Food was awful. i ve got my stomach bad by eating their main dish.

We were there early for lunch. The food was okay and service was good. The restaurant didn t seem very clean and tap was broken in the washroom. It seemed like it had been like that for some time.

Wow, shrinkflation at its finest. We ordered ribs and wings and we got the smallest, half rack of ribs Ive ever seen, 4 wings and maybe a dozen fries for $22. Obviously the new management is trying to skimp hard and provide the bare minimum. We left still hungry.

Whole table of people had there orders messed up and the food was below par, 3 people got boneless wings and they were all cold and had bad flavour, and the rest the orders were not right, and on top we had to pay 15 percent tip on bad food

Unfortunately experienced an allergic reaction after informing the staff of my allergies and when brought up to the manager and he yelled in my face. No accountability was taken and I highly would not recommend this place this is my second review as my original got taken down by management.

We always have a good food and service here.

Their servers dont know how to communicate with customers at all, and its impossible to get the bill from them. They even asked me to give them my servers name cuz they didnt know who was assigned to me. And they do not introduce their name. Their hostess was on her phone as well. Their 50% appetizer is only when you order drink and servers dont let you know that. They also have automatic tip included bill for large group of ppl and do not let you know. I accidentally tip them twice last time cuz their server didnt let me know they included that on the bill already. I would rather go Chucks or Kelseys. Or even Crabby Joes at DTK. They are fine, its just this location that they have the worst service from my experience. I didnt like their food either.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Food and atmosphere are not enjoyable. Service was ok, not very well trained. Drinks were terrible, and I somehow got a rotten French fry, and my club sandwich was dripping butter(?) Nacho portions wouldnt feed a goldfish.

Started with the fried pickles which were quite good and then had the Joes Feast planked salmon (25 dollars for salad, an entree, and tiramisu) and the ribs and wings dinner. Salad was large and fresh with a nicely balanced balsamic vinaigrette. Salmon was well cooked and served with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Ribs were run of the mill but wings were tasty. Pretty decent meal for the price. Server could have been more attentive. Follow up: we have now become semi-regulars on Tuesday nights for their wing deal. Service has become consistently very good and the wings and fries never disappoint. Even a few decent beers available and usually a Jays or Leafs game on the many screens. Parking: Parking lot caters to several busy restaurants.

A friend of mine and her son went to eat here Monday night. My first time at that location. It started out badly, very badly, the young, long haired, blond bartender was rude and unprofessional. Peyton, Bob and Theodora turned it around for us and with their eager to rectify approach helped turn a very negative experience into a positive one. Peyton was understanding, tentative to my concerns and genuinely wanted to help. Bob was amazing. He came to us with a genuine approach, listened to our issues. We felt heard and respected, in the end, found a reasonable solution we all were happy with. As we were leaving, Theodora held the door for us as she was coming into her shift with a bright beautiful smile, respectful and genuinely nice. These 3 are a great representation of amazing service that should be emulated by the ENTIRE staff, as well as IMO, a lot of establishments are lacking. Thank you guys and I specifically want to thank Bob again.

Excellent service, amazing food. Spinach dip is phenamenal, the steak and mashed very tasty, I do recommend this location. The patio look great at night, will always go to this location.

Very fun place to go. Would recommend for watching sports games and enjoying a night out. However I did get the deep fried pickes and the dough was very very raw and not appetizing. Would recommend it for the atmosphere as I havent tried many other dishes here, but Im not inclined to either. Edit: I believe there was an owner change. The service is beyond slow. It seems that they dont have enough staff, as well the servers do not seem to know their menu. Normally, I ask for a recommendation and get to enjoy things I wouldnt normally order. However, this time the response I got was that they havent tried most items, and dont know its up to me. Same with drinks, the bartender didnt drink. Imagine not trying a single thing you serve. They dont give you a wet wipe with wings anymore. The crowd is still pretty cool, and they still play sports.

Service was good, the steak was dry or stale. Full sized mixed drink was 5oz at regular price.

