Every time I try to order online at the wild wing in welland they never pick up and you cant order online because it says they are closed, but when you look up the date and time, it says open but no one picks up!

Ordered wings and a poutine. Poutine came with little to no cheese on it and the gravy was on the side in a little container, not enough to even put on half the fries. Wont waste my money again with these guys!

Mack was amazing, she was attentive, friendly and has amazing customer service all around. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Tried going on Sunday for the AYCE special, we arrived at 7:34pm, the place was empty and a staff member was washing the floor when we walked in. She told us they were closed as they closed at 8pm. Online their website says open till 9pm. We decided to try again later in the week. We went in and had a 25 minute wait as there was only 2 staff visibly working. We were seated and were about to order the AYCE special as the server proceeds to tell us it that the special is capped at 25 wings. Not sure if thats just for that location but 25 wings is NOT all you can eat!

The waitress was warm, friendly, attentive and welcoming... Nothing else was warm other than the service, however. The fried Dills were cold in the middle, the temperature in the building was pretty freaking cold, too, and the wings... were just okay and kinda expensive for what they were. Not bad, but nothing special. Wont be coming back.

BEWARE!! I wish there was a negative star rating. We tried the new WILD WING in Welland what a disaster!! We waited over 30 min until a waitress came for drink orders orders 3 apps and wings with the drinks. After 1.5 hours only 2 apps came. The spinach dip was ice cold in the middle and deep fried pickles were only half fried. My pop also had food floating in it. We chose to leave obvs and hit mcd s!! A manager offered us the food when leaving, way too late! AVOID this place!!

Horrible service.. and ordered 2 double orders (2 types of wings and fries) took forever to bring out the wings they were cold. And then never brought the fries. Tracked down the waitress and she said she was busy packing take out orders.. would not come back.

Currently sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for a menu, watched 2 other tables get served before us already ( they came after us). Server was good, food was alright when it finally came 45 minutes later

The waiter admitted she was so tired when we arrived at 5pm. Its now 630 and we have not got our food, the server was slow and was observed spilling drinks behind the bar and looking like a zombie. Will not be eating here again, bit would consider take out.

Oh i wish there was a negative star ..this was the worst restaurant experience Ive ever encountered .. arrived at 5 waited over half an hour for a drink order ..then waited another half hour for an app order .. we received our apps at 6 pm ... no food order insite arrived at 630 we said we were leaving and the so called manager walked over and told us our food was coming .. too late .. this location is more concerened about skip the dishes and take out .. will never return to the welland location .. made us pay for our drinks instead of being decent and saying .. we will take it off your bill Lazy staff .. our waitress told us when we arrived that she was extremely tired .. Shoulda stayed home tonight

Worst restaurant ever service terrible everything on our order wrong order ice tea got coke order split combo got two different sauces on all the wings ask for take out box had to ask three times . Talked with manager he blamed waitress and waitress blamed kitchen the manager did not resolve issue I paid 85 dollar for the worst meal ever

Food was really good. Loved all the wing options. Service was great. Would have been a 4 star but they turned on music at the end that was so loud you could barely hear the server. We did ask about it and the new server was told its that loud all the time. Way too loud to have a comfortable atmosphere, especially on a Sunday night. I also need to add my fountain drink tasted like crest toothpaste. I was told I wasnt the only one who said that, that night. As for some constructive criticism. With that amount of flavors for wings, it would be nice to be able to choose more then one flavor without having to choose a combo option. You get 1 flavor per pound whereas Buffalo wild wings you can order multiple flavors per however many wings you want.

I ordered a pound of wings, I got a pound of bones. Never in my life had I seen such small meatless wings. Server was kind but food was atrocious. I feel sick in my stomach and I only ate 2 wings. If I could give them a negative rating I d give them a -1 because they at least let us leave without paying for the wings. If they didn t I d give it a -5 star. Very bad wings.

The food was great (burgers and sandwiches for all of us) and the service from our server was adequate at best, especially for the slow night that it was. Overall we enjoyed it and will go back.

Worst service ever wait staff spen more time socializing with each other than their customers you get better and friendlier contact from a rattle snake food was mediocre at best I dont recommend this place to anyone

We stopped by at this new wild wing location on Friday night. I must say the food was very tasty and the service was pretty fast. Server was super nice and freindly. Would definitely come back again !!!

Why is this the only WW that doesnt have fries with their single orders? $19 for eight wings is insane. One extra star because the service was fine. Go to St Catharines one instead

First time to the new restaurant in town! Wild wings has a huge menu, I was just looking for wings. Lots of choices. Food was good and hot. Kendra was an amazing server and deserves a gold star. Checked on us, always sweet and friendly. We will definitely enjoy our cheese cake to go. PS the wet naps are massive. I loved them. Thanks again Kendra. Well be back for sure.

I love this place! Their Wing on Fire are amazing! Start off with their Irish Nachos. Experience it yourself and you will come back as often as I do. Servers are great also!

