Anniversary dinner was perfect!

Worst experience ever I had in that particular location. Manager Breanne Gaal was totaly unresponsive and unreasonable. Ive been in 100s keg locations around all over the Canada. But it was the most rude and unreasonable service I ever had. Worst customer service ever.

Service was bad tonight, only came quick when it came to our bill. Portion size s smaller, not impressed.

Excellent steak and fantastic service

Our dinner was a fantastic experience for me. Beverages, appetizers, and my meal were all delicious. Service was excellent. Our area was cosy, and quiet enough that we could converse without difficulty.

Went for my girlfriend s birthday dinner and all the food came quickly and was amazing. Where we were really impressed though was with the service. Our server Madison V. Was incredible, checking in to ensure everything was up to par but went the extra mile to make sure we were informed on which items went with my partners dietary restrictions. The best part was her creativity as my partner is gluten free her birthday dessert was a crème brûlée which is not exactly candle friendly. We were genuinely surprised to see that our server had taken an orange slice and used that to support the candle. It was such a small gesture but made our nights. Left full and very happy. Shoutout to Madison!!

The Keg in Waterloo had been around as long as I can remember and theres a reason its almost always full anytime of the week - the offer a consistent, quality, well known, and delicious menu and they dont deviate from it. The service is always fantastic, there waitstaff are always attentive, engaging and prompt. Its a classic for a reason.

The food is delicious, but its a bit pricey.

Kitchen mixed our steaks on 2 of our meals and the other steak was sawdust. For a steak restaurant I would have assumed they knew how to cook steaks. Service was excellent!

We always went to the keg Waterloo for the excellent service and food. Our last visit on November 10 2024 was a culinary disappointment. The blue cheese crust on my steak had no crust and was just a gooey blob. The twice baked potato was not golden as it is supposed to be. My husbands steak was well done instead of medium. After scraping off the blue cheese blob I wondered if the steak was a even a fillet? Worst Anniversary dinner ever!

We decided to sit in the bar area - couldn t have asked for a lovelier night. Kendra was just a gem - made us feel so welcome. Food was amazing, service was wonderful, atmosphere was perfect.

We had a reservation but the table wasnt ready until 20 minutes after the fact. Ive heard reservation challenges from friends too. The food and service were excellent once we were seated, however. Just dont come if you are on a timeline.

When I go to The Keg, I look forward to a delicious, butter soft prime rib. A month ago we went for dinner and they ran out of prime rib. Tonight we returned and inquired about the prime rib before being seated. They confirmed they had prime rib. We placed two orders of prom rib. A long 35 minutes later we received our order. Both plates were medium well, at best; we ordered rare. The cuts of prime rib were not marbled. It was dry, overcooked and took too long. After inquiring with our server and the Manager, we learned they had no more prime rib. Very disappointed. However, the manager comped our meal and offered us dessert. Service was still very good, as I have come to expect at The Keg.

We had a great dinner, food was prompt, cooked well and exactly what we anticipated. The above and beyond was our service, Aaron our waiter was great! Very polite, attentive and authentic personality. He really whent above and beyond for us this evening.

Still the usual good stuff but way overpriced now...getting silly for a chain..

When we arrived, our server, Jorden, asked if we were celebrating anything, and I told him we were. However, during our meal, he placed two takeout boxes on our table without explanation, saying, Just gonna put these here, and then left. This was odd and off putting, something we have never experienced before. I ordered a New York strip, but it was overly salty. We didn t receive any refills for our water and had to stop Jorden to ask for more. Most disappointing was that, despite being asked about our celebration, we didn t receive anything special, like a piece of cake, to mark the occasion. We will not be returning.

We gave my parents a gift card to enjoy the keg $150 from a reputable store. They went to dine in, ate about $150 amount, then went to pay and was told sorry it s saying the card was lost or stolen , my father checked online and it said $150 available, the restaurant refused to help, manager would not help, parents had to pay cash. We contacted customer service to acknowledge the situation and express concern, sorry we can t help you, you have to email this contact and still no response. Super disappointed with their service, will never support The Keg ever again.

I was very disappointed with my Sirloin Oscar dinner. My steak was very chewy and a small thin 6 oz. portion. The shrimp and scallops were tasty but quite small. The garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables were also tasty. The waitress was very accommodating and had another dinner without the seafood, cooked for me to take home. The steak was more tender but a very small thin portion. I was really looking forward to a tender juicy steak but was very disappointed for a place that specializes in them. I will not return to The Keg, which I also found to be a very crowded and a noisy place. It was very difficult to hear the background music. The one positive note is that management compted my dinner. I was really looking forward to dinner there but was very disappointed. Dietary restrictions: The gluten free options were marked clearly and had a number of choices.

