Food was amazing, but the service was terrible. Made sure to repeat order multiple times at the drive thru but they were barely listening and talking with someone else in a different language inside the restaurant. Also totally forgot our drinks at the end we had to remind them for those. And on top of that when given the food they didn't say a word just passed it over and closed the window, zero customer service. Food was delicious though.
the food was simply too cold, the service was completely awful, it felt like it was a favor they were doing for me. i felt completely discriminated against, even though i was black, i felt offended.

I work at the mall and frequently get meals here ! The food is always fresh and the service is always great and done with a smile! Everyone at this location is super pleasant , has great customer service and I am always satisfied!

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Staff was friendly, place was clean, and food was fresh. Also whenever I needed something, staff helped out without any issues. Don’t get scared by all the other reviews. This is the best location in this town :3

At the store inside the mall a young girl with long dark hair who works the night shift is very rude, doesn t greet customers, never smiles, acts like I am interrupting her and is always talking on the phone through her head phones. Very unpleased with my experience
I ordered fries here. Just plain old fries I asked for. The lady made sure to ask me repeatedly if I wanted to get anything else with that. I think she was just having a bad day and was zoned out. The fries were good.

My boys and I popped by for lunch, the woman working the window/counter was unable to get to us in a timely manner, a nice gentleman came and asked if we had been helped. He apologized for thr wait and took our order and suggested we sit down. Our order arrived and it had the wrong drinks, we were not concerned and didnt mention anything, as it was a beautiful day out and it was just a drink. He insisted on correcting our order immediately. I just want to commend him on his amazing service and kindness, we appreciated his efforts and his concern for our experience.

I tried the buddy burger and its amazing and also chocolate shake its so delicious . I visited their midnight and I found that night shift employees are so nice and active. They prepared everything fresh, neat and clean .Good luck guys Cary on.

Burgers are okay, and service was certainly lacking. I am serious when I say that every single chicken product this place sells is vomit worthy. GET BEEF. As well, brutally expensive for fast food. Two combos and an extra value burger were $36? Go to Mr mikes for that price...
Wife boycotted it for quite awhile because shes gotten raw burgers from there before. After christmas shopping last night she gave it another try because most the other food court places were closed. She waited 15 minutes for a chicken burger only to notice it was completely raw in the middle. Manager gave her money back with no apologies.

The AW in the seaway mall have a Horrible service, before I order the food I show her the coupon and that the way I always bought with coupon, but she ask to scan the code and yelling to me I need scan the code I was shocked there because her voice is so big and watching at me looks like she wants fight with me of course there is no coupon can scan since the code is number with letter, there is other Aw outside of the mall then I go there and a young lady helping me take an order with expired coupon, its expired because I activated it in the mall! If you want hire old people please hire a nice people, she yelling me like yelling her granddaughter, but I am not!
Brutal. Worst drive thru breakfast experience. Ordered a breakfast wrap and a coffee. It took 5 mins for my wrap and then an additional 3 mins for my coffee for some reason. The wrap was tiny (finished it in 5 bites.) .. and it was smothered with way too much ketchup. The coffee was scalding hot.. could not even take a sip for another 10 mins. Worst $6.50 ever spent... but also the last time I ever spend money at this location.

Gave us the wrong order .. it cost 29.64$ and they offered 3.66$ as a refund .. the food was garbage and wrong .. never again .. they always get the order wrong at this location .. no customer service either
Not pleased with Doordash app and was so pumped for my A&W meal. Doordash should not be placed in the A&W ADVERT....

The A&W inside the seaway mall in the food court is the best location in Niagara. I have tried the drive thru location and there is no comparison. It is worth the trip inside. I am celiac and this location has a dedicated fryer for gluten free fries which is a real treat. They do a lettuce wrap gluten free burger too. I picked dinner up to go and it was warm and fresh when I got home. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Thanks for another fantastic experience.
Both the Mozza and Teen burgers are fabulous, but this location has the SLOWEST service ever. The drive thru is particularly sluggish.

On Friday Feb 22/19 around 1:00 pm I purchased a Mama Burger from the outlet at the Seaway Mall. It was served in an envelope with bun, condiments a slice of onion and the meat stuck in the middle. no lettuce it looked like it was just pushed together and was not appetizing to say the least. I could understand this if there was a line-up but there wasnt and in fact all the other kiosks had line ups. I suspect if food is thrown at you in an unappetizing manner then you will see line-ups at every kiosk but your own.

welland location in the mall. Found a lovely hair in my daughter burger. They replaced the burger but after that my daughter didnt want to eat. Not one person said sorry. Just you want your money or a new burger.
