Portions are large. Service is very good. Lasagna was delicious. Usually very crowded so I recommend reservations.

I placed an order with this establishment (not my first time), there was a mix up. A delivery service took my order. When I went to pick up my order it was not there. They apologized and quickly remade the food, including 3, free and delicious tiramisu. Personally, I think they went above and beyond. They took very good care of me, Thank you.

CCs Dugout is a true hidden gem! I tried the lasagna, and it was authentic and absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. It s a fantastic spot to enjoy with friends and family, located by the Shell gas station.

Recently attended and hockey team lunch here. It was absolutely delicious with very generous portions. I had the chicken Parm and it was one of the best of I ve ever had!

Is it my imagination or had this restaurant gone down a few stars. I have been in Welland 3 years and it was my fav restaurant to go to. Birthdays, celebrations ect. We have family from Hamilton there in May and had 8 people. Two ordered wings ect and im not sure what was in the bottom of the portion but it was like the scrap parts they were hiding. The rest of the meal was delicious except the sticker from the vegetable that was in my friends salad. We said something about the 3 so called wings and waitress said sorry she would bring 3 out. The person in the kitchen said no so end of that. Then went in June to have the nice young guy forget our drinks and bread. Then in July 28 to have italian wedding soup for lunch that tasted like vegetable soup mixed in with some meatballs. No bread until the end of our meal as they had none done. We asked another young guy and he told us that not our waiter. Im rethinking my fav place theses days. Sad.

We ordered 4 pasta dishes and the garlic ring. On the way to the door, the Skip delivery guy dropped one dinner. When we called the restaurant they were sympathetic and made another dish. Within 20 minutes they delivered to our door themselves and credited us for the initial loss. Impressive service. Food was excellent. Hot and flavorful! Big portions. We would definitely recommend checking this place out!!

We ordered take out for my husbands birthday and the food was delicious !! This is the second time we have ordered for a large party and both times we have enjoyed it . Highly recommend if you want delicious Italian and great service. The delivery was great too!! Thank you! We ordered meatballs cheese ravioli rigatoni extra sauce garlic bread and arancini balls ! Vegetarian options: Arancini balls were delicious !!!

Marissa, was an exemplary, waitress. Very friendly. We were seated right away, I was very impressed, I had my choice of seating. Marissa really knew her job. She was knowledgeable and well informed on the menu. Nick the Bartender was also, just as great. Thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would visit and return to this Restaurant again. Holy smokes this place really impressed us. Between the portion sizes, prices, and food quality, Im not sure you can find better Italian in Welland. Highly recommend the bread rings and the pastas! 10/10 coming here again!

The food was so delicious. I m sad I have grown up in Welland driving past this place and didn t try it until now. Definitely recommend. They gave us some warm bread for the table which was great. Everyone loves their meals.

Alfredo sauce was tasteless, could not finish the Fettuccine Alfredo. Service was slow.

Ordered large Uber order at 5 pm Friday April 26th for 7 pm delivery. A two hour notice and order was accepted by restaurant. Received notice at 6:20 my order would be delivered at 6:55. 10 mins later at 6:30 order was cancelled due to the restaurant being too busy. This is unacceptable. The order was originally accepted so if the restaurant isn t capable of completing both in restaurant and delivery orders at the same time maybe Uber isn t the best avenue for this restaurant. You wouldn t cancel an order of a customer that has called the establishment for a takeout order so why would you do this to a delivery customer? Wanted to try this restaurant for a while but after this experience, will not be doing so. Extremely poor customer service.

Not sure where to start. Food took over 40 min with only 4 tables in the restaurant. When one of our party ordered a beer the glass had a good bit of the rinse water at the bottom, when I showed our server he told me not to worry it s just the rinse water. Nothing better than a beer with some rinse in it. When our food finally arrived not once during the meal were we asked how it was 2/4 people didn t eat there food and when I was asked how mine was I replied with just alright but that answer didn t seem to raise any concerns. The last time we ate here was 3 years ago it used to be quality Italian food. Great service. Unfortunately that was not the case this time around

It is absolutely delicious, and the portions are ridiculous.

