So this was my first time at Harvey s I heard it s a really good place and luckily I got this card for a free burger at Harvey s so I had a chance to try this place out. When I enter immediately the lady ask if I m here for a pickup and I said no I m here to order and everyone laughed, I realized oh wait they were doing the stereotype where all brown people do Uber eats and DoorDash. It was funny though wasn t mad. I got a buffalo chicken burger and poutine, I was surprised that you can pick out your own toppings, the burger was really decent the poutine was good also it had alot of gravy which I love I like it with alot of gravy. I had a very good first time experience at this restaurant.

Slowest fast food place in Welland! Also, I believe my son got food poisoning a few days ago as he got really sick just hours after eating chicken nuggets, onion rings and burger. Also, the burgers we ordered were cold to the touch. Can see employees talking in drivethru window while food is laid out, getting cold. Wont order from here again. Constant issues here.

Didnt give us the dipping sauces we asked for, didnt even put lettuce on one of the wraps, we only asked for cheese and lettuce on the wrap, how do you miss 50/50 of the toppings? Not impressed. Very simple order, got it more than half wrong.

I visited here with my family. The taste of chicken sandwich awesome and delicious . However, I didn t knew the toppings for my chicken then i was served by Satinder. He suggested me toppings and made my taste as my choice. I would recommend everyone to visit this place.

Am not too impressed with this Harvey s. This is the third time we ve had our order wrong. First time we got one of our burgers that still had toppings on it that wasn t supposed to. Then today ordered 2 large chicken bacon ranch poutines. We got a regular poutines with chicken on it. No bacon no ranch sauce at all. And missing our drinks from the delivery

To start the staff is amazing, so friendly and kind. Shout out to Ann, who is so sweet and just full of energy! They are always fast and the food is always great! Tammy at the cash is so nice and knows her stuff. My favourite is the Redbull Slushies, you gotta try it.

Visited this location for a late dinner. Manmeet was patient and allowed me to use the online promotion even through I ordered in person. Everyone was actually very professional and kind! Really enjoyed my experience and the food was fast and fresh!

Just awful service at the drive thru today. The person rushed me through my order. Didn t bother, repeating it, and agreed to put ketchup in the bag. Get home and it has different ingredients than what I requested that I particularly don t like and no ketchup... I went back to the restaurant and requested a refund. I would not return because it s a huge waste of my time. The sad part is it was the best service in town until some recent staff changes. I would not recommend going through this drive-through.

I always have trouble at the drive thru here. Staff are unfriendly. Today after three times asking for the order at the intercom and not being understood , I raised my voice in frustration and then another voice (not the person with poor English) told me not to be nasty! When I got to the window, I asked for the name of the person who called me nasty. The person serving me said they didnt know. I asked the name of the manager and she said she didnt know. Then I asked to speak to the manager and she said they were all managers with no actual supervisor. These are the people were supposed to trust with our food preparation! Clearly, this Harveys is out of control. I will never return there!

This is the best harvey ever. I visited it yesterday morning, i had a coupon for two can dine for two angus meals. I didn t know that we can also add cheese or bacon on them then a cashier tall guy was there i don t know his name but he looks indian i think so, he asked me to add those, then I was waiting for my pies, he let me enjoy my food and he served me those on my table. Wonderful service ever.

Satin derived who served me reminded me of using my caa membership benefits! I absolutely love when someone reminds when I can use benefits or point depending on where I visit, its so hard to keep track some times he saved me 4$! Thank you! How ever the sandwich maker was using spoons from different toppings -_-

Had Swiss Chalet 1/2 rack of ribs with Caesar salad. Ribs were moist, tasty, meat fell off the bone a generous salad. Waitress was very accommodating. Had free spring rolls- enough for two with my CAA card. Got some points on my Scene card. Parking: Doors to restaurant are heavy and openers dont work. Difficult for seniors.

Came at 8pm, only one other person in line. That guy waited forever for his small bag of food, they also forgot his fries. We waited probably 10 minutes for 2 Jr Cheeseburgers. Staff wasnt very friendly, seemed irritated to be working. A lot of people working, but we couldnt figure out why it was so slow. Cheese was so small under the burger we actually had to ask if they forgot the cheese. Worker lifted the burger up to show the small piece of cheese. The burger looked smaller than usual; the worker stated that they had no Jr buns left, so we got a regular bun. Way too much sauce placed onto the burger, but I think the worker we had was new, so I get that there is a learning curve. Worker at back of grill had no beard net, no gloves. When seated, a Skip the Dishes courier came in without his bag and a worker literally yelled at him to remember his bag next time. The courier was so embarrassed he looked over at us to see if anyone heard. I actually felt bad for him. I get that they do need to bring a bag, but its really not a big deal to say Im sorry, youll need to grab your bag from the car as its our policy. Im sure they deal with that 100 times a day there and it gets frustrating, but it just made for an awful dining experience. This isnt the first time weve been disappointed here, but it will be the last. Wont be back.

Harvies is my favorite fast food place But your drive thru sucks 4 cars ahead of me and it still took 15 minutes from the time of ordering to getting the food which was cold by the time I got it Sad to see a bacon double cheese poutine go to waste like this but Im giving it to the birds and wont be back here Changing to a 5 star I or they messed up my order and I got free stuff

Ordered a veg and a meat orginal combo, neither were labeled so who knows what we ate Got the food and waited another 20 mins in the drive through for a drink no one explained till received it machine was making pop. Amount of disrespect given by manager over a simple disagreement on how to build my burger was unbelievable. I even pointed out the picture on the menu that proved me right but she still claimed I was wrong because shes been working here foe 25 years. I will never go back just not worth the disrespect.

The food is great. The place is quiet. The service was great, warm and welcoming. If you crave Hardees from other countries, Harvey s is your best friend in Canada. Vegetarian options: They have great veggie burgers as well.

I ordered and asked for the receipt right away because I was convinced that the cashier got the order wrong. The cashier assured me they got it right and said well get the receipt once our order is complete for me to realize they indeed got the order wrong when all I asked for wasnt on my tray. Sadly no nuggets for me.

Am totally satisfied with the services. A man at the upfront made my burger my way. When burger was done I was waiting for the fries then he let me to enjoy meal I will grab at your table. Then server came and gave fries and gave greetings to me. I really appreciate the services for this place. And that person who was smiling all the time.
