Tried their chicken shawarma and it was great!

Great food and customer service. One of my favourite places for a chicken wrap in town.

I know its not good for the buisness but the old guy is unproffetional, rude, bad manners, and they ask for id card to give u special of the day. food quality was good before but now its a garbadge , and the garlic sauce is too oily. over all there food is trush, dirty kitchen and i am sure there meat is not halal too. Never buy this garbadge food, and we have good options of shawarma in plaza like chefs signature, little bit expensive but they provide clean and good quality food.

I had ordered the sultan box, that is chicken shawarma and fries. The service and atmosphere was good but the food was not. The chicken was completely dry. Its a bit expensive as well for students.

Ordered off Uber eats and microwaved idk why they would put the sauce in plastic that s not microvable lmao

The recipes are good, and the food is sometimes good. In fact, when its prepared by someone who is paying attention, its really good. But it is too often that it is obvious staff were not careful about things, like food safety or how much salt to add while preparing the food. I unfortunately, Ill not be going back.

Their food always hits the spot and the family and employees are super friendly. I literally drive across town for them. Theyre also great at accommodating food allergies. I strongly recommend the Sultans Grill meal, and theres enough food in it to split with two people or into a second meal.

Probably some of the best shawarma in the city. Not to mention their hours are amazing. The only unfortunate thing is that theyre not a dine-in restaurant. Absolutely worth a visit.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever experienced in the KWC area. The two guys working in the middle section were extremely rude and making fun of their customers. I ordered a veggie falafel wrap, and even though I specified wrap, they kept asking if I wanted a salad or wrap. They couldn t communicate properly in the language, which is okay, but being disrespectful is not. They took my order, but the veggies were not filled properly. I asked for more lettuce because I wanted only lettuce and onions, but they said I was asking for too much. Then, the guy without a beard put the falafel in and started closing the wrap without asking about the sauce. When I told him I needed sauce, he said it only comes with Tahini. I offered to pay extra for additional sauce, but he should have asked before closing it since I hadnt finished my order. We had an argument, and they both ganged up on me, mainly the guy without a beard. He walked through the door as if he wanted to close it and bit me. When I asked for their names, they refused to tell me and claimed to be the owners. They seemed dangerous and extremely disrespectful. I left the store after this horrible experience. These two guys, who look around 40-45 years old, didn t even tell me their names but work in the middle section.

Hands down one of the best shawarma plates in Kitchener, and great value for your dollar.

Ive been coming here about 2-3x a month for about 3 years, and I always forget to leave a review. This is the best shawarma around, hands down. The platters are always fresh, and the taste is authentic bursting with flavor and richness. Shawarma platters include everything: seasoned chicken (or beef or kofta), yellow rice, a nice pasta salad, garlic sauce, hummus, pickled turnip/ pickles.. very vibrant. They dont cheap out on the sauces or meat either. Huge portions that can easily be split between two people. The parking is a little tricky (congested plaza), but thats no fault of the restaurant.

The absolute best tasting falafels I have ever had! Hands down These were amazing. Ive had many falafel from places and they are ALWAYS so dry and so hard to swallow. These were absolutely delicious. Soft inside. Crunchy outside. You get 6 of these. About 2 cups of rice. 2 side alads and a cup of potato chunks. And 2 dips. I got garlic and hummus. Should have got double garlic. So good! All for like $14 yum! Will be back!

The price for food is very good, the atmosphere is somewhat okay, however, when I asked them for no spicy and extra sauce, they forgot to give me sweet mayo into my rice (a usual sauce that is normally put on.) They usually fill up the rice to the top, but both my rice were only around 2/3 full with little chicken than their usual. Finally, I saw one of the workers handle my coins paid, and then proceed to use those same gloves to restock most of the food. Usually, they re very consistent, but this was just a painful eating experience.

This place is the best food place. If ur a starving college student bring ur butt over to this store for a $6.00 special. BEST RICE AND CHICKEN EVERRRRRRRR so yummy!!!!!!

The food is amazing and tasty but the quantity that I got today was very poor. The quantity which I used to get was great and also the service used to be much better than what I experienced in the past few visits.

