Unreal! I am a Taco critic and this was next level.

The lady is very nice but the food was terrible and definitely not mexican food ! No wonder the place is empty the only thing is mexican was the little flag on the lemon slice Too bad

There needs to be more latinos working, I m not racist but I think that if a person that don t speak English should be able to order in Spanish and there are India s working there. It s a Mexican spot and there was no horchata made. I m down to work there I speak Spanish. Food was bad

Three little tacos with a bottle drink for $26. It was my sons birthday. He let us taste it and I wonder if these people have any taste buds. It was terrible.

Decent portions, but very tight on the meat. Also, the pulled pork looked more like chicken out of a can, nothing pulled about it. They didn t have Churros or waffle fries supreme available. Ok for a mangia cake Mexican restaurant

They are not Mexican nor Latin, the food is old, the rice and the meat is old, they heat everything on the griddle or microwave. I would never return to that place. Dont spend your money on old food.

The place looks good, the food is not the best but it is acceptable, what I did not like at all was the smell in the restaurant, it is unpleasant when eating, we had to eat quickly and leave as soon as possible.

Spent my afternoon yesterday eating the most incredible tacos I ve had in a min , wait time wasn t bad for the crowd that was there , but it worth the wait . Definitely will be back next time I m in the welland area

From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was very welcoming. Staff made me feel at home and made sure to give everything I ordered with urgency. My FAVOURITE GO TO s are: Birria s, Churros, Street Corn, and Rice bowls. Glad I live close by lol they gained a regular !!!

I came here by fluke because I was in the neighbourhood and was looking for something to eat, and I m so happy that I did!!. The service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. I wish there was a taco factory in my neighbourhood, but I definitely would make the drive!!

Last night, I had the best chicken tacos in Welland. The girl working there was so nice and provided amazing service. The tacos were incredibly delicious, definitely the best in town! Cant wait to go back for more!

We are on a special occasion birthday and anniversary weekend get a way from Michigan and we try different Mexican restaurants out all over the place and we decided to try this place out and and there food was excellent and there chips and salsa was amazing we would recommend this place to anyone

Man i dont even know where to start with this one. I live in welland and yea.... i walked into this store..... THE WHOLE FRONT WINDOWS OF THE STORE COATED WITH FLIES....... After i got past that and nobody in the bar They dont sell any bar things and the fish smell.... jesus christ. I got the food reguardless..... Not what i expected. Everything tasted old. And i couldnt help thinking if they dont clean the legit mountain of flies around the UV light and windows... What does the kitchen look like.... I really really wanted to love this place.... But i cant.. So freaking dirty and yea.... Kinda curious how they havent been shut down. Was actually kinda gross the amount of flies. While i was waiting for my food a couple came in and left INSTANTLY once they saw they state of everything and the smell. No idea how this place has a 4.5 star review.

Went taco factory today with my family and it was amazing and nature of lady who work their was superb as well as best tacos in town . I will definitely visit there again. Lots of love

After looking around for some good food, we decided on taco factory. We were out of town but the reviews seemed good as did the menu. We placed our order, we were told 20 min . An hour later we were still waiting , the food was for teens and a few adults nothing that would have taken an hour. Upon returning to the hotel, the chicken tacos were inedible .. chicken was cooked so well it was hard, and the shells were stale. Nothing was even remotely warm . The street corn $6 for 1 corn looked like it was microwaved rolled in tajin and feta. It was so gummy def not a fresh corn. We returned the food, and given a refund for what was brought back, the other food was eaten by kids who had no choice but to eat as they needed to eat and sadly no other option for kids age 12-16. We were told the girl in the kitchen was new and that it was her first week. 1 hour for a burrito, 2 orders of chicken tacos (3 each order consisting of cheese, light lettuce and scant sauce ) and an order of beef tacos (lettuce and cheese only) the only other options were McDonald s as it s now 10pm by the time we drive back etc never again.

