Great food! I got the Honey garlic Parmesan wings with the Cajun fries. My dad got the medium wings with Cajun fries. Both were fantastic. Portions were great, fries were great, flavour was great and the price was about what you expect from a takeout place (but the quality was definitely a step up). Great place to visit
I absolutely love the new owners and their commitment to quality! The wings are outstanding, hot and crispy! The best around by far! The new owner Matt, and the staff are fantastic, Super friendly! The place is Extremely clean, and you can tell they have a commitment to great Service. I cannot say enough about this restaurant and how excellent it is!! I’m so happy they reopened in Welland!
I recently visited WingsUp! and was impressed by how clean and bright the restaurant was. The new owner, Matt, is very friendly and makes sure to mention all the available promotions in the store. The chicken wings are perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the veggie sticks are fresh and clean. The mini donuts are cinnamon-flavored and absolutely delicious! I will definitely be a regular customer.
Wings we're fresh and well cooked and delicious, TRY THE KOREAN BBQ, SO GOOD. They included a sauce that I didn't pay for that went with my wife's honey garlic wings and it was delicious as well. The Spicy Cajun wedges were a little too spicy for me but my wife liked them. Prices we're comparable for wings at other places, the guys were really nice in there, and they were playing Corner Gas on the TV in there! Haha! All in All, I'll more than likely be back :)
We were curious about this Wings Up franchise so my sister and I decided to check out this one in the Fitch Plaza. Apparently the owner had purchased this location two weeks ago. What can I say about this new owner. The NICEST, FRIENDLIEST and most GENUINE person ever! I was there for quite a while ordering (As I often am when I am trying something new, and most people lose patience with me. But not this guy. He was awesome) In fact I didn't know it was the owner until after I placed the order. I was super impressed with all the staff here. They genuinely love their jobs and it comes across in their service. So for service definitely 5 stars. If I could give more believe me I WOULD!!! The establishment is very clean as well. We were there for take out, but I would have no problem eating there. That's how clean it is. Onto the food. I am a chicken wing specialist (In my mind at least) and 9 times out of 10 if I go anywhere to eat I will usually choose wings cuz well they're my favourite. And now I can add Wings Up on Fitch Street to my wing places to frequent! Wings were delicious! Mac n cheese bites, also delicious. Oh and the sandwich. Garlic bread sandwich!!!! YUMMMM. I didn't like the sauce as much on the sandwich but I will go there again and try the sandwich in a different sauce cuz that Sammy was the best I ever tried minus the wing sauce chosen. Thanks so much for an amazing first experience at Wings Up! Good Luck on your new establishment. Had the Wednesday special, wings, wedges, celery and carrots. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Owner very personable, went above and beyond gifting us doughnuts while we waited. Wings were huge, not overly breaded, crispy and fresh. Owen, the owner, deserves great community support, and NO, am not being paid for this review!&
The new owner is fantastic, charismatic about his job, treats employees well and CARES. I'd say if you had a bad experience in the past give them another chance because this place is making a great comeback! The wings are fresh and generously sauced up! 😋🥵
Re-write of an old review after new owners/management took over this summer! This most recent experience blew the last 5 out of the water for me! This new team is passionate about they do and being a part of this community and you can tell! You have to go see Matt & Kim at WingsUp! in Welland! Fresh wings, delicious sauces, great sides and an incredible family-run business by a new mom & son team that has come to our city! Go try them! You won't be disappointed!

If i could give 10 stars i would. I am an uber driver. I had to wait a little bit and because of the wait matt. The ownder gave me complimentary cinnamon donuts for the wait. And honestly of of that one gesture i came back again for myself this time and matt did not disappoint. I wanted to buy the donuts again because they were so fulling and way better than tiny toms in my opinion. And he put it on the house. I understand why the reviews changed from previous ownership to now. Matt is awesome and i will always come back to this specific wingsup! And nowhere else!

First time amazing food! The smiley sandwich & pirogies were glad to see there open till 2AM we need more places serving good food late. The person working & cooking was very nice & recommend a great sauce for my sandwich definitely will be back.

What a great experience all around! The food is always fantastic, so much so I order them even though I live in a different city. It always comes delicious! Everyone who works there is so friendly which makes the whole experience simply amazing!
Last night, my wife and I had wings up for dinner a day after they sponsored a wrestling show I was on and we were more than happy! We got it delivered on one of the food apps and even that was a good experience! Good food with good service. Wings are so tender and juicy. I got the honey garlic and bbq garlic. Wings are way bigger than any wings i got from othet places. It was my wedding anniversary and they made it even better. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
Great experience, met the new owner and he was very kind, bit of a wait but I came on national chicken wing day so they were very busy and they made fresh wedges good selection of sauces and everything tasted great

The wedge poutine is fire!! I will be coming back for that on the regular now. When I seen wedges instead of fries for poutine I thought hmm thats different and I ended up loving it. Thank you for adding it to my order! Wings are amazing, the new owner is fantastic and definitely goes above and beyond for customer service. Its hard finding amazing wings, I typically will travel far in order to get great tasting wings and Im happy I wont need to travel far anymore. I can happily put WingsUp at the top with my favorite wings spots. Food, Service, Atmosphere A++