If you guys close at 2 am then what time should your last call be at? The bar is full of people and the bartender is turning people away at 1:10 when she told us last call is at 1:15. I would love to know why it says it s open till 2 am

Watch those bills guys! Last night a group of 6 of us went for apps and drinks for a Bachelorette. We were expecting to spend quite a bit of money but it was all wrong! First when we got there we asked for a birthday song to happen to the Bachelorette to embarrass her but they never did that. The host told us aswell that because we were a party of 6 or more that we would get a 15% DISCOUNT (keep this in mind) , so we got excited and ordered a bunch of food and drinks immediately. Both food and drinks took awhile to come but when it did many other servers that werent our waitress brought it to us. Getting refills for the drinks was difficult as our waitress completely ignored us and was way more focused on the smaller groups sitting in her area. To give you an idea for the 3 hours we sat there I received 3 drinks which was a chore to order. When we got our food my salad had zero dressing on it, it was pretty much a fancy bowl or dried brown lettuce, the poutine tasted like someone dumped a whole bottle of salt in the gravy, Buffalo sauce is actually a sweet BBQ sauce, it was just all wrong. When we were done the pile of dishes we had our server wouldnt Remove. We had to get someone else to clear the plates so we could continue to drink, again never happened. The next hour and half we pretty much sat there with all our dishes piled up on our table and our waitress never once tried to take any or even stopped at our table long enough to ask to have it removed. Now for the stressful part, paying the bill. Remember that discount we were told wed get? Ya that was actually a mandatory 15% tip to the waitress. 15%! So for 6 people,paying separately, because we were at 1 booth, which now we know they stuffed us there for this tip to work instead of giving us a table. The manager explained that because we were at that booth wed all have to pay the 15%, if we sat at the tables we wouldnt of had to. At first the waitress said it only worked on debit but when the ones of us that paid cash we lost $10 each. We calmly explained that she made $56 in tips when we sat there for hours with no service, we didnt get to drink like we wanted or have a decently clean table to socialize at. Our waitress did nothing for us the whole time and now youre forcing us to pay her $10 in tips each?!?! Thats theft. We then had to argue with her that she has done nothing to deserve that tip. Had she of done her job we would of all gladly tipped her super well and she had great potential to make quite a bit from us in tips but I will not have an establishment ignore me, treat me like crap and then steal money. This 15% mandatory tip is not advertised anywhere, it starts as a discount and ends with you broke and covered in dishes. After we told her we werent leaving till we got our money back her attitude got even worse and really was an ignorant person. Now we still dont know what caused her to ignore us to be begin with but this girl needs to find a new job and Crabbys needs to advertise that they steal $10 off of everyones bill without question. Ask your servers if you dare to try this location , our group will definitely never be back and we will continue to warn people about the theivery this place does!

Got 10 boneless wings but they sent over bone-in wings, not a huge deal to get them to remake it. But when they came back they seemed undercooked and under-sauced. Service was pretty slow for having the restaurant being pretty dead. Food for the table came out at all different times. Edit: it took less time for the restaurant to reply to my review, than it did to get my food.

Zero acknowledgement. Our server rolled her eyes when I asked allergy questions. Food took exceptionally long to arrive. Your restaurant was not nearly busy enough to explain this awful experience. Sadly, depending on your responses I do not see myself nor any of my friends returning again.

Half a rack of ribs looks like 2 ribs. Icecream is just a bit of melted milk in a container. No refund, no help. Embarrassingly bad. Food

This is the worst experience I ever had in Canada. When we entered the restaurant, we were immediately told by a waitress that a 15% tip was mandatory. While I understand asking for a tip, it would have been more appropriate if she had waited until after we were seated. Our waitress, named Payton, was consistently rude during our visit. We ordered hot chocolate. But their hot chocolate machine was out of order, and we were only informed about this much later, and the information was conveyed in a very rude manner. We had to order another drink and it took some time. We ordered Quesadillas, but they mostly contained chicken filling. It didnt have enough veggies or cheese. We didnt complain immediately but mentioned it when we were leaving. Even then, she responded rudely.

