Went there to take out dumplings yesterday. They had me waited for 30 minutes. When i asked the staff and they said it will be 10 minutes but they even did not informed it will take be take more time. The staff was all indian but they was so unprofessional and rude when i asked them why its took to much time. Never recommend. Very slow service. Unprofessional.

MIGA is a name to remember, period! The food was absolutely delicious, and Mr. Lee is very knowledgeable about the food he serves. While the atmosphere is that of a small take out establishment, the food and service are extraordinary and absolutely worth the 45 min drive from out of town. Now imagine my excitement when I hear that they are opening a dine-in location on King St. nearly straight off the highway. You can bet I will be there for opening night because their food deserves the title of cuisine. Vegetarian options: Their kimchi is very good.

ordered through uber eats to get the buy 1 get 1 free promos that everyone raves about on there... waited about 45 mins for the order to be done... 30 of that was spent in the parking lot outside of it seeing literally noone walk in or out... not sure why it took so long to make my food.... go in and they tell me i have to say i recieved my food on the app before they will even pass it to me... so i was put off by that but ok. then i see that they only gave me 1 bowl of bulgogi and 1 order of dumplings.. i said to them i did the bogo deal for both of these i think part of my orders missing then all of a sudden i have 4 employees swarming me telling me that i messed up on the app and its not their problem and i need to pay them cash for another round of this order if i want all my food... i showed them the 42$ uber eats charged me and said to them theres no world that this tiny bowl of beef and 10 frozen dumplings would cost 42$... and they proceeded to tell me that i would be costing them money if they honoured the bogo deal even if it got messed up on the app. then they told me that if i paid them cash for a other order uber eats would reimburse me.. i said to them this literally sounds like a scam.. you the restaurant wont even honour your own deal through uber eats so why would i trust that they would give me a refund? that makes no sense. anyways, after almost an hour of waiting for food and having 4 men all shouting at me at once i told them i wasnt taking part in this anymore and just left with nothing... no refund and no food. you would think that FOUR employees could figure out a way to try and meet me half way or like in good faith offer to fix the issue... if you know you offer bogo on uber eats and someones ordered a bogo deal and its only showing a quantity of 1... that doesnt make sense right? common sense just isnt common anymore i guess. i would literally never reccomend this place to anyone ever after the way those 4 men yelled at me and tried to acuse me of trying to cost them money lmao... i can only imagine that ownership has changed or something because the food in the waterloo region fb group raves about this place and its sweet owner... but what happened to me tonight was absolutely nuts.

The owner was so nice. Very sweet guy and the food was delicious. I got the teriyaki salmon. It has plenty of veggies and a really nice sweet sauce to complement the spice.

I decided to try this location. I ordered the food through phone call, they said it will be ready after half an hour.I went to the location after half hour the food was not ready .I waited and waited and then I took it after around 40 mins.the good thing was they apologized so at least they know they supposed to be on time .their food is like wowww I really like it they are really good cookers.i will buy their food again for sure but I hope they will fix the long waiting time.also i want to recommend them to use gloves for the hygiene wise bcoz you can see everything from the kitchen .

Update: the hours posted mean open until 5am! Still my favourite place to go to for fried dumplings! The gentleman working today was super kind to me and my son, and helped me choose between dishes as it was my first time trying it (but I will be back to try them all because todays food was amazing!) he gave us a few extra items which was very kindhearted :) The Japche was so good, we loved the glass noodles and beef, there was mango slices in it too which went really well with the whole dish (I used to not like fruits mixed with savoury food but this has definitely changed my mind!) This is also going to be my go to place for the fried dumplings because wow, they were so good! I liked the beef most, and the dumpling sauce was yummy. He also gave me spicy sauce on the side since I was sharing with my son and didn t want the japche to be spicy. Overall a great experience!

