Post-Covid days; I have such an appreciation for good customer service. The staff at this location are always amazing!

Orderd threw skip the dishes Manger said its not his problem cause i used a third party for ordering food.food was colder then an ice box they forgot the ranch dipping sauce no utensils quality was terrible if I had to say 711 has better food not happy for the amount spent at this chain food place

Excellent food & drinks

Went for dinner tonight and it was so cold in restaurant we had to put jackets on, our grandson s feet were even cold. The food although good got cold before we finished dinner. Felt like cold air blowing constantly. Waiter said he had to wear a sweater as well and he had to move another table to an area that was warmer but they were not any warmer when moved. The washroom was quite warm, maybe normal since restaurant was so cold. Will not go back anytime soon until they switch their heating to winter mode.

Food was amazing and our server was so helpful with a recommendation that my wife ended up LOVING (chicken parm with fettuccine in a rose sauce and ceaser salad). I had the pizza and wings which are always spot on.

Staff is always fast and friendly. Food is consistent quality and always hot.

We ordered the jambalaya and buffalo mac and cheese both were absolutely amazing! Service was en pointe mind you it wasnt too busy so we got checked on quite often.

Sadly when you not only refuse to fix your broken accessible door buttons but fail to train your staff to be responsive to concerns about said doors, you dont get as far as having the food rated. Do better.

I really like going to BP restaurants but the staff at the Welland location was not friendly at all. Specifically our server, who never once smiled at us. Not while greeting, not when taking orders or during payment. The worst was, my friend ordered a sprite and what he received was not it. It was pop alright but not sprite for sure and tasted more like regular soda. We asked an employee to change it and when she was taking it away, our server who was taking order at the next table, stopped her and asked what s wrong. I could literally hear them talk, the employee said they said it s not sprite and the server responded well it is and rolled her eyes. Our server brought back another drink 15 mins later, placed it on our table and said here s your 7up , turned back and left. The new drink had 3-4 ice cubes and was lukewarm at best. My friend was gracious enough to not complain further and just drank it. He did not wanted to tip her at all but I have myself worked as a server and understand people sometimes are frustrated or overwhelmed so decided to do so either way and left her a 10% tip. She clearly looked disappointed with it when she didn t even deserve it in the first place. I would have happily name dropped her but she never bothered to introduce herself. I really wish this comment reaches her and I hope next time she decides to work in customer service, she leaves that sassy and unpleasant attitude at home.

Food and service were great yes it may be one of the more expensive dining establishments but overall I had a great time

Boo to country music

Ordered spaghetti and Meatballs (kids meal) the Meatballs came without sauce like they had just come put of the microwave. Ordered the only other spaghetti and Meatballs on the menu (smokey mountain spaghetti and meatballs) it came out also without sauce on the Meatballs and no cheese on the pasta as advertised also Ordered Bandera bread. When the food was brought to the table the server argued with me that I didnt specify the type of spaghetti and Meatballs I wanted and t9ok it back added another meatball and a handfull of cold shredded cheese on top and the Bandera bread never came. When I asked if the Bandera bread was coming she argued with me a second time that I had never Ordered it. Very disappointed with the service and quality of food here. They did comp the bread and our drinks which is nice but still not a good experience.

The whole family order steak (medium rare) but the steak is so dry and my kids said its so hard. My kids love steak this is the first time they feel disappointed.

Dear Hudson at BP! Kindness goes a long way. The food was great but the service you provided made us feel very uncomfortable. The place was not busy. You were unfriendly and left us waiting on you while you socialized. Your face dropped when you didnt see the tip you had hoped for and you said nothing to us upon payment or departure. We can also hear you in the alley in front of the kitchen. Sorry we didnt meet YOUR expectations. Our night out felt like a chore to you.

