whip cream being on top of the milkshake. When we asked about it, we were ignored and told that it doesn t come with whip cream. Why have a photo of whip cream being on top of the milkshake if that is not what you offer? Such false advertisement.

We were told to wait 15 mins and when we got our food onion rings were cold and drink was missing. Burgers were okay but not the freshest. Not sure whay the wait was for. No family sitting. Shisha lounge upstairs.

The Juicy Lucy burger was so damn good and the best part is that they serve everything halal. By far one of the best burgers Ive ever had in Waterloo. Plenty of options to choose from as toppings and a good portion for the prices. I would definitely recommend others to this joint.

Ton of bugs in this place, major turn off. Order took a while when place was empty with 4 employees. Prices are very expensive for what your getting. Not too happy at all. Won t be coming back for sure.

This is not funnel cake, this is funnel and you pay for the cake. It should not cost this much for a funnel cake with the little amount of strawberry that I got in a small container that I had to pay extra for. Disappointed to be honest. Burgers and fries are good tho.

I placed an order late last night for delivery. I ate about 3/4 of my burger ( cheesy juicy lucy) when I took a bite and felt something being pulled away from my face with my burger. I can feel it sliding across the back of my tongue and across my lips and when I pulled my burger away to see what the hell was going on there was a bunch of hair that was black in my burger. I do not have black hair it is not my hair nor does anybody in my home! I have never been so disgusted and repulsed by something in my life. Beyond traumatized at the moment. I have included a photo.

Buy one get one offer on uber eats is a scam as they create a fake item that costs more than the actual item EDIT: The response to this review is a complete lie. Every other store on uber eats does not inflate their prices specifically for the BOGO deals. You are lying to the consumer to trick them into believing the deal is two for the price of one when it is truly a $5 discount. If you were a truthful company that was not attempting to scam customers, you would use the discount deal option that is available in uber eats. You are a liar, and you are trying to scam your customers.

Overall good food, just a few minor critiques: 1) not sure why there was lots of raw onion in the burger. Usually when I get onion as a topping its cooked/caramelized which brings out the sweetness of the onion and enhances the burger a lot, but in this case it was just raw which overpowers the burger 2) the patty itself lacked flavor/seasoning, it wouldnt hurt to add some more seasonings or spices to the burger 3) the fries had zero seasoning, not sure if this is normal but usually theres a pinch of salt on fries but mine were completely bland, thankfully its an easy fix at home.

Tried for the first time today. Only one other person with an order ahead of us but tornado fries were completely overdone, more like chips than fries. Ordered chicken burger but it was 2 small chicken strips that were overcooked as well and dry. On a positive note, cheeseburger was good and we did like the buns.. Mac and cheese bites were approved by the kids but not sure if it would be worth the 20 minute drive again. Parking: Busy small parking lot

Was already familiar with the brand name from Cambridge and my excitement was over the moon when we welcomed Burger Factory in town. Unfortunately, this particular franchise has drastically failed to maintain the taste, standard and quality. It is not not even remotely providing the same experience Burger Factory is known for. We ordered cheesy Lucy burgers because was dying for the oozing cheese however to my surprise I found none. The patty itself tasted so bland. Honestly speaking; at half of the price I have better options available. Won t be losing money again at this place

Got takeout from this place, wasnt really a fan. Burgers are super messy, taste was okay but was hard to eat. We also tried the beef utility combo and the steak was incredibly spicy to the point of being inedible. Fries were soggy, greasy and not fully cooked and not salted. My sweet potato fries were really good but wish it came with a garlic or pesto aioli to pair. Really disappointed because we wanted to give this place a try seeing the ads. We may come back to try the funnel cakes which we hear are good but wont be having the other items again. Especially for the price, combos are each over $20 so we were expecting something good. Very disappointed.

Paid 40$ for a burger fries and mac n cheese bites just for them to forget the fries. When asked if everything is in the bag including fries, they say yes yes all good so she doesn t have to reopen the stapled bag. Horrible service.
