Misleading advertisement. The assorted sub was okay there was more veggies than meat Food

Ordered a large smoked meat sub. It only had a single layer of meat sub was basically a lettuce sandwich

I asked for the regular breaded chicken and not the spicy. She gave me the spicy...lips and tongue very irratated. Was not happy

whoever is making the sandwiches isn t shaking the sub sauce before putting it on the sub, past three times I ve gotten a sub with sub sauce it s just straight oil! Which sucks because I mainly go to mr sub for their sub sauce! (it s wayyy better then subway)but if I keep getting oil instead of sub sauce I might have to make the switch lol !! Please fix this

The young man was working alone and was getting slammed with orders... had a very angry door dash driver when I walked in and the male stopped the mobile order to serve me.. I didnt mind waiting! So I told him to finish the other order. He served me after and apologized. The sub was great.

Good food quality

They got my order wrong, and the food was terrible. I gave them the opportunity to either send me out a new sub the way I ordered it, or reimburse my cc. Neither option was doable apparently, so customer service is downright disgusting! Never order from this place again. Crooks!

First time ever ordering used it for the free delivery I asked for delivery at 8:30 came at 8 asked for dble meat and cheese didn t have that called the store and was told to come pick up a new sub ?!?! We had it delivered, buns were stale sub was mushy warm meat absolutely disappointing and gross ! Was told to call back tmrw wrecked our dinner won t be ever ordering again I will stick with SUBWAY they fix the issues immediately

Whoever manages this Mr. Sub should be ashamed of themselves. One person working an entire restaurant during a dinner rush is not enough.

100x better than any subway. The subs are fresh and taste like getting a real sub from a bakery. My new fav sub place for sure!

I went to order subs for dinner and was turned away as they were not taking in person orders at the time - only online orders. Be advised you might not actually get served in person because apparently online takes priority. Will not be going back.

Im not sure what is going on at this Mr Sub but I wont be back. My sub was ice cold, the buns must have been from the day before or something and refrigerated. Even the bacon in my sub was cold, which is strange considering it should have been heated when I ordered.

I have been here a number of times. The food is good and the employees have always been friendly to me.

Ordered for the first time..I ordered a large roast beef sub, the sub had 2 pieces of meat on it.Never will I order from there again.

Subs are good !I have always liked Mr.sub . Buy the last few times here the meat wasnt very cold . I think they need to keep the meat colder .

Okay I think someone from corporate or something needs to step in here. The new owners are terrible. The drink fridge is empty, they barely have any bread made, the veggies are old and gross. I got tomato with the top hard part in it still. Youre supposed to cut that core part out. I dont know if they brought the standards of thier country with then or its just laziness but quality had dropped significantly.

This mrsub is one of the only ones in town, it does a decent job competing with pita pit and subway across the street.

The worst Mr.Sub around ! No whole wheat buns ! The buns they had were garbage !! Meat was just thrown on !! Never will I go back !! The place was dim and dirty !!

I remember when I was a kid this place was the greatest I brought my family here it was hands down the most ridiculous run place customer service was so bad language barrier no gloves worn sub made right on the counter not on wrap two pieces of meat the whole sub old bread overpriced why did you become so poorly operated...and no mrsub I will not contact you your apology is just words I would much rather you take action in making sure your employees are properly trained in the food industry...

Idk what happened to the old owners but that guy was awesome quick and friendly. The lady that works now is somewhat not as quick and for some reason likes to close before their close time on the sign. Hmm

Sign and google says it opens at 10am. It s 10:15 and it s still not open. Second time I ve driven here and the operating hours were not respected.

Super friendly couple runs the location. Fresh, quality produce and breads. Usually here every week and have never regretted the decision.

Someone needs to teach them how to properly slice the buns. Tired of thick at one end and going to very thin making very messy eating. Sad it s the only Mr Sub in Welland. I have been a long time Mr Sub customer but it s one is the worst one ever. I keep waiting for them to correct the bun cutting but not so far. Also tired of having to tell them to clean the knife before they slice the subs. I don t want to taste the previous customers sub. Hoping Firehouse subs is what I ve read, as I m not a Subway fan.

Meatballs were overcooked and hard.