Loud and busy and bustling. Hard to converse for us seniors. Keeping the water glasses full would have gotten a perfect rating. Servers were friendly, cheerful and attentive otherwise. Of course we will return on another special occasion. Vegetarian options: Listed on the menu. Dietary restrictions: GF marked on menu items. Parking: Only 2 handicap spots, had to walk quite a ways. Kid-friendliness: Kids looked like they were enjoying the experience. Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance and working door buttons.

Came here to celebrate an anniversary, amazing meal, service and atmosphere. The dining room was quiet on a Tuesday which we appreciated and our server Natalie was fantastic- quick and attentive while not being overbearing. So good!

We can always count on a great meal for our anniversary! Never disappointed at The Keg. Food and service are always top notch. The bathrooms are very clean. Bar is well stocked and has great ambience. And the Billy Miner pie is TDF!

Not impressed Made reservations , showed up and let them know weve arrived . after watching people come in and be seated for 15 mins after our reservation my wife spoke to the waitress to ask why weve not been seated . Apprently they didnt see the reservation on the screen . Went to kelseys and the service was amazing right from the front door .

This location waterloo, Ontario was very good, our server Sam was very helpful and she made us feel very comfortable, true costumer service. The stakes were coked to perfect, you can never go wrong with the stakes from the keg. We prefer it medium well, my wife and I were celebrating a special occasion

Came here to celebrate my anniversary and walked away extremely happy with the dinner and especially the service. Ryan thank you for making us feel welcome and our occasion extra special. Not only was our host Ryan attentive, he went above and beyond and I cant tell you enough how happy I was with our experience.

My issue was that the appetizers came after we received our meal. Would have been nice to take our meal back to keep it warm or possibly redo it. After eating the app, the main course was cold. We got our meal boxed up. We were out to celebrate joint bdays. We did receive a free dessert for the occasion, which was nice.

Had a wonderful date night with my boyfriend at the keg the server was super attentive, the atmosphere around us was nice and the food and drinks were delicious we started with the mushroom gruyere dip then I got the prime rib and he got the new york striploin and we both got the twice baked potato then we finished off the meal with a Billy miner pie. The only small issue we had was both of our beef was a bit rarer than we would have liked to which our server informed us that the beef here tends to come out a bit more on the rare side of what you normally get elsewhere just bear that in mind. Otherwise one of the best meals I have had in a very long time with some EXCEPTIONAL service.

Been to this Keg location a few times and have always left satisfied. This time was very special for my girlfriend and I as we are expecting and were having a outing before our baby comes into the world. Our waitor Aaron D made our evening the best experience at any Keg we have been to. His great recommendations and always making sure we were enjoying everything, allowed us to have that special night we were searching for. Thank you again for the best service. The cake was the cherry on top!!

I have been at this restaurant before and have enjoyed great food, which didnt disappoint this evening. My son and I have frequented many other establishments on our Friday night dinner get togethers however, we had a server named Sam who was the goat of servers. She made us feel like family. Her suggestion for the wine was on point. Sam was very attentive duting our dinner, making sure everything was perfect and satisfactory. It made our night just a magnificent experience. I hope you appreciate her as a staff member.

Disappointed with The Keg. The service and patio were nice but the meal was average at best. The prime rib was very fatty (far more so than normal) and not flavourful, mashed potatoes were good but the fried onions rather than vegetables that I normally got there were disappointing. Two crab cakes that looked like they were frozen and heated up for $20 was a joke. The anniversary cake was a nice touch as well but for the price of the meal it was not worth it at all. An overpriced steakhouse.

Spent 170$ on take out for 2...and when i went to pick up and pay for the meal, i was actually asked to pay a tip whick i did, but should not had after I tasted the meal. It was terrible. 2 steaks that i asked to be done medium rare was well well done and the meat was tough. Ceasar salad consisted of romaine lettuce with a few flakes of parmesan cheese and awful dressing in a small plastic tub. Two orders of calamari that were shiny with grease and bottom of pan was a layer of grease. The fries were cold, hard and old. This was all for 170$ and a 20$ tip that i was adked for.