Weirdest Korean food I have ever had. I got the bibimbap, dumplings, and japchae. First off the bibimbap had tomatoes in it?? And mango?? Something I had never experienced before, it wasn t bad necessarily but the flavours did not go together. The dumplings were good but not great, just lacked some flavour but overall were the best. The japchae was the most disappointing, for some reason it had cauliflower and broccoli in it again something I have never seen before and the kimchi had a very distinct tomato flavour, it was just bad. I wouldn t order again but I don t think it was the worst thing ever.

I have wonderful experience there, I love there chicken dumplings.

I decided to try this place with my boyfriend and it was such a lovely time. When we first walked in the chef was friendly and very welcoming. After our first visit he suggested the dumplings (20 for 10$) and we both loved it. Various times the chef had helped us try new things on the menu when we were unsure what to have, and even suggested some spots in the plaza we can sit to eat for the nice weather. I highly recommend it, as even my co-worker became interested in the food after I brought it to work a few times.

* ATTENTION*THIS IS NOT AUTHENTIC JAPANESE/KOREAN FOODS!!! I went to this so called Miga Japanese and Korean today, coz I want to eat Ramen. I was greeted by an Indian man who said he was the chef . At the back of my mind , he must be joking. And I am thinking it must not be authentic but I still ordered coz I am hungry. The man is nice but as I open the Ramen that I ordered ,OMG! It was an instant ramen noodle soup that you can buy to an Asian stor for a $16. Like seriously! Its a big SCAM!!!.. DONT EVER think of ordering foods there. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

I ordered the Japanese curry with shrimp, and it is 100% worth the price maybe more. The sauce was the right amount of sweet and spicy, and everything from the carrots to the mangoes to even the broccoli worked incredibly well in harmony. Staff was so personable and kind, and genuinely made me feel welcome, even if I was only there for a little bit. Definitely check out this place. You wont regret it.

Ordered this through Uber and somewhat disappointed. I got the bibimbap and Korean rice cake which is the buy one get one free promo. First I want to explain that the food I got for rice cake did not match the description on Uber. The Korean rice cake said it comes with fish cakes and green onions. Did not get any of those, instead got one egg. Second the food tastes like it was watered down and not like the typical ones. Also some rice cakes were not fully cooked as some were hard and not edible. It was that bad I couldn t finish it. Very disappointing, now I can see why it s buy one get one free. The bibimbap tastes better and is edible but very ordinary. Overall I don t think I will order from this place again. Maybe some ppl like it or maybe I got a bad batch but that s my honest opinion.

Hands down best comfort food Ive ever ordered! Staff are so sweet and cook with love. Food portions are very generous and prices are perfect! I highly recommend their fried beef dumplings paired with sweet potato noodles. I will always come back to Miga for their amazing food and service

Update: unfortunately, this previously lovely place has gone down in quality. I was shocked that we paid $40 for 2 containers of some dried pieces of meat on top of a majority of noodles (bulgogi dupbap), and the noodles were all hard and stuck together too. Additionally, all the salt and pepper was grouped up on two pieces of meat on one side of it, so it was so salty and peppery in some areas, and tasteless at others. So sad about how things have changed. Previously: Looked beautiful, tasted amazing, and great value! Also, very classy restaurant owners. There was unfortunately a mix up with our order (we ordered beef, but got chicken), and they were very responsive and mentioned next time they would be happy to provide us the beef without charge - great customer service about the mix-up!

Ordered Bulgogi and teriyaki... supposed to be a meat dish plus rice. Bowls were full of glass noodles taking the place of meat. Little meat for the price lol. False advertising and they claim order was correct.

Definitely recommend this place! The food is great and the owners are the sweetest. Their customer service is exceptional. I really enjoyed the fried dumplings and will certainly buy again. Its not a big enough place to sit down to eat but take out and delivery through uber eats is possible.

Too many taking times to prepare order

Food looks and tastes great, always, but DO NOT order ANY SEAFOOD from them. My partner and I ve gotten sick every time I ve gone in the last year, but it s so good I keep hoping they ll get fresher fish and keep periodically trying. I will update my review if the fish stops giving people food poisoning.