I deleted my review - it basically mimics the same negative experience that many other people have had over the past YEAR. The boilerplate response asks to reach out to customer service but what is the point when NOTHING has changed based on negative reviews over the past year. Mr Sub is owned by MTY Group and they really don t care if they receive a bad review, as long as they get their monthly franchise fees/royalties from the owners.

0/5 this was the worst experience I ve ever had. Not only was she the worst server I ever experience in Mr. Sub. She would not open an new products up to serve told us she would charge extra because she ran out of product. We waited 45 mins to get served and get 3 subs made. So slow and so rude.

This place was the worst restaurant i have ever visited i remember when i was a kid it was better then subway not this mr sub workers didnt wear gloves while making our food they just threw everything on the bun while literally carrying on with each in a foriegn language screwed up my kids orders i would never recommend this place to anyone the owner should be ashamed to allow the low standards that are taking place they will never see a dollar from me or anyone i know if i could i would give minus 5 stars

The person making the subs did not listen to instructions on what to and not to put on the sub, did not offer to toast the sandwiches, was more pushy to get the sandwiches made to get back to making her own sub, over all just a poor experience at the location.

Have not had Mr. Sub for a long time. Decided to go with the Thursday special Meatball sub, absolutely terrible. I know going to a place like this to not expect an amazing sandwich, however it should be somewhat enjoyable. Meatballs are dry and tasted freezer burnt, bun hardly held up. I wish I drove back to get my money back, will never go to the Welland location again, may have ruined it for other locations.

This place is really cheap they chip me out on my salad and just gave me a small handful of lettuce and a few handful of cucumbers and when I asked for a handful of onions they put too many on, the salad was too small and then they put it in this big huge container to make it look big but it s not it s ridiculous

Ordered 5 subs, 4 were great, one had a piece of plastic in it. I tried to call in for 30 mins, no answer. Maybe someone can contact me?

Subs were great. The problem was one employee.. 45minutes for 2 subs.. really disappointed how poorly run..I do not blame employee.. Its all too do with Management... saturday 1 employee nothing was stocked couldnt even get napkins..

Worst Mr. Sub ever. The girl working has no social skills or customer service skills what so ever. The wrap she made me literally has a sprinkle of lettuce, a sprinkle of onions and then an entire bottle of sauce, she then proceeds to fold the wrap in half like a sandwich instead of properly rolling it like a wrap. Chicken ceasar should include bacon and shouldn t be an extra $4 to have it added in. This place is pathetic and I m surprised it s still open. I will never order from here ever again. Not like she s say anything, she ll just awkwardly stare at you without saying a single word. Creepy.

I know they are trying and this time( A new young lady employee ) was doing her best. Last time ?May2018 an other male employee did not make me feel welcome to come back . The owners need to figure something to make more people feel like coming.

Awesome subs for a better price than Subway. Purposely left my hometown to go get these subs. The service was friendly, serving with a smile.

Be very careful if you order the meatball sub. The meat cannot be ground beef, its more like some type of mystery meat. My stomach is still upset over 10 hours after eating one of these subs. My wife said although the ham and cheese sub was ok, there was only a thin layer of ham. The lady at the counter was friendly, although the music was turned up so loud she could not hear what i was saying

They put all the dressing between the cheese and the meat... my sub fell apart. Plus the guy looked like he was high on something.

I just found out the this Mr.Sub was selling their old breads and meats in an other shop called the Can-eatery. When i found out about this i was surprised they would do such a thing just a block away from and other Mr.Sub. the Mr.Sub inside the Esso gas station works so hard to provide quality fresh food all wiles these people at Niagara street try and take is business by selling expired old food. Please never visit this Niagara street location. if you want a GOOD Mr.Sub sandwich take the trip to Mr.Sub Ontario road were they will make you a sub that will keep you coming for more. low lifes at Niagara street and cant be trusted.

Picked up a sub on my way home for lunch. When I got home and opened my sub the bun was soggy. The lettuce was frozen. Worst sandwich ever. I wont ever go back to that Mr. Sub again. An insult to the submarine sandwich franchise.

This is the best sub place! try the greek sub. subway is nothing compared to mr sub.