I have never seen or sat on more uncomfortable seats at a restaurant in my life. They are these wobbly and sharp little stools. Its like they dont actually want people to dine in. We got the birra special which was fine. Too many onions and not enough meat.

Your food is delicious, especially your authentic Birria Tacos but the fact that EVERYTIME I order from Skip, you cancel my order. And now you are running as Birria King on skip and you still cancel EVERY order I have made in the last few months is absolutely ridiculous! How do you run out of Birria meat 20 min after you open?!?! And if you dont have something, take it off the skip menu, its that simple. I want to give you another chance, the food is good but common DO BETTER!

Wanted to try this place for awhile...so much for that, hugely disappointed. The Birira tacos, soggy and mushy. The taco dorados where deep fried and extremely small. Also got the waffle fry supreme....again small portions, whats supreme about it? Altogether these 3 items cost me $50. Overpriced for sure, but if it was good it would be worth it... Tbh shouldve already known it would be awful from the look of the place.... Please, dont waste your money and go here.

we ordered two orders of the quesabirria tacos and they were DELICIOUS! they were well seasoned and had the perfect amount of heat. the consomme was also very good. the addition of the pickled red onions was fantastic. we also ordered a side of the spanish rice and beans which was also very flavourful. the whole meal was satisfying and we ll definitely be returning!

Best food in st Catherine s if you re looking for authentic Mexican cuisine and variety this is the place to be.

We ordered delivery a couple weeks ago and because it was pretty far our food got a bit soggy but the flavors were there so tonight we went back and dined in and it was absolutely amazing. Everything was so fresh and flavourful. We ordered enough to bring some home as it reheats well in the airfryer. For 55 dollars we left with full bellies and 2 jammed packed takeout containers. If you enjoy authentic Mexican this is your place!

Went in and seen they have a wide variety of different options just wasnt what I was in the mood for that night tho but will end up trying it out thats for sure they had a very clean welcoming environment and friendly staff/employees

If I could leave a zero star I would! Worst tacos Ive ever had, ordered with a friend and they told us they couldnt split the app. Then said they didnt have half of what we asked for. Food showed up without half of the menus ingredients. (Though we asked for two to be left off, the rest with the exception of cheese and lettuce, had to be specially asked for individually).The service was slow and mind numbingly over complicated. My friend wanted different meats and they said no because it was too much work and too complicated to split up. The chairs were uncomfortable and the place was freezing. The server while may be nice enough mumbled, and not very good. We had to ask for napkins, straw, takeout containers and bill,(she said no to the bill and told us we had to come to her) and had to wait while she painstakingly reviewed what we ordered and slowly entered it in. Food was grossly overpriced for what you get. All and all incredibly disappointed especially when the reviews were so good.

Spent $35 on a meal for both me and my fiancé extremely disappointed. This is not authentic Mexican. We both took about 3 bites and threw out the whole meal and ended up going for dinner elsewhere. This place is definitely not a bar/lounge by any means either. The worker was nice enough so I ll up the stars there but this was a major let down.

Great food and variety at a fair price!

Came here last night and had a wonderful meal. Very good price for the food and portion sizes. I m from Toronto and a night out at a Mexican restaurant could cost close to double. My chimichanga was packed with meat and the waffle fries supreme was one of the best appetizers me and my friends have had!

What makes them more awesome the music these guys play in restaurant while eating it gives different vibes . and u can find awesome customer service experience. .

Had lunch at Taco Factory today! Was fortunate enough to have Sam, one of the owners join us for lunch. I asked for something authentic and got these 3 beef tacos which were delicious! The dipping sauce complimented the tacos very well! I asked for their hottest hot sauce and it had great flavour, but I like my sauces HOT and could of handled a bunch of degrees higher. Will definitely go back and want to try more off then menu!

Parking: This isnt really on the business, but limited parking options is a bit of an issue. Kid-friendliness: Could probably benefit from having a couple younger kid friendly chairs on hand.