I ordered a chicken bibimbap 1 year ago it tastes amazing! It s fresh and very well done. Today, i ordered the same food. The whole thing is dry. And i can barely find chicken on it. It s full of veggies and rice that is so sticky it tastes horrible in the mouth. I regret ordering because just for that mean it s already $14. Such a trash.

Best place to eat around! Get the vegetarian dumplings they are to die for! Best dumplings i have ever had. Owner is the nicest guy around, they make you feel very valued as a customer. Care is extremely high. Do call ahead, there is a bit of a wait time, which is well worth it but best to call ahead.

That lady is like the rudest person in the world. I went for a pick up today and she just grabbed my phone with no permission. You can not pick up someones phone without permission. Worst experience, unbelievable

Miga is our go-to place for delicious Korean takeout! Their bulgogi dish, along with some spring rolls and dumplings with dipping sauces, are the very definition of comfort food for us. We love it so much that its what we order every single time we go there. And dont forget a container of homemade kimchi for a bit of tangy kick to go along with the meal! The owners are super friendly and generous. Dont let the tiny, crowded storefront fool you! There is an awesome kitchen with great cooks behind that counter! One of Waterloo Regions hidden gems. Their food is pretty bad. Low quality food that is overpriced. Their dumplings are the same quality ones you get frozen at supermarkets. The ramen is the same as the instant ramen packages, and the beef that comes with the ramen is cheap as well.

Bought their beef gyoza daily special and it was a great experience! The workers were very nice and the food was still crispy and juicy after 20 minutes.

Update; recently ordered again and am so disappointed. The Japanese curry does not taste good and it will not be eaten. It also is in no way a Japanese curry, which Ive eaten many times at many places including in Japan. It doesnt taste like curry at all. Its really weird. The Korean tofu stew was edible. It has spice but not much flavour. Excited about this new find! Just got dinner there and the food was delicious with good portions. The folks there were also very friendly and generous. The chicken katsu with dip was a huge hit, but it was all tasty. So yummy. We will definately be going back.

Ok but read this review... Everyone should come here. Miga is our favourite restaurant, weve made a tradition out of ordering from them on date night. The food is ALWAYS amazing. Weve never had something we dont like. The portions are massive, and everything is always cooked just right. The food always tastes home cooked, and never taste like take out. Im not Korean or Japanese but I can imagine that this is exactly what authentically made Korean/japanese food tastes like. The owners are so incredibly kind and should be so proud of the business they have. You can tell they take so much pride in the food they make. Thanks for countless delicious dinners, Miga! The best food in town is an understatement-I wish I could rate with more stars. I never leave Miga unsatisfied. The customer service is amazing and I crave the food so often its become a weekly purchase. I recommend this place to everyone I know and the Kimchi Fried Rice to any Kimchi lovers out there .

Truly terrible inauthentic food. The yaki udon was so far from being yaki udon its like the chef had never even seen the dish before. The noodles were not fried, and sat in a soup of very spicy, and way too salty korean chili pepper broth. The beef in the dish was also really awful. In case it was just the japanese food that was bad I also tried the spicy chicken stir fry which was less terrible but also quite bad.

The sweetest owners, and their dumpling deal is such a great value. The sauce that comes with the khampunggi is absolutely delicious as well. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I ordered soft tofu stew with meat/vegetables, but it wasnt soft tofu, it was just tofu stew. And the difference between the two meat/vegetables was the presence or absence of broccoli. I couldnt even see the meat. It was an additional $5 if you chose beef.