Got the honey garlic parmesan bits and it was one of the best foods Ive tasted, great prices for the amount and amazing workers, I highly recommend.
On April 12th I ordered wings and this is the condition I got them in hard and dried out chicken wings I will attached the photos for everyone to see .I called the establishment to get it rectified and the supervisor said they will prepare a batch and never call to verify if they prepared the batch .that night I felt ill from eating some of the wings and called the next morning to find out if I can get back a proper set of wings since I had not been called or anything the previous day only to hear I get a refund from door dash which was a credit of $26 dollars from the $93 I spent and they will not be able to give me a full refund or even the wings as promised.This place is dishonest and wings are DRY!!!!!!
The employee was really nice! I had honey garlic wings and garlic BBQ, I first bit into the honey garlic and honestly I didnt like it but despite that I could tell that the meat is very well cooked and tender, had a better time eating the garlic BBQ, so overall, great food!
How do I give negative stars? **STAY AWAY** workers do not practice good hygiene which compromises your meal I ordered 6 tenders with wedges and the wedges were raw + the chicken wasn t properly cooked

Ordered the deal 3lbs of wings, 10 perogies, wedges and 4 pops (came to $70) - the wings are massive and came out to 8 wings a pound - mild wings tasted a lot like ketchup but the honey garlic parmesan were amazing!
Amazing wings taste, big portion and very clean. Thank you guys for the the great service. We ordered 3 lb combo with a side and drinks. We are coming back for sure for those wings. Just the price is a little bit high but again i pay for that taste.
A food delivery service messed up (I m pretty sure they ate my food) and I didn t receive my entire order. After calling them they assured me they had put the food in the order but sent someone immediately with the remainder of my order plus an additional order of jalapeño poppers which were amazing. Their customer service far surpasses many other restaurants nowadays and we will be ordering from them again in the future.
Wings up has always been my favorite no matter which location. I used to go to the Milton location about every week. Moving to the Niagara region Im very happy to see more opening up and the service is amazing everytime. I will always be a loyal customer! Love my chicken bites

Wanted to place an order for a pound and a half of wings was told there s only 12 wings in a pound and a half and that it was $28 lol and then was told they can t give me 2 different wing sauces lol I just hung up the phone kind of ridiculous
First time trying it, pretty good, but was really sad to see only one person working in the whole place, handling everything by himself. Not fair whatsoever, he managed to make all of our food perfectly but if you don t have much staff please work on hiring more people. Not fair to make one person work all by himself.

Great Wings. People can rant how they want about price. I believe strongly in you get what you pay for. These Wings check all the boxes for me. Taste, quality , Fresh, presentation and most of all sauced like a boss.
I usually don t give reviews but Saw some negative reviews but totally against it, Pooja the CSR was alone by herself but she was very friendly, and she took her time in suggesting us what is best, and we took wings meal it was great taste and all , overall a good experience will go again and suggest

The wings taste very good and fresh. The staff are friendly and gives good suggestions. Their meals were good portion sizes and tasted good. The potato wedges which comes on side also taste good. I will come back for sure. All their sauces taste good, especially the Thai ones
Chicken overall was really well done some with the cheesy perogies, personally my only issue was the medium sauce being a little to sweet for me! But the customer service was great and will definitely be going back!
Ordered two half pound wing combos and the cheesy lovers appetizer on Uber when they informed me it wasn t available. I tried to order two other sides and they were out of one of those sides too which we understood completely but they sent a free appetizer and an order of donuts because they were out of the Mac and cheese wedges! I couldn t ask for better customer service!! Will definitely order again soon not only for the great customer service but for the amazing food!!!
Ordered Buffalo wings but received BBQ sauce instead. Ordered Salt & Pepper wings and received very plain (lack of salt & pepper) with some kind of red powder on them. The wings were crispy but disappointing as they were not what I asked for. The spuds(?) were extremely overcooked very crunchy but hollow and tasted burnt. Will not get food there again.
Personally really enjoy their chicken sandwich lunch deal. However they seem to have an issue with opening on time.

10 STARS! The wings were absolutely delicious, I had some around 3 o clock & I chose to come back 6 hours later for more. I might be back again tomorrow ! I highly recommend, you will not find any better. I cannot believe that some joker gave them a 1 star rating, they are not expensive considering the quality!!!
Chicken is fresh and tasty, Staff is Friendly. Son and I tried the smile sandwich, the meat itself was juicy, crispy and of good size for the price, the generous portion of potatoe wedges were also hot, fresh and good quality. Its good to see a locally owned franchise in welland, the owner is a hardworking guy from the area and I wish him all the best in the future. My only suggestion is the price of the wings, although the price is not too crazy, and considering the cost of everything is going up these days, a small reduction in price would serve the blue collar welland demographic better, while competing with the already established wing spots in the area. Again, best of luck in your business.