Always a beautiful experience visiting The Keg

Obviously, we came for the steak. However, the thing we like about The Keg is that every little detail is great as well. The veggies on the side were perfect, the mashed potatoes were perfect, and so on. It was a really high level experience.

We visit The Keg Waterloo often as we live in the neighbourhood, and we usually receive good service. Unfortunately, our most recent visit a couple of weeks ago was not a great experience. My wife and I made reservations via OpenTable for dinner to celebrate our 5-year anniversary. We were very much looking forward to the dinner, however, there were a number of service issues throughout the evening. Among other things, the bread came out cold, we were not provided with steak knives even though we ordered a filet mignon and prime rib, and cherries in our drinks looked like a bite had been taken out of them. It was not a busy night and we had made reservations in advance. One or two mistakes are completely understandable, however, it was abdundantly clear by the end of dinner that our server was not interested in providing a high-quality dinner experience. Moving forward, we ll be frequenting Browns Socialhouse or Wildcraft more often whenever we want a more upscale dinner close to home.

First and foremost, service was excellent. I wish I remembered our servers name. She was kind and really knew what she was doing. This was my first time to this location and I can easily say the service here is a lot better than others. Our server not only did her job well, she was outgoing and welcoming. Food was good, steak cooked to perfection and atmosphere is always nice.

Love this Keg location. Excellent customer service. Drinks came first, then the side order sharable, then the 14 oz medium Prime Rib done to perfection. We just really enjoy eating at this location. Thank you Logan. Great job !! Parking: Many parking spots. No worries about it.

Service was very slow and the place was dead, we felt very ignored by every person who walked past and there was no Acknowledgment at all, the server was great once we were noticed. We will not be back, prime rib was cooked well but was lacking in flavor, and vegetarian meatloaf was very salty. TUNA TAR TAR WAS THE BEST

Just returned from a last minute Anniversary/family celebration dinner. Our server was Erin/Aaron. He took great care of us and ensured that we enjoyed everything. He never wrote anything down, did all his checks and made sure we had a wonderful experience. For the first time ever, my prime rib was very overcooked. They took care of it right away and the chef even came out to make it right. They had run out of prime rib and could not replace it, but again, it was fine. I had filled up on apps anyways and things happen. They handled it very well. We have been in the restaurant industry for 30+ years, so we understand that sometimes things can happen and sometimes it is under your control. We still thoroughly enjoyed the meals, the service and the atmosphere. Thank you very much for everything. We will definitely be return. Erin/Aaron was also probably one of the best servers we have had. Keep it up! We are long time customers and really appreciate how much your team cared to ensure we enjoyed our experience. We went for dinner on a quiet Monday formy fathers 88th birthday. An hour and a half after sitting down, the food finally arrives. It wasnt busy. My brother, who is diabetic, almost passed out. No excuses, this was an unacceptable and horrible experience

What can I say, its The Keg. Consistency is important and this location is no different. Excellent service, consistently. Good food, no matter what the dish. The only negative thing is that its always very loud inside the restaurant. And thats consistent as well across all of the locations. Its not a quiet place to have a quiet, intimate dinner. Still, top marks.

I have visited this location several times, and just recently for a friends Birthday. Right from the time we sat down it was fabulous. Our server was great, she was happy and pleasant to speak with. Service was quick and attentive. Food was cooked as ordered and had fabulous flavor. Always a great dinner/night out when you go here!

We had a belated admin day dinner. I ordered the nachos! I know, but hear me out.. the braised beef was so good!!

My husband and I went for dinner to celebrate my birthday. Jadyn was our server. She was lovely, friendly and professional. (She reminded me a lot of a younger version of the actress, Anne Hathaway.) My husband ordered the Keg Classic 10 oz prime rib dinner and I ordered the lobster tail dinner. Our meals came out in a timely manner and were hot and delicious. My husband did say that he had better prime rib even though it was cooked perfectly. ( Like another reviewer had mentioned before, it needed more marbling for more flavour.) The only real complaint my husband had with his meal was that the twice baked potato skin was partially burnt. The inside was fine but the skin was not. My husband really like to eat the skin and he could not enjoy this one so he left it on his plate. We finished our meals and my husband causally mentioned it to Jadyn so that she could let the kitchen know not to serve burnt potato skin. Shortly afterwards, the manager came to talk to my husband about the potato. The manager and Jadyn took full responsibility for the mistake and went above and beyond to compensate for it. It was just a potato skin and we were not expecting any kind of compensation but we were very impressed with how the situation was handled. It was truly remarkable that the manager and Jadyn genuinely cared about their customers satisfaction and wanted to make things right. My husband and I find that level of service very rare in this day and age where most service workers are indifferent and just want to pass the buck. We applaud them both and with a BIG THANK YOU! We finished our meals with a fabulous Billy Miner Pie, complimentary for my birthday. It is big enough to share! My husband and I left full and happy. We highly recommend the Keg in Waterloo! :) (Jadyn: if you read this, I am not sure what happened? I left you a bigger tip on the machine. I did the cash amount and not the percentage. When you took the gift card off afterwards, it converted the tip I left you into a percentage. Didnt realized that until after we came home and I looked at the receipt. Sorry about that. :(

