I attended this Steakhouse this past summer after a round of golf with my buddies. Our server Ruby was excellent, and made a great recommendation for the Panko Shrimp, they were delicious. I hope Ruby is still employed when we return for our annual golf trip next summer, as I would love to be served by her again, she was the best server Ive ever had!

Ordered a Mac n Cheese with additional Cajun Chicken for takeout, total came to $30.00. Absolutely pitiful portion size for $30.00, I recieved a quarter of a grilled chicken breast that was completely dry and like a 1/2 cup of spiral macaroni. Wont be eating here again.

Tried a steak sub at food fest and the steak was very under seasoned (tasted like there wasn t even salt) and it was overcooked pretty disappointed coming from a steakhouse. The staff was very nice tho.

Mr Mike s has grown in understanding its customers since opening in Welland, steadily improving quality of food and drink, and providing more choice and interesting thematic specials, while keeping prices budget-friendly. The service, whether in restaurant or take out/delivery, is always exemplary. Mr Mike s is a go-to community asset!

Wasnt impressed. My seafood covered rare steak came dry and well done (smugglers cove). My dish, my wifes seafood fettuccine and our lobster dunk didnt taste bad... But wasnt impressive either, and was extremely salty. Overall I found it pricey for the quality/quantity ratio and neither were satisfying meals. The atmosphere was fine and service was good. Just the food was a letdown. ******Update****** Was given giftcards and decided to give it a second go. We started with the calamari picantes which was actually very tasty. Was crispy, not overdone, great flavours and nice dipping sauce. Unfortunately it ended there. I had the chicken & bugaboo ribs with mash. The chicken was dry and overdone, the mashed potatoes were again so salty, the ribs were kinda tough and not very tasty, the coleslaw was decent. My wife had the peppercorn sirloin pasta which was also underwhelming. The server was friendly and delightful however. No complaints in the service department, only in the quality of food. (Which unfortunately is the whole reason to go out in the first place)

Very Friendly, Great Service, Clean & Good Atmosphere! We had so much hope that we finally found a great place to eat out. First time at Mr. Mikes and I don t think me and my dad will be back. The food was good But way over priced for what you get! My dad had the lobster tail with fries and coleslaw. The lobster tail was so small you could finish it in 3 bites. I had the Mikes bacon mushroom burger for what it cost, I was not expecting a frozen burger very disappointed. I realize it is expensive to eat out but I believe in giving a customer value for their money. I guess I ve been very spoiled by the restaurants in Oakville where you go out for dinner and come home with the next days lunch at almost 1/2 of what we paid tonight.

I haven t been to Mike s in a long time! I can t exactly remember why I didn t come back but it wasn t a fantastic experience in the past. Recently I went with a friend, gotta say, totally different experience this time and it was amazing! Service was amazing, food & drinks were great! Mack had brought us our food&drinks in great time and with such a great energy made us feel right at home!

Very happy to have made the visit to Mr.Mikes, from the time my family, friends and I walked in and until we left we were made to feel at home. Great space for the kids to be entertained as they also have all sorts table games. Hello, I usually order from DoorDash because I live far. However everytime I call in to make an adjustment to order, the customer service is exceptional. Lauren and other staff members are very polite. Macaroni and steak are good as well.

I dont like Brussel sprouts so didnt have them but my friend said they werent good. Something on than carrots with Brussel sprouts should be an option or at least the server could say our vegetable accompaniment is Brussel sprouts and.. than the customer has the option to saying no Brussel sprouts or switch to something else. My salmon was very salty but at this point I was so hungry. When we ordered we werent asked if we wanted substitutions (like instead of vegetables do you want a salad). We asked about a kids cheesy garlic bread and had to pay 8.99 on top of her meal. Waiter was attentive to my single friend and made sure she had a refill but didnt ask me or my child if we wanted anything else. Kid-friendliness: They have games for kids and family to play

This place use to be a regular spot for us on a Thursday night usually for my partner and I. Marcus was usually our server, the food was always good. The last few times we came here weve had a couple different servers and they were okay, but mainly had issues with the service from Dylan, the last time being the worst were it took forever to get service, then drinks, and our main, and our food. was extremely overcooked, for a place thats supposed to know how to cook steak, ya dont.