Ive been coming here for 16 years now on a monthly basis. I have noticed something the past few times. The portions of food that I had once ordered from the half price apps after 9pm menu are now smaller in portion then before But the bigger issue I came with my wife and a friend and they tried to charge us an extra 10$ EACH ! cover because there was a UFC event even though we had no idea there was a ufc event nor did we have and desire to watch. We refused this ridiculous demand from the host and hostess so they placed as at a table outside around the corner where there is no television in order that we dont view the fight. This is a HUGE NO NO when it comes to customer rapport. Dont do this anymore guys. This was a mistake and lapse in judgment by whoever started charging cover for whats on television. Its a slap in the face and its blatantly cheap/greedy. Nevertheless i give 3 stars because i remember this place to be a generous one and i have fantastic memories in the past and the atmosphere is great. No doubt about it.

My friends are all older and we go in as a group for all birthdays because it is close to where we live. We have given this place so many chances but if you come in with a group of more than six and are a bit older you will get treated like crap because the waitress is quick to remind you that tip is automatic and you service will be terrible because she has her tip already. So here s deal about this place!! Our group already sent one review about how terrible the the service was here and how miserable the experience was the last couple times we have come in with a large group. This place will respond with an email saying sorry and wanting you to email your experience just to look good on the review But no one replies to the email you wrote!! It s just to look good for them that it looks like they are concerned when they are not! For some reason our friends still want to go there for bdays and special events because we all live by there. In fact they want to come this week for a bday of our friends They are kind of naive and just like going there because it s close. I m putting an end to it !!!!! I will be telling all of us never again here And will be telling each one of them to write bad review!! I m tired of this place taking advantage of my older friends who pay a lot of money when we go!!! No more!!!

The food is always amazing but from the second we were seated we were treated awfully. Our drinks were delayed 15mins, the server was rude, and on top of that we were charged a large group 15% fee for 6 people.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. never experienced such a bad server, bad environment and cheap food. Started off with the server having an attitude, which set the bad mood already. -slammed drinks on the table and literally threw the straws on the table. - clearly forgot to ring in our appetizer. - other servers were grabbing our drinks for us because we had to flag them down. Server was literally lost - food took forever for something that s pre-made. - brought out the wrong wings and then waited another 30 mins. Lol then it comes out with a wrong sauce. - a long black hair was intertwined throughout the fries. DISGUSTING. - not sure if it s new owners but they definitely chose the cheapest brand of chicken tenders. So cheap lol - owners or managers never even came up to the table hiding in the back. - server was gone 80% and 20 % to take our order and bring the bill. As someone would works for this type of company, I ve never been so disappointed of an establishment. They clearly need extra head office support.

Waitress didnt ask what area. I wanted bar, went to dining room. Didnt want to complain. Fine. Automatically brought water to the table that was unwanted. Smoke break and adult friend couldnt order for us. (3 adults, 1 child). She finally came back, we ordered a round of drinks while waiting for food, (less busy than when we got there, less than half the people), and she never came back with our drinks. Too busy at the guy tables in bar area. It was supposed to be finally doing something for my birthday. Totally ruined!

The chocolate milk shake is super

Great chocolate milkshakes and really enjoyed the loaded fries. Nice atmosphere and server was excellent to deal with. . Parking: Located in a decent size plaza. No problem getting parking.

Ordered food waited 10-15 mins we were then informed they did not have an item that was ordered. We did order something else from the menu at that time. The powered gravy was not mixed well enough it had alot of chunks/that gravy skin that developes if you dont stir it enough was a majority of the side of gravy that was ordered. Also they charged us for the one item that we had to substitute so we were overcharged by 1 item. I have never been to a crabby Joes before this point and probably will never go again. The kitchen staff need better training.

