Quite possibly the slowest service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant in my entire life. It took about 30 minutes to get one item.

Fav place to get self inflicted gastrointenstinal distress! So painfully good! Their debit crashed before we could pay.the guy behind the counter was very corteous and told us to enjoy our meal on them. Amazing to see new management is cleaning up. Update 2024. Like every other franchise in this country, its now been taken over. Weak portions, slow service. Not horrible, not great.

I generally enjoy this place. But closing your delivery 2 hours early is terrible. The restaurant says 10pm but they frequently stop delivery early on all days of the week. I dont know if its a lack of supervision, laziness, or management but its still a poor choice on the restaurants part.

Quesada is a chain so if you have experience with others this will be similar. Although this Quesada mixed the burrito up before rolling it and had above average service compared to others. So for me that gets 5 stars. Prices are fair for what you get, and they have a lot of options. Vegetarian options: There is a multitude of vegetarian options Parking: Its like any sort of little-ceasers, strip mall style. Not great parking but not hard by any means Wheelchair accessibility: As a strip mall it has standard wheelchair accessibility. Although it may be hard to see over the counter at the ingredients, nothing else is physically stopping you from ordering. Id download their menu via the QR code at the counter if you are unable to see over the counter.

Really good food, a little pricey. Its great for a once in awhile treat for something a little different than the normal fast food options!

Probably 5 or 6 times now Ive come by like 20 mins before close and they are entirely locked up with lights off. I wish I could say this is bad service but its literally no service at all.

Love this restaurant. But this location has closed due to heating issues well over a week ago (maybe longer). Their phone number has since been disconnected. I know a new location is under construction nearby in Welland, and I suspect that this location will close for good until the new one is open. Some notice of clearer expectations for customers would have been appreciated. When the restaurant first closed for heating issues, it was still a little bit cold out, but now I have no idea why they are still closed. Again, some notice or information to your customers would have been much appreciated. I dont understand how a franchise like this allows itself to lose business and stayed closed for so long unless they dont plan on re-opening.

July 2023 Update. Not sure if it s new owners since they ve reopened. But the 5 strands of beef on a $20.00 burrito is absolutely unacceptable. Third time Ive been there since it s reopened. Third time I was ripped off. What a disappointment. Love this place. The burritos are always so crammed full with items. Tacos are perfect. Always quick and the best part is the consistency. Always the same goodness!!! Only complaint I have is the tip section doesn t work in the app!!!

Always amazing fresh food. To the owner- check who was working today at 12:30pm- the shorter woman was beyond friendly and when I ordered a grilled veggie bowl she made fresh veggies instead of just scraping the little bit left. Amazing customer service.

Over priced, you have to beg for a table spoon of diced tomatoes spread out between 3 tacos, family of 3 starving still after 50$ spend. Chicken was almost frozen, beef was ewww, i dont know how people eat this slop! probly why they where shut down for months, yukkk save your $$$ and support local biz. This franchise sux and this location proves it.. if you like it, id guess probly eat 5-10 hotdogs a month, and have very low standards of food quality. The girls where nice, however, they way they served the toppings, you would assume they where paying for them out of thier own pocket. To bad as i like to spoil my staff owning a biz across the street from them. It Cost them big!! at dinner time this eve being dead and still not putting any toppings on, and serving everything cold and gross. pathetic tbh. We the people are tired of bad over priced food!! Got severe food poisoning both myself and my 6 year old ..I feel it was the jarritos ( spl) pop that came with our meal so its unfortunate

I placed an order online, a burrito bowl with half rice and half street slaw for the base. When my order arrived I noticed lots of lettuce on top (didn t even have lettuce as a topping). No big deal I can pick it off, but the base was also half rice half lettuce, with no street slaw. I thought maybe I was given someone else s order by mistake, so I called the store just to ask. The girl on the phone said my order was correct to which I replied about it being incorrect. She kept asking if it was the one with all the lettuce on top and said she put extra lettuce just for me . She didn t offer to remake it correctly, which I would ve paid for it again and happily picked up. Instead she said she would keep it in mind the next time I ordered and hung up. This was very disappointing as it s impossible to pick out warm, soggy, lettuce so I couldn t eat it and it was a waste of money. I know it s just lettuce but I ve worked in customer service my whole life and it s the principle if you make something incorrectly, you re supposed to apologize and offer to remake it to how the customer ordered.

Not the first time weve eaten here. But this time a slight bit different. We got Chipotle mayo on both our burritos just to give it a bit of flavor. Once I bit into it I knew I was in trouble. 4 bites in.....Im sweating from my eyes and my mouth is on fire, Im two liters of fluids into it at this point also. But I power through and Im a mess afterwards, my tastebuds have been scorched off my tongue at this point also. But Id go back again. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients and its delicious.

Good food, but lousy service. Ordered delivery for our store through Google and our food was left outside our door. Only found out it was here when a customer came in and told us we had a bag of food sitting outside our door. Phoned Quesada to complain about the delivery service we received and and they would not take any responsibility for their delivery service. Told us we need to directly complain to the delivery driver (who we did not even see) ourselves.

