They have nasty food the chicken fried rice is dry and has no taste the sweet and sour sauce is water down and the delivery driver likes to try to ripper you off I spent a $160.00 on nasty food please people do not order from this places it is not worth the money

Its my first time here. I ordered family pack for two. Its a good place for take out. The food was awesome but for the price I was expected more food.

This is more of a take out restaurant than an eat-in restaurant. The food is delicious, always fresh, and they give the customer very generous portions. I usually can make 1 dinner last for 2 times. My favourite is the Hot & Sour Soup, steamed dumplings, and any of their lunch/dinner specials. The Pad Thai also very, very good. Parking: This restaurant is in a plaza with other businesses so there is plenty of free parking.

The food is brutal. this is the second time eat this food, i order a a soup (was warm) ,and egg rolls, (with dripping oil) and ordered a dinner for 1 (C2 dinner), which I did not get. Not only did they give me the wrong food/order, but it was cold. the rice was old n cold, i think it was sweet n sour ribs, only 3 pieces they were cold and didnt even taste good. Bottom line I couldnt eat the food at all, tossed it in the garbage. I will never order from the place again.

I ordered take out sweet and sour chicken balls and Lo Mein chicken and vegetables..Chicken balls were half the size and my chicken Lo Mein was pretty much all noodles $35.00 for just that tipping cuz I do was over $40.00 Sòooo disappointed when I lived in the Falls I ordered from Lucky Dragon all the time ..Food was great and plentiful If I wanted just noodles I would never have ordered .So disappointed wont order again. Ill never order food from the Lucky Dragon ever again...Not from the Welland location...Your food sucks ..

Now this place is a hit or miss with the reviews but my experience I never had an issue with their food. It s tasty and the portions is realllly big ( I order C#2) the price is worth it. But however I ordered their lunch special (chicken suey) it didn t even have enough chicken just only 1 or 2 piece disappointed about it but their food is amazing.

Affordable meals with great portion sizes. A broad menu offering many options from vegetarian to meat lovers and mild to spicy. I have ordered from here repeatedly and have never been disappointed. Call in and pay cash on pickup for a 10% discount! Edit: Pickup discount is only for 30 dollars or more. Still worth it in my eyes.

Never in my life have I ordered take out and threw it in the garbage. Until today. My friend and I ordered combo c3 . . Zero flavour. Rice is bland with two pieces of carrot. Ginger beef is old dried out beef. And the bean sprouts taste like they grabbed a handful of sprouts at Sobeys and directly dumped them raw into our container , no sauce , crunchy as hell just everything was repulsive. And don t tell me the chicken is chicken there is NO WAY that soft gooey consistency white strip of something was chicken. The only thing edible was the spring roll. So mad that this was our only take out night this month and we gave this place a shot. The only thing I can say positive , is my friend asked for our money back which I wasn t going to do I didn t think they would based on reviews. But they did without a hassle and didn t make us feel terrible. I do appreciate that

The lady who runs this is amazing. So friendly. She knows my order just by my face. And I customize alot of my meal. She remembers every little detail. The sweet and sour chicken is battered pieces of chicken made in house. They freshly cut veggies everday. The smells walking in there is enough to get you salvatating from the mouth. So Yummy! And seeing the food prepared on hot fire in a wok is so cool! They offer eat in and delivery to Welland and surrounding areas for a small delivery fee. Using a local service. So your food is delivered with promptness, quality and with love and care. The best chinese food restaurant in the region in my opinion! And the owners are the kindest, sweetest people! Its my favorite restaurant. Vegetarian options: Veggies fried rice. Veggies in hot garlic sauce. Veggie chop Suey, and plenty of noodle or veggie dishes without meat. If 0 stars was an option you best believe I d leave a ZERO tasted terrible, got three different dishes that all tasted like pepper and trashy meat way over priced for the quality and a terrible experience!

Sadly disappointed in this establishment. Weve ordered from here in the past and it was great , but it had been awhile since ordering and this time around the quality significantly has gone down. The meat was old tasting and every dish taste the same of strong pepper.

Does someone want to tell me why theres BEEF in the so called seafood delight????? $14.45 plus tax for something that I had to throw out??? If I eat beef I will be horribly ill and end up in the freaking hospital!!! Wth??? I just love throwing money out!!! Not!!! Where can I add the pictures??? I have plenty! This has been my go to Chinese restaurant for years. I was disappointed that theye prices have raised 20% from this time last year but it also seems like the recipes of the food have changed as well. Just doesnt taste the same. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

This is the regular where we get Asian fusion food, and while it s not the best food I ve ever had, it s good. They sometimes have new people working on the cash, and even if you order at the cash, these newbies may get part of our order wrong, but we don t realize until we get home and it s too late to return. I think that a long time ago people would eat there, but since covid, it s mostly been a take out business not surprisingly. It s very bare bones, and the bathroom, the few times I ve used it leaves much to be desired. Still it s a good place for takeout when you don t feel like cooking. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options, but not in any of the combos or specials, so they may be more expensive than some other meat-based items. I ve only tried a few of the options because I typically get the same thing time after time because I really like it. I do wish there were some different vegetables though and sometimes they don t give as much tofu as other times. Parking: It s at a plaza with a large parking lot, and although there are many other businesses, we ve never had trouble finding parking.

