Im a crossing guard at this location at Scholfield.ave and lincoln.st i have gone to this bar for a drink and my experience is its amazing and the bartenders are so nice and kind I love this bar love u all and I just had a gyro from there and it was incredible omg I recommend this place to all that want to have a great time and eat great food

Havent been here since new owners took over, wanted to see if the food was still good. Flavor wise it was good portion size and price not so much. I got the chicken Souvlaki dinner $20.45. Definatly not worth the money. Was supposed to get 2 chicken breast as described on menu got 2 small kebobs rice and potatoes and side salad. I understand food prices and the increase in prices but give 3 not 2 kebobs. also got the steak sub combo and its maybe a 6 inch sub not even an 8 inch and side of fries with gravy and slaw $17.45 plus $3.50 for fries and slaw. Definatly wont be ordering food again from here. Great flavor but sure as hell isnt worth the price or quanity.

The Greek salad has been really watery every time I ve ordered in in the last few months and the prices have gone up a lot. I probably won t eat here again. Too many disappointments in a row.

Disclaimer - I have not eaten at Lefties. However, I did have a door to door sales person come to my home and try to sell me a coupon that I could use at Lefties. He said it was a new marketing campaign they had to attract new customers and for $25 I could buy one or more coupons to use throughout the year. It seemed like a scam. I do not know if Lefties is endorsing this or not but it gave me a bad vibe about this restaurant and I would not go here in the future.

Tried the appy burger ... amazing!!!!! The meat melts in your mouth. Gravy is delicious. Everything is homemade. This is going to be our go to restaurant from now on.

First thing we noticed was the atmosphere. Clean with nice furniture and lighting. Food is excellent!! Had the chicken souvlaki, my Mom and I and we loved it. Large portions! Had to take leftovers home, enough for another meal. Our waitress Telle was super friendly and welcoming. Excellent service from her. 5 stars all around!!

We purchased one of the VIP cards for this restaurant and was very excited to try it out. The other day, we ordered two entrées while under the impression that it was buy 1 dinner with a beverage and get the 2nd one of equal or lesser value for free. My fiance arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order at around 10pm. He got told that the buy one get one is dine in only. No where on this card does it state it must be dine in. The serve told us that we read the card wrong and it is in fact for dine in only. This lead me to read the card, front and back, multiple times to see where it states the dine in only information - which I couldnt find. To me, this restaurant should have honored what our VIP card states. OR they could have actually specified on the card so theres no miscommunication. We paid $55 for our meal that we thought was going to be $25 and no one seemed to care that they were not going to honor the VIP card that we PAID for, to try our their restaurant. Its a shame this happened because the food was very good, however the VIP card mix up left a bad taste in our mouths. Weve also purchased a VIP card for Tailgates and the Kavern in the past and theyve always stayed true to what information is on the card. Edit in regards to the restaurants reply - We absolutely did get the buy one get one deal at Tailgates and the Kavern. We used our entire card for both places.

We did take out a few times and decided to take our family (6 of us) for dinner on a Wednesday night. My first time in the restaurant. Never went there before even when it was Olympia. Met the owner, Leo who seemed nice, accommodating and comical. Food and service was great we will return!

We recently moved to the area and love coming to Lefti s for their amazing food, drinks & kind staff who always make you feel welcome!! The Greek food is out of this world and would highly recommend coming here for dinner if you enjoy authentic Greek cuisine. They also offer standard bar food options as well!! Every Wednesday, Friday & Saturday they offer a happy hour from 1-4pm with 50% off their fried appetizers and discounted drinks. The Karaoke nights are always a fun time as well (Wednesdays & Fridays starting at 9-930pm) and on Saturdays they always have great live music! We recommend checking this place out if you haven t already!

Great place, great staff and great food. Think Joe Fetas or Georges Greek village but in Welland. The prices are MORE than reasonable and well be back as my wife and I both enjoyed our dinner. Only gave 4 stars for the atmosphere,. Theyve cleaned the place up a bit since the Olympia days, its clean and comfortable and a great place for good food without spending a fortune.

Its more of a bar than a restaurant even though its labeled as a restaurant. But that being said I come here for the Chicken Souvlaki dinner and the Greek salad as they are great. They have good cooks in the kitchen so the food is good but its more of a take your food home place unless you intend on having a few drinks as well. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Liver and onions were fairly good. Some veggies with the entry would have been nice but for $12 what more can one expect. I was charged double for my coffee. Guess there are no free refills. Coleslaw was not real appealing to me. Waitress seemed busy with unknown as there were not many people in the place. She was therefore slower that I would think.

Somebody call Jon Taffer ! This place needs a bar rescue. Probably the worst $50 I have ever spent. Hard pita wraps , hard old fries , and then realized they forgot to pack part of my take out order in the bag . I think we can all agree if this place burnt down the world would be a far better place .