Strap in, lads. This is a long one. (Repost as I had an older review with better score and a reply from the owner.) To preface, this was in Canada Day and half the tables were empty, the business was not busy by any means. Walked in, seated by busser. Sat looking at menus for 15 minutes before our waitress came to ask us for drinks, we ordered soft drinks for the free refills. 5 minutes later, our drinks get dropped off my a third person. Another 5 minutes before our waitress returns to ask us if we re ready to order. We express that we ve waited a while and they offer to discount. Very nice of them. Food arrives quickly and we soon realize that it s undercooked. We wait for someone to come back, no one. So we reluctantly eat the undercooked food. Our drinks are empty and no one comes to check on us or refill our soft drinks. We finish, stack our dishes and wait 20 minutes pass since we finished eating before our waitress comes back and asks if we want anything else. I ask to see the manager. I explain to him our grievances, and he doesn t even apologize or acknowledge the issues, just waves me off. He charges me the full bill, no discount that our waitress had offered. Guess who will never be back?

I will honestly be shocked if this location remains in business within the next two years. The bathroom is right behind the kitchen and when I tell you the temperature drop from the air-conditioned restaurant to an absolutely stifling almost suffocating heat in the bathroom is shocking. I want to vomit its so bad. The food is terrible and the prices are increasing every year.

We had a delightful experience. The food was great. Our waitress was super busy but did not leave us unattended. The atmosphere was nice and overall volume in the restaurant was perfect to maintain conversation.

In a word, wretched! A restaurant only needs to do four things well. One, dont keep guests waiting and be attentive. Two, serve the food hot from the kitchen. Three, serve what was ordered from the menu with no surprises in the recipe. Four, provide good value for the money. Boston Pizza Welland? Fail. Fail. Fail. Epic fail. Not going back. Wouldnt recommend this location even to someone we cant stand.

We have been to this restaurant several times and the waiter remembered our order. I was very impressed.

Not bariatric friendly. At all. Went for dinner with my husband for anniversary. We had been before and allowed to order from kids menu, for myself . And had not had an issue. Asked for a side garden salad. And was told NO. They only are to be ordered with a meal. Fine then Asked for a half size salad Was told NO then Asked for a kids menu. And was told NO. Dietary restrictions: They do not adhere to dietary needs. I was asking for a smaller meal. Not asking for a lower price. We would of paid full price It s the fact that it wasn t a option at all

Terrible service, waitress took the order, came with our orders after that completely disappeared, we had to wait for somepne to passby to waive and even though they had employees at the bar area but never bothered to keep an eye on us. Food was amazing as always but today we ordered Pepsi (cans were not available) so they gave one glass ones, not sure what was wrong with it, turned out to be flat then we asked her if they have bottles and surprisingly cans they had in the back so she got those and turned out even that was also not tasting good, overall we had no so great experience. Just a FYI, I have been to multiple Boston pizzas, but this was our 1st time experience at this location.

Havent been in a couple years and it will be a few years before i go back again. Ordered the buffalo Mac and Cheese, just awful, nothing like how it is described in the menu. My friend got the chicken Caesar salad, looked good, friend said it was pretty good.

The Mac&cheese was so good! But the noise was unbearable. We could hardly talk with the waitress. The sound bounces off the high cathedral ceiling. It was stressful, not relaxing at all!

Ordered the salmon power bowl. The serving was about half the size as the grilled chicken power bowl which my girlfriend got. The salmon was served to me raw. The chicken power bowl was served without the dressing as they told us as the food was being served they had non and will take 15 minutes to make another dressing if we wanted one. I replaced the salmon bowl with the Big Dipper. The food did come out really fast but unfortunately they did not heat up the mashed potatoes. They were stoned cold. When they gave us the bill they tried to charge me for the Big Dipper and also charged us full price for the grilled chicken when they told us they would knock off 15% for the inconvenience. Definitely won t go back to this location. On a positive note the waitress was very nice and fast with our drinks and stuff.

