I absolutely love the shawarma plates here! The portions are generous, the owner is incredibly kind, and the tiramisu is the best I ve ever had.

Driven past it a million times, never noticed it sadly. A co worker referred me here and the shawarmas are sooooo good. Best iv ever had. The gyro is so flavorful. I used to goto a highend resturant for gyros, this gyro meat blows that place away. I went 3 days in a row, again on Sunday and again this week week now. Prices are really good too. My new goto place. Great portions too

The food is excellent. The tables you sit at are dirty and need to be wiped clean, there is food, salt from previous patrons. They don t clean them off. The bathrooms are dirty. Bathroom sink counters are disgusting. They just don t clean this place.

The Shawarma House on 515 East Main Street in Welland did not have good service. There was an elderly man serving us who became upset when I simply asked why I could not see the toppings that I wanted to choose to put in my shawarma. He responded sarcastically and rudely by saying it was unhygenic of us to be able to see the toppings while using his bare hands to put together our shawarmas. Instead of arguing with your customers I suggest that there should be a transparent display for the toppings as i have seen this in most shawarma places which is why i inquired about it.

I ordered a large chicken shawarma wrap with everything on it for lunch today. Waited over 15 mins to receive it when it wasn t that busy in the place. The size was shockingly small and stingy should have been a small. The flavour was pretty bland as well. Won t be going back.

If you are looking for the best Halal Lebanese place on budget then this is the place to be in Niagra Region. Their food is amazing, no oily at all and very light for non heavy eaters. The portions were amazing and the owner is the sweetest guy you will meet. 5/5 recommendation and do ask for thier Lebanese Tea after food.

Had this for the first time last night and it was exceptional! For $40 we were easily able to feed 3 or 4 people. Everything was spiced to perfection, and tasted so fresh. Cant wait to visit again. This is truly a hidden gem.

My boyfriend and I have come here several times for lunch on the weekend. Once or twice we ve eaten our food at the restaurant, but most of the time, we ve taken our food to go. Both of us quite liked our meals each time. I ve only ever had the falafel wraps, and he s gotten the chicken shawarma wrap each time. Although the wraps are a little on the small side according to my boyfriend, I was satisfied every time (and sometimes I couldn t eat all of my wrap). In my experience, this is one of the best falafel places in the Niagara Region and definitely the best location for falafel in Welland, and I think my boyfriend would say the same about the chicken shawarma although he s not had this dish in as many places as I have except in other cities. The falafel wasn t oily or overly deep fired, but was perfectly made and with the toppings I prefer. I m sure we ll be back. Vegetarian options: I haven t checked the entire menu, but the falafel wrap is perfect for vegetarians and vegans alike. Dietary restrictions: Again, perfect menu options for vegetarians and vegans, but also food available for those who aren t strictly vegetarian to enjoy. Parking: I ve always selected street parking when I ve been here.

Absolutely fantastic we got one brock plate, kebeh, and lahmajoun food was delicious, the service was fantastic and gentleman working was very friendly and nice and having tried a lot of shawarmas in Toronto and the gta this place is up there the rice and chicken is seasoned beautifully and the garlic sauce is Lebanese style called toum which was delicious highly recommend giving this place a chance won t be disappointed!!!

Spent 16.99 on their Arabic shawarma, it was the worst, dryer than dry, the only decent thing was the salad, very disappointed and will not order from them again, ordered thru skip and Im in port so it took a bit to get here, wasted my money, grape leaves are ok

They always provide the best customer service, the food is amazing and for a great price. I ve been coming here for years now and they never dissapoint. My most recent visit they didn t have cucumbers and took the time to stop and cut cucumbers for my daughter so she would have them. I give 5 stars and an A plus rating Parking: Parking is great here. Right in front of the location and to the side Kid-friendliness: My daughter was beyond happy with the food and that they took a minute to cut her fresh cucumbers.

The best Lebanese shawarma I ve had in the Golden Horseshoe, rivalling Ottawa and Windsor! High quality food at a reasonable price, from people that obviously care. I try to go at least once a week, it s a MUST visit in Niagara. It s a little run down inside, but the food makes it more than worth it.

You dont usually see someone who overdelivers, but this place certainly does. This was some of the best chicken Shawerma Ive ever had and it was wrapped in authentic Saj bread which you dont see often. The Arabic Shawarma is highly, highly, highly recommended. I cant wait to try everything else they have!

Ordered a gyro and chicken shawarma sandwich. The chicken was flavourful and moist. Excellent. The gyro, although very tasty, was a bit dry (I realize this dish usually tends to be dry). Tried the baklava and it was also excellent. Not overly sweet like many bakeries make. Definitely going back to try other selections. Staff was friendly and prompt. Prices very reasonable.

Parking: Love the food here....the owner...is the older man working there...he mashed me think of No Soup for you!! ....hes actually a very pleasant & friendly man...i booked in his cooking..Yes he does the cooking.. My next thing I try there...if not the next...then one day soon...is his homemade soup.....he makes from scratch .....No Soup for you! If there is negative star I would give them. I wont recommend this place to anyone. I know this is the month of Ramadan and muslim fast but this doesnot give them permission to be disrespectful to the customer. I went there for lunch. I told the guy making the gyro that the upper layer is dry please make fresh gyro. But he didnt listen and gave me bone dry meat in my sandwich. I told him politely I cant even chew it and showed him chorcoaled meat. He went in an bought the older guy I believe he is the owner He started yelling and saying why arent you fasting. You guys only want free food. I told him I want fresh food not the burnt food I left the food and the premises. Not going there again and feel sorry that due to halal and fresh food customer goes to shawarma stores but this establishment is giving a bad influence on all the other establishment.

This is my go to when I dont feel like cooking. We always get gyro, chicken, or mixed plates. The portion is great. The new place is really cute and you even get to see them making pitas fresh! Its just a great little family run restaurant that I can always rely on to feed my own family.

Used to be my favorite place in town. Transparency, kindness and well priced, quality food. What I got today was a sloppy mess, meat was over seasoned, my wrap fell apart in my lap. You hide the ingredients now? so disappointed in you.I guess its Welland quality now.I will no longer recommend you to anyone nor will I return. Such a waste of time and money.

I order through door dash and it seems food quality is sometimes great but many times weve had issues. Today was the worst as there were black hard burnt pieces throughout the shwarma plate making both meals unbeatable. It was like the grill was not properly cleaned.

I got the shawarma chicken plate . Very disappointed . Rice was wet and over cooked . Only gave a tiny bit of salad . There was no pickled radish or pickles, which usually comes in a plate everywhere else . Very cheap version and not worth the price . You are better off making the drive or oder from niagara falls or st catharines for better shawarma . Its too bad, Cause welland could really use a good quality shawarma restaurant.