One of the best places for food and entertainment in Niagara! The food is superb! The service is top notch. I find myself dreaming about their tzatziki sauce. Highly recommend

Food is great, staff can be overwhelmed at times but very friendly and accommodating. My biggest complaint is the bathrooms are right near where they seat bigger groups and it stinks sometimes. They get great bands in, prices are very reasonable and they have fantastic Greek food.

Excellent food

Food is always good and fresh. Always my go to restaurant for take out after 10 pm they take orders until midnight or later when everything else seems to be closed.

My experience with this location is always the same they are very friendly but very busy, But with that being said the food is quite good and the atmosphere very welcoming and inviting despite what it looks like from the outside.

Leo and Heather are very nice people, the food is excellent. The crowd can be a little quirky......but I love quirky they get great bands on Sat, fun karaoke Wed and Fri is karaoke and open mic , Its a very laid back , chill atmosphere

Service was fine, prices are not mirrored to quality of food. Chicken skewer dinner was two skewers, 3 cuts of potato and some rice for almost 20 dollars. All of it was extremely salty. More of a bar than a restaurant.

Worst dining experience ever. Wont be return customers. Food was horrible. Waitress had no clue what she was doing and it took forever to get menus, drinks and the bill. Food was soggy and overcooked with no flavour.

I came in tonight for the first time and ordered some take out. Super nice little place, just remodeled and is very nice inside and they have a great little patio too. The food was fantastic! I had the chicken slovaki pita, Greek Salad and mozzarella sticks. All which were so good. The chicken in the pita was juicy and came with fresh cut fries (didnt know it came with fries thats why I added the salad). Everything was so good. When I went to pay I opened to check because it looked like I had more food then I should have (the fries) and the chef even asked if he had missed something and I told him not I got fries I wasnt expecting. He was very very nice. Honestly recommend.

As a picky eater they make a lot of exceptions for people and have great food

Just to start off with the young waitress was very very slow. She didnt seam to know what she was doing. We finally ordered & I received my dinner way before my husband got his, as a matter a fact I we pretty much done when he got his wings. She also forgot the celery & blue cheese. Not impressed with the food at all. Took forever to get our bill. As few more minutes & we would have walked out!!!! Never will we return to the place. 2 very very disappointed customers.

Fantastic greek food. Ive been getting take out for 3yrs here But recently prices went up and portion size went way down. Was disappointed to see how much yesterday. Normally i couldnt finish a meal but yesterday me and my wife finished ours and was still hungry.

For all the bad reviews about this place, people relax. Theyre feeling COVID staffing issues. Stop bashing them. Welland doesnt have a lot of greek spots so I come here often for take-out. Probably going tonight since its 830PM and most places are closing soon. The food is decent and yes its a bar vibe but theyre not advertising fine dining here folks.

NO FLAVOUR! I ordered the chicken souvlaki, the chicken was plain, dry and rubbery, the potatoes were nice and soft but ZERO flavour, the rice is also bland, overcooked, and soggy. There is NO Greek flavour at all. The tzatziki sauce is sour cream, with a slight garlic flavour. I cant even compliment the salad, the dressing again NO flavour, just olive oil taste. The baklava again dont want to sound like a broken record but it was plain. Its missing the honey flavour (my guess is you water it down) the spice was off and it was dry on top, chewy dough bottom....What a waste of money :(

We ordered 2 meals and both of them were delivered incorrectly. Our gyro dinner did not come with the salad that was in the description and instead of tzatziki they sent us mayonnaise. We ordered another salad and they sent the wrong one. In a busy kitchen I understand these things happen but when we called to speak about the issues they were less than helpful. Our only option was to drive there and pick up the correct items ourselves. That was not a great option considering we just paid for delivery. This was not a great experience especially considering they hung up on us immediately after telling us of our only option. Needless to say we will not be ordering from or dining inside the Olympia again.

Ordered food from here last night and I was not satisfied with the food compared to the price I paid for the food. Ordered a simple 14 inch pepperoni and cheese pizza, the dough is not freshly made its like a pre made pitta, not to mention there was what looked like mozzarella and cheddar cheese on the pizza. Another note, the jalapeno poppers were a half slice with cream cheese battered and deep fryed. No flavour at all . Would not order from here again

Place was clean, greeted with a smile. Food was large portions and was very tasty. We had Greek pita meal and full Greek meal with rice and potatoes. You get two full skewers, rice, potatoes and salad for Greek meal. Only thing I have to say is potatoes were a bit big and greasy..other than that everything was good. Fries seemed fresh cut and very tasty like food truck fries. So overall good experience

They were right on time and there was more than enough food for our group. They are now my family s #1 choice for Amazing Greek food!