Went there for the first time this evening for my fiancées birthday and we were blown away. The mozzarella logs, deep fried ravioli and gnocchi are among the must haves. The portions were enormous. The mozzarella logs required a knife and fork. Our entrees were almost twice the size our heads. We had to take some home because of how much food we got. We were not used to such incredible portion sizes for such reasonable prices. But what really got us was the authenticity and quality of the food. House made Italian food! The Mrs and I got three glasses of wine, three giant appetizers and two mains for less than 65 each with taxes and before tip! Plus her main came with an enormous house salad and bread for the table. If that wasn t enough, our server Craig was kind enough to bring us a large slab of homemade tiramisu for my fiancée. It was like eating a cloud. We were astounded by how light and moist it was. We will definitely be returning. Our meal here has set the standard for what an Italian dinner should be. Five stars.

Veal Parm is delicious

Amazing meal at CCs Dugout Italian Eatery yesterday. Family run restaurant and they are truly super sweet people. The food and service was outstanding. We enjoyed the mozza sticks (they are huge) spicy calamari with shrimp, smash burger, Pasta con Cozze and perfectly cooked and sauced chicken wings. Way too much food for 3 people but we had no problem bringing home leftovers. One of the best meals we have had in a long time! Excited to go back.

I heard through others that CC Dugout had fantastic food.We went and their eggplant parmesan was the best I have ever had.My husband had a delicious philly steak.Great portions and delicious food. The staff was friendly and offered great service.The chef Noel even came out and talked to the customers We will definitely be going back.

My girlfriend and I went there for the first time lastnight, definitely was the opposite of what we expected! Seen the pictures of the food on Instagram as to why we went there. Her food was cold, we expressed that but no concern for it. Poor waiter was working short handed and the kitchen was not at its best. We wont be back again.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here the other night with friends. Most of us ordered the Parmasean dishes. My veal was a good size on a giant bed of gnocchi. The chicken parms looked small, though. But let me tell you the Enormous mozza sticks made up for it! Theyre a meal unto themselves! Great service and great food. In reflection, it was more expensive to eat here than some of our nights in NOTL. In comparison, they were more expensive than Rizzos. Thats a stretch. We will eat here again, but truly as an expensive food night.

One of the highest priced Italian menus in the region, I ordered a classic entre with spaghetti and meatballs that only has 2 meatballs and a small portion of spaghetti which doesn t seem like a typical serving?after alerting the waiter he confirmed my disbelief you only get 2 meatballs that you have to pay extra for . I felt hungry after leaving and made dinner as soon as I got home. I ll be going anywhere but here for an italian dinner from now on.

What a nice little place. Our waitress, the daughter, was probably the most friendliest person ever. If you like cheese, you have to try the mozza sticks going back next week to try something else.

Chicken parm is the bomb

VERY DISCUSTED WITH THE SERVICE I spend 65 dollars on food that was not even remotely close to the order I put in. Who mixes red egg plant parm with white pasta. Then forgets my salad completely. then to top it off they forget my dipping sauce for my meatballs stingers and pizza rolls. Then make matters worse doesnt offer me any money back and now all my food is cold. GREAT THX CCS DUGOUT NEVER AGAIN.

Took my mom here for her birthday and the smell of nail polish acetone from next doors salon was so bad we had to ask for our food to be takeout instead. Within 10 minutes of us getting home we were throwing up, nauseated, burning nose and headache. The food was great and we will order takeout again that s why I gave it 2 stars. Service was poor, the server seemed like she didn t want to be there and we were an inconvenience.

Fantastic food, homemade authentic Italian. Family owned and run, great local business. Reasonable prices, great specials, good variety and also offer live entertainment sometimes. Always a good time at C.Cs.

Homey neighbourhood bar atmosphere with a nice selection of wines. We all had either eggplant veal or chicken parm. It was cooked well but unfortunately it lacked taste. The pasta sauce wasnt it was tomatoe sauce that although I dont know I might guess it came out of a can. A place that bills itself as an Italian restaurant should in my opinion never serve bare pasta noodles with a puddle of sauce on top. I think the first time made pasta when I was about 15 years old I made a pasta dish this way. I had been to this restaurant years ago at which time the food had amazing taste. That is gone and so am I. Come here for a drink maybe but the food is blah blah blah

The best Italian dinner. The gnocchi melted in your mouth the eggplant was delicious. Accompanied by a great wine selection and our waitress Marissa was sweet and delightful and friendly. Celebrated my friends birthday she was amazed how delicious that food and atmosphere was. Thank you to the staff at CC Dugout. Bravo

I was with a group who all ordered Italian food. The pasta was OK, although if the sauce and pasta had been mixed together prior to plating my food, it would have been better. The eggplant parm on the other hand was delicious.