I absolutely love this place and visit frequently. Great place to bring the kids as they have all kinds of board/table games to keep them entertained. I am also happy to come alone and sit at the bar enjoying conversation with the staff. Food is consistently always good, best chicken tenders around! I can t say enough good things about Drew and Mak who manage the restaurant and all the staff who work here. Am always met with a smile and a hello!

after a couple of less than average visits to MrMikes Welland, Lauren started serving me. Service went way UP, and quite frankly, Lauren is the reason Ive returned a couple of times more.

My husband and I have eaten here twice now. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is always great!! Weve done both dine in and take out. Cant wait for our next visit.

Ill Keep it short and simple. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was awesome love that they have games to play at the tables however.. they dont know how to platerye food very well. And it seems like it just gets thrown into a dish and served.. dress it up abit. they dont use much spices or seasoning, steak was bland and the bake potatoes doesnt come with butter or sour cream or nothing just baked in a oven and sent out. If you ask for butter you get a frozen square of butter. Id say food was 3/5 and the atmosphere was like 4.5/5 food needs work forsure. the fact that you pay 170 dollars for two plates and a lobster tail comes out dry with nothing on it. Needs works.

Took over an hour to get cold steak, lobster tail and shrimp. Only thing we enjoyed was the drinks.

Our family was in town over the Labour Day weekend and popped into Mr Mikes for lunch last Thursday based on the great reviews. We were immediately welcomed by Cadence (who opened the door for us, and seated us with the biggest smile). Our server was great as well but have to say it was Cadence and her great personality as we arrived & as we left, that prompted us to return again for dinner 2 days later. She was there again and remembered us (she even thanked us for mentioning her to our server that night - Jack - who was equally amazing). With such a great team, equally amazing food (the presentation of the meals here is worth noting) - and Jenga on many of the tables (great touch) - Mr. Mikes is our new fave place in Welland & well be back. Hope they open one in Toronto soon.

When I went to Mr. Mikes, the experience was amazing! The food was great, and the atmosphere is now something I look forward to. In terms of customer service, I was fortunate to have Jenny as my waitress. Jenny truly embodied the restaurant s values. From the moment she greeted me, her light-hearted and playful demeanour added a sense of belonging. Her interactions had me laughing and enjoying myself even before the food arrived. Jenny s commitment to customer service was evident in her knowledge of the menu and her insightful recommendations. All the staff were accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mikes to friends and colleagues, not only for the food, but also for the hospitality.

We have tried this establishment a few times and after this last visit we will not be back. Every time we come, there is always an issue either with the food or the service or both. Our visit last night was our last. The waiter forgot to put my order in and didn t come to the table to realize that I had not received my meal. Others at the table were half way through their meals before he came to inquire about my meal. At that point, he apologized and forgot to put my order in the kitchen. Needless to say, the rest of our table were completely finished their meals before mine came to the table. Then when the bill came, they had not even offered to deduct my meal off of the bill!! It was a mac and cheese meal not a surf and turf!! Sorry Mr Mike. We won t be back.

Great food

I have ordered from here a number of times and have never been disappointed. Their chicken sandwich (skamuck ?? ) is soo good, along with the cascadia salad. Ive also had their pasta, steak bites and garlic parm fries which are also all delicious. Wait times on delivery look long but I dont think it has ever been as long as it says. I have only been in the restaurant once for pick up but the staff was very pleasant and helpful and it seemed to have a good vibe. One day I will get in to have a proper steak!

Jen was a great server and the food & drinks were great as always. We will miss this place when we move in the next few months.

We are long time customers, always a great experience here. Wine prices have increased quite significantly which may impact future visits. An 8oz glass now used to be 9oz & is .50 more than a year ago.

First time the rib eye was done perfectly, on the second visit there was so much fat it was a 1/4 portion left on my plate but the waitress comped our meal as she could see the left overs on the plate. The third time it was just ok but not great. Today we thought why not try something different than steak. We opted for a hamburger for my husband and a chicken sandwich for myself. I was disappointed to see two chicken tenders on my bun that left at least 1/4 of the bun with only coleslaw and pickles. The menu did NOT describe the sandwich as pieces of chicken or tenders . Ive never ordered a chicken sandwich presented like that Id go to MT Bellies 100% considering .The hamburger was meh, and nothing special. Being a steak house we thought it would be a fresh patty but we should have asked. I think this is the last time we will visit.