The party sized medium sushi tray that we ordered was more than enough to feed 5 of us and it was priced very well. The sushi was made fresh and it only took a half hour wait, thats why if you know what youre getting just call ahead and it will be fresh and ready for you. The dumplings are also amazing, they definitely pair well with the sushi. The owner also seems like a great and friendly person, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Good food, and great for people with allergies. The staff take allergies seriously and will accommodate you. My daughter has a severe soy allergy. She ordered the bibimbap and discovered that it came with a gochujang sauce on top. She was concerned that the gochujang sauce on the bibimbap would have fermented soy paste. However, the chef reassured us that he makes his own gochujang sauce, and that it contains no soy. We were dubious, so we ordered a second bibimbap with no sauce, for which they charged us only $10. They also gave us free soft drinks. Since it was evening and we didnt want my daughter to try the gochujang sauce at night (because no one would be with her overnight to monitor her for a reaction), my daughter ate the bibimbap dish with NO sauce for dinner (and had no reaction). The next day at lunch, she tried the bibimbap WITH the gochujang sauce, and she had no reaction at all. So I feel like this restaurant is very safe to eat at if you have soy or nut allergies (we are also allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, and none of us had any reaction). Notes on the food: The bibimbap has no bean sprouts or kimchii. The yaki noodles with chicken is spicy. The japchae is delicious but a little greasy. The vegetable japchae has lots of vegetables. Notes on the restaurant: This is a take out place only. It is not part of the same chain as the Miga Korean BBQ restaurant in Mississauga off Dundas St. This Miga in Waterloo offers Korean and Japanese food. Comparing Miga in Waterloo to Seoul Seoul: I find the prices at Miga are cheaper, but they dont come with the side potatoes and kimchii that Seoul Seoul always gives to accompany their dishes. The vegetable japchae at Miga has better vegetables than the one at Seoul Seoul. The one at Seoul Seoul has only onions, green onions, and some grated carrots, but is less greasy than Migas. In summary, if you want Korean food in Waterloo, I like both restaurants. Seoul Seoul has in person dining and is a bit more expensive but comes with more food and has prettier plating. Miga is less expensive, doesnt give you free side dishes, but does give you free pop, and is take out only. You cant go wrong with either place.

Support this restaurant! The chicken and beef fried dumplings were amazing. The owners were extremely friendly and provided great customer service. They also timed our takeout perfectly, and it was also an amazing amount of food for a good price. I highly recommend eating here! We will be returning for sure.

Very disappointing experience, poor service and poor quality of food. My order took them 45 mins to make and the owners were upset that I was in a hurry. This is probably the slowest takeout joint in town. They should let people know the wait time BEFORE they accept the payment. Also, the sushi rolls have way too much rice and expensive compared to other great sushi places in town.

Employees are very nice, love that they re open late, and the food is very tasty. My one critique is that the sushi is not as advertised. I ve ordered both the salmon and tuna rolls on multiple occasions and each time I get the TINIEST sliver of meat and the rest is avocado; each roll is about 95% avocado and 5% meat. If that s gonna be the case then advertise it as a salmon/tuna and avocado roll.

Wife and I came across this restaurant while trying to figure out a quick meal for the family as we were tight on time. Glad we did, food was great and the flavor didnt lack like most places today. We will continue to support these owners and our kids are already asking when we order out next time theyd like to have this food again. Service was just as good. Very nice and patient. Everytime I want sushi, dumplings or noodles, I order here. No one can beat their prices and food. All time friend group favourite. It s a small shop and the owners are kinda old and always have orders, hence why some comments said they take 40 mins. BUT it s also freshly made so the wait is worth it. Rather support this small shop than big chains.

I stopped by this place after shopping in plaza, and it amazed me! The foods here are delicious and are with a good price.

This is not a sit down place !! Call ahead to order. The food here is exceptional and the owners are always there making the food. Probably one of the more underrated take out places in Waterloo! The owners are very friendly and always take great care of the customers. I order from here at least twice a month and they never disappoint.

I don t know if it s because I ordered late at night or what but I ordered kimchi stew and got a soup with green peppers and broccoli??? In the several Korean restaurants I ve been to I have never received this as kimchi stew. I understand if it was late and they ran out of ingredients but at that point just call me and let me know that way I can cancel the order. I m really not a fan of green peppers and that s all this taste like. Oh did I mention there s isn t ANY kimchi??? .

