I used to love the poutine that you guys had but recently I ve been getting them made terribly when it comes to having so much gravy it fills up the box and you can barely even see the fries, napkins are stuck inside the bag as well as the box due to the gravy being everywhere and it tastes a lot worse as well I don t know if it s watered down but the fries are also soggy. Ive thrown out 3 poutines from this same store and this ll be my last one

Ordered 2 burgers with cheese at drive through. The lady who took the order confirmed it s with cheese then she passed the phone to some other lady who called me a liar. The female needs to have respect and their customer service is garbage never going back. This has happened previously before as well. Worst female employee works drive through after 10 PM shift.

Ordered 2 teen combos off Uber eats for 38$ which is a huge rip off. Anyways I was hungry. Order shows you and I paid 38$ for two drinks a medium fries and a burger. You guys don t care and neither does Uber eats. In short you guys absolutely suck.

They do not honour coupons; they will tell you they don t do them when their address is literally on the front of the booklet, they also don t honour advertised sales. Tonight went for mamma burger combos because they re on sale for 8.99 got 2 should have been around $20.50 I was charged $26.83 which is full price to which the man at the window told me it was taxes. Like do you think people are stupid ?! You re literally stealing from customers.

Used to be so good, quality has plummited . Ordered a Chipotle sauce with my order they charged me for it but didnt put it in the bag; which isnt the first time. Honestly done with these workers who dont care enought to make sure an order is right. Will not be going to this location agaim one of my favorite fast food places has turned into one place i cant stand to go to anymore.

Just a heads up to never change your combo order and change the drink as you are charged full price without being told until you get to the drive-thru window expecting to pay $30 for your order instead of $41. I questioned them why it was so expensive and asked whats the extra $11 for? (This was after I paid and realized they had my money and wouldnt refund part of it!) So you order a combo and instead of getting the drink that comes with it I wanted to upgrade to a shake on both orders and they proceeded to charge me full price for the shakes!! So I not only pay for 2 pops I dont recieve, I have to pay full pop of $11 for 2 melted ice cream shakes which cost all of 25 cents! I will never ever visit this restaurant again! They could have told me when I ordered that I would be paying full price for the shakes and give me, the customer, the option of whether I want to still purchase the shakes or not! Very sneaky tactic on their part and not a happy camper, therefore, If you want to get ripped off go to this place!

Amazing service and food, only problem is that it s a little bit dirty on the inside. Crumbs and small pieces of food were all over the tables and floor. Otherwise it s a great place !

Food and service was good but don t even think about sitting inside to eat during the summer. It s a thousand degrees in there and very uncomfortable. Takes the fun away from eating out. Get an air conditioner or something!

Food was great, but when getting my food I got told my card got declined? didn t think anything of it, seemed a little sketchy though because I thought it went through. But they seemed nice so I was trusting, later to find out when I check my banking app a couple days later I got double charged?! We enjoyed a very tasty take out dinner, with fries that still tasted fresh once we got home. My server was very friendly and helpful with a particular diet restriction request and our order was ready very quickly. Thank you for a great take out treat! As we all gave come to expect, even fast food has gotten a little pricey... unfortunately we didnt have any coupons. Dietary restrictions: If you are eliminating gluten, sugars , condiments, the papa double patty burger with lettuce wrap, onion and double pickle is great!!

Love A&W. but not a fan of how this location constantly tells you to pull forward and they ll deliver the food, even when no one s behind you. This location is not setup for this. There s no painted spots so if there s a car already pulled ahead waiting. You re stuck in an awkward in between spot that s sometimes blocking the car behind you. It s a bit chaotic. They should just paint 2 parking spots out front so they can tell you to pull up to spot 1 or 2. Similar to BK

Service was excellent. We ordered and sat down and they brought us the food! Then they came by to see that everything was OK. Food was great too and very good value! Dietary restrictions: I cant eat bread, so they substituted in an extra egg.

They are so bad. My friend had allergy for onion. We literally said it in the drive thru, that no onions but they didn t listen properly. Thank god i saw it and told them to re-do it. And the lady (kathyln) literally lied to us on the face that she replaced it but when we told her that our friend has onion allergy so there are none in it right? She then took it back made it again. Worst service ever! If someone has allergy for something please check it before you leave because they don t value your order and this is not the way to serve your customers. We don t pay you for this worst service. I don t recommend anyone to go here. I m myself never going. And A&w should not give franchise to these kind of people who don t value their customers. Though next day the store manager called and apologised about the situation. Thank you for contacting.

All tables are dirty and service is slow

The restaurant was FILTHY! I had to clear garbage and then wipe down the table so we could have a place to eat. There was food on the floor, the ketchup pump was empty and the staff didnt seem to care. The worst part was the fountain root beer was too watered down and not A&W quality root beer I expect. Do yourself a favor and go to another location if youre craving A&W.

I like A&W, especially their Mozza and Teen Burgers. These burgers come packed with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, which I really enjoy. I appreciate burgers with vegetables, and A&W does it perfectly. The fries are crisp and delicious every time. Overall, A&W is my favorite fast food restaurant in Canada!

Ordered 2 combo meals. Waited 10 minutes for our order. They let it sit at the drive thru because someone made a mistake that it was a dining room order. Brought it to us in a paper bag. Worst of all our bill was more than $31.00. Very disappointed in the service. Extremely disappointed in the price. I am a very unhappy customer.

I came to this A&W with my daughter for Sunday breakfast. Kiran was incredibly friendly and helped us order something new from their Brew Bar. She even came after to make sure we had enough coffee. These little details and her overall friendly reception made up for the cold temperature inside. Anyways, despite the colder environment (maybe take it easy on the A/C) inside, that was quickly overcome with the warm food and welcoming atmosphere.

Me: no tomato please them: yes puts tomato on anyways. How can a place function when you cant even get a burger right. Or am I mistaken and no tomato means put one on.

My experience with ordering a Carmel latte was disappointing. Initially, I received a regular latte instead. Upon returning, I was given a replacement, but it was only half full. After requesting it to be filled, the drink still didnt meet expectations it tasted like water. Overall, it was a waste of time for me and my friends. In the end i wanna say sometime service is good but lately its not.

Food was good. Frozen root beer machine wasn t working properly. Restaurant wasn t clean. Floor was extremely dirty. Tables were not wiped down. More than likely will not return to this location.

Hamburgers are supposed to be hot when you eat them. This outlet is skimping on the microwave time to heat your burger that costs $18.00 with fries. If I order a hamburger and the cheese isnt even a LITTLE BIT melted. Youre screwing your customers. April 2024 I used drive thru at this place twice in one week both times-cold food. Shame.