Awful. I went in and there was two young servers talking to each other at the bar. I was waiting like a fool at the door, because they looked at me and just ignored me, they could ve just shout out for me to choose my table. By the way the table was super dirty. When the young lady decided to work, she came to the table and greeted us with just hey , and gave us the menu. I had the gnocchi with veal. I can t explain how awful the gnocchi was. It was white with no seasoning, not even salt. It was just as like I was eating flour. The sauce was made just with salt and pepper. No flavour at all. The veal was good. I would never go back.

Person who took my order over phone keyed in wrong time for pickup. They were great getting it ready but food was like it was thrown together this time. Lots of water in container where spaghetti was. Do not like there take out containers, too small. Everything tipped sideways in bag. Not impressed this time. Their sauce this time didnt have flavor. Last time it was superurb

Excellent food and service Portions are generous. Pasta (spaghetti) with homemade tomato sauce was perfect and the roasted red pepper and garlic soup was especially delicious! Highly recommend! (The soup was so good, we had to get some to take home!)

There were 4 of us who ate at CCs last night for the first time and I cant wait to go back. The tomato sauce was the best in Niagara. The portions were very generous and there was a good selection of appetizers and entrees. The prices are reasonable and thank you for that! So glad we just happened to find this place. The dishes were good, homemade. The only downside that irritates me is that there is no real parmesan, just fake parmesan (the white kraft powder that smells like dirty feet) I really believe that an Italian restaurant should use real parmesan.

The wings were very dry and my husbands lasagna was very bland. For the price it wasnt worth it. Cant say Id go back. The staff were very good tho considering we had a large group.

Vegetarian options: I know they have veggie options but I havent tried it myself. But their house dressing is amazing! Dietary restrictions: They even serve a few keto options!!! Small dining room, but it wasnt too busy so it wasnt loud. Food was great, and they gave our kids some colouring books to keep them busy while they waited for their food to come. It was my first time going but I would definitely go again.

Our first time here the food was great however the smell of the nail salon next door was very overwhelming. Our waitress was nice but not very attentive. She took our order and came back to the table once then again to bring bill. Ordered take out a chicken parm and a fettuccine Alfredo and the garlic ring with cheese to go. Got the chicken parm with fettuccine noodles not fettuccine Alfredo and the garlic ring had no cheese. When we told her she said oh sorry no offer to make right by this time we were ready to go. I will say food was heat but based on the overwhelming smell of acetone and the service I don t think we will be back.

Under new ownership, decided to check it out If I lived in Welland, would be there every day! Homemade gnocchi, meatballs and sauce, how can you go wrong. Got a side of the deep-fried gnocchi with a cinnamon honey topping...as Guy Fieri says... Took me on a one-way trip to flavour town!

Super good food... Only negative is when I walked in no one greeted or acknowledged me for a solid 10 mins or so and I was just standing there awkwardly waiting to pick up my order.

Tried CCs last night and we had the best server ever! Such a sweetheart! So attentive friendly, and accommodating. Honestly one of the best places Ive tried in Welland. Loved our food, the price point was great, and staff was just so welcoming. Cannot recommend this place enough

Went here with my Boyfriend over the weekend and the girl who greeted us was super nice. We were the only ones there to my surprise as the food was good and nicely priced for what you get. The server was nice and the place seemed clean. The only complaint I have is that there wasn t any cutlery at the table and we didn t get any with the food and it took her awhile to come back or get her attention. Overall I d recommend.

Easily the best Italian place in welland! The food is delicious with really good sized portions for a very reasonable price too. Their homemade Alfredo sauce is the best I ve ever tasted, it s light and has a great flavour that s not overpowering. Their restaurant is simplistic while still being very cozy and provides a balance between a traditional Italian restaurant and a restaurant with strong small town roots! I will most definitely be going to eat their again in the near future!!