Because we heard from a friend that they had great food, I went and bought the pepper beef, the chicken TWO and the fried chicken rice. Just those 3 things came to over $35 hard earned bucks. The only thing the wife thought was edible was the rice but she had better. The pepper beef was really runny like water, very little beef that taste artificial and was very bland... almost 0 flavor. Much like a plain soup with beef flavor. The Chicken TSO had no spice and taste like it was made of fish with tons of cartilage in it. Wife hates fish and even thou I like fish, this was Horrible! I do not recommend this place to anyone! Perhaps the cook was sick or simply didnt care.

This is my favorite Chinese place to eat in Welland. Everything is tasty, and Ive never had a problem with my order.

I apologize for the one star, as this restaurant is usually great. But it s important to resolve this matter, so the franchise may carry on their legacy. My go to is the combo C2 : Fried rice, beef n broccoli, & General Tow CKn; Perfect combo! But let me tell you . It was unbearable, half way through my meal. The vegetables cooked with the beef were so freezer burnt, the whole meal started tasting like 10 year old frozen broccoli I was SO turned off, I couldn t stomach it. So hopefully this is a lesson, Quality over quantity, any day!!

The food is pretty good and it arrived in 45 minutes but the delivery driver lied to me and said the delivery fee wasnt included in the price and double charged me. I dont think Ill be ordering from here again.

Great food but the service was terrible.

Had 4 dishes from here, all were very bland and have a mushy texture, including the fried rice. Ingredients could be better quality and are not cooked well... just seems like they cook the components then douse it in a thick sauce afterwards, like an assembly line. Still edible though, just not enjoyable.

This restaurant has unfortunately gone downhill. The food is no longer very good. Order supper tonight and we did not get what we wanted. I waited a total of hour and a half, the last 30 min outside.

I was so surprised as I have never had good Chinese food in the Niagara area, but their food was absolutely delicious I highly recommend this restaurant. Ill be back for sure.

Ordered a hot and sour soup,(the options showed chicken or tofu znd i picked chicken) and a chicken fried rice.When i west to pick up,the rates were higher than almost 10 $ than what was shown in the menu. I asked about this and the lady from the kitchen started shouting at me saying that i made a wrong order.When i was sure that ,i made the right order and tried to stay on my point,the lady started yelling at me.The other staff tried tocalm her down .but she kept on yelling and replied me that .i dont care when i mentioned about google review.I ended up picking only thefried rice as they were giving me something else other than hot& sour soup.I left the place and came home. At home when i opened the chichen fried rice,another surprice.No chichen at all and it was all egg whites,cut in shape of the chicken.Wondered for few minutes that if iam still living in Canada where we have lots of consumer rights???? What can we do about this business?

Ordered General Tao Chicken which was severely undercooked and felt like I was chewing rubber, not to mention overpriced as well. Customer service could be improved upon, when asking for a napkin and some cutlery (which already should ve been supplied with the order) I was given a distasteful look and not a single word back. Not impressed with the meals we were given last night. This was our second time coming here and most likely our last. First experience was completely different - last night, our meals were half the amount we were given the first time. Sadly, I didnt check the bag until I got home and by that time, the place was closed. The rice was dried out and very bland so we couldnt eat that. The sweet and sour balls were over fried or severely dried out like theyd been sitting.. and they only gave me five small fried balls the point I could still see the bottom of the tin foil container.. there were tiny pieces of meat in the broccoli veggie side yet last time we received huge slices of beef. Basically our dishes were half packed. Consistency is a key factor.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I ordered a lunch special for take out, once I got home and started eating I felt a strange object in my mouth, so naturally I spit my food out to see what it was. It was a peice of metal (about the size of a paperclip). I am shocked that this is even possible in a health inspected restaurant. After going back and telling the lady she immediately apologized and said its probably from the kitchen equipment, offering me a refund. AGAIN I STRESS NOT TO EAT HERE!

I live in a duplex. Theres two doors which are clearly marked apartment #1 and apartment #2 I gave VERY specific directions to have the delivery driver go to the door that was marked #2. I mentioned this multiple times over the phone. Still, they went to the wrong door which is alright. Whats not alright is the delivery driver getting confrontational with my girlfriend because he knocked on the wrong door. I was amazed at how rude this person was. Additionally, there were items missing from our order despite the fact that we had the order read back to us over the phone and everything was correct. Clearly the person answering the phone isnt very competent and its unfortunate that the delivery driver has to deal with it. I will never order form here again.

We will no longer be ordering from the Lucky Dragon in Welland. The staff are extremely rude, but that is not the reason. After eating here for years the quality has completely deteriorated. The ingredients are just terrible (was that even chicken?). The last three orders - my family is reasonable and can understand the occasional problem - were practically inedible. I threw todays order in the trash. Its as if theyre now buying pre-made meals and simply heating. I am really astonished at the recent positive reviews I see here.

Best chinese food I have ever ate. My wife and I constantly eat here. And we are connoisseurs of take out. Fresh cut veggies fill these dishes with sweet and spicy sauces that compliment the food perfectly. One bite and it explodes with flavour. The sweet and sour chicken is to die for. Cut Chicken pieces are coated in the savory crispy batter and are tender and delicious.They are unlike any other I have tried. Not to much batter and generous pieces of tender chicken that is sure to delite any palette.

Sorry but i had to give it a 3 star. The first time i visited this place the food was great. A couple of months later, ordered the same food and it was bland. Not sure why. Again this is based on my own experience.
