Its amazingly bad!!! Like.. comically bad!!! If you spend $70 on 2 shots and tip 30% theres no difference in service if you spend $5 on shots and tip 0%.. moral of the story here is... dont tip!!! This is coming from someone with 15yrs Bar experience.. Great bar to spend the least amount possible, dont over tip it doesnt go as far as any other bar

I was dubious about at first about the park at first but we decided to check it out. We usually went to play pool every thursday at tailgates but since the park had three tables we went. First things firat Kelli greeted us at the door, very warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We ordered drinks and food and they came rather quickly. The prices are excellent, especially the kids menu (free when you spend over $15). We have been back several times since and I have even brought my family and have enjoyed it every time. All the bartenders there are amazing but Kelli takes the cake, remembering our orders every time we show up. All in all would recommend.

The service is quick and efficient. The food that ive tried is great. They have 3 pool tables which is nice when its busier

Great place to hang out and play free pool. Bartenders are nice people, but the bar gets really loud closer to closing time. Its a bar trying to be a nightclub at night, lol Always great deals on wings every Wednesdays and Sundays.

Had such a good night there, the music was fantastic all night and the bartenders were super sweet and friendly. I can t wait to go back :)

Good food and drinks but the staff are not polite, whichever blonde working tonight 02/07 was very rude and passive aggressive to my group, if you dont like serving dont be in hospitality. I was asked by my sister to not post this, has nothing to do with personal issues. Bad service will always get a one star from me. Also unprofessional response but I wouldnt expect anything else.

Bars great with ONE exception and her names Rosie. This server wasn t only the rudest one but she spit in my fries refused to give new ones or any napkins so I had to use toilet paper she also stole my money ! When I asked for my change back from the food witch was $5 she said no cause that s her tip for spitting on my food I guess so in short never going back and telling all Welland bars not to hire this gross woman.

I went yesterday on a date for Valentine s Day and experienced bad service especially with rosie, the food was okay but other than that not impressed what so ever like I ve been served there before many times and she won t even let me sit in and eat.

I went last night, ordered a bunch of turbos and food I was surprised at the bartender s speed. Her name was Lena she took everyone s order and took care of them super quick with smiles on her face the whole time. Just stopped in after living in the area 2 years. The bartender was very friendly: they have 3 black billiard tables. I will be back.

This may be a one off situation that may not reflect the general atmosphere/service but nevertheless, it should not have happened in the first place First time here. Had 1 beer then waited 25 minutes at the bar, did not get served nor was I asked if I needed anything. At least 20 people got served(7 came directly next to me) before another customer asked the bar tender to check with me if I needed anything else. Accidentally got someone s beer thrown out but offered to pay for the replacement, but was told that cost was already covered. BIG SHOUTOUT TO THE OWNER NICK FOR TAKING THE TIME TO APOLOGIZE FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT HIS FAULT AND OFFERING TO MAKE IT UP.

First time attending this place and I have to say it was a great experience! The drinks were so good and nicely priced. Pool was free which was a huge bonus! The server was by herself but she was fantastic with getting food orders and our drink orders!! Can t wait to come back!

Pool tables, board games and card games are available which I find cool. They got some awesome drink choices and the prices arent insane. The place has a friendly vibe to it and theres always new people to meet.

Terrible experience last night. Had some good fun with some old friends I got cut off before I even got drunk. The guy last night has a hard time trying to mind his own business. Im considering doing my drinking in st Catharines or niagara falls now. Dont assume you know what you dont bud that was not a lovely experience. The bartender started asking if I was alright and maybe assumed I was drunk? and to be honest I didnt really care for conversation I was just old me trying to get drunk but yall couldnt even let me do that as a matter of fact you couldnt even go ahead and tell me myself you had to tell someone who wanted to buy me a drink

Have to pay each drink individually or pre but them as they dont do tabs.

Always a great experience at the park bar. Everything is always very clean, music is always good and servers are amazing. The drinks are reasonably priced and the food is great! Defiantly a place worth checking out. Kelsey and Liv always make my experiences at the park very enjoyable. And the owner Nick is very nice and friendly.

Ordered through skip the dishes Hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. Inside was still doughy/soft and outside was rock hard It was a soppy mess and felt sick immediately after Wouldnt even give them 1 star but sadly have no choice with this

Id never heard of this place before. Found it on Google when looking for a place to play pool. It is awesome! Bartenders were great, super polite and friendly. Pool is free which was awesome as well. The food was just alright. Got the chicken finger special and my partner got a chicken sandwich. The chicken in both was a bit overcooked but Ill take that over undercooked. Overall a very enjoyable evening at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

Place only accommodates regulars. I live across the road, and they are rude every time I call. The limited menu is cheap on portions with average quality. Also seems to be open all hours of the night as Ill wake up at 3 am to use my washroom and have the street parking cluttered with obnoxious noise coming from their small patio.

Cheap drinks, free pool, decent menu that you can order from til 2am, solid music more appealing to a younger crowd but I enjoy it a lot personally. Overall anything you can ask for at a local bar you get the best out of at park in my opinion.

Went to the park bar last week, ordered a bunch of turbos with my boyfriend. Bartender was making the drinks and taking cash and did not perform any kind of hand hygiene the whole time we were there. Couple days later I have a sore throat. Money is so dirty and the fact that the owner allows this kind of dirtiness, I can only imagine how disgusting Angelina s pizza was for them to have been closed down by public health before. It s so easy to have hand sanitizer at the bar for the bartenders.. they touch money they should at least use hand sanitizer before handling drinks and touching patrons straws that are about to go in their mouth. Just filthy behaviour.