I had the grilled chicken salad bowl. Loved it. It was very filling. The staff were very friendly and helpful in choosing the dish selection. My only constructive criticism would be that the lady bathroom floor, although clean looking, was sticky throughout the stalls.

Very good pizza

I ordered their 10oz NY steak medium with fries and mashed with garlic bread. It was about it 30 bucks but it was worth every penny. Our waiter was great and the service was quick.

Had chicken parm with a side ceaser.Everthing about the meal was horrible! Sauce on pasta tasted awful.Chicken parm was dry with no sauce.Obviously frozen,and ceasar salad had no dressing to speak of. Service was adequate but a little slow,but the waitress was pleasant.

Service here is awesome. Food mediocre.. has sauces and ingredients on some dishes that are not listed on the menu which made finding something to eat difficult as I was having health issues at the time that limited my diet. When my food came and I couldnt eat it our server was very helpful. Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu. Two portion sizes for younger and older kids. The kids always like going.

Food was alright but Im not sure if something was wrong with the Ceasars salad dressing as I was not well afterwards to next day. Everyone else was fine. Not busy when we went. We were seated quickly, food came quickly. There was a hair stuck to the bottom of my drink and once I saw that it was over for me, didnt want to eat any more. My mom had the grilled chicken sandwich and liked it. Our waiter - well.. I just felt like we were being rushed (as he kept coming and asking if we were done and once my daughter asked for her dessert he recommended the ones to go first. She than asked for the Sundae, i had to repeat what she said because people like him intimidate her and that he did not have patience. When he got her sundae order, he asked if there would be anything else and we said no. He said just the bill than? My mom said yes and he went into his pocket and pulled it out and said oh, i just happen to have it right here. He totally gave off the Im hot af, Im in charge, Im all that and a bag of chips vibes. I wasnt the only to think that. That made it unpleasant.

We came here on family day for lunch. There weren t many people in the building when we got there. After ordering food it came out cold as anything after waiting over 50 minutes for it. I ate mine cold while my wife and her father waited for theirs to be remade. It came back fine but was a long wait. The bartender and managers/ other waitresses were running around a lot paying a lot of attention to a large party. Disappointed to be put on the back burner because you guys feel a large party need all hands on deck. In the bar section we were the first ones there but last to get food and leave Also one of the staff was carrying food to a table while chewing on food, really disgusting.

I have always enjoyed going here over the years, it used to be a pretty good bang-for-buck. We ordered the onion rings as an appetizer, and we had asked for no spicy sauce on there. Yeah we got it on the side, but then it never came with the other sauce it was supposed to have to dip with. Okay? We were disappointed because it sounded very yummy. And the onion rings should ve been named onion bits, it was mainly just small pieces and lots of breading. The pizza was yummy as usual, they have a good balance of dough-topping ratios. The biggest let down was when we had ordered a second round of drinks, the same as before. And we waited almost half an hour for 2 drinks. The dinning room wasn t even at half capacity, if it was very busy I d understand. But not half an hour for 2 drinks, by the time they came we were ready for a bill. And one of them came with a dead fly in the drink! And we had to wait until we could find someone from front of house to get it sorted out. Our waiter never came to check on us, or see how our food was. They took a drink off the bill. But unfortunately we will not be back. And people smoking weed outside that you can smell inside by the waiting area, that s not appealing

Ordered a hamburger and fries. Got home and had a sub? Called back to say i received the wrong food and they replaced my order. Unfortunately they sent it to the wrong address an hour later. COLD! I WOULD not be returning or recommend this establishment. Cant hear a thing when you order. TOO LOUD. Maybe thats why my order was messea up TWICE. Staff did not even know their own menu. Extremely dissatisfied.

