Great pizza. Tasty, slightly sweet sauce, thin flexible crust, chewy greasy cheese, decent pepperoni... 3.00 for a big slice, 1 slice is filling enough for lunch, and like I said, very tasty. Got take-away tonight, pizza was just as good and the wings were excellent. Will be back again!

The staff was good and informative. Unfortunately the pizza was not. My friends and I got slices (the pizza in the store front display) so I cannot speak to freshly made pizza (which may be better).

Ordered 2 party trays for my daughter s birthday, went with them for the cost (amazing pricing) and the basically 5 star review overall which this place deserves. Haven t had pizza this good in a very long time, definitely will be trying again and could be the new regular spot.

I got an order of pizza and wings from Vincent s recently. The wings were extra saucy just as requested! Wings were fantastic. The 3/5 comes from the pizza. It was undercooked and the pepperoni wasn t very good. Would be a go to for dinner if the pizza matched the terrific wings and service. Food

One word: AMAZING! I have a new go to spot for my slices. I was served by Abob and he is the nicest person Ive met in a long time. He was beaming with positivity and kindness. The service was incredible. It felt so cozy and homey, I didnt wanna leave. Not to mention, the pizza was outstanding. The crust wasnt too crunchy, the cheese was warm and melty, the sauce tasted fresh and tangy. It was just fantastic. Id go here again in a heartbeat. I cant say enough good things about this place. Go there and you wont regret it!

Vincents had great food and service. Weve been in Welland for a few years and could settle on a favourite pizza place. Tried Vincents Victoria day as they were one of the only places open. Lots of toppings on the pizza and perfect wings. Delivery was prompt and friendly.

Pizza slices are huge and worth the money. The taste was very good. Sat inside and accommodations are good for basically takeout but perfect for a quick drop and slice. The owner Abob was welcoming, and did check to see if everything was OK. Overall a nice experience for a quick bite. Parking: Parking is located beside the building across from the pet hospital.

Best place in town. Go see Abob and he will feed you.

I really love this place but the fact that they charged me $1 for less than HALF a container of blue cheese really grinds my gears.

Im from out of town and here for baseball tournament. Saw Vincents. Looking for a mom & pop style place for subs. Staff was super friendly!!! I ordered 3 mixed subs. Ive worked in a pizza/sub shop and 3 mixed subs shouldnt take as long as they did to put together. I honestly dont think he had anything pre-cut before hand. I was offered a free can of pop (that was nice). Got to ball game (I was late getting there cuz subs took life to make. Took subs out of bag or should say tried. All 3 had fallen apart. The guy had wrapped them in tin foil that was not even big enough to roll the sub closed. We end up having to eat everything with our fingers. Like scooping it. Big disappointment. But the ingredients were fresh so basically turned into a salad with meat.

I used to go to this place during the pandemic and honestly its one of the best pizzas I have ever had. A classic cheese pizza tastes phenomenal. They provide a great service, these guys know what they are doing. God bless!

Used to get pizza from here often it it was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered a party tray tonight and upon pickup we receive a large pizza instead. The pizza was absolutely disgusting. The pizza was dry and seemed like it was made in the afternoon. Not to mention the topping on the pizza was nowhere near what we ordered. It seemed like it was a substitute for their mistake. I m giving them 2 stars as they did provide us another large pizza for their mistake. I would not recommend this location for pizza. I should have taken my order to twice the deal as they would have made a better quality pizza .and that is saying something.

Ordering from Vincents Pizza was a complete breath of fresh air! The owner Ahmed was the nicest... and I cant say this enough..the kindest person I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. Every restaurant should take a course from Ahmed on customer service. So polite and helpful! We had just had a terrible experience with another company and Ahmeds positivity couldnt have come at a better time, and not to mention the food was fantastic!!! Your son who delivered was also the sweetest! They now have us as customers for life! Thank you for just being you!!!

Not only are the prices and services are great but the toppings and ingredients in the food sold at this pizzeria is super rich and fresh! Ive been to New York, Boston, Chicago and many other states where the pizza is great, this place is easily right up there with them. Especially pizza being my favorite and top food, it means Ive eaten a lot of it, from different locations and this review should say enough about the quality youd experience. Ive been around this restaurant since the last owners were around and even with the new owners, they did nothing but advance the food even more. You will do a happy dance while eating this pizza! BEST PIZZA IN ALL OF NIAGARA! We got the new york style pie s and our jaws dropped when we saw the size of the boxes They were even bigger than a party tray and tasted like these pies caught a flight right from new york. We got one cheese and one pepperoni, i m a big pizza eater but i could only get through 2 of these jumbo slices before tapping out. Customer service was amazing the guy was so sweet and was joking around with us and made the experience 10x better than just an ordinary pick up. Will be getting pizza from here all the time now and I m not even from Welland lol! Thank you so much!