Very confrontational and loud owners...didnt listen very well while trying to explain the order, kept interrupting. They told us 10 minutes for a bowl of ramen and one vegetarian sushi role. We walked about for maybe 20/25 minutes Food still not ready when we got back. Im pretty sure they started cooking it then? Waited another 15-20 minutes, when asked about the wait time (very politely and only because someone who came in and ordered food when we returned was given her food while we still waited) the owners got really loud yelling about we should have called ahead that they were busy....? When we ordered and were told 10 minutes, Im not sure what we were supposed to do differently? We were polite, paid in cash because we like to support small/local businesses. Even despite the interactions if the food was good I wouldnt really care but it wasnt. I couldnt eat my roll...I asked for a plain roll only rice seaweed and the veggies, no sauce or toppings. Got in the car and it had a bunch of toppings, sauce inside and another spicy sauce on top. My husband ate it because he was so hungry from waiting but it wasnt much...roll was mostly giant chunk cucumber and chunk of avocado that wasnt ripe. Ordered cucumber, avocado and yam tempura. I eat that type of roll alllll the time from tons of different places and its never been made like this... husband had ramen noodles super mushy. Good flavour, the beef was good. Cheap place I guess? The only thing really good was the piece of mango that came with the roll

Im a regular customer ever since I had the momos deal in my first trip. What can I say? Absolute value and delicious food! great quantity of great tasting momos for just 10 bucks. they got vegetarian choice as well so no problem even for them. All in all they are amazing small mixed cuisine shop which I love about. They keep giving me extra food than I order for because they are generous people like that. As an international student feels nice to have someone like them to call home away from home. I usually dont ever type reviews but todays chicken yaki noodles that I ordered for (2nd time). I got a little bit of extra different food item on top from the kitchen. I guess they love me haha. I was just ecstatic to eat more. But cant thank them for the quality of food, value and food service they provide. Besides all this, great people doing great honest hardwork. You never know which days might hit you low but you can rest assured with them like I do from time to time haha. But, what can I say? forever a customer. Dietary restrictions: Halal. Egg Allergy.

I ordered the soft tofu and vegetable soup with mild spice. It was perfect and warmed me up on a cold night. Delicious soup. I was greeted and given a very warm welcome from I think the owner named Lee. He gave me a suggestion with the soup and he prepared it fresh upon my order. He was so gracious. The lady who was working was super rude towards the Uber drivers who were picking up food from the store! This is very unprofessional! I hope you change your attitude, because the driver was super nice to her and she was super rude!! She took the cellphone from the driver s hand and started using it , although the driver told her nicely (I know how to do it mam) she kept going off at the driver and did not return the phone!!!! So unprofessional I will never order again from here.

Ordered from Uber eats - ordered unagi roll, salmon roll and beef dumplings. The dumplings were ok. I could eat them. But the rolls were mostly rice avocado and a tiny bit of salmon or eel and then a bunch of spicy sauce on top. I cant eat spicy foods so over $20 of food just went into the trash. Not to mention the small amount of actual salmon or eel that they used and filled the rest with avocado. Really disappointing. The fact that this place shares the name of an amazing restaurant in Mississauga is also disappointing. They are not at all the same. I gave service a 1 star because they couldnt be bothered to give a proper description of their items and now I am not only going to bed hungry, but also out a bunch of money.

The Japanese curry tasted like a heavily watered down Glico cube. I had to spice it myself to give it any flavor. The rest of the food was mid, nothing good or bad to say about it. Walked in on New Years day and ordered some sushi rolls. Only had to wait 15min for 3 rolls. Owner very friendly and threw in dumplings and drinks. Rolls were delicious, probably some of the best Ive had ever. Will definitely be calling in an order in the future.

AWESOME food. We had the kimchi jeon (kimchi pancake), gaeran malyi (rolled omelette), dduk bok gi (Korean rice cakes), kimchi jjigae (stew), and some salmon sushi. Everything was delicious, but my favourites were the kimchi pancake, rolled omelette, and the rice cakes. The restaurant also gave us free drinks and an extra piece of sushi.. totally unexpected and generous!