Amazing food and staff. The chef came out to reassure me that my shellfish allergy would not be an issue and that he was personally making sure of no cross contamination. I just had dinner at the Keg at the Waterloo location and all I have to say is WOW! Everything from the service to the food was outstanding. Big kudos to our server Karly A. So kind and pleasant to interact with. Was able to answer all my questions on the menu Thank you Karly and keep rocking it at the Keg. They are lucky to have you.

One time we ordered something and they came back 5 minutes later saying they didnt have it so we had to order something else. It was the end of a long weekend so maybe they were busier than usual? Another time went just to order take out and even though we arrived rather late, (4 minutes to their usual cut off time) they were really nice about it and let us make a big order. Always great food

Prime rib, when opened turned out to be a solid hunk of meat instead of slices. Totally ruined the texture of what I was expecting. No vegetable with the meal, some kind of crispy onion thing which was ok, but hey what about some veggies? Not nearly worth the money and a totally ruined experience.

We have always been huge fans of the Keg and go at least once every month. Unfortunately as of lately, the service and food has been subpar and last night took the cake. We arrived for dinner and were not greeted upon entry. We asked for a private spot to celebrate an anniversary and although there were spots further away from people, the hostess placed us in the main room surrounded by other guests. When we asked to be moved, she looked irritated and said no, sorry we dont do that. Anyways, we brushed this event off and proceeded to order food. The waitress was polite but lacked attentiveness. We asked for water with lemon but recieved only plain water. We had to ask for lemons for our water. She also took quite a while between checking up on us for drink refills etc. Now to review the food, usually we dont have many complaints but the food was quite poor this time around. Calamari App - calamari was tough and chewy, overcooked. Mixed Greens Salad had moldy lettuce which I had to pick out. Lobster Tails mains were also much overcooked and chewy. The rice also was over salted. The dessert was delicious however. Overall we were quite dissatisfied with our visit and will likely be looking for a new place for our regular dinner visits.

Service was amazing as per usual. My Girlfriend and I love coming to the keg but the last two times we came our steaks were wrong. The first time we ordered our usual medium rare Top sirloin and what came out was two baseball steaks and it was thick and very chewy but I m not one to complain so we just ate it and thought it was a one off night. We thought we would try again for my birthday dinner and I tried something different: Medium Rate filet mignon. It came out way undercooked and even our server said that is rare not medium rare. They took it back and I was expecting a new steak to be made as I find it tastes different if you just reheat the steak and not let it rest but they brought me out the same steak that I cut into and it was just dry. I didn t want to complain as it was my birthday and I was around all my friends. Like I said I don t usually complain but we love the keg but just don t know anymore.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating replacing my food and free entries

I went to dinner the other day (April 7/24) to the Keg in Waterloo. The waitress was great and the food was fine. They were slow and when it came to pay the bill it took forever because they said their system was screwing up. We asked for the manager and he never came over to us until we finally were leaving. Disappointing to say the least. I m don t think I ll ever go back to that establishment.

My son ordered Bacon,Cheese Burger it was a little over cooked and I ordered the pork ribs half rack and we shared the Caesar salad everything was delicious.

Its a KEG. You expect good service and food for the price and it didnt disappoint. Kid-friendliness: High chairs available, plus a kids menu that they can actually hold!

We went for an anniversary meal. And were served by Sam. It was the best meal weve had for some time.