The WORST experience I have ever had. Ordered for delivery back in the summer and driver was an hour and a half late. The food arrived cold and the staff don t care at all. They never apologize or offer anything they just seem perpetually annoyed at you. Thought I would try again tonight and food arrived 40 minutes late and cold once again. The staff were unhelpful and rude yet again. No apologies again. The worst customer service experience never EVER again

This BP was so disappointing. I couldnt believe how poor the quality was of this restaurant. Its like the owner stopped caring. As soon as we walked in, we saw like 10 tables covered in dirty dishes. We waited for a while at the hostess desk because there were no servers anywhere. Then, once we were seated, I noticed there were food stains on the booth seat and food splatters on the wall beside me. I usually love their jalapeño shrimp tacos (I do at least at the BP in St. Catharines), but they were quite inconsistent. One taco had a ton of coleslaw. One had mostly tomatoes, but at least the last taco had even proportions of food in it.

Party of 11. Ribs, chichen parm, and one pasta was very cold. 1 app was put out with main coarse. Ordered steak and was told not available twice the table went dry for drinks.asked for ketchup 3 tomes, orders were not right.terrible birthday party. Last years was better. Hope this was an off night the bathrooms were a disaster.

Randomly closed on a Saturday night. Can t even get a chance to serve us and they still stuck every time.

2 of ordered steak both arrived cold not enough vegetables for both of us 2 orders of beef sandwiches waitress spilled auxjus so 2 had to share 1 dip they came look warm 1 had shrimp tacos cold the only thing that came hot was thr pizza. Took forever to get drinks. Had guests from Australia I was interested that I brought them there. I have been to Boston Pizza many times always had good service but this was the worst I ever had anywhere.

Exquisite food, good and varied menu, excellent waiter service

The pasta specials ($14.99) were so so very tasty and filling. Some came home with us. The servers service had much to be desired. Was not tentative. We were served our meals. Had to ask for silverware.

I knew it wouldn t be good but it was really not good. Had a chicken sandwich and fries. I guess their fresh means freshly pulled out of the freezer and dunked in to the fryer. Never again.

2 tables got their bill before us when we were in 20 mins before them and requested the bill while they were still eating. Been here for 2 HOURS. Got 3 appetizers and water

Food was mediocre, no seasoning, very bland. We came with our two toddlers, they didnt have kid friendly cups, booster seat didnt have straps. We finished our food and asked for the bill. 30 mins later, still no bill... We walked to the front reception area and asked to pay. Very disappointed.

Always a great place to grab dinner with the family

Food was delicious. We tried Buffalo cauliflower bites delicious. I had a steak sandwich a little disappointed they overcooked the steak but it was still really good. The build your own pasta was great too

Went to BP two weeks ago, Jambalaya Fettuccine is normally fabulous, this time it was spaghetti sauce , nothing Jambalaya about it anymore, terrible, only reason i used to go there, wont be back for a long time

I called this location asking if they could accommodate 8 people. The girl on the phone answered me by saying theyre very short-staffed and would prefer if you didnt come. So I asked her. Are you saying you dont want me to come? She responded Yes dont come. This woman and whoever trained her on answering the phone should be fired. I will also be filing a formal complaint with corporate.

My friend and I stopped for a bite here. Our appetizers were good, but I had finished my drink and our waitress was nowhere in sight nor was the other half of our order. After another 10-15 minutes, she came by our table to let us know our food was coming soon, and that the kitchen was backed up. As she started to walk away, I had to ask her for a refill on my drink. Another 10 minutes passed before a gentleman came over to ask us how everything was. At this point my friend and I had been debating on leaving, so we mentioned to him that we were still waiting on our food. Within three minutes, our food was served. My friend had a goat cheese salad and I had an individual pizza I had asked for just cheese, but they put pepperoni on it, and it was just barely warm as though it had been waiting to go out. Not the end of the world, but at this point we wanted to leave so we just asked for some takeout containers and our bill. Now, I understand working in a fast-paced industry and that things dont always run smoothly, and while we did appreciate them comping one of our four plates, as well as offering a $6.00 discount, what I did not appreciate was what happened when our waitress brought us our bill. My friend offered to pay for us both, and as I told him Id pick up the bill, our waitress said I dont do this game, so one of you guys can pay and figure it out later. I felt that that was ABSOLUTELY uncalled for, and it left an awful impression with us as we left. Ive now sworn to myself that I will NOT return to the Welland location.