Came here with a friend not really knowing what to expect. I was thrown off by the name of the place. I thought I was coming to a bar that would maybe have a Corona to wash my tacos down with. Its not the nicest atmosphere, its very much a takeout taco joint that has some tables and no liquor license. That.being said....the food was surprisingly good. We had chicken nachos to start. The chicken was probably the best tasting Ive had in a long time. However, the nacho portion was tiny for the price and had 7-11 nachos cheese drizzled on top. I had the famous brillia tacos. Wish it would have had more sauce with it but they were good. The street corn was super tasty. Tried to order the churros but the worker broke the machine apparently? They have some work to do, but they havent been open long. This place has potential. Id love to see more bang for your buck and a beer menu.

The food is amazing. I just finished eating the birria platter with my family and it was juicy and delicious. It is flavourful and tender and the portion was enough for me to take home. It is going to be my midnight snack. I highly recommend this place.

I am so impressed with the authenticity of this place the food was fire absolute fire. A chilli cheese burrito exactly the way that you would expect it to be an airy light fluffy tortilla loaded with vegetables with a wonderful flavourful chilli loaded with cheese and just absolutely dynamite. I m so impressed I can t say enough about it.

New hidden gem in Welland!! Wow! We ordered carne asada tacos & shrimp tacos. Probably the best tacos we have had. So fresh, loaded with toppings, great atmosphere. Bobby was a great server and offered suggestions for us on what to order. When he offered us dessert we initially said no because we were so full, until he mentioned churros and because of how good the tacos were, we had to try. Best churros we ve ever had. Prices are so reasonable & just a fantastic experience. Will definitely become one of our regular restaurants.

Largest steak rice bowl ever

Sriracha chicken and lime tacos were half the size of the fish tacos (there was almost nothing in them) and the burrito was 80% rice. Not to mention it took forever for them to be made... Wouldnt try again. Edit: I live in Toronto, Ive had authentic tacos. When I say there was almost nothing in them, Im talking about the lack of actual meat.

Went for the first time and dined in. I ll start by saying the staff was super friendly. Got 3 beef birria tacos each and the street corn . The tacos were okay, kind of small for $20 for 3 tacos but not the end of the world. The real issue is claiming they are birria tacos and the liquid looked like dish water with pretty much no flavour. The street corn was not good, corn must have been boiling for way too long and didn t have any flavour. Also, tried to get hot sauce and they didn t have any? Was given a bowl of some sauce with no spiciness and was told to be careful. Kind of weird for a taco place. Was excited for some decent tacos but unfortunately won t be back. Maybe just an off night, who knows.

Visited this establishment for the first time today and had the most delicious steak quesadillas Ive had in quite some time. Thanks to Vinci for the friendly service and a shout out to Gabby and Lupita in the kitchen for the excellent authentic Mexican food. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Over priced for mediocre food made by non culinary professionals, its alright but not worth the updated prices 8.99 for corn on the cob. Plenty of authentic taco places to choose from these prices are so over priced. I get inflation but when you compare prices with other locations this place is by far over priced... this Guy must be from Toronto let me remind him were Welland. Cheers and never over pay for things as most of us people work hard for our money.

Jerk chicken has a nice amount of spice and the surf and turf burrito was big and both were delicious. The owners dad Bobby had us laughing and was a blast! Highly recommend!

Went for dinner this evening, it was amazing! I had the 3 Birria Tacos and my husband had a beef chili burrito. We had churos also which were also freaking awesome. Everything was extremely hot and fresh. Will definitely be back. I am pregnant 10/10 would recommend!

The dopest tacos Ive ever eaten, hands down. Flavours were on point, and the crunch factor was, well, crunchy af! The chimichanga stole the show this time, but I cannot wait to come back to try more! Delicious, definitely recommend 10/10

Amazing food , worth every dollar.