First time eating in at this location. Place was quiet and well lit. We tried 3 different flavors of wings. Garlic parm, lemon pepper and wild west. (Combo of BBQ and honey mustard) I think I enjoyed those the best, despite lemon pepper being my usual favorite. Also got some pizza rolls as an app. Well cooked and tasted great. Little pricey overall, but well enjoyed.

I came in for dinner last night with my husband and my mom, and our experience was wonderful to say the least. Our server, Sadie, was extremely attentive and kind and went over everything with extreme patience. She was as wonderful, and the food was delicious. Best wings I have had in a long time. Today our 1st time at wild wing welland.we were a party of 7 for fathers day. Was not sure what to expect. Was very disapointed. Upon entry it looked nice internally. We were greeted with a friendly attitude which was great. The restaurant suprisongly was not busy like most on fathers day. We soon learned why. The negative : floors in the restaurant from entry and bathrooms were very sticky and grungy. Our shoes were sticking good as we walked to and from our table. There was 5 or 6 tables the entire time we were there from entry to exit never cleaned/bussed the dishes off. We waited over 5 minutes in an almost empty restaurant for drinks to start coming to us 1 or 2 at a time for a party of 7. Then they sadly messed up my order so had to be remade which was no big deal. Mistakes happen! It took enough time 5 of the party was done by the time i got my wrap and fries. The froes were severely undercooked basically raw. Just cooked enough for a fried exterior but not fully. All in all, a terrible impression and will not be visiting again the establishment in the future.

Decided to try this restaurant for the first time for Fathers day. There were 4 of us. You could tell the female server was tired and could use more help. Alot of the tables were not clean. 2 of us had burgers and they were mushie lacked flavor had one small slice of tomato one piece of lettuce and 3 pickles chesse wasnt melted and the bacon was shredded. We werent offered any other sides. Fries were under cooked saw quite a few people up and leave without even ordering. They could definitely use more staff.we will not return.

Ordered two orders of classic wings which i have to say were the smallest wings that i have ever seen from a restaurant. Although the wings were tasty, I cant justify ever coming back given the tiny wings and large price tag.

Service was horrible. Some food came out an hour later and one meal didnt even come out. They forgot about it. Then the server said she will give it to us for free for taking so long.. but she forgot to give us the actual meal ... So had to remind her, and got a cold meal.. for the cost of the food, totally not worth it with this kind of service.

I would recommend this location, the servers are kind and I enjoyed my food.

Flat pop, cold wings overcooked food dirty dishes not taken away. Not alot of positives other then the server was nice.

This restaurant was suggested my one of my friend to me and I went there with my friends for dinner. And, my overall experience was worse because firstly when we entered the server named sheena was extremely rude to us and she was looking confused and tired.All in all, we were not satisfied by the services provided to us by server because after waiting for food she exchanged our ordered food with someone else means we were unable to eat what we want over there and we got different order. After getting wrong order we come in a contact with kitchen girl and asked about server name then she told us and we also complain her about getting wrong order and asking for refund but at the end we got nothing and our whole dinner got spoiled because of bad services by lazy server.

I dont know how this place is still open. We ordered 3 lbs of wings and one of the orders came out uncooked and literally bloody. The manager argued with me that it was just the sauce running off of the wings, so I asked him to dip his finger in it and try it. He wouldnt. Gee, I wonder why. Then he offered me a piece of cheesecake as a substitute but didnt take the order off my bill. Absolutely unacceptable, disgusting and unprofessional. Do NOT eat here! The place should be shut down.

The wings are expensive but the serving size was good. I ordered Buffalo wings and got wings that were BBQ. I was so hungry I didn t realize until I was almost done. They were good, but definitely not Buffalo. The fries were very bland. My husband ordered a hot dog and they brought it without any condiments which we had to ask for. Then they just brought containers like I have in my fridge at home. The girls were very nice, however that was our one and only visit.

I originally posted a less positive review (now deleted) when it first opened but I needed to say that the food has really improved. The last couple of orders have been perfect. The wings and fries were cooked to perfection. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be going back. This time is was just for take out but we will be dining in next time. Thank you for hearing the comments and making the improvements where needed. I think this location will do well!

We went to this location a few months ago and although the service was incredibly slow, the food was great. We just went back today under new management and our food was perfectly cooked and arrived quickly after ordering. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Was welcomed at the front and seated very quickly , they have new owners who just took over this week and I would recommend coming and trying again if you already have , great service and great food .

Its been a long time since I went to a Wild Wing. Decided to check out the new Welland location since its so close to home. Went on their cheap wing night (Tuesday). Food was good, prices were appealing, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was nothing special. No complaints at all.

I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla & onion rings & my husband ordered Classic Wings with I Am Canadian sauce (bbq & maple) & fries. We both really enjoyed our meals. Well definitely be back for more yummy food from Wild Wings!!

I just ordered fish and chips and got a burned fish, that was raw in the middle and cold water was dripping for it. I called and the manager offered me a free fish and chips order with my next purchase, we ll see how that goes