Update: 2024/04/17 Our recent experience has been less than stellar. Service has been the problem. Long delays between arriving, ordering, follow-up, paying the bill. We are there at least once a month and the last 2 times service has been poor. I hope they sort this out because its not typical or desirable to sit through this lack of service. I will update after our next visit. (Hopefully not our last) ---- Original Review: Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Only one thing missing...a solid vegetarian option. Our party of five (plus two infants) were there for a 40th anniversary. We had the classic filet done different ways, plus the halibut. All the meals were perfectly done and served warm and tasty. Our server was excellent. She provided plates for our twins that included crackers and veggies. She was attentive to us at the right times and engaging. She brought a free dessert to the couple whos anniversary it was. My single complaint would be the only vegetarian main dish is an $18 cauliflower steak. I would like to have a burger, or some other option. Its a Steakhouse, but with lots of people wanting a meat free option there are times were pass on going to The Keg because of its limited menu. We visited the Keg last night for our Anniversary. Our first time at this location. Had reservations for 6 people for 7:45 but it was super busy, we waited at the bar, got seated around 8:15. Manager was great to keep us posted on our wait time. Marissa was our hostess with the mostest! We loved loved loved her! She was patient with our questions, her recommendations were spot on and she told us about items running out so we could get the meals we all wanted. She was sooooooo amazing and thorough and quick to bring us our drinks and food. The Lobster was moist and delicious and Sirloin was perfectly cooked. The twice baked potato so deep and creamy, Neptune mushrooms full of delicious flavours, Caesar salad sooo good, Prime Rib was Perfect! Sirloin Oscar is the best of both worlds (steak, scallops, asparagus, bearnaise sauce), NY strips were all cooked to perfection. The Billy Miners Cake was amazing!! Thank you for that perfect ending to a perfect meal! Marissa was handling many tables and did it all with class and a smile. Marissa definitely made our Anniversary dinner a great experience!! Went here for belated Valentines Day celebration. Food was excellent-had blackened chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes. Side order of mushrooms. Sooo good. Waitress was attentive but not disruptive. Good portions. My wife took part of hers home. Had no alcohol and bill with tip was about $110. Update April 22, 2024 Went again for wifes birthday. Excellent meal and service. Will definitely go again!

Excellent place. Great food, a little slow but expected on a Saturday supper time.

I went to The Keg for the first time for my sons birthday, as he wanted a fancy steak dinner. The food was mediocre at best. My husband and I got The Keg Burger because it was the cheapest meal option for dinner. It was good, but not great. Being only $22 for the meal, though, it was alright. The service was so slow. For a Monday night, it should have been a lot faster. We had reservations at 1830, and by 1930, I dont think we had even ordered our food. Our waitress was nice but was nowhere to be found most of the time. If its because they are understaffed, not her fault, but still annoying, especially when its an expensive place to eat. It was really dark in there too, again, not a major issue, but not ideal. Overall, I was not impressed, and I doubt I will ever go back. Vegetarian options: There were a few vegetarian options to choose from. Their menu is small, so its not a lot to pick from to begin with.

Took my wife to the Keg for her birthday this past saturday january the twentieth and we were surprised as we had never had a bad meal there before. Im hoping it was a one off but im unsure to be honest. Normally this is one of our favorite spots. We noticed a couple of issues from the beginning. We both got a Caesar salad and it was comical that my wifes salad was practically twice the size of mine. This didnt bother us as we simply thought it was just odd. My wifes steak was overcooked with lots of fat. My steak was cooked perfect but again had lots of fat, I.e. about 30% of it. We also noticed that the stakes lacked any real flavor which was quite unusual as this is usually the best part of the meal. We also asked for the twice baked potatoes and noticed that they were undercooked and quite runny, I.e. opened it and it was dripping on the plate. We would never say anything as we did not want to hurt the staff or waitresses feelings as she did nothing wrong. I think the motivation for writing this is based on the amount of money one spends which naturally raises the expectations. Our meal with one pop, no alcohol as we do not drink, was 133 plus tip, @18% is roughly $156 for two people. That is a lot of money to be left feeling disappointed! All other visits to this location have been positive which is only fair to mention. Rick

My girlfriend and I came to celebrate my birthday on a Friday night. Our server, Jay, provided the perfect blend of professionalism and humour, a skill that simply cannot be taught. Jay made our night, and is easily one of the best servers we ve had the pleasure of meeting on our many dates of 6 years. Thank you!

We came in with a small group as well as a 9 month old baby for a birthday. Sam our waitress could not have been better. Most ignore the fact that a baby is even there, Sam did the opposite. She took the time to talk to him, she made sure the hot plates were placed away from the baby as well as telling other food carriers to do the same. She even brought him extra orange slices!! Thank you Sam for giving us an amazing experience. Keep up the great work!