The chips and salsa were mediocre but the entrees were excellent. The stools are very uncomfortable, the cutlery is plastic and the server was somewhat unorganized although very pleasant. I would recommend this place for takeout, but not dine-in.

I ordered 3 taco platters through Skip the Dishes on May 5 (Cinqo de Mayo) with 6 drinks for a total of about $120. I understand this restaurant was swamped with orders on this day but when I received my delivery, it turned out to be 2 small taco salads, 1 order of mozzarella sticks & 1 drink. I requested a refund through the app but got nothing and no reply. I requested a refund directly with the restaurant through their email but got no answer. A very disappointing experience. I doubt I will ever order from this place again and thats a shame.

Went for dinner. They had really good food it all tasted and looked amazing. They were friendly and had good service. It was clean and was very cute inside.

Back on may 18th I was sitting outside the building sometime between 8 and 9:30 at night and put a order in through its online ordering and had it canceled because they said they were busy and no cars were outside the building, not saying its a bad place just bad first experience

4 of us came in for dinner. The atmosphere was chill and the staff were friendly and engaging. We had the steak quesadilla, taco salad, Gordia trio and crunch wrap with pork.The food was delicious and portions big! The only negative was the table and chairs. Barley enough room for 4 people and the wood stools are very hard and difficult to sit in for any length of time.

I dont know where to start. I think you should head south of the border to see what real mexican is like. We ordered mozza sticks as an app which is not Mexican, quesadilla and a chimichanga. The waitress left. Had two people come out to ask what we ordered my chimichanga came out looked NOTHING like the picture , lettuce, tomatoes , onions dont belong cooked inside lettuce was gross, the plates were small in size after cutting it had food all over the table, we asked for silverware, the guy had no idea what we were talking about, we sat for about 10 mins, and my fiances quesadilla finally came out which was burnt and lastly our app came out last. We also found it odd that the cooks? Were walking thru the restaurant with crates of food off the delivery truck and not thru a back entrance. Will not go back again

We enjoyed our dinner last night, espically the birra authentic tacos. Toppings were incredibly fresh and everything was cooked fresh and hot! We will definitely return!

The staff are amazing had the best experiences with Vincy, Trisha, and Sammy. The tacos with the soft shell over the cheese dorito shell is unbelievable get it with beef or jerk chicken both are cant choose one so I got both . They are always friendly and Ive never had Caribbean Mexican fusion but it hits it is by far best Mexican restaurant Ive been too, if you love Mexican or Jamaican food you will be obsessed with this spot whoever created the menu is a BOSS.

If you are looking for fresh, wholesome, healthy and most importantly delicious food, you have to try this restaurant. We needed gluten free so we ordered chicken tacos and beef tacos to share. You get to choose 6 toppings to go with your meat and everything was fresh which always means a tastebud party. We had tomatoes, onion, lettuce, black beans, corn, jalapeños and cilantro. Both the chicken and beef were seasoned really well. We asked for mild so they went light on the jalapeños. This is not a fast food restaurant, but is more like what you could expect in the kitchen of someone who loves cooking and cares about the end product. Dietary restrictions: We needed gluten free and they were able to accommodate that. Parking: I found a street spot right in front of the restaurant so didn t pay attention to what else would be available. I ve gone to other businesses on this street and have always found a spot.

Food was delicious, fresh, and very filling. Bobby, who served us, was awesome- made us laugh and had a good time.

Staff are so friendly and food is delish. They have a large menu with several unique options and generous portion sizes. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant is tidy with a casual vibe. The sauce on the fish tacos was excellent. Would recommend.

Amazing food, birria beef is a must. Street corn was a savory way to start the meal. Some of the best food Ive tried. Upsold order of churros though, thought it was for getting a better review, was not. Still worth going again. Parking: Two parking lots closest to the business were either apartment Tennant parking only or for jewelry store next Door. There are 4 or 5 street parking locations directly outside and a few adjacent and up the block.

