Chicken was off, pizza was undercooked definitely not up standards Bbq drizzle was almost non existent

Always great things happening especially the cinnamon sticks with caramel sauce

Would recommend going elsewhere for pizza. Management doesnt care and employee at this location have really bad customers service skills.

Poor management. Never any slices available from 11-1 which is prime time for slices as the school is out or lunch. How are you making any money?

Horrible experience, charged extra for pizza, on complaint, they replied we can t select that option asked for half side toppings, got charged for full toppings. Workers have no knowledge about selection, zero customer respect. Giving attitude on valid complaint. Male with tattoos working on store, I showed him my order from app and he replied at the end we can t thats all (3 different toppings half on half, large pizza with dipping sauce on side, got charged 32 dollars). I am not going to order again. Raw pizza after well done instruction.

Picked out order up and it was good quality. Cashier gave me a free garlic dip cause I thought there was an extra already ordered. Thanks!

Usually love pizza pizza! They pretty much never make any mistakes with my orders. However I am disappointed that paying $2 for a chicken poutine only gets you 3-4 pieces of chicken though

Picked up pizza from this location, after a first bite i found out that dough is not fresh, must be left over from last night. I worked in pizza store years ago, and i can see whats going on. No real taste of dough and so i end up throwing that pizza into garbage. Dont want refund or apologies, just want to share real experience. Im not going back to this location again.

The food was good ..complaint is I ordered and they said would be ready at 630 ... when I got there they hadnt even put our pizza in the oven had to wait 25 mins . The girl were nice but did not seem organized .

I cone to this location once a week, and get the pickup special posted on the window, usually the xl or lrg, tonight when I went in the girl who I havent seen there before was so rude, I asked for that and pointed to the window, she said no they are just advertisements so I had a menu and ordered the large pickup special, when I got home, it was definitely not a large pizza, it was in a large box but it was a small or medium cut into very thin slices, and the crust was very doughy, not cooked After coming in weekly, I will now find another place to go I was extremely disappointed in the quality as well as the service

Pretty sure the pizza was old or the product has gone bad as my pepperoni slice tasted off.

I dont eat at Pizza Pizza often, and now I remember why. I thought a Canadian was pepperoni, bacon and mushrooms, but there was no bacon. But there was ham. ?? $38 for 2 medium, not Canadian pizzas. Never again. They werent even good pizzas.

They tried changing me 2 and when I paid asked me to pay again when it was approved

Food was ok, however they guaranteed it would be ready in 30 minutes or it would be free and they refused to honor their guarantee.

stuffed crust pizza is the best

Ordered a Medium Classic Super pizza, which comes with pepperoni, mushroom, and green pepper. When it was delivered it didnt have pepperoni so i called and the person who answered proceeded to argue that the pizza does not come with pepperoni. Its literally in the description and PICTURE on skipthedishes. Also ordered Honey garlic wings, they didnt have them, so they gave us bland plain wings without telling us clearly. They said they texted and left a voicemail but I got no text and the voicemail they left was 1 second long of them hanging up the phone. The pizza isnt even good, its like cardboard. Thank you skipthedishes for giving me a full refund, if i could leave a lower rating than 1 star i woild.

I ordered 3 med pizzas tonight for pick up. When someone went to get it they hadnt even made them. Claimed the order went to the wrong computer. Then due to a site error they tried to call an old phone number no longer in use. Waited for them to make my order and it was horrible. Not even hot when we got it home which is only a 5 min drive. The crust you could tell was premade frozen. no rise to is and uniform in size. Honestly it tasted like a frozen pizza you can buy and make at home. I could of done that for far less than $40. Only reason my family ate it was because two of us have to eat at certain times. The Niagara St location is not like this. Going to stick to there from now on.

HORRIBLE customer service. Ive only been twice, and both times made me regret purchasing from there. Both girls were sitting there talking on their phone WHILE serving me, making it seem like me being customer was such an inconvenience to them. This last time I went the woman tried to argue with me that two for $6 slices only applies if you get one cheese and one pepperoni. I made one tiny request, to please add chili flakes, and it seems like it must have been too overwhelming for me to ask as not even that was done. Im actually disgusted by the employees here, if youre that dissatisfied with your job you can always look for work elsewhere. If it wasnt for the convenience of the location I would never step foot in here again.

Just ordered a basic pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and made sure to select well done only to get a raw pizza. It was so doughy that the cheese and pepperoni came off and i could make a ball of dough. The whole layer was raw dough. On top of that, they forgot to send the dipping sauce. So basically spent money for no reason.

They were rude. Double slices of pizza ordered for pick up got them home opened them they looked like they out all nite crust was a mess hard phoned complained and was told dont like them go some where else this is pizza pizza on east main street never again very very Unprofessional. This is one of the few Pizza Pizza locations that I enjoy coming to. The staff and the owner are friendly and courteous and the location is relatively clean and well maintained. seem to get the order made in time and made well. Ive made a point to always order from this store precisely because these small things actually make the experience worth while. Excellent job guys and Keep up the good work.

Ordered online for pickup. The order tracking system didn t work, they didn t answer the phone. So I went to the store 30 mins later since I ordered and the store was NOT busy at all. How do I even know that my order is ready or not? Thank you for cold pizza and wings.

Never any crust on their pizzas. The pizza always looks like the crust has been cut off with a pizza cutter after baking.....The Pizza Pizza at the Seaway Mall location is much better and tastier!!!

Best place for the pizza. And half moon cheesey bread is exceptionally delicious. Thats not only the best thing about this place. I really don t know his name who cook piza but he is very polite with me and help me to choose my order. They are very polite and respectful to their customers. Not like other place. Just love this place.

They have poor customer service they have been closed for delivery for the last three days for oven conversions and don t know when they ll be able to re-open back up for delivery it is a poor quality ran store here in Welland Ontario and you should boycott them

I ordered 20 minutes ahead .. came to pickup the 2 medium pizzas to my surprise she hadnt even start cooking 1 of the pizzas because they were out of the topping i asked for... so she waited for me to come to decide what topping id like to replace which could of been done over the phone.. however like i said i felt for her cause she was the only person working there, she was cooking, taking orders over the phone and handling the till.... so i can give her a pass. But yeah to the owner LOW SHORTAGE OF STAFF AND SHORTAGE OF TOPPINGS

Slices are super old, crusty and tough. I had to go back in from my car to try and get fresher slices. She insisted that they were good but trust me they were horrible. I let her know that it was not okay to sell people meat and cheese that has been sitting out all day long on the counter. Dont think that will be changing though based on her reaction that it was totally normal. They are also not accessible on the Pizza Pizza app so you have to call in.

Went to pick up our pizza and BOTH pizzas looked like they were dropped and put back into the boxes, I proceeded to tell the lady this and she took the box and pushed the slices back together to make it better??!?!!!!! WOULD not trust this place. Pizza Pizza should be ashamed this location is using their name.

This is in a gas station. The service was unfriendly ans super slow. I ordered 2 slices and they were so old ans tasted gross. There fresh foosnis probabally good. But there was no sense of urgancy to get you on your way quickly. Just one speed mega slow ass :)
