A couple days ago I went in to pick up my pizza and a staff member hit my phone off the counter and broke it. This company refused to accommodate me in any way and was so rude about the whole situation. I wish I could give 0 stars I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dogs.
The Spicy Paneer Pizza from Red Swan Pizza Canada is delicious, with well-seasoned paneer, fresh veggies, and a crispy sesame seed crust. The spice level is medium, making it flavorful. A great choice for a unique pizza experience!
The pizza is delicious. Me and my friend always try the butter chicken pizza it's so damm delicious, T he staff is preparing every order on time . Great atmosphere and a excellent customer service.
My wife wanted to try something new and ordered two small pepperoni pizzas thru a dasher app. There was a deal buy one get one so the pizzas were around $16 with tip so no complaints there and they looked just like the pictures cooked to perfection and taste even better. We have found our new favorite pizza spot.
Soo sooo good. One of my favorite pizza places. Their Gluten-free Cauliflower crust is fantastic, and their toppings are awesome.
From a very friendly greating. Ordered 2 personal pizza's. ( our first time ever here) It wasn't a long wait for them. Hot, perfectly cooked. With such an amazing crust. We can't stop talking about how amazing this pizza is. We will definitely be coming back.
I had their pepperoni pizza. The dough is tasty, and both cheese and sauce are very good. Unique sesame seeds on the crust.
We ordered the Chicken Supreme pizza and we're very happy with the pizza. It was cooked nicely, it had a good amount of toppings, and the flavour was very good. We plan to be back for more! We've also tried the Loaded and the Butter Chicken, and can confirm that they are very nice! The sesame seeds on the outside of the crust make this a very unique flavour - one that we really enjoy! They do customise, so I'm sure they can make pizza without for those who don't like them.

Hot and delicious. 9th August 2024 I went to red swan pizza , I was too hungry and I got pizza before time . The best pizza I had in welland , test felt like perfectly came out of oven. Atmosphere was welcoming & lady who served pizza was very polite . Must try . Food

My wife had called this location to order simple nachos. When I say simple, she wanted NOTHING but chicken and cheese on them, nothing else. She goes to the restaurant, and confirms with the person at counter, they are made only chicken and cheese, right? The employee states yes. She gets home opens her nachos, and lo and behold, the nachos have everything she didn t order on the nachos. She called the restaurant, the person on the phone says let me check with the staff and I ll call you back. (At this point my wife had not given them her number) Upon callback, my wife explains yet again, ONLY chicken and cheese and again the person says they will look into it. The saga continues . After yet another callback my wife (now about to lose her cool, and still hungry) they offer her next order at half price. Now after many years in service herself she said no, I would ask for my money back and the store can deliver them (after all it was their mistake to begin with) The manager, owner or whoever was on the line raised their voice with my wife, YOU WANT FREE NACHOS DELIVERED!?!?!? My wife simply hung up, now out of patience and still hungry. Needless to say, if I could give this location zero stars or better yet -16 stars as that s what the original nachos cost her I would do that. On top of all this we are contacting head office to explain our situation with them because clearly the staff at this location have zero customer service! You can t correctly write down an order as simple as that, and when a customer calls to tell you the order was wrong even after double and triple checking with the staff they basically yell at you on the phone. If you re looking at getting dinner, or just an evening snack I recommend anywhere but here. They will basically take you money, and give you whatever they decide you ordered. Absolutely disgraceful! Don t waste you time and definitely not your money on this place, they don t deserve anyone s service and frankly should be shut down. Peoples time and money are valuable, not to this place.

An awesome experience. This was the first time we have ordered from Red Swan. Friends recommended it. Ordered a large special with an 8 slice pizza, 8 wings (done medium), cheese sticks and 2 pop. Delivery driver was super friendly and it took less than 45 minutes to get here. Pizza and wings were delicious. A most unique crust and moist and juicy wings. A very tasty sauce and lots of good quality toppings. Well order again! Would definitely recommend.

The food here is very good and the workers are polite. I like their nachos and their pizza. You can eat in but really its very limited space more of a takeout place. Dietary restrictions: If youre on keto they have keto pizza which is pretty good. Parking: Big parking lot but there are lots of pot holes and some pretty wild drivers, lol.

I picked up pizza and chicken bites. Chicken was burnt and dried out, DO NOT ORDER. Food isn t cheap and the arrogance I received was not welcoming. If you burn food you throw it out, not pawn it off to customers. Will never return, horribly run pizza place.

If i could give less the a 1 star i would, we just ordered for a football party a bunch of different food from multiple places. And anyone who knows welland knows pizza at 1 place wings at another!! But in this case we where very diverse including indian food at everest, (amazing) taco bell lol all the way from the falls what ever and wings from wingblock from welland. (Very good ) All came with in 40 mins. No red swan pizza!! And when we called they told us to stick it!! I understand things happen but wow rude!!! even though we are many times over return customers. Its not the pizza(that never came or did they care) it is the people who work there!!! bad service, cant judge a pizza we didnt get!!!! Barely speak english on the phone and cared zero!!! Sad world we live in!!! Love to help local, but thinking id get my pizza from a company more reputable!!!

I ordered 2 tandoori chicken pizza so first the delivery came so late the girl who was there was so rude secondly the pizzas was delivered wrong one then i called them after the guests were wrong and they started arguing with me in bad customer service way which was very rude and unprofessional.they need to learn the manners how to provide customer service all i asked and told them that wrong pizza was delivered and they could have just easily fix the issues instead blaming us and zero sense of how to talk to customer.

The pizza was good very good single pepperoni and single cheese was like double or triple of both. The wings were baked not fried. Health-wise thats a great thing but texturizing my mouth a little different. The delivery person was amazing and the atmosphere was in my own home so I was good.

The best dairy free option for pizza we ve had so far. The pizza was a half decent size and a little on the pricey side but worth it to have good dairy free cheese. Lots of different dietary options and good delivery service.
Fantastic pizza at a fantastic price! The personal pizza pick up special is great in a pinch. The pizza is super tasty, the crust is nice and crispy, and I like that they add sesame seeds to it as well. The service was also speedy. Highly recommend!
Here, I am editing my previous review, because we ordered pizza from that place number of time. But from last 3-4 times, we are not getting enough toppings. It s just 2 pieces of paneer per slice and also it was over cooked. Don t know either they were out of toppings or they were not in the mood to serve. Really disappointed.
Was there 20 mins before closing time and the staff told us we are not serving anymore! I also work at restaurant we never do those things. Really like the pizza over there but was disappointed this time.
I think the only thing stopping the growth of this amazing pizza place is the stupid name of the company. Incredible pizza. A lot of growth if they have the right branding and marketing behind it !