While my sirloin was good, my fiance ordered ribs from the GF menu. When her meal came, the fries were cold. Our server took them and got warmer ones (still not hot). After my fiance ate a couple fries, she realized they were crispy because of a coating in them. After asking the server about them (she was correct, they were not part of the gf menu), she got a baked potato, which is what the GF menu says is the side. We were appalled that we received no visit from the manager or anything taken off the bill. Our server did accept the blame, but im just hoping shes not sick while Im in surgery tomorrow. We are not from here. We have had good visits at the St. Catharines and Niagara Falls visits, but definitely will not return to this one.

We had never been at Mr Mikes we went for dinner and seating almost immediately. We sat at a booth we waited a few minutes for the Server which was very nice. The only thing was that it was to dark and I could not see the menu. Prices were quite up there we ordered stuffed mushrooms for the cost not really worth it. I had a hot chicken sandwich and as soon as I took a bite it was good but them fell apart in my hands very messy. People were friendly.

Went for lunch last Sunday and the fish and chips did not disappoint. Fries were seasoned just right, gravy was tasty, Fish was lovely and cooked just right. Our Waiter was great and very responsive! One of my fav restaurants to go to!

Unfortunately the pricing is a little high for the value and not competitive with the other restaurants near by. Would ve given 5* if the price was more reasonable. Top Notch service. This is our go-to place. Our most recent visit was for my husbands 60th Surprise birthday. The staff was very accommodating from making the reservation, to dropping off decorations, and serving our group. We had planned for about 10ish people but ended up with close to 20. Ive been there twice, once for dinner with the family and once for apps and a couple drinks with my spouse. It was enjoyable, a better chain restaurant than most. Dinner was very good, not spectacular, but definitely very good and a bit overpriced but acceptable. The first drinks we ordered with our app visit were delicious, however the second ones were not as good as we were there during a shift change and clearly there is no consistency with how their staff mix drinks. Overall, a great place to dine for a meal or to just grab some apps and drinks in the bar. We will be back.

Staff are hard working go getters. (Thanks Jillian L. And Makayla C.) Atmosphere is wonderful. Mr. Mikes have found its stride. And its delicious. A bit pricey, but isnt everything nowadays? You get what you pay for here. Its worth it. My old review is below. As you can see I was upset about the wait time. I think theyve sorted that out now. Kudos. 1- 1.5 hour wait. And for some reason, they dont take reservations??? How can you start a restaurant, and not have the ability to take reservations? Id love to put a good review, but no way Im waiting around for that. Maybe next year. Parking: In the mall parking lot. Lots of spots. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

What an amazing dining experience. This restaurant deserves more than the 5 stars Im giving. The food was excellent and the customer service was second to none. A very relaxed atmosphere. This is how all restaurants should treat their customers. Doug, our waiter, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thankyou. Again, this restaurant needs to be recognized as one of the greatest restaurants to ever dine in at. We come here a few times a year and again we were here yesterday the day after valentines day. The food was amazing and Sam our server was beyond exceptional. I 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We held our wedding reception here this February and the restaurant staff did such an amazing job accommodating us! We had nearly 40 people attend and everything went as planned! Lauren and Mackenzie were wonderful in making sure our day went as planned! My husband and I, and all our guests were very pleased with the table setups and the delicious food! Most people ordered steak dishes and the kitchen and wait staff had everyones food out in perfect timing! We were very impressed and there were no hiccups whatsoever. We had prearranged table set ups and a dessert table/gift table with the restaurant and were very pleased with the outcome upon arrival to the restaurant after our ceremony. The entire staff made our wedding day stress free!! We would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone/everyone!! They are very accommodating and the food is always so good. Not one complaint!! Excellent steak ribeye and strawberry cheese cake dessert, expensive tho the quality and atmosphere you would expect for the experience cost.

My husband and I went to your restaurant for a late lunch to avoid the crowd. It was lovely. The server was very personable and informative. The food was delicious. From the great cuts of steaks and cooked to perfection. We will definitely recommend you to our family and friends.

Welcomed with a smile, bar area is comfortable and entertaining and my steak with shrimps and scallops was delish.