Ordered an appetizer, came with dinner! Salad came with dinner not before, so pasta gets cold while eating salad. Waitress forgot one drink (a tin of Smirinoff) for 15 min. Only 2 of us there, Last time for us!!!!

My husband and I popped in for a late lunch/early dinner on Friday, August 2nd. A few people were there. Our waitress, a young lady named Marissa (sp), was prompt, very attentive and very sweet. Our order came quickly. Food was hot. My husband had a meatball sandwich which Marissa recommended having on a panini rather than bread. Excellent choice. He really liked it and finished the second half at home. I had the house salad with chicken. The house dressing was real balsamic dressing made from scratch. Salad ingredients were fresh. Marissa even went above and beyond and sent us home with a fairly large container of spaghetti sauce for free! I made a penne dish with 3 cheeses at home the next day with the sauce she gave us. I highly recommend this place!

First time customer, wont be my last visit! Big shout out to our server Marissa (Marisa?) who provided us with exceptional, thoughtful service. She was polite and friendly, offered suggestions based on comments I had made (where I was actually thinking out loud to myself, lol) and made sure we were taken care of. Her recommendation of the Benchwarmer sauce for my wings was SPOT ON - wow, so good - my new go to! And her pride when saying it was their own recipe was really sweet to see. Good servers are often hard to find - and she was a great one!

Just went for the first time! The staff is wonderful and although, I did not get the Italian food, I had their honey garlic chicken wings! Reminded me of the amazing ones from Duffs! The price was also great! $1.30 per wing! Perfect! A special shout out to the wonderful employee who helped me fix up my glasses! She did the absolute best she could and was so fun about it! Went Saturday afternoon with my Wife I had the meat ravioli & the wife had the Primavera both meals were awesome large portions & very tasty. One word, Quality. Actually two words, Love. Ice cold crisp beer, calamari reminds me of Spain, arancini was very satisfying, pasta Primavera with home made Alfredo sauce and garlic shrimp was impressive. Kids chicken fingers were proper. Everything was seasoned to perfection. Funnel cake straws with whipped cream and ice cream satisfied the sweet tooth. Exceptional staff to top off the whole experience. Ate at this restaurant last night for date night. The food was wonderful! I have never had better fettuccini alfredo. Our server was very attentive and kind and had impeccable manners. She always said youre welcome when we said thank you. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic day ! The owners set up a seating for 20 of our family . They did an amazing Christmas decorating job and the food was A1 5 stars ! Family owned business . Italian food done to perfection . I had the chicken Parm with spaghetti ! Fabulous ! Highly recommend and so affordable ! Looking forward to revisiting soon ! Wow! Great service-Great food! Had our Italian Family Christmas get together here as my Dad lives in Welland. We all came in from different cities, Toronto, Kitchener,Hamilton. We had a great time. They decorated the table for Christmas. The service and food was impressive. I highly recommend this restaurant. I m very picky about my food & service and this was a 5 star rating for sure. All the old favourites as well as some new menu items to love. Really enjoyed the daily soup, fresh bread and churros and ice cream during my last visit and service was friendly and excellent as usual!

I ordered spaghetti and salad for take out, said 13.95 on the menu. When I go to pick up the order price was 27.00 when I got home I called to ask why the price was pretty well double the price I was told that price was before not now. Talk about price gouging and misleading prices I will not be a return customer so for a family of 4 four plates of spaghetti costs over a hundred dollars get real Wayne

Horrible. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes. Hung up now its saying customer unavailable. This isnt the first time. Very frustrating.

2 dead flys under the meat in my anti pastor platter. . . . . They are expensive but I didnt mind paying, . . . . Unfortunately I wont go back again. $91 dinner for 2. . . . . Dead flys included. NO THANKS!

I came to this restaurant because it was recommended to me. I had their chef salad with turkey and it tasted like dirty musty towels. I couldnt even eat it. The service was good. But maybe I need to try something different

Have been coming here since they were on King St! Food is always exceptional ! I always get the veal parm and change the noodles up once in awhile, gnocchi is my absolute favourite. The entire staff is amazing, won t go anywhere else for Italian food.

Had veal(ok)and garlic bread(good). $40. WAY overpriced especially for ok food. Thought I would try it since it s close to our house but Rex hotel is still the best veal in town by far and at a fair price. First and last time I eat from cc s.