I was there in person many times, experiencewas great. Ones I have ordered over the phone. When I arrived it was absolutely different what was ready for me. The owner lady was kind of not respectful to the employee. They offered me to prepare beef shawarma (as i ordered) but I said one that it is ok, i will take chicken one. I still had to pay even though I was cooperative. It happened to me several times before and after that i received different or slightly different orders, and restaurants always took care of the order, i always tiped well. I am not cheap nor ,,Brampton culture. Earlier I was ordering and food was good. I think they are just money hungry so the work ethic is horrible. I went a few times after that even and i noticed that quality is not as it used to be. BE SMART ON UBER EATS, THEY ARE PLAING YOU WITH OFFERS!!! I am absolutely avoiding this place.

I ve had a lot of shawarma. Been around for years in the uptown space and tried all the spots. Never have I found any shawarma to be salty. My goodness I couldn t eat anything. The fries, the dip, the wrap. Awful. We were hungry and had to eat the food; which was a total mistake. Should have just thrown it out. Our stomachs have been on the fritz for over 24 hours now. Good aside, the service was lack lustre, no smile, no communication. Just idle minded. One of the machines was beeping the entire time quite loudly and the employee didn t think to stop it. The condition of the place was dirty and clearly not taken care of. Fan was full of dust, tiles broken and glass dirty. Will not be coming back for Sultans. Just Potluck and Penny s.

I love their beef shawarmas, especially in Saj wraps - there are very places in waterloo which are as good. Service can be a hit and a miss, youre often waiting with no acknowledgement youre going to be served - but in fairness they are usually very busy with a constant stream of take-out and delivery orders.

Worst Mediterranean food Ive tried. The beef was tastless and the chicken was dry as bone. The rice had no flavour and the sauce they give tastes like plain yougurt.

Tasted terrible, ordered the Chicken Shawarma Bowl. Poor taste and quality, and the dryness of the chicken and rice was surprising. Just go to Lazeez for a much better taste and portion.

Fantastic chicken shawarma with delicious sides. They give a little less chicken but top it off with plenty of sides. The coleslaw is nice and crunchy and the potatoes are spiced very well. The hummus is made in house and the garlic sauce is delicious too. It s surprisingly more flavourful than other shawarma in the area.

I always get food from here, i ve ordered through various takeout apps like uber and door dash and i ve picked up in person too. Every time I go the customer service is amazing and the food quality and portions are consistent. This shawarma has much more variety in flavours in flavours and salads than any other place and the portions are very generous for the prices considering the economy were in. The garlic potatoes are top tier.

Shawarma and other dishes all is . But the my gawd,its soggy as hell. I honestly dont know why they dont sell the crispy one. I would never recommend the fries cause they are super soggy and limp everytime. Lowkey the fries from Chef Signature hit different. Sultans please improve the taste and quality on the fries.

Fantastic food. I thought the chicken was going to be dry but it was some of the most juicy tender chicken that I could just put my spoon through. Sauces were great. Rice was great. Salads were great. Fantastic meal, honestly. At 15$ your paying less than you would for a fried chicken sandwich and fries from another place but your getting more food, healthier food, and better quality. Will come back.

I LOVE THEIR FOOD, but hate how they want to cheat people on the name of BOGO. Today (8 May 2022), on Ubereats they gave a bogo offer- kofta kebab is priced as 27.99 whearas on their site they are priced as $15. So, anyone ordering on uber will pay almost double. I hate it when these shops try to cheat. This never happens when an American or Canadian chain gives any offer.

I ve had wonderful experiences with this restaurant, ordered from them at least 30+ times and never disappointed. The platters can feed up to three grown adults. Fantastic for splitting since they re so generous with the portions. Fair prices (in this economy) and all extremely delicious. I love this place! I will continue to order from them! 10/10! Tried 2nd time to give them second chance but chicken is extremely HARD and DRY difficult to eat. My whole meal is turn wasted due to chicken. Today I spend around $50 WASTED :(

Has all your standard fare for a Mediterranean place. Its more of a takeout place in a building with 3-4 other food places. Theres a standing counter, but you should really only come here to get take-out. The food was prepared quickly, and the price was reasonable for the portion sizes. All of the food tasted pretty good, except the chicken felt a little dry. The garlic potatoes were excellent. Id recommend asking for more hot sauce than they usually add.