Too noisy. Not enough staff to go around on a busy night. Servers were doing the very best they could to keep up.

My wife and I and two children went to Boston pizza it s been a long time since I ve been and I enjoyed the service. This time I went I was not impressed at all. Every table if you looked had food splattered on the walls food encrusted into the bench seats fruit flys were disturbing are dinning area so we moved to another table. Which put us in view of something I felt very uncomfortable where we sat due to all the young employees acting like it was a hang out while they ate there food in the prepping area and were staring at my wife which made her uncomfortable and my 11 year old daughter . It was very dead in there as they said it s been like this all day but yet the floor has old dried up food on it no house keeping was done just lack of respect for a restaurant. Also two elder woman who entered the restaurant where greeted with a punk with his hat on backwards saying what s up we ll be with you in a minute just rude tone did not like it blah won t go back server was excellent though very nice nothing bad to say about her the rest not impressed not coming back

Ive been to this location multiple times and the service has always been excellent. The quality of the food is consistently great, and we know we cant go wrong with going to this location.

The pizza was very cold and the crust tasted like I was biting into cardboard. The sauce had no flavour and the creamy garlic was leaking. Unacceptable pizza and we weren t even given a receipt. Should stay away and go to dominos instead.

I will never return to a Boston pizza again. I want to start by saying I dont do reviews unless Im wowed beyond belief. This was a complete opposite. Im not one to complain about food or service, everyone has bad days. But this was my entire familys meals. The food came out after 35 minutes, cold. They even threw cold cheese on my sons burger. I asked them to melt the cheese and the burger came back black and charred and the cheese wasnt even melted but they added more cold fries...my meal was supposed to be gluten free but theyve apparently added quinoa to it now without labeling it on the menu as a change. My other 2 kids meals came out cold. My husbands pizza was an afterthought as they threw on semi cooked red onions on after the pizza was already cooked ( which was also cold) but the onions were warm. Absolutely ridiculous Im going to spend over $120 for the meal I wouldnt feed a dog. In short, dont go here unless you want cold, small portioned, burnt food.

Fantastic service! My family was celebrating my sisters birthday and the staff was more than happy to make any necessary accommodation to make the event wonderful. Update: Service has been slow as of late, and location has seemed more disorganized than others.

Love coming here for a drink. Bartenders are friendly and give great service. Bartender AJ is funny and serves amazing drinks!

Very nice terrace and service

Visited here for lunch today - I frequent this location quite a bit and know most of the staff. Today we sat at the bar for lunch - upon sitting down , the hostess came over and gave us menus . The manager (lauren ) was at the computer at the other end of the bar , completely involved in her phone not paying attention to anything but that . They had one server on for the whole restaurant . The server ended up having a larger dance group on the dining room side . The manager delivered the food for us and that was the last we seen. The poor server got stuck at the larger table , and the manager wasnt helping her with the other tables . My food was cold , drink empty but couldnt say anything as no one checked. Again not the servers fault , the manager should be picking up slack and helping instead of hiding. I mentioned it to the server when she came over after finishing with the table. She sent the manager over and all she could say was well I served it when they put it up The rice was cold , the meat was cold , the bottom of the bowl wasnt even warm which it shouldve been if the food was hot . I mentioned to the manager politely that since there was one server on that she should be more attentive to help her out which you can see she didnt like . Been in the restaurant biz long enough to know when and how to help. This same manager left kelly high and dry at the end of June as well one lunch . Took off to deliver something and was gone an hour and half, Kelly got smoked and she had zero help. Even when she came back the manager was less than helpful. I know because I was sitting there. If youre going to cut staff , make sure you staff your strongest people , not the weakest. Secondly - her attire was not professional at all in terms of management . She should not be wearing a belly shirt and what looked like slippers . Not a look for management at all. Overall the experience today is not a reflection of the server , or the staff thats normally there that know me . The manager needs some serious training and staffing should be addressed .