I just ordered the new steak sub pizza, It s was just mouth watering. That s how good it was. It s also super filling which is nice. Overall the pizza was amazing.

Generous amount of toppings and perhaps could improve on the quality of the pepperoni also could add a little more softness on the dough. Double checking on the doneness of the pizza was impressive. Overall three and a quarter stars considering the taste and five stars for the quantity. But the service alone was definitely five plus.

Ordered their medium pizza with 20 wing combo last night. Waited 30 minutes (as normal) and then went to pick it up... they made a small instead.. At first tried to just give us this but thats not what we ordered... so instead , heated up 2 slices (who knows how long they were sitting in the display case) . Anything he could to not have to remake the pizza. We ordered our pizza with toppings so of course these slices didnt have that either. Then tried to charge me full price ! We order from here quite frequently but wont be anymore. The customer service was ridiculous. He thought it was funny. Ordered a medium since we had 3 people to feed , left with a small and 2 slices that probably sat there all day. 1/10

Years ago 1998-2000 approx every week Id pick up a 6 slice pizza for my dad and I to watch the current NHL game. Dad being totally European this was his fave. Well he passed in 2001. I his daughter moved away from Niagara region. Today I ordered Pizza and wings knowing there are new owners. Wish I hadnt waited so long. THANK-YOU for continuing an amazing menu. Best in Welland folks. Memories relived today. Whoever new owners are keep doing what you do.

My wife has wanted to try this for some time and we decided to give it a shot. WOW....! If you remember the old Pizza Delight then you are there. The flavor tastes exactly like that. The crust is crispy and soft on in the inside,and the toppings are great. We have ordered from them numerous times and its perfect every time.

Would not recommend Pizza was oddly cooked; dough was chewy and tough. Wings were small overcooked, tough and had a sweet sauce which added to the dissatisfaction. Overall, the whole experience was disappointing. A better option would be to by the least expensive frozen pizza and chicken wings from the grocery store and cook them at home.

Vincents pizza is the best. I used to order little ceasers, but no longer since I tried this pizza. We moved out of Welland a year ago, and will only have pizza when I drive from Milton to get it at Vincents. It is worth the drive, give it a try.

The worst pizza I have had ever.

Very disappointed with our pizza and wings tonight. Our pizza was cold when we received it. Our skip the dishes delivery person picked up 2 orders and delivered ours second and it was no longer hot. The pizza looked good, but it lacked flavour, it was very bland tasting. Less than superior products were used. We ordered hot wings, and hot they were not, they also had hardly had any taste at all. Sorry Vincents we wont be ordering again.

Vincent pizzeria is easily one of the best pizzeria in welland, the quality of the pizza is always consistent and delish! The owner is and amazing guy and every time you walk in the store he greets you with a smile. 10/10 would recommend

Extremely friendly. I felt bad bringing in so much small change but he accepted it greatly :) conversation the whole time waiting for my slice. Mind u only a couple mins but pleasing not having to stand in awkward silence waiting. Instead of talking with a new friend :)

This place seems to have gone through a few changes in management over the years, but the pizza has always been great. The man who served my food was full of positive energy, and made my pizza perfectly. With so many good options for pizza in Welland, its these kinds of things that will help set them apart. The party pizza was well worth the wait. Crust was done right and not greasy like some other places. Toppings were just enough, could be a tad more generous however the cheese was the best part - not at all plasticky which is how it should be!! Keep it up guys

No complaints with Vincent s pizza. The pricing is very competitive, that was my deciding factor when determining my next place to order pizza from. Ended up ordering a 3 topping party size. First thing I noticed was the weight of the pizza, there s no skimping out here. The tomato sauce is very tasty and the toppings fresh. Pizza was cooked well, crunchy crust and lots of flavour. Fresh out the oven and still hot when I got home 10 minutes later.

Best pizza in Welland for the price, handle allergy requests like a champ, and the toppings are always equal between slices.

Tried Vincents for the first time in a long time and was impressed. Pizza was very good from the crust to the sauce to the toppings (fresh mushrooms!). Wings were cooked perfectly and very tasty. I think I prefer Vincents to neighbouring competitors now, and theyre less expensive, too.

