Score Pizza in Waterloo

We ordered BBQ pizza and a Balsamic Chicken sandwich. Both items were of very poor quality, with the chicken being old and having a strong, unpleasant odor. The smell was so overpowering that we couldnt eat them and had to throw everything in the garbage. I do not recommend this restaurant due to the unhealthy food.

I tried the pizza recently and wasnt impressed for the price point paid. Yes, the pizza was thin, and the crust was well done, but the pizza toppings were cold, sparse and dry. I wouldnt order again personally.

Below average pizza. No clue where the 4.6 average is coming from, maybe they bought the good reviews. Staff was friendly and tried but cannot give 5 stars.

Best veggie pizza in town

First time ordering via ubereats they had nice promo buy 1 get one free. I bought the classic pizza. Super excited. The order came in 30 mins. The pizza was cold and super dry and stale. I was hungry all day..I should have ordered dominoes instead :( I had to throw it away and ubereats wouldnt give me a refund.

We went here with a huge group and the pizza was super affordable. There was a huge range of options and the food was delicious, and the chefs brought us a free pizza which was graciously accepted. We will definitely come again!

We asked for gluten free Hawaiian with ham, cheese and pineapple, they added spicy peppers that I m allergic to (we didn t order it) the crust was burned, the vegetarian pizza we order with sundried tomatoes and nope, they put fresh tomatoes without asking. Not coming back here!

had take out pizzas from here. really good quality, came in like 35mins. definitely do the BYO because you can have as many toppings as you like. and build something really unique. also if you BYO you can get vegan cheese if needed Dietary restrictions: you Can get Vegan cheese on the Build your own section. its good quality and you can add as many toppings as you like!

I had the veggie pizza and it was the best pizza I have had in this area.

I viewed the menu from google images and I guess their menu has changed since. I was hoping for a specific sandwich and the employee was very accommodating to making the same sandwich with the exception of one ingredient. Really appreciative. This was a really good sandwich - bring back the clubhouse wrap !

Perfect pizza for dinner

Score Pizza is one of the best thin crust pizzas I ever had. I also love how much creativity and customizability there is at this restaurant. It is one of the first restaurants I went to in Waterloo, and has consistently been my favorite! Get the Lemonade as well, its amazing.

This is one of the most unique and great pizza experiences I ve had. Build your own with UNLIMITED toppings at one price is fantastic. Topping quality was top notch with a lot of unique items you wouldn t find at other places (for example, chorizo, roasted peppers, roasted whole garlic, sautéed onions and mushrooms, goat cheese, etc), as well as finishing oils and sauces. The crust is fantastic, very fresh, perfect thickness and crunch. Waterloo location also has fantastic freshly made sugar free lemonade!

Served me a pizza that was so overcooked and burnt it crumbled like a chip when I bit into it. I asked the employee to remake it for me and he said no thats how the pizza is served that he would not remake my burnt $15 pizza. I told him to give me my money back. He said he couldnt do that either. My boyfriend offered to come show him how to cook a pizza without burning and thats when he finally decided to remake my pizza for me. I will never return to this store

Just ordered a pizza and watched those who made it not wash their hands once. Edit: to clarify Person A was working the line and greeting me with gloves on his hands. Then when my pizza was in the oven he proceeded to take of his gloves and use his cell phone. He then did not wash his hands and touched multiple kitchen surfaces including an order which he then walked out of the restaurant with. Person B came in from the outdoors, walked to the back out of sight, walked back onto the line filled up a water bottle and did not wash his hands. He did however stand on the line on his phone and touch multiple kitchen surfaces including my meal at no point were gloves on his hands. Person C was on the line, not wearing gloves, left the line when Person B came into the restaurant into the back, got back to the line and did not wash his hands upon returning to the line. Thankfully Person C did not touch anything. I threw the pizza out...

Score pizza has been a staple in my life ever since they ve opened, i come here atleast once every 2 weeks or so and they never disappoint. Flavour and toppings are always fresh, i love getting the build your own pizza and ginger molasses cookie. The staff is always super kind and friendly. Definitely recommend anyone to try score pizza!! Vegetarian options: lots of veg options !!

I came in pretty late, but the workers were 100% friendly, helping me with my choices and what would be best for me. I opted for a sandwich since it was pretty late and I wanted something small. The dining area inside is absolutely wonderful and would love the chance to dine in next time. The sandwich is amazing, though a bit small explodes in flavour. Will definitely come for more! Kid-friendliness: The inside definitely can house kids with its cozt atmosphere. Its well litband provides a family to a great place to eat.

Friendly greeting, great service, and amazing pizza. The atmosphere was clean and calming with people sitting at tables and big TV on mute but close captioned, so I could watch the Leafs game while waiting, Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately, the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible. I use a walker and found it difficult to enter and leave. An automatic door would be great for this location because there seem to many seniors with canes and walkers in uptown Waterloo.

Their pizza is thin crust and on a dry side. It s okay. Basic. Their 2 for 1 pizza is awful . It arrived cold and very dry, not appetizing looking. When we called last night to complain about pizza not being good the person on the phone was very rude and told us he doesn t care what we think. I don t think we will ever be ordering from this place again. Famosos across the street for the win!

I got a delivery from DoorDash and an amazing, beautifully baked, loaded (I mean loaaaded) with deliciousness pizza knocked on my door. When ordering, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the number of toppings did not change the pizza price. Also, the toppings list was thoughtfully designed. For example, it gave me the option to select sautéed or raw mushrooms, and sautéed or raw green pepper or even both, on the same pizza. Brilliant! Also, cheddar cheese wasnt on the list of pizza cheeses. Also brilliant! The toppings were tasty and of good quality. I will order again!