The food for the price is abysmal. SMAAAALLLLLLLL serving sizes. Shaved beef taste over salted and over cooked....rough, tough chew....bread was soft and tasted great. However, I personally would have perfered a toasted bun..pretty sure they just gave me KFC fries. Definitely will not be re-ordering from this restaurant. A shame as the pictures tell of a much more desirable food quality and taste

My wife and I went on a spur of a moment dinner date because our son was at a birthday party. Im just going to say the service sucked. Our waitress kept walking by and saying back in a couple seconds. It took 15-20mins to take our order and the place wasnt busy. We ended up having to leave early cause our son wasnt feeling good. But the food was great. Food great, service sucked.

Literally waited 10years for my server to come lady didn t even bring my daughter ice tea had to literally walk to the bar to get our refill on our drinks the gentleman that works at the bar was really nice and cool he took care of us after the server left and who knows where she went very very bad service I wished I knew her name so I could mention it here but she should get fired also when we were done we had to look for a server to pay the bill

My wife loved the panko shrimp and the sirloin pasta was pretty good. Garlic parmesan fries didnt have much flavour but were very crispy. Portions are a bit smaller than expected and steak was underdone. Great service.

Stopped into Mr Mikes when driving through Welland with my mife. Loved the laid back atmosphere , service was excellent and the food was tasty! When in Welland, we will definitely return to Mr. Mikes and would highly recommend.

I love Mr. Mikes, I absolutely love the food here and the service is incredible. Props to the back of house and front of house staff for how hard they work. Where do I start? The food was amazing and what a beautiful presentation! Kristine was our server and she was do pleasant, caring and attentive the entire time. The atmosphere is warm and enchanting. As a regular at MrMikes, The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I m consistently impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Sam, Kristy and the entire staff are some of the best individuals in the industry, in which I highly recommend. Parking: More than enough, parking will be the least of your issues. Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly with a bar side to the restaurant as well as a well lit dining area.

This evening I went with 2 friends to Mr Mikes in Welland Ontario to have dinner. A little while after being seated a employee who I assume was a manager, asked me if I had a different shirt I could put on because the one i was wearing promotes hate to the gay and Trans community and the kitchen staff was upset about it. I told her that I do not hate anyone and would not be changing my shirt. I then canceled my order and left. The Canadian flag represents ALL CANADIANS. Other flags exclude some Canadians and that offensive to me. I can assure you that I do not hate anyone based on their gender, race, or religion. This was the first and last time Ill ever go to this restaurant PS. This Is How your staff treats Veterans, your Staff Finds The Canadian Flag Offensive to there LGBQ Rights I have Buried many and Consoled many more that Fought and Died!!!For Their Right to Be What they wish , without any repercussions.... Shame on Your Vonpany And your Staff.....

Myself and my wife had many great experiences at Mr Mike s Welland. The top notch service and hospitality by server- bartender Sam Macsai is truly always a great experience and always look forward to going back again. Not to take away from all the other staff who are always good too but Sam is definitely top notch. Parking: There is always plenty of free parking and also handicap spots available.

Fabulous experience at the welland location. was my first time at Mr Mikes, and can say I did not regret my choices. I got the Bacon Mike burger, and the Sirloin bites can recommend both 10/10 Jenny was funny, attentive, and respectful giving amazing recommendations for drinks and food. I would recommend checking this spot out

New to Welland and looking to try new things, I decided to give this place a try. Walked in with my wife and friend to be greeted by the waitress, ordered a couple drinks, then was approached by the manager, I assume, and was embarrassed in front of other customers whilst being asked if we came from another bar. We hadnt and were insulted when we were promptly told we wouldnt be served more than one drink unless we ordered food. We got up and left after being embarrassed in front of other customers. My suggestion is if youre looking for a good time and quality steak with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, then avoid Mr. Mikes altogether.

We make it a point to stop here whenever we come up from Ohio to visit our daughter and her family. It s our very favorite restaurant in the Niagara region. We ve never been disappointed with any aspect and never expect to be. Traditional Ribeye is the best of any I ve ever had. The wait staff are phenomenal!

Hi Mike, I wanted to let you know that the 26 Mermaids that I took to your restaurant today for lunch were very impressed with the service and the quality of our food. Our waiter Jack was top notch! Drew and his staff were wonderful to work with and all meals came out in unison so we could all eat together. For the first time in the 4 years I have been organizing events for the ladies they requested to return for a second month in a row. We are already booked at Mr. MIKES in December for our next lunch.
