When asking for lettuce, ask for half. Otherwise, you ll have enough on your pita to feed an army.

Ordered 4 rice bowls. 2 were fine but 2 had uncooked chicken, uncooked rice and the chicken smell like cat pee. However that is accomplished I don t know.

The food is always great here but the service doesnt do as well. If you take too long ordering, theyll roll their eyes and talk to the other person in a non English language, making it really uncomfortable

It was good , meat was fresh but I guess I was expecting a decent portion of chicken as in shawrma, 13$ pitta. I guess they need to add value to their product chicken pita, Everything was fresh though. Smoothies needs to healthy no ice cream or bottled orange juice should be added because when you looking for smoothies you looking for natural sugars from fruits. I might be wrong as I am used to loaded chicken pitas at 13$ price range. It was tasty sure. U need a pita people loaded pitas like it s filling

Their chicken souvlaki pita is technically a lettuce sandwich. I dont know how did he get all those good reviews , but I can see they might be fake . More than half of pita is lettuce lettuce everywhere between lettuce and lettuce is another piece of lettuce

I couldnt use my points because the cashier she didnt know what to do how to redeem them.

Store seemed poorly lit and dirty. Staff wasnt overly pleasant when I ordered. Seemed short with me. I ordered extra feta cheese on my peta and I am pretty sure it was goat cheese instead. Tasted horrible. Wont be returning.

Rice was crunchy

When i came in store faty girl eating food then she serving me but she did not stop her mouth. So i highly recommend for learn how to deal with customers. Thank you

Toppings were fresh, staff was friendly. Biggest issue is the topping portions. I ordered black bean with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and pickles. There was barely any lettuce, 6 small pieces of tomato, 7 cucumber pieces, and 3 pieces of pickles. The diameter of the wrap was a little more than a hotdog. If margins are that tight they need raise their prices.

Just paid $16 for a Greek pita, all i can taste is onion and theres no tzatziki sauce, no sauce of any kind! Guess Ill buy some tomorrow and try eating it again. Wont be bothering with take out pita pit again unless Im there watching what they do. Looks peanut butter tonight

New owners are cheap, literally 12:15 rush hour and they have 3 pickles sitting in the container and dont bother topping up. They put the same amount of cheese on Small Pitas as they do Regular pitas. Very cheap with toppings. Not great attitude. I mean youre spending $16 on one regular pita you should be able to get as many toppings as you want and double the cheese compared to small.

I stop and get pita pit salads all the time at different locations. Pretty unimpressed this location does not have the large plastic bowls that every other location does. They are using paper takeout containers. My $13 salad was defintley not what I get at other locations. Disappointed.

Kind of easy to miss this spot as it is on fast food row and amongst other businesses. But it is worth finding. Staff are efficient and friendly. The falafel I had was one of the better ones I have had in a long time.

I always come here and it s great. Just gotta wash your hands before putting gloves. Especially after touching your personal phone

Falafal pita is must try option for vegetarian people. Store is neat and clean and food quality was best. Most important thing the employees are very friendly and makes it best pita as per your requests. Thank you so much to the team of Pita Pit.

I just love all the choices they have for a pita bowl it s so healthy it s a bit pricey for me , but I still will buy! It s a treat for me

Very expensive for what you get. Got a regular size rice bowl for $15 and stingy with the ingredients, could get a lot more food anywhere else for the same price. Dont waste your money

Terrible .just ordered a chicken slouvaki pita came home to see a black bean disgusting pita!

We placed our order through the Pita Pit app and the estimated time was 25 minutes; my issue was not about the pick up time, (as much as I agree that for two items it would not take the 25 min quoted time) We ordered from across town and when we did arrive, we were parked out front and waiting in the truck as we knew we were early, there were no other customers coming or going the entirety of our waiting time. The entire time we waited the girls were standing together talking and cleaning up a few things. We figured that since we placed the order over ten minutes before our arrival and that the girls were just hanging around that it would be ready so we went in to get the order. The problem that I have is that the past three consecutive times that Ive ordered from this location the EXACT same thing happens... we show up and they have no idea what order were talking about, then they look at the iPad and say oh just one minute as they have not even started the order. When I expressed my frustration with the girls, they not only did not offer an apology or any means of compensation but they were hesitant and stand-offish about giving the managers contact information (who may I add- did not seem to care in the slightest). To me this is an unacceptable way for a business to go about especially when its continually happening within the same location and when Im spending anywhere from $30-60 per meal for only two people. Will not return to this location.