This is the third time I am not satisfied with the service, they either bring the food too late or forget a part and last time she forgot to bring the even service and brought the appetizer with the meal together and also the fries was very few in one portion. Finally, I never never go back to this location again

Took my daughter out for a birthday lunch...we were all happy

Server asked us how our food was after our first bites , my spouse said his meal was pretty dry and the server replied with ok perfect and walked away . My spouse didn t eat the chicken from his chicken parmesan because it was so over cooked and dry . The server offered another butcher was too hungry to wait again for another meal , just ate the pasta . The poor guy couldn t eat for 2 days since he was ill , just wanted a nice hot meal out of the house . We still got charged full pop for our meals . Definitely won t be coming back here .

Delicious food and great service.

The blonde-haired woman, who was serving our table, tossed the straw onto the table and either walked away in the middle of our conversation without listening to us or spoke to us while staring into the void. This was an extremely uncomfortable dining experience, to the point where I even felt threatened by racial discrimination. Furthermore, when three people in our table asked for separate bills as some of them had to leave early, she abruptly printed everyones bills without any notice, insisting that she had finished her shift and deserved tips. Also on one of the receipts, she included a second hot chocolate which we didnt get and when we asked that the hot chocolate was still on the bill, she replied back Do you still want me to make a hot chocolate?, no wonder why this place gets bad reviews time to time. It was a weekly gathering with friends and we just wanted to have good time there as usual, but todays service from the server we newly encountered was outrageously poor, leaving us feeling disheartened. I believe expressing personal emotions in a professional setting is unprofessional and discourteous.

I went there last night around 11.45 ish with my friend. I like to go at Crabbys and it has always been a good experience except Last night. The blonde girl with long hair served us. I dont know why she was rushing everything. We would have been glad if someone else served us. It didnt seem like they were out of staff because there were 5-6 people working on the floor. The server rushed us to make a decision about food and drinks. She was very fast in replying when we asked her about the options and combinations of the drinks. I asked her about the kind of rum that were available and she misheard it as Gum and she laughed for a moment. It seemed silly. We were not even done with our dining and she said her shift was over so shell just bring our bills. Crabby is a good option for food, drinks, and their ambience. But a bad service ruins the entire experience.The waiting duration between our orders was also very long. I guess she was handling multiple tables at a time highly compromising with the quality of service.

I am a bit disappointed in the food. The mozzarella mushroom burger was pretty good, and I will totally order it again; however, the salad on the side was old. The leaves were not as fresh as they used to be compared to the last time I dined here. Everything else was pretty normal.

service is not the best, a lot of mix ups in our order and we were asked to pay beforehand because our server s shift was ending. i like their wing night deal because the price is really good. i got boneless wings and i d say the bone in is more with it. overall i liked the wings but they weren t amazing or anything.

The food is what it is for this type of chain, but the bartender was quite accommodating, so he deserves a shout for his dedication on Saturday night. There arent many drink options low in sugar on this menu, and he took the time to modify a mojito so I wouldnt die from the sweetness. Great service experience.

There is no wonder how this is having such low rating. Owner or manager is blunt and doesn t respect. I have been there twice and faced the same behaviour. I don t know how people still go there. I do not recommend. And kitchen!! I feel it s not clean as much it should be.

I was here a couple of weeks ago. I had an absolutely lovely server who was so kind, polite, patient, and helpful. I wish I could recall her name, because Id definitely recommend dining with her. However, I ordered the rib & wings combo, ate the piping hot wings right away, and by the time I got to the ribs they were cold (maybe 5 minutes, if that, from when it got to my table). I did get this matter resolved by my server, but nevertheless felt it necessary to be candid with my review. Dont order the ribs if you prefer your food to be served above room temperature.

Come for their wing day and get served raw wings you ll love it, you ll get your meal for free and not be able to eat it

Great service and food! Everyone from the person to seat us and our server (Sarah and even the others) were very attentive to all our needs. We were celebrating my sisters birthday and they even gave us a free ice cream for her with a candle and everything!

The food was delicious and fast as usual. Sarah was our waitress who was very kind and friendly, bringing the Christmas spirit with cute hair . It was fun date night.

Coconut Shrimp is exteremely crunch and tasty! Its my personal favorite. Sarah is a wholesome server too!