Kind and quick service, and the price is right! Very patient with me, especially considering it is my first time here, and very speedy. Will update this review when we eat, but honestly seeing the food coming out of the kitchen and considering how amazing it smells in here it seems very likely it will be delicious, especially for how much it costs! Will likely become my new go-to spot considering the location.

This place is absolutely amazing. First off, it has great food that you will crave week after week especially their dumplings bot fried and steamers. Second, in my experience, they always go above and beyond whether it is a little package of deep fried somethings, or some oranges all of which you didn t order or just a kind note. I crave their food regardless.

Honestly one of my favourite places to eat. Extremely friendly owners, fresh food, including what is literally some of the best sushi Ive had. I never leave disappointed with the food Im picking up and always come back again. Keep in mind, sometimes you have to wait a little long for your food but its only because its freshly made for you. I recommend this place to everyone.

One of my favorite places to get food. I have probably ordered 5 times and everytime it has been fantastic. I have never had better sushi, it is incredibly fresh, all of the food is. You do have to wait quite a bit but I promise it is worth it. The owners are so sweet, really great customer service (They even knew it was my fiance when he called must have saved his number). And they always add in a little extra I honestly cant say enough about this place, Im so happy I found it.

I got the Bibimbap with beef through a 2 for 1 deal on an app. The first portion was delicious and I had the second one the next day with a fresh fried egg on top and it was just as good as the first portion.

Food is not bad, not amazing. Prices are too high, spent 35$ for a bowl of noodles, one sushi roll, and some dumplings, it wasnt enough food to fill me up, had to eat chips after. Id have given 4 stars if the same meal was 15-20$.

We had bad exprience in this place becouse it was our first time and I asked him some recommendation about the food the guy replied to me why did you come here this is the asian food. We actually did expect that wow the guy is very rude he doesnt know how to talk to the customers

First time visit to MIGA was very good. I was looking for a fresh/healthy take out option. Unsure of what to order, the owner/chef made me the walk in sushi special . The sushi rolls tasted fresh and were drizzled with a little sauce. Besides the usual soya sauce, wasabi, and ginger he included a spicy mango dipping sauce (think mango purée with sriracha). Very good. My seven year old liked them too. I will be back in the future for more sushi rolls.

Really delicious food, friendly & helpful owners, generous portions,and reasonable prices. Cant beat that winning combination! Their bulgogi dubap is some of the best weve ever eaten. Made with vermicelli noodles, veggies, and lots of thinly sliced, marinated beef, this dish is to die for!

If I was able to give them 0 stars, I would. Placed an order online, waited for 1 hour only to be given the worst customer service in my life. Went to check and see if my food was ready and was told it would be in 10 minutes. Gave them 15 more minutes and when I went back to ask about my order the people started giving me attitude and yelling about how we should ve ordered on ubereats or call them(which I had previously and they told me to order online.). The lady then proceeded to yell that she didn t want to give us our food and to just get out. When we asked for our refund she just told us to get out and slammed the food down. Later on after still ranting on she just said take the food and get out.

Love this place! The dumpling special is my favourite. I usually get veggie ones but they also have beef and chicken. The house-made spicy sauce that comes with is delicious. 10/10 would recommend!

I went into the store to pickup the order I placed on Doordash and I was told to wait 10 minutes at 9:40pm. After 10 minutes we went back and order was still not ready. I asked if food was almost done and they proceeded to argue with me about why we placed an order on Doordash. The lady and the chef working said that Doordash is not a good company and that I should use UberEats instead. Terrible customer service and not only that, after I said how long I was waiting for, she said don t argue, just take the food and go. I asked her how can you talk to a customer in that way and she said I don t care, I don t want to give you the food now and told me to cancel the order. We were literally yelled at by the man who I assume is a chef and the lady who I assume is the owner. I ve never had an experience like this in any restaurant I ve visited. After I told her that I d be writing about my experience at her restaurant she changed her demeanour and finished packing the food and wanted me to take it and go but I didn t want it any more after everything. If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would.

Torched Salmon Sushi are soooooooo good! Maki rolls very below average though. Also they dont accept credit card. I havent tried a lot of dishes so my feedback is somewhat limited. Prices could be a little bit more friendly.

