I only had the Subs Plus St Catharines experience up until this past February when my family ordered my 30th birthday cake at the Welland location. Not only was it so special to find a local bakery by the few who custom make white chocolate raspberry cake, but it blew me away with how rich it was with detail and the taste was out of this world. We had back to back birthdays so was spoiled to have both the white chocolate raspberry cake for my day and the chocolate fudge with white cake for family. Highly recommend Subs Plus to anyone craving that authentic birthday cake experience 😃🍰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They made my birthday cake for my birthday on the 25th and did a wonderful job! I asked for the cake to be covered in rosettes and not only did it look beautiful, it was delicious. 10/10 experience!! My daughter wanted a rainbow cake for her birthday and Subsplus delivered!!! I called 6 days before her party and not only did they accommodate my cake request but they exceeded my expectations. My daughter was so happy and it was absolutely delicious! I'd highly highly recommend.
Loved the anniversary cake my boyfriend and I bought. Delicious red velvet. I like that you can customize the frosting. Smallest cake easily would feed 5-8 people!
Recently purchased an 8” round chocolate buttercream birthday cake for my husband’s birthday. The cake was amazing, moist, delicious and beautifully decorated. Fed 9 of us with a generous slice each, at $36, the price was very reasonable. I ordered online two days prior which was very easy and convenient as you can choose your pick up date and time. The staff within the shop were both friendly and efficient. We will definitely be repeat customers. Thank you Subs Plus!!
I went in for the first time tonight and I am so glad I did! This place is so cute and clean inside. The two ladies working were absolutely lovely and so kind. I ordered a sub, as well as some tarts and a french macaron. Everything is amazing! I can't wait to support this awesome local place more :)

not cool putting a salads worth of lettuce to hide the fact you only put 3 slices of meat...that kind of practice will put you out of business.

Dissappointed with the small amount of meat on the subs we ordered. We have had subs here before. Was great !! Not sure what happened this time. More then likely wont be back
I absolutely love the beef sub on a brown bun ! Taste is great ! And my most favourite dessert is: the choc-brownie, with walnuts, and icing !!! Staff is always friendly !!! Wheelchair accessibility: I walked over to Sub-Plus, with my walker. Totally accessible.

Called in thr morning to see what cakes they had available for purchase. Owner asked what I was looking for and I told her and she said she would make it for me and it would be ready that afternoon.. tallk about service! The cake was 10/10 hands down best ever!
Walked in for a Ham Sub. Very good quality ingredients, everything fresh! Reminds me of the kind of sandwich you would get from an Italian style deli. Reasonably priced too.
Well Hallelujah Subs Plus!!! I was in at 12 today and picked up one chocolate fudge cupcake and 1 slice of chocolate cake both with butter cream icing for my 3 grandchildren. Best cake theyve ever had except (mommys). Not a crumb was wasted. Tks

Very clean store, nice workers and pleasent atmosphere. also the food is very good. Had a deluxe plus and a club sub and both were fantastic. also tried some of their little cookies, and they were very good. I bet the cake there is good too judging by the looks of it. I would recommend this place fully if you havent tried it yet. Prices are good too! cant believe I used to go to subway or mrsub, never again

I was very disappointed. Ordered a small club sub. It had 1.5 pieces of turkey. I strip of bacon and cost me over $9. Mostly lettuce. I will not be back.
