Its been a while since Ive been back to Burger King. The sandwiches I had were perfect.

Worst service Got my order wrong twice on drive thru And when went inside for food and they said we are waiting for chicken like waiting for 20-25 minutes getting my food right and when half of the food became cold because of them making wrong sandwich. also everyone was speaking their native language. Disgusting service and atmosphere Not coming back again at this location.

Service was horrible got the order wrong tried to not refund us then tried to hide our receipt so we couldn t get the refund said they couldn t get the order back to refund us

Aman, bazid, and the crew are very good and care a lot about the customer. They try to make everything fresh and be up front and honest about everything. They work hard to serve others and the community. It is not an easy job to do this all Day and people need to be rewarded for there work. The financial gap between owners and hard working employees is unfathomable rich big time owners from shoppers McDonald s Wendy s Burger King wal mart paying low wage to those keeping the doors open and providing good service. Let s step up and do more for the worker, instead of do less or just what s required. God bless

Just had one of my worst breakfast experience in Canada. 1. We ordered a beef burger only to be told post order that their fryer was not working and asked if we could change our order. Since it could happen to any place we changed it to chicken. 2. There was price difference and they never addressed it until we enquired about it . 3. One of the chicken burger ordered was too salty and could not be eaten 4. We took the burger to the staff only to be told that they couldn t do anything(staff - Sharjeel) and that they make it that way because people love too much salt Really sad to have experienced on a quiet nice Sunday morning..

nice people but they are not good at their job at all, if you order using your phone on the app expect to wait 15-20 minutes to get your food, i went in for food and before I even got my food, 3 people came up and were mad that their order was wrong. 3 people in the matter of 10 minutes, my girlfriend got a burger and even that was wrong, they took it back from her, and then put it in my order which was at that point a cold burger, food is decent but everything about the people that work here is just bad at their job.

This was my second time there, decided to give it another try. The Staffs attitude is that they couldnt care less. Food was cold. Will try another location next time I get a craving for a whopper.

This place has got to be the worst Burger King in Niagara. Customer service does not exist here. It is near my house so I used to frequent it a lot but its gone downhill fast since the remodel. So many errors, stale food, cold burgers, old fries or onion rings. etc If you approach the manager he doesnt seem to care at all and downplays everything. Staff will stare at you and talk in a language that is nor English or French while laughing. Its frustrating. You will wait an extended period of time for them to fix their errors as they serve their other clients before you. If you order at the drive through, a standard whopper and fries and even though there arent any vehicles behind you they will make you pull ahead and wait to get you off the timer. I cant stand this place anymore and no matter how many times you complain to management or on the BK survey nothing changes.

A disappointment after waiting so long to have a flame broiled burger. It was dry and no ketchup mustard or relish. Possibly my fault for not ask8ng for any. Onion rings and fries were delicious

When you say take out when you order you get your food in a bag to takeout. Not on a tray, then you ask for a bag and get handed vinegar. I repeat myself and then get handed a bag. I then bag my food and leave.

11 people working on a Friday night this place is not cleaned at all and there is fruit flys all over trash is over flowing. And the ground looks like its not been cleaned for 3 days the tables also not to mention they are not busy

I understand takeout places gets busy but the employees at this location are constantly wearing the same gloves as theyre handling food, money, cash registers and interact machines, aswell as touching coworkers arms with these same gloves on while forgetting items on orders. Not to mention laughing about it. Im pretty sure health and food safety would not approve of the glove wearing. I personally will not be ordering from this place anymore.

You ever wanted to play russian rolluete with your stumach this is the place its literally 50/50 first time I went I gort hit with the bullet felt terrible the rest of the day next time I went got the same thing I was fine but my roommate died to I can determind its a 50/50 split (I got the whopper combo) the fries are fine).

I usually have good experiences with this place but tonight was the final straw. I ordered my meal. At least 10 mins go by. No problem usually the wait for fast food. But then the skip the dishes guy arrives, pretty much the staff stop what they were doing and did the skip order first before the line of customers inside. There was one kid that got there before me, they put down his food, then they immediately put it back. Please focus on the people that were there before the skip driver.

Food is always bad quality , went there for Whopper Wednesday figuring why not give it another chance. They end up charging me regular price whopper combo for $10.50. I asked them for fresh fries and they tell me to park. I realize I was charged too much so I walk in to get my order and to question the receipt. They stand there saying well we would have to refund you and re ring you in for the whopper Wednesday deal which they didn t want to spend the 2 minutes doing so so they offered me a free pie. I m like okay but make sure the fries are fresh please. I literally watch and no new baskets of fries come up and they are acting as if they are waiting on fresh fries but then they scoop the old fries that have been sitting in the heater for probably 45 minutes or so. They think everyone is stupid but Burger King is declining. Especially this location. The new St Catherine s location ok Welland Ave is amazing. Ask for fresh fries and they oblige. They also give you the whopper Wednesday deal without question.