We were a party of 3. One had Nashville Chicken Sandwich, one had pizza and one had Memphis chicken sandwich, and one sangria. All were yummy!! Server was helpful and friendly, food came out fast, even though they were very busy. Thanks for a nice dinner.

Great Pizza!!

I was there last week and ordered the square pizza. And the royal Hawaiian. Both where really good I gave 5 stars. A week later we order the same items. The square pizza was good. But the Royal Hawaiian was completely different than the one last week. It was more like a Hawaiian. You forgot to add the royal part. We where disappointed.

Can t order to pickup. Not as nice as expected.

Food was blah. Tried to pay cash and they would not accept. Didnt even have change even for $100 bill for a 45$ purchase. Wont be going to Boston pizza again!

Order was completely wrong twice in a row, months apart. Never ordering from here again. Ive heard some pretty wild horror stories about the kitchen staff over the years anyway. Not much of a loss.

I feel bad but this was like the worst service Ive gotten in a while. Would have gotten dessert but ran out of time because it took so long for a take out container. I grabbed my own salt and pepper from inside (was on the patio) and napkins cause there was soooo much time in between checking in on us. The girl was nice enough, but yeah, just not good service.

Decent food here. Staff are friendly and attentive. Music was too loud at first however someone other than us may have complained as it was suddenly turned down, thank goodness. Noise pollution is not needed in the background when you are visiting with others for a meal! When are restaurants going to start realizing this! We chose Boston Pizza as its usually not too bad however we will stay away if this becomes the norm here. We already stay away from M.T. Bellies and others nearby because of the loud music! The buttermilk crusted chicken sandwich was yummy!

We order from here often.. my daughter with autism is a very picky eater. She is obsessed with the Bugs & Cheese. We order a variety of things, that suits everyone. We have ordered over the phone and online. Everyone is friendly and ordering online is really easy to understand. Food is always ready on time. Everyone is friendly. We have had many visits inside too & always a great experience .

I got the big dipper and I didnt finish it it was way to salty and the all the french fries from all four meals were spicy so they were contaminated by something spicy. The kids chicken finger was pink and had a weird yellowish white layer needless to say that one went in the garbage and have to mention the price of a fountain soda at 3.79 is a rip off total was almost 80 dollars and a big waste of money I will not be going back

Least expected from this big chain. I ordered one chicken Cesar salad and when I reached home I found out that there was no chicken in it, so I called them and the guy said we can have you refunded or you can pick it up. I told him to give me fresh chicken salad without bacon on it and I will pick up again.When I reached there the lady asked me to pay for extra chicken, which was a shock to me, eventually I have to pay that. They don t even consider all this hustle for customer travelling back and forth for one item. Shame on you guys.

Server changed his attitude and didnt seem to interested in being our server as we only came for coffee and dessert. The cherry on top of the visit was being told we couldnt pay w cash because there was no change in the building....... point that out before ppl order. Especially when the whole table is paying cash. Will never step foot in a Boston pizza again!!!

Was ignored for more than 15 mins so got up and left.

Our server was awesome! unfortunately i forgot her name, food was decent, the chicken parm was small & the rice/quinoa was very very bland but the 2 others i was with loved their meals

Excellent casual bar ...amazing bartenders.... excellent high definition televisions for top sports broadcasts....

Basic usual chain restaurant food, with a decent sized bar area, separated from the general dining area which was nice. Got the meatloaf and 100% is not meatloaf but more like a dried out Salisbury steak. Server/bartender was nice, as well as attentive to his tables when he got a break from making the drinks for rest of staff. Possibly will go back when in the area, but definitely staying away from whatever that meatloaf dish was