Salad was fresh , the tzatziki is nice and thick not that runny stuff you get elsewhere. You can tell a good quality greek yogurt was used. The baklava was delicious and enjoyed by all of us. It is one the nicest place in town, The food Meat and salads are always fresh , the owner of this place really nice, keeps the place clean and tidy. I actually asked him how meat and vegetables taste much better then we get, He took me for a tour of restaurant kitchen. It was spotless clean, they are buying most of their meat and vegetables direct from the Local farms daily so there are no harmful chemicals and preservatives, Everything thing they make they make it from the scratch including all the sauces that are made using handpicked organic ingredients. He told us he love people and wants them to be healthy and happy, he tries his best to get most of his stuff organic and fresh always. I felt so happy about this place. If you need healthy and delicious food that s the right place to go. Actually I feel everyone should visit once in a week as it s a win win situation A) you get quality food B) Prices are very reasonable like a dinner for two was less than 50$ including 3 drinks. C) We must support Local Business that s actually trying to keep us healthy with in our budget Rather than wasting our hard money on big chains who want to take our jobs by replacing with robots and self checkout machines on top of it they are selling junk food that is preserved for weeks sometimes months. It saddens me to write this...since my below review the prices have gone up and the quality has gone way down. The gyros are now awful. The meat cut off the big rotisserie thing have been replaced by cheap sandwich shop style pre-packaged pre-cut slices with a horrid tasting spice set. I understand that covid hit this place hard and that staffing issues are forcing additional closed days, but revamping (downsizing) the large menu using quality ingredients would be better than serving up lower quality versions, at raised prices, of things they used to be amazing at. Gyros are awesome! Staff is friendly.

Ordered steak sub ,so I thought. It was a 6inch bun with slices of roasted beef not steak and half an inch thick and sliced. I was so disappointed cost me 12.50 +tax=14.13 I could and should have gone to dangelos and or even volcanos. Instead I thought,Ill order a steak sub from Olympia as its been 7 years since the last time I had one from there. How heart breaking and a total ripoff. This is my very first complaint in my life and Im so tired of companies ripping people off. Gauging. Roadtbeef slices instead of steak which is what I paid for,partially rawonions,didnt taste or see any peppers and alittle cheese. Sorry olympia but i rate you a 1and thats for the smiling waitress And Im never coming back.

Ordered some calamari with the assumption that Id get a dip on the side like it says on the menu.. didnt get a dip. Also waited to be served as my food sat on the counter getting cold, of course it was cold, soggy, over cooked and chewy. Such a bad experience, will not be back.

We decided to go there because it had a nice big patio... and Ive heard they have a pretty good souvlaki platter... which they do... The waitresses were very nice and even though they were way understaffed they did their best to tend to our needs... But the clientele was sketchy at best... at one point an argument broke out a couple tables over... and me and the other Dad next table over took notice... I wont bring my 6 year old there again... I doubt hell bring his daughters there either... but that being said... I will 100% be ordering take out...

Under new management!!! Got to meet the owners Heather and Lou to compliment them on the food and the changes that they have made. The old Olimpia had a but if a name from the patrons that they had, but the new management has got the train back on the tracks. The food is amazing, everything we have had there is so great. Been trying different things on the menu with no disappointment. There is no other place in Welland that can beat their price and quality of their food. Staff was great also.

More of a bar than a restaurant. Customer service for phone order is very poor from staff. I have called a few times for phone orders, and receive similar service of phone being put on the counter and forgotten about. Most likely staff is chasing tips from customers inside the restaurant. Food is decent.

We were in hopes for a really good Greek meal and it turns out this place is just a local watering hole. More non Greek food on the menu than greek. Better greek food at your local mall food court, dont plan to return.

Good food. Been frequent customers. Now we Wont go back. Staff and Owner behave passive aggressively against people who have legitimate exemptions to the manditory mask law. My wife and I arrived at 7pm, got our drinks and salad within about 20 minutes, then where made to wait for our dinner for another 40 minutes. We watched as 3 different couples who arrived after us were served thier dinners and recieved thier check before we got ours. During this time the owner engaged with other tables and encouraged conversation that was rude, bigoted, and discriminatory. Going so far as to suggest those who dont wear masks ought to be subjected to police interrogation and added to a registry before being summarily sent to a quarantine facility for non compliance. Apparently we deserve what we get for exercising our rights under the law, the constitution, and the Ontario human rights act. We politely waited for our food as we watched these same people get up, and mjngle with guests from other tables, contrary to the very guidelines they claim are sacrosanct. The hypocrisy and vitriol was disgusting. I respect peoples rights to believe what they want, and wear what they want if thats thier choice, and I wont harass them for it. However its clear there is no mutual respect. My rights dont end were your fear begins. I will exercise my right to vote with my wallet, and I encourage others to do the same.