Always get the tastiest, freshest sushi here! If you order in person, sometimes it does take a little longer but only because they prioritize quality here. Lee is the best and always makes great suggestions of what to try next, and often throws in a drink as well. I always look forward to getting my sushi from here! As well as the dumpling special is too hard to pass up!

I lucked out to find Migas gyozas on sale, and wow. Despite the discount, they were still made fresh to order, and Im already sad I dont have any more. The chicken wings were super tasty, as was the green salad with a nice Japanese inspired sauce. It was almost coleslaw, but tastier. The avocado and fresh tomatoes really made this a salad I didnt want to share. But the dumplings... Fewer made it home than should have, so Ill be back soon. Mmmm! Super friendly folks owning/working there. Next time Ill also go for some sushi or bulgogi.

If you havent checked this place out yet do yourself a favour and go and see Lee & Bella. In the Bridgeport Plaza the sign reads Chicken n Roll but inside is probably one of KW biggest hidden gems. There is great staff and even better food everything is prepared fresh and food is always top notch.

The fried dumplings and bibimbap are delicious! Extremely well priced as well with fantastic deals - perfect for students. Owners are incredibly kind. I spoke with them in the store and it is clear they care for their customers alot - especially in keeping the prices affordable for students.

I m no expert but in what world is this Katsu??? Why is there a bowl of hot sauce and fried chicken masquerading as chicken katsu? When I called he said he learnt this from Japan and it s authentic? He was very dismissive, rude and interrupted me multiple times on the phone.

Didnt pick up and according to other comments the owners are rude and dismissive. Not surprised at all. First they used smoked salmon for nigiri then they are rude to customers. They dont know how to make food or treat customers. Over 20 dollars for 8 sad pieces of salmon sushi that tasted horrible. They used SMOKED SALMON for nigiri!!! Also both the soy sauce and sushi rice were SWEET! Sushi rice was disgusting. What was that? Worst sushi Ive ever tasted. I threw half of my nigiri combo away. Price was also a rip-off. Avoid this place at all cost.

Vegetarian options: their vegetarian sushi selection is great and most stews/noodles come with the option of no meat.

Great portions of food but the food itself was not that good. The rice cakes have a lot of oil and grease and the beef ramen wasn t the best but it wasn t super bad. The beef was not the best tasting but the noodles were fine. Veg fried dumplings were really good tho. Overall I most likely won t order rice cakes or beef ramen again but I m willing to give it another try in the future in high hopes of a better experience.

Very good quality food. I ordered the Bulgogi Dupbap around 11PM through doordash. I was surprised to see a little brown bag included that said Gift - Beef Dumplings and inside there were 3 of them! I dont why this happens but everytime Ive ordered for a vegetarian dish, for example vegetarian dumplings which they recommended they have Ive found pieces of chicken in it. And in the Spring roll...its happened 3 times now and its just a no go for me...sorry.

Great experience but DO NOT walk in and order! Call ahead or use a food delivery app. This is a request from the owners themselves because theyre swamped with mobile orders and those are priority. We made the mistake of walk-in and having to wait an extra ten minutes for our order, and the owners were very kind and added in some free spring rolls for that! They dont usually take walk-in either so dont count on it, we were just lucky. We ordered deep-fried vegetable dumplings, which were as delicious as the others say. Came with both soy sauce and a savoury orange sauce, the latter of which complemented the rolls and dumplings beautifully. Ordered beef yaki udon, which they accidentally mixed up with chicken. It was a long night for them, we figured chicken would taste just as good (we werent wrong!) so we accepted it despite their insistence that they could quickly redo the dish. I got seafood kimchi jjigae (stew) with rice; wonderfully spicy and seasoned, packed with seafood, and very filling. Also ordered Korean style beef which came with japchae and veggies SO good. Beef seasoned and cooked to a T. All in all, my friends and I had a great takeout experience at Miga. Highly recommend this delightful food from an even more delightful couple.