My boyfriend and I stumbled across this spot on a whim while visiting from the North and a case of the hangries. We ordered the beans and rice, street corn, siracha lime chicken gorditas and the beef birria tacos. The food is fresh, great flavour and there is a wild variety. The gentlemen from the back and also surved churros which were not too sweet and just the right amount of cinnamon. Id like to congratulate them on opening their 2nd location in Niagara Falls and cannot wait to stop by again!!

Edited now that I made it in for a visit. The food is average, and the only thing worse than the ambience is the service. Stay away. Previous review: Hopefully the food is made better than the place is run. Booking a table books it for an Italian restaurant in Louisiana. Then when you show up, are told I think were closed? Make sure you have a plan B I guess...

Our food was delicious! We order the burritos, quesadillas and churros. Sam our service was fast, friendly and made sure our order was perfect! We will be back!

First time eating (ordering) from here and I was so excited as I LOVE tacos and quesadillas etc. I had stated on the entire order no tomatoes please and thank you . Received my order and my Crunchwrap supreme was packed with them and flooding with onions. Don t like picking out pieces of my food as I m going. Completely missing the crunch , doesn t seem like it had any tostada in it whatsoever. The ground beef was so greasy it was dripping through the tortilla halfway through and fell apart 2/3 of the way through. Definitely not worth $18.99 The pork quesadilla was good and my kids liked it. But not too impressed with the first time eating from there

Way to overpriced, the food is ok but not worth what it costs. We paid $50 for 2 people, very small portions by the way. Not coming back

We ordered the birria platter and it was delicious! There was so much food for two people. Great drink selection.

They started off strong, but like all businesses they got lazy. I ordered a big factory burrito for $20 and received the smallest burrito Ive ever seen. Thing was probably 5 inches in a giant container it looked ridiculous lol. Anyways I wont be spending money on them anymore. RIP

They never puck up thier phone! They take forever to get food ready place is covered in flysss!! Like down the road they are truck X3 more business way better and you get your food faster.

Ordered on door dash, 20 minutes later my order was cancelled because they were closed however Google says they were still open for another 3 hours.

The Birria tacos were one of the best things I ve ever ate and the prices were amazing for the quality and amount.

We re from Toronto and this is our second time visiting this place delicious!!! They know FLAVOUR! Owners are super friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend

First time in the place and was greeted with a smile & a friendly hello. The food was outstanding the service was excellent. There is to be a addition of a bar in the future so drinks with a meal will be excellent. The prices was a breath of fresh air at 10 to 20 bucks so you cannot go wrong . Definitely a return to place and got the t-shirt to prove it.

Worst taco I had in my life, we are vegans, we asked for no cheese . We got cheese, nothing was asked for something else or do a new salad when we complained they come that way really they dont even make their own salad at a taco place?? Was a really bad experience and disappointing. Taco came in cold 20 minutes after ordering...

I visited yesterday with my partner and his friends, two of which had visited a number of times beforehand. I Loved, Loved, Loved the food. Plus, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. In fact, the cook behind the counter apologized repeatedly for the wait, which was no concern what-so-ever as the 5 of us got our food quite fast. I would absolutely come back. Vegetarian options: There was a small vegetarian section on the menu, but, again, other items were customizable and I assume you could request things without meat. Kid-friendliness: The menu items were customizable and there were items with a smaller portion size that is suitable for kids. The restaurant itself is brightly lit and has a tv that was running through a slideshow of beautiful nature photography (I got lost in the photos, myself LOL).

If youre looking for a decent option for Mexican food, the Taco Factory in Welland might be worth considering. However, it may not be the best choice in town. Although the food is satisfactory, it is a bit overpriced. I would recommend exploring other options in the area before deciding to go there. But if youre in the mood for Mexican food and there are no other options, its still a viable choice.

Went to taco factory yesterday with my friend and it was amazing! The lady there was super friendly and the food was amazing! Will deffently be eatting here again!