Food was fresh and delicious. I had a bad day and an attitude but the young staff was kind, patient and professional all the time. Sorry for my attitude and thank you guys ! Vegetarian options: Great options

A must try! Quesada offers fresh, healthy, and flavourful food in a matter of minutes for the whole family! My one and three year old love it. The Welland location is friendly, fast, and the food is always fresh. The recent change in management has been great and it will always be a frequent option for our family.

Recently they switched from foil wrapping to paper wrapping. Foil was good at insulating the burrito. The new wrapping lets it get cold very quickly. If you live more than a 4 minute drive, probably not worth it unless you dont mind microwaving your burrito. EDIT: seems they switched back to foil, MUCH BETTER!! And the current employees are doing a pretty good job, burrito wrapping-wise.

Its obvious that staff shortages are a real issue for restaurants these days. But the burrito I purchased was pretty good and was decently priced. Tried it on a whim but not really my thing.

Well... That was an experience, we arrived at 7:55pm to order two burrito combos with a coupon, and were greeted by three very young people which I presume were new hires, my first burrito was wrapped improperly so they remade the whole thing which was fine. When it came time to pay, however, I presented my coupon from the Quesada burrito website and the associate had no clue how to process it? She just stared at me and said, I have no clue how to use the coupon?... Well after a bit more staring I said, well did you want me to pay the extra $10 and they said yes!. Well at this point my wife needed to chime in and say Im sorry but do we need to pay an extra $10 because noone told you how to use the coupon? And thats when another associate said she could call the manager.well after about 20 minutes of speaking to the manager they finally figured it out. And we got our discount. We asked for the salsa that was forgotten and was hurriedly prepared and thrown into the bag. Now it was my turn to stare... I dont know what I was expecting but was hoping for something after standing there for 45 minutes... But nothing so OK nonetheless we get back to the car to finally eat our burrito and find one of the salsas had exploded all over the bag! I took the container back in and got a new salsa. My wife and I completely kept our cool because it was pretty obvious these kids werent properly trained, and honestly they seemed so high-strung that if we got upset they would have snapped! This was quite obviously a training/management issue. Burrito was OK chips a bit stale, and everything needed salt which wasnt provided.

Ordered the spicy chicken burrito bowl. Chicken is chewy, salt is needed, cheese doesnt melt as its no name shredded mozzarella and cheddar mix. Chipotle deserves all the kudos they get for their food compared to Quesada. No comparison.

Heard that Welland launched their lean ground beef today and we were excited to give it a try on their taco. OMG it was the best taco we have ever had...also .the server suggested the paprika mixed with the sour cream and it was absolutely delicious.

Definitely not up to the standards of other locations. My wife and I stopped in around 5:30pm. They were out of or didnt have several items and the employee making our food put the wrong sauce on and clsimed that it was the sauce we requested. Based on the comments of other customers in the store we werent the only ones who were disappointed.

I understand we are all going through some interesting times. But if you can t keep up with in store traffic, then don t enable your order ahead feature. My order receipt was on the counter and when I came to the counter to tell them I was there for an online order they scrambled to make my order which turned into a burrito that was impossible to eat. If there is one real thing to talk about in this experience was just the lack of any personal skills, not even a bit of empathy. Just acknowledge a mistake was made and provide an apology or something. I just really hope all the staff at this location don t lack personal skills like the two today.

Really tasty. Just got the beef barbacoa bowl and it was good value for $$ and I am very full after just the smaller size bowl.

Im there every week on sunday nights with a few classic cars parked there. The food is great, taste fresh staff r friendly. Owner stepped out the one Sunday and introduced himself very friendly and respectful and thanked us for helping support his business during this virus

Great food. A burrito - meat, tortilla, salad and veggies - is a full meal. Tasty. Every mouthful has a different flavour to savour. Always fresh they make their own fabulous guacamole and the refried beans are awesome (2 scoops please). The staff are always friendly. And remember, like everybody else in the food service industry, they are overworked and underpaid so put a tip in the jar.

Ordered here for the first time the other day, and originally it wasn t the best experience. I had ordered the pork nachos, and they arrived with no cheese. I contacted Quesada about the situation and I quickly received a response from the owner of this location. Not only was he helpful in explaining why the situation occurred, but he is using it as a learning experience for his staff, to help avoid any issues in the future. We had a lovely chat when I came in, you can see he truly cares for his business and each customer he serves. He made me a fresh (double) serving of nachos (with tons of cheese) AND reimbursed me for my original order. In a situation that could ve lost him a bit of business, he gained a customer for life due to his amazing food and even better attitude!

The guacamole is amazing

We were charged extra for a quesadilla because they said they didnt have the kids one on the kiosk even though its on the menu. Chips smelled and tasted either stale or cooked in old oil. Weve definitely had better for the price we paid.

My burrito for pick up hadnt been started when I showed up 20 min after order confirmation. There was 1 other customer in the store. Employees were joking around.

The two younger boys one with blonde hair and the other with black curly hair were very nice and were respectful.
