Stopped for a quick beer during our cycling trip on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Good service and nice atmosphere

I stopped in and had a nice cold draft on the patio after a long bike ride. The waitresses are always so friendly and quick to serve you . Great place!
This bar reminds me of some of my favs around where I live. Came in 3 Weds in a row because my boyfriend was out that way for work. I work in the industry so I always prefer bars that have a more casual attitude of service, meaning basically they treat you like they treat all their regular customers, will chat and joke with you, and don’t put on an act to provide good service. Definitely an interesting spot but I loved the vibe and I’ll see you again whenever I’m back in Welland.

You want an old school sports bar that cares about their customers with great food and service with a smile…. This is your spot. If you’re hungry, try the Philly sub, you won’t be disappointed.
Had dinner here. The portions are very large and not to bad for bar food. Not too many choices on the menu but it is a bar. It was very busy when we arrived , packed to be more specific. The waitresses were a little overworked but still did an ok job of looking after us considering how busy they were. Prices are fair, parking can be a bit challenging but again the place was full. That's a good sign in my eyes.
Although a very short visit, I was impressed with the efficiency of the waitress, her demeanor, and ability to check with our group for beverages and satisfaction. The crowd was few, but it was not a Sunday. They are a well focused sports bar with a warm atmosphere.
*service still sucks* I went there last week and the place was packed with a team playing shuffle board. There was only one girl working. She came up to my floor 5 TIMES and never served my table! We waited 20 mins and called the bar from our table! 15 mins later a friend joined us and we almost called again to order more drinks but he just went up to the bar and ordered. At that point it wasnt as busy. Not a good night when u have to wait 3 hours for 4 drinks.

Meh. Sandwich two beers and tip 40 bucks. A little stiff for a booze pub. Service was ok. No specials, probably why the place was empty Monday night

We did a pub crawl, came into the bar around 8:30. The bar tender was unwelcoming from the first word. Im, by no means a regular, however I do live here in Welland and visit many local establishments. She will kill your business, get her gone. Unless youre OK with the regular crowd.

The place was not busy at all and the bartender didnt serve us a menu. Its been over 1 hours and all she said was Sorry as we left. Poor poor service , we had a table of 4. Not going back there again.

By far one of the WORST customer service experiences I had. 4 waitresses on and I sat there for 25 minutes without a menu after she brought our beers and followed up with I m not running you a tab 9.50 and walked away. Left and took our business elsewhere. Absolutely atrocious.

Regular style wings were pretty good but the Cajun ones were awful. Not sure of what type of spices used but they were awful. Wings were pretty small. Service was ok. Not sure if the waitress was a beginner but didnt know much about the menu. Id go again but will be choosy with what I will order.

Àlways a fun place to go, wings are large, many flavors to choose from. A great selection of draft, ice cold. TV screens at every turn with every major (and not so major) sports game on. Service is always friendly.