I went to Burger King on Niagara street ordered 5 whoopers a chicken sandwich and a kids meal they asked me to pull up and wait on the side there were two other vehicles there so we explained to the guy we can t pull up as there are two other vehicles waiting on food. We got our food the whooper had hair in it none was cut in half as requested the lettuce are brown like they weee going bad this is out of order and I need this situation addressed quickly because I feel like this was intentional because we didn t pull up off of his timer like he asked us too! I m afraid to ever eat from Burger King Niagara street again

Good burgers, fries could be better

Worst bk Ive been too....shame its the only one in welland. Not only am I missing items litterally everytime I go but the food is always cold and fries are filled to the bare minimum...paid extra almost 3 bucks for extra sauce to get home to no sauce not even for the kids nugget meals. All I gotta say is PAY ATTENTION its not rocket science!

I was so impressed with my breakfast this morning! I tried cheesy bacon melt combo, and my friend got fresh toast sticks with hashbrowns, which was superb. we both finished our whole meal, and we were so impressed with the quantity of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. I will definitely be back!

Sure, Burger King is a great fast food restaurant. Their burgers are delicious and they have a wide variety of options on their menu. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Its a good place to grab a quick, tasty meal. Will visit soon!!

I ordered and then paid my bill at 9:42 as per the recipt. I was told to pull forward or there was no one waiting and there was no one behind me. I sat there and waited while two other cars eventually came behind me and pulled for the word after paying as well. I finally got my food at 10:06. Food was good. This is the first time I have ordered breakfast from Burger King. My low review is not because of the quality of food is because I had to sit and wait for what I would consider to be an unreasonable amount of time for food to come out of a drive-thru.

Placed an online order for 1 item (a poutine). Went drive thru to pick it up but ended up waiting 10 minutes for my order. My mom and I visited the Welland Burger King and ordered the Whopper Jr., the Whopper, and the Cheeseburger, the total price is $16.75. Parking: We got parking out of the drive-thru, and we looked at traffic along Niagara Street and Woodlawn Road by the Esso Gas station, and Circle K convenience store and the Seaway Mall, as well as Holy Cross Cemetery, and Woodlawn Cemetery.

Always great food and friendly staff. What led me to review is I did notice they have LED lights on the outer side of the front counter for the holidays. They flash pretty aggressively which could maybe put some people with epilepsy at risk. Be safe!

Great food great staff

Since it has reopened after renovation, I have been asked to pull forward and wait every single time I have ordered. I have also noticed almost every other car being told to pull forward and wait for their food. Having an employee come out and delivery each order to the cars (or worse, waiting until all the orders are done then bringing them out all together, making everyone wait very long) entirely defeats the purpose of a drive through. I am become increasingly frustrated with the way the drivethrpugh is run and I hope to see improvements soon.

Reasonable price with some of the deals and coupons BK has. The food is always good everytime I get food from here which tends to be once every other week on average. Occasionally they mess up on my order with toppings on my burger in the drive-thru which I can kind of live with but a little inconvenient, and its why I score them 4/5 instead of 5 since it has happened a few times. Other than that, amazing BK place and they just renovated it so it looks even nicer than before. My recommendation is that maybe employees pay attention to what is being ordered and/or confirm the order.

Born and raised here,,,came home for a visit and stopped in for a meal, will not be back. Staff in back kitchen were slam banging pots or some kind of metal containers, very loud in the restaurant, 99% of staff were speaking their own language with the other 1% obviously in ear shot, this is very rude and disrespectful tto that 1 staff member. Floor was sticky, no ice in pop machine, area for straws/ napkins etc a mess btw, us included there was 4 people in the restaurant.

Really nice renovations done recently. We ordered our food and took it outside to their patio dining area. The outside tables were clean and in great condition. So glad to have that option. The food was good and fresh.

Ive completly switched from McDonalds to burger king. Friendly staff that are smiling and look happy to work hard at there job. Order was fast and accurate with special requests made. Most of these bad reviews are probably racists losers who are just upset they lost there life long fast food job to someone who actually wants to work hard. The idiots complaining about moving up will in the drive through will be the same idiots yelling for the person to move up when they just ordered a coffee. Its called being efficient.

Worst crispy chicken siracha ever. The cheese and bacon were hard to find and there was so much sauce on both top and bottom buns you couldnt taste anyrhing else but the sauce.

My kids chicken nuggets were so dry! The Hershey pie is the bomb. I get it every time.