I dont eat here often so I gave it a try with my wife after receiving a coupon in the mail as the pitas can be quite expensive. The large pita is not large, its small, very small, with a small portion of meat. I ordered the Philly cheese steak (which comes with a tiny scoop of cheese) and my wife ordered the twisted chicken. Very disappointed to be hungry after finishing our pitas. There was also a communication barrier with the loud noises, talking through glass and mask wearing, it was very difficult to get my order across. The folks behind me also dealt with a communication barrier as well. The restaurant was clean, the vegetables were fresh and the employees were courteous. Needless to say, they didnt win me over as a customer.

Really hope they go back to sliced Swiss cheese, now thats its thinly shredded you get less even when paying for extra now. it just does hit the same.

Best pitas and rice bowls! I love this particular location, extremely friendly staff and owners! My friends and I go so frequently that they already know what we want when we go in, always make us feel like family! :) Entire office usually comments on how good it smells in the lunch room when we get it!:)

All 3 employees were eating lunch when I entered. Neither of them washed their hands before making my order. They did wear gloves but I found that a bit unsanitary. Food was made quickly and ingredients looked fresh.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered skip and received the entire wrong order. Attempted to place order again and have my husband pick it up and it was still completely wrong. Do not order her unless you want a mystery pita with nothing on it you requested.

Two ladies were in front of me in line and were raving about the staff working that day. They stated when these two people worked they always made them the best pita. I over heard the staff members names and they are right! my husband came up to me and said, this is the BEST pita I ever had. Thanks Tina and Seneca for putting care into what you do. It really pays off for us.

I love the rice bowls they are always so good and well made. Lots of tops totally recommend them.

Place was clean, staff all woman were very friendly and nice. Food was food, little cheap on the meat, could use more than 2 strips of chicken in a over $10 wrap. Food was fresh however and tasty, unfortunately ladies were very hard to understand heavy accents. Overall Id go again.

It was only okay didnt put too much sauces on my pita and they were also cheap on the meat customer service was okay presentation again just average or okay not really going above and beyond here at this location three stars

We stopped at this place for a quick lunch. What a disappointment!!! We had two different wraps, where was mostly just letuce and peppers, wery little meat (hardly 5 gr in each) and terrible taste. Never again we would go there.

STAY AWAY new owners are RIPPING EVERYONE OFF regular pita 3 by 2 when asked them that I couldn t feed my son with it laughed and hung up been going here for 10 years. STAY AWAY I have others going to also post

Good food

This by far is the Best Pita Pit in the World. The couple who owns it have an amazing attitude which kinda wants me to go back over and over again. They know the technique to make the same wrap in a unique/delicious and different way every time you go in. The veggies look fresh and the place looks super clean no matter what time of the day you go in. A must have if you re ever in the area or looking for a healthy delicious food option

Welland pita pit is amazing. The couple that own it do a fantastic job at running the location and making sure their customers get the best product. Every time i go in for a pita, its clean and staff is friendly and consistent on making pitas. Always recommend this location!!!!

The staff here were AMAZING! The store is clean, has a great atmosphere, and the veggie area looked very well kept with very fresh, inviting topping selections (so much so, that I picked almost everything in my pita, lol). My son and I really enjoyed our experience here today, and cant wait to go again with the rest of our family! Thank you Pita Pit! See you again soon!!!

Great service & delicious wraps! While driving around the area, I stumbled across this and thought I d check it out. I met Kat, she was super friendly. The restaurant is clean, spotless, wraps were portioned well with veggies! Probably one of the best Pita Land s I ve been to! Check them out

The food was hot and fresh but I found the staff somewhat rude when I asked for a little more feta cheese was told next time tell the cashier you want double cheese, I didnt want double but they have a spoon there and she didnt even fill it half way.

Went in and it was busy. Order taken in a timely manner. Ladies were very polite. Mentioned i had a mushroom allergy and they accomodated me. The extra work didnt seem to bother them like most businesses. Foot was hot, fresh tasted great. Didnt go soggy fast.

GREAT FOOD FAST AND FRIENDLY

Stopped in to get some lunch with a friend. Entered the establishment and noticed 1 lady behind counter and she was occupied helping the only customer in store. I then sat down as I know it can take a while and didn t want her to feel pressured. Two girls walk in and apparently another staff was in the back and literally took the two other peoples orders before mine and my friend. Now I don t know if it s because I was a coloured person why I wasn t served but makes me wonder as the two people that came in were Caucasian, and were helped right away as they walked in. Hope no 1 else goes through this

First time but wont be the last, great alternative to burgers. A healthier choice!

Ive been to many pita pit locations, but the Welland store is the best! They always put the right amount of toppings and everything seems to be made with extra care and love.

Best Veg Pita Available in town

I tried Pita Pit for the first time recently and I loved it. But when I went back the lettuce tasted old and my pita was stale and breaking apart. Disappointing.