We have been going to the keg for so many years, everytime I go I order the baked garlic shrimp appetizer, yesterday will be the last time I order it.... Everytime I get it over the past several years the shrimp get smaller and smaller to the point yesterday they are only slightly larger than a salad shrimp, SO VERY DISAPPOINTING! Out of the 5 or 6 stalls in the womans washroom only 1 was working, another big disappointment. Our bill with tip was close to $300.00 I certainly expect more from a restaurant I am spending this kind of money at, step it up Keg! This is unacceptable, youre going to end up losing customers if this all continues... I will say the rest of my meal was very good

Great steak

Food was mediocre at best pretty disappointing for what they re asking in prices. I spent over $100 on food that was charred, dry, small portions (19$ for small, burnt, dry, deflated looking crab cakes). If I didn t use a gift card and it was my own money out of pocket I would have been more upset and making a bigger deal than I am now. Expensive price for low budget quality

We celebrated a birthday at the Keg in Waterloo last night and it was fantastic. Wr had a Filet Mignon with an Atlantic Lobster Tail, Blue Cheese Filet, a Top Sirloin, with a huge slice of Billy Miner Pie for dessert. The steaks were all cooked to perfection and the dessert was delicious. I recommend the Keg as one of the top restaurants in KW.

Huge issue with fruit flies. Party of 12. All 12 people had fruit flies on glasses buzzing around table. Very disappointing. Mentioned to staff and they yes we are aware it worse closer to front of restaurant. WOW.

very good service (i think her name was marissa or mellisa something like that)! server checked in on us at all the right times, and knew when to give us space! it was our anniversary and we were treated to a dessert on the house. very good food, and surprisingly we both ate for $80! we are looking forward to coming back soon! Vegetarian options: there are a handful of good vegetarian options. the main dishes include a vegetarian meatloaf (i had this) and a vegetarian shepard pie (i will be trying this next time!)

The place was packed service was very slow. 2 of the 3 meals were cold. I was at this same location less than a month ago and it was an enjoyable meal.

None of our steaks were done on time or to the cook. We wanted my friend ordered a medium rare and it was less than a blue rare. The cow is basically still alive. the chef was very unprofessional they gave us no discount even though it was my friends birthday they got none of our orders, correct and they were super hostile and aggressive. They also charged us for drinks we never got will never ever ever go back to this place, staff is condescending and arrogant as well. It also took us over 15 minutes to get our order taken when we had a reservation absolutely atrocious hospitality again if I could give it negative stars, I would food was absolutely terrible. All of it was terrible the entire experience.

Absolutely every time no matter what keg I go to the food is always the same and delicious. I just wish that it was more affordable so that its not a treat that someone can only have a few times a year.

Service was great, food wasn t the best. Ordered a medium steak came rare . The veggies were all burnt . Also the gravel was clumpy . Wasn t up to my standards for 100 dollar meal . Doubt I will be back !

We always have a great meal here. The Prime Rib & Mushrooms Neptune are our favourites. The service is very attentive. Yes, expensive, but a great special occasion place! A warning to any first-timers the horseradish is very hot - which they will warn you about. I wish they had a mild version as well!

It was the first time for us to dine at the Keg Restaurant in Waterloo. It was quite the experience...the menu is a little expensive...but the food was incredible...beginning with house salad...the entreé was mouth- watering ! !... I had filet mignon...very well prepared...overall the dining experience was excellent ! !...the wait staff was courteous and professional....I highly recommend the Keg Restaurant in Waterloo

Had to wait almost 45 minutes, even with reservations. Over all, good experience, food was decent, although a little over priced . Server was friendly amd quick to respond to our requests.

Good food and the vegetables are well made. Steaks done properly. Brace was a great server and made the dinner excellent.

I forgot to mention how great Jay s service was on my way out but he definitely provided the best service I ve had at any restaurant. 11/10. Super attentive, personable and overall made the experience exceptional. Made us feel like regulars at the establishment. Will come back because of him.

Went to celebrate a friends birthday and the evening was perfect. We each ordered steaks and we were not disappointed. I had the Oscar shrimp and scallops topped on my sirloin steak. The twice baked potato is delicious as a side. The service is excellent and our waiter was most attentive. The birthday dessert was excellent. There is ample parking and the Keg has an outdoor patio.
