We love you need a pita but this location is our favorite. The food is always fresh and the quality and care the employees put into making each meal shows. The bonus of their food cards makes it worth returning. This is our go to dinner on soccer nights when were short on time.

After spending over $24 on a double pork potine and a reg poutine Im smh. While the fries and toppings were tasty my $15.49 poutine had next to no cheese. No exaggeration, after stirring it around I found 4 curds. Definitely not worth the money! More cheese on Harveys poutine and much easier on the wallet!

Rice under cooked! Paper found in it! Number blocked. No refund. Have dined in berfore, it dosent get cleaned, a health inspector needs to be in this store!

The quality of their wraps are sub par. They should be ashamed of what they serve. They dont give what you request in your order. Never again!

Ordered 2 rice boxes today, both the exact same size. When I opened them the one was filled to the top and the other had barely anything in it. The second didn t even have a quarter of what the first one had. Almost seemed like a joke. Rice was cold as well. Employees clearly do not care. Was a regular here but I will never be going back.

The uneedapita franchise is good but this one sets the bar low. They dont mix any of the ingredients in your pita so each bite is a bite of one ingredient

They always put lots of jalapenos on for me, its great! This is one of the few places in Welland that will load up on veggies for vegetarian orders, they get it. If he orders too my husband gets a triple patty burger and he always reports it as delicious.

Great food except they started half cooking the fries then re cooking to order wich has made the greasy and mushy but the rest of the food is fantastic

Never again. Meat texture was like dog food, dry and flavorless. Pita fell apart, had to eat most of it with a fork and knife. Chicken fingers were nothing special, oil on fries and fingers left awful greasy bitter film in the mouth. Fries had zero salt. Spend $40 somewhere else.

Answer: a whole week... yea tastes like it.. but thanks for the honesty (points for that). Next time dont give me all the salt you got in stock either. I don t understand the inconsistency of this place. I get the same thing every time. Chicken souvlaki rice bowl. Every time it s been made up differently. This last time the lady argued it was a salad ??????? So it had no rice. Even after I asked for rice. I m confused. And will go elsewhere. Response to owner: I realize there are 3 different bases .. and the RICE BOX was asked for .. no need for further contact, I am not arguing about my order .. it could have been a simple mistake or they didnt hear, but even after the fact she was not changing it to a rice box and argued it was a salad.

I wish I could share the pics and the video I just took of my order. For the second time now my fries are completely soaked in grease to the point they are just mush. On top of that a long black hair was stuck to the grease on the inside of the container. Both our burgers were just chunks of meat not a patty and were swimming in a overwhelming amount of mayo and chipotle sauce. To say Im disappointed is an understatement as I live across the street and used to enjoy the food. I wouldnt serve this to my dog let alone my family. What a waste of money and now I have to make supper anyways.

Second time Ive ordered from this location, first time Ive gone in for takeout. The service was fast and friendly, and the 3 guys working seemed to make a great team. The food is exceptional too.

Employees working here are helpful and they go up & beyond, to satisfy their customers need.They always have walk in and pick up specials. Lots of variety to choose from, and yes vegans are not disappointed here. They serve best pitas & burgers. If I had known that your buisness was able to encapsulate despaire in a box, I would have braced myself properly before ordering. The porogies I ordered were still slightly frozen inside, crammed into a small box and left for dead with a single strip of bacon on top. The Poutine my daughter wanted had 3 cheese curds and the most generic gravy ive ever had the chance to try. The cheese cake may as well had been a great value brand toaster struddle. We were expecting some sort of treat, but in true Welland fashion we just feel robbed and ill.

Just got a loaded poutine with bacon and it is by far one of the best poutines I have ever had. An ample amount of authentic cheese curds, delicious gravy, chip truck style fries and a whole slew of toppings choices, what else could you want! This was my first time trying something from here and I cannot wait to return in the near future! And to top things off, the service was prompt and very pleasant, thank you for a delicious lunch!

