Almost everything is good here. Not busy which was actually good. Would just like the music a little louder there. Kid-friendliness: It s kid-friendly.

Such a great little place. We really enjoyed the food and the 50 s flare. Felt like we went back in time for a bit. The staff was very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious!

I have eaten here many times and every time the food has been great. The prices are fair, the portions are hearty, and the wait isnt too bad outside of holidays. The diner lends itself toward an 80s highway diner feel and is in a great location.

I went to the donut diner to get some donuts for a family visit. Apparently they dont have donuts on Sunday. The donut diner doesnt have donuts.

cant get over how good the breakfast is here. and finally a place that has good sized portions for the cost. had the breakfast poutine this morning and smelled and tasted like pure heaven.

First they are complaining about losing business not making enough money to keep it open ,so why are they closing restaurant before advertise closing time, I guess nobody wants to work these days but they want to you get rich quickly.

The food is amazing and the service is amazing.

Coffee is great....all ketchup containers empty on all tables customers going from table to table to find some. Girl behind the counter said they ran out....hmmm its Saturday morning and you have nothing and no one knew of this the day prior. Food is ok the staff seem unorganized when they bring food to tables of where it actually belongs....

This isnt my first time ordering from Donut Diner. I usually do it through Uber Eats to enjoy in the comfort of my own home. Every time the breakfast is consistently delicious. I LOVE THEIR HASHBROWNS. I have ordered from other breakfast places and find that their orders can be hit and miss. I am never disappointed with Donut Diner and Id recommend to everyone. Great breakfast at a decent price.

Very good long John donuts

Received the wrong order on DoorDash. I ve ordered 12 times in the past 2 weeks. Couldn t receive compensation from them, can t receive compensation from the restaurant for making the mistake. Every other order has been awesome except for this one, sorry guys. Doing what I need to, so I feel compensated in one way or another.

What an excellent place to dine. Weather its lunch or breakfast youll find the food exceptional. I try and dine there about once a week and usually for breakfast. And when I have lunch its usually the Hot Hamburg with onion rings or the chicken fingers with fries and gravy. I just wish they were open longer than 3pm

First time dining here, Service was slow, I can deal with that as it was one lady working FOH but with her dropping halfway through our order to do other things we felt it was rude. My sunny side up eggs still have membrane on it from the raw egg. Bacon was over cooked and the homefries were a mess. Only reason for a 2 star is the toast which if they messed up would ve been insane.

Horrible customer service. Ive been coming here for years strictly for their homefries, and have never gotten good service or asked how my food was once. I went today and had a ketchup bottle that was so sour that it ruined the whole meal and turned our stomachs that we no longer wanted to eat. We told the staff and she replied so what do you want me to do. We kindly asked if we could have a refund given that we did not eat, and the server told us that she couldnt afford a refund. One of my top breakfast diners, is now the worst. Will not ever come back.

If I could give less than one star I would. The service is poor, beyond belief. Dont expect a smile or even a greeting. Seats torn everywhere. Prices are a little high. My sausage wasnt cooked completely and I have had food poisoning ever since. Just in time for the holidays, thanks a lot! I thought it came out of the kitchen too fast what is this microwave bacon? Bah. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs!

Unfortunately had an access issue with my service dog where the front counter lady was quite rude. She was going to completely deny me access until she asked a coworker who said it was okay. She remained rude while ordering and refused to deliver food to our table. Do wish we could sit and have our order taken rather than order at the counter. The food was good and fairly priced and I love the decorations of the place! Had the service been good this could have been a very different review. I hope the owner implements some Accessability for Ontarians with Disabilities (AODA) training.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is tasty and the customer service is excellent. My go to breakfast diner.

Hostess/waitress was quite rude. Since it was my first time eating here, I wasn t accustomed to their style of dining. The waitress talked down to us when we asked questions about their service and dining styles. Prices were decent, but you had to pay for refills of coffee, and pay for your food before you ve seen or eaten it. Food wasn t bad, but also wasn t anything special. I don t plan on returning anytime soon, based on the unpleasant service.

Waitress/cashier was quite rude. It was our first time coming in and we asked if it was pick your own seating and she said yes and neglected to tell us it was order at the cash when we waited for quite some time another customer told us where to order. When our food did arrive the order was made incorrectly as well as part of our order was forgotten to be made. I was quite upset as we live about 5 minutes away and was excited to get what seemed to sound Like a home cook meal. Not to mention you have to pay and tip before tour food is served so you have no clue the service or what your getting.

Too expensive for what it is. For two adults and two children, our bill came to over $50. The decor is really run down, which I usually dont mind in a diner, but the food was sub par for the price we paid. Also, no refills on coffee. Thats just rude in my opinion. Would not recommend. If you want a great breakfast for a reasonable price, I would definitely suggest Benedicts instead. The only reason we didnt go was because it was closed for Easter.

Good food, fast service. Restaurant has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Comfortable but not very spacious. You have to order and pay at the counter and then they will deliver your food to the table. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was delicious!

This place is great! It gives me a retro diner vibe and I love it! I got something like hash browns here and I kid you not, they were the most delicious thing I ve ever tasted, I couldn t believe how good it was. Would definitely come back. Staff is always nice and does their job the best.

Exactly what you want from a diner.

Coffee and tea was good. 1 menu for every1 couldnt take it to the table. She said you want to give me my menu. No please or ty. She was not a people person thats for sure. I will never go back. Seats all torn up.

The place isn t fancy or super aesthetically pleasing but my lanta the eggs benny with home fries (add bacon, cheese and onion for the full experience) is so good. Only place for eggs benny as far as I m concerned.