This is the second time i ordered pineapple on the pizza, and the second time they put pepperoni on it instead. They obviously dont agree with pineapple on pizza, but im the one stuck paying for it.. they just said call skip.

Update.. My review.. So too all who dont like this place you must understand . he is not a fast food join that has 1000 locations.... This pizza is made for 45min so its made perfect all the ti.e not 20min. Like other big name pizza joints.. I have quote over 2000 joints and this place next too heavy-duty pizza back in the day are golden. Support locals.... Vincent i love your pizza and wings keep up the amazing job.

I have to say the pizza is ok - perhaps below average - and Ive had pizza in Chicago, NYC and Europe, but the wings are the worst I ever had - absolutely ever. There is something really, really off with the texture - not sure if they are old, or refrozen, but something is totally off. Get the pizza if you decide to go here, never the wings.

Best pizza in welland

Used to get gnocchi and meatballs from here all the time. Hasnt been years and boy, it has really downgraded. The meatballs used to be my favourite, and now theyre tiny, rubbery lil pieces of what I assume isnt even beef. The pasta sauce tastes like $1 canned sauce, used to be phenomenal. The garlic bread was literally tasteless. Like eating air. Im not sure if the portion sizes are smaller, or its just the pound of extra sauce they stuffed in the package that displaced it. I will say, the young lads that work there are really nice, really the only upside to this place now. They have forever lost me, and my familys business. Disappointed.

I eat at Vincents Pizzeria a good amount, since I used to eat there a lot in high school, so I was worried when I heard that the shop changed hands somewhat recently. Of course, a lot of the time new ownership means they change things that work and it takes some adjusting, but Im happy to say that even with new ownership, it seems the quality has stayed at the same high standard theyve kept it at since 2014. The new owner and employee both seem very friendly and welcoming, and when I asked whether or not it had changed owners, the employee seemed concerned. He asked if there was an issue, or if Id noticed a negative change in quality, and I assured him that wasnt the case - Just that going there for so long I got to know the previous owner a bit and hadnt seen him around in a while. Pizza is still fantastic, service is good, and they seem to be keeping busy which is a testament to how loyal the community here is to them and their product. Also very good price for the quality and quantity of pizza.

The owner of this establishment is amazing! We ordered a pizza through a app and select toppings werent there so I assumed it come with pep and cheese. The pizza arrived with no pep so I called. This man was wonderful. He fixed the issue made me the correct pizza and delivered it as a courtesy even though the app was incorrect. Thank you so much for the amazing service and excellent service. Had a double meat sub. Overall was good, but the bread was stale. This ruined an otherwise good sub.

We have been ordering from here for awhile and after tonight became very disappointed. It was not the normal guy who usually answers. This guy had no manners and a tone of no care. The pizza was under cooked and we didn t even get what we ordered. Very disappointed, this use to be our favourite place.

Ordered the 20 inch pizza....it was delicious!!!!! Will order again.

First and last time coming to this place. Ordered two subs (steak & assorted) and told him to hold the mushrooms-which he wrote down. Told me it would be about 15-20 minutes. No problem. It took nearly 40 minutes for two subs and when I got home, mushrooms were on the steak sub.

I go here all the time and every single time I go, I am treated with so much respect and the food is amazing every time! Alhamdulillah

Vincent s pizza is the best pizza in Welland and beyond! Toppings are fresh, tasty sauce and crust. The guys here are super friendly and always on time even when they are busy. The prices at Vincent s are great you won t want to get pizza anywhere else once you try it!!

Awesome pizza some of the best in Welland. Used to go here years ago before they closed and then reopened and its not much different then the good old pizza they had before. The NY style pizza is a favorite. I would recommend for the thinner crust pizza lovers.

Picked up a large double pep and double cheese pizza and 20 wings. Wings were all flats (no drums which is very odd) and while the medium were good, the dry cajun were not. Seasoning issue. The pizza dough is thick and chewy and heavy (not thick like a pan pizza, just regular crust but very heavy and chewy almost like a store bought frozen pizza). Sorry, we wont be back.

I have a very picky eater we & normally purchased pizza at one place and wings at another. We have found somewhere that has it all!! Great service, on-time, food was absolutely amazing. Havent been in years and looking forward to trying more of their Foods. Great job!

Best pizza in Welland, but what makes this place stand out is the friendly service. I have lately ordered at least once a week (help out local businesses during COVID by buying local) and ALWAYS have a good experience. Good prices, tasty pizza with lots of toppings and the large pizza is huge, bigger than other pizza joints. Go check them out.