Ordered Steak Saturday Pita it was great just a bit too much on the sauce as it got too wet in my bread. The fries were also delicious however lessen the salt on it will make it better and lessen the quantity as it was way too much for one single person. The fried cheesecake was meh not the worst or the greatest it was whatever.

Stopped in for a burger. First thing I noticed is that this place looks and feels filthy. I still went ahead with a food order. Grabbed a double burger with bacon and cheese and while it was ok, it wasnt like I remember pre-pandemic. Is this place under new ownership?

Used to love this place. The salad needed more dressing and well lettuce. Had to ask for more and got a pinch. Disappointed

Everytime I order from here it takes 2 hours to receive my food. It gets here cold and soggy and they dont read the special instructions.Very disappointed. Will never order from here again.

Great pitas and rice bowls. Generous portions too. Ill usually have leftovers with the rice bowl. The meat thats cooked on the grill tastes much better than the other big pita place.

Just amazing! Gluten free & dairy free choices are slim pickins for myself and this place does it so well. The vegan poutine is amazing. My family loves this place too as they also have some of the best burgers in the region. For fast food, these burgers are probably the best. The pitas can be made into salads, and the choice of toppings are great. Can order through Skip the Dishes but Uber Eats has a better selection of choices for toppings for each selection.

Slow service made wifes pita than i had to wait 10 minutes before they started my poutine. Then they didnt listen to my order and i had to wait again for them to make my kids food. 25 minutes in total for one pita and 3 poutines and not a hair net or mask in sight

Waited over 30 mins when only one other customer was there. My pita was more of a soup then a sandwich. By the time I got home the pits bread was mush from all the hot sauce. And there was almost no chicken. The side poutine was also the same. Way to much gravy. And my girlfriends chicken way dry and over cooked. I uses to come multiple times a week before covid but being the second time during covid, not to mention the lack of masks, gloves and sanitization (cutting board was a disaster) I dont think Ill be back. The food here uses to be amazing and one of my favorite takeout restaurant. But sadly the quality control isnt there anymore. I worked in the food industry for years. And things happen but this is inexcusable...

Clean, fast, friendly and had vegan options. I would say that it would be nice not to have them touch meat or cheese with the same gloves as the vegan stuff, though.

When my pita fell apart I found it had been stuffed with french fries (ordered crispy chicken Caesar). We have been to this location many time and have always been happy. This time not so much.

Our burger was mush I dont know how they didnt know it wasnt cooked. And when I called to let them know they couldnt seem to care. I called just to inform them and to let them know to be a little safer and the response was well what do you want another burger. No sorry nothing.

Delivery person was awesome... 12.99 burger was terrible... cold and didn t seem like a double burger with sautéed onions and mushrooms as advertised... 9 philly pita was cold and not 9 it was the same size as the others... chicken Caesar pita had 3 small pieces of chicken in it and all the food seems like it has been sitting... Terrible

I was more impressed today and my pita was made exactly as it was suppose to. I figured out last time they made it they used pulled prk which i was very unimpressed with. Hopefully they keep this standard that was presented today as it was years ago when the others owned it.

Usually decent service but they just served me a raw Beyond Burger and a regular poutine instead of a vegan poutine which is obviously unacceptable. While I was ordering the employees made another order wrong aswell. Staff was nice but clearly need to work on the accuracy of orders.

Well I took the time a few weeks back to express my disappointment in this location. Yesterday I returned and had great friendly service by Conner. This is the type of service I was used to. So glad to see them turn things around

Just had a steak poutine from there today .I havent been there in 1 year and I will not go back it didnt taste good hardly any cheese in it ...not sure if there is a new owner but they now use steakums instead of steak cheep product and higher prices .... Thumbs down

Came here last night to order takeout for our family, and the two guys working (Connor and Karan[so sorry if i butchered the spelling]) were absolutely fantastic! They were fast and efficient, pleasant to talk to, seemed knowledgeable, and handled being quite busy very well. Food was made perfectly, even the ridiculously specific pita my husband sent us for. Keep being amazing boys!!
